I have rented from North County Aire Properties since 2015. I am very impressed with their fast response when issues arise. this could be related to maintenance issues or issues involving other renters. Jody has promptly responded to my personal concerns in a professional and compassionate manner. Jody is prompt about resolving any issues that arise between renters and tries to resolve them as best she can. Not always an easy job! Units are well maintained. Mark is NCAPs maintenance guy. He is also prompt , courteous and professional. He is always respectful and friendly when having to do maintenance work on the units. He has excellent communication skills and always sets up a time for work to be done that works for both the renter and himself. If running late or can come early always calls to make sure ok with renters. I also , besides loving the unit, like the location and the neighborhood. I feel very safe walking in this residential area.

I have rented from different people over the years, but I’ve never been more pleased than I am with NCAP. These people are the kind of people I like to deal with; they are kind and prompt and very personable. They take good care of their properties, and they have never made me feel like an inconvenience. If you are considering renting, these people are superb!

I have rented from Jody and John since 2008 and cannot say enough good things about my experience! I RARELY have an issue but when I do, I get a response from Mark (maintenance) and/or Jody the same day. I often have visitors to my home and never have to worry about my sidewalk or driveway not being cleared of snow....which is no small feat with the winters we have had! I have complete confidence that my neighborhood is safe as I know they have done their due diligence with vetting renters in the other properties they own. Seriously, I have never had a better landlord with a better maintenance person. I love, love, love it here!

My roommate and I enjoyed renting from this property. The place that we rented was nicely model and clean. Jody was an outstanding staff, she was able to provide information and get back to us right away. If I was staying longer in Eau Claire, I would definitely rent from this property again.

Im going on seven years of renting with NCAP and they have been the absolute best. Very responsive, helpful and property is well maintained. Great people to work with. Snow is always plowed before I leave for work! Not leaving any time soon, but it will be a huge loss whenever it happens.

My husband and I have been with NCAP for over four years and we love them! Jody is wonderful to work with; she has always been flexible and accommodating for us, and she understands that life happens sometimes. Mark from maintenance is really nice and timely. We highly recommended renting from North Country Aire!!

Best landlord / family I ever hade!! Been renting from then for 13+ years now :)

The rental is ok. But the maintenance man is horrible. He doesnt do any yard maintenance. The trees look like garbage. He doesnt really fix anything. He has really never actually fixed anything we have called him for over the years. When they out source for work to get done it is even worse. I have spoke to the workers they hire. The last guy to do any landscaping just owned a dump truck. He accepted the job but doesnt actually do landscaping. And it looks horrendous.But the lady at the office is really nice.
