Had a showing, placed app, paid fee, and was told, Id be contacted. A week later my app was returned to me with a letter stating only that the apt was rented. As a renter since 1982. An app has never been returned to me. I would not recommend this company to minorities.

I would recommend this place highly. They are very nice and they fix problems promptly! If I ever need to rent again, I would rent through this company. Very good to those just starting out in their renting journey. Loved my first apartment!
