I absolutely love my apartment and I have had nothing but good experiences with every single one of the staff members I have dealt with. Clara is so much more than a landlord, she has gone above and beyond to make my son and I feel welcomed and understood. Hallways and public areas are always very clean and tidy. John has done an amazing job providing maintenance in an extremely timely manner. The landscaping is always kept up and looking great. All around the best rental experience I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Graystone Management for anyone.

Great property, and management goes above and beyond to make sure tenants needs are met. Truly professionals all around. From the date I moved in to the date I moved out everything was taken care. Even after move out they were honest kind people. Wish they owned properties out where I am at now.

When I read the other reviews, I have to disagree with most of them. During my application period the staff keep me informed of all the procedures and the state of my application. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with their service.

I would recommend Graystone management over any rental property. They are a very nice Rental company. We needed more space and they provided us with a bigger place and worked with us to make this transition. We had no issues with leaving the old unit into the new one. They made sure we were comfortable in the new place. The maintenance man John who is also very respectful made sure we had everything fixed and ready for us to move in. Rachel and Alicia are always on top of things .Absolutely love the Graystone Management team and what they do for their tenants. It’s very safe for anyone who has kids and wants a great environment.Russell and Lilly.

Best rental experience - we lived on Boardwalk street property for over 6 years and can only speaks volumes for the level of professionalism both prior by Vicki and most recently with Rachel , Ashley. And to add to it an excellent Maintenance team lead by John who was always available and accessible to us. We were always very well taken care off. We had as well wonderful neighbors and if ever I was to return to Eau Claire , this would be my only choice and highly recommend. Thank you Vicki, Rachel , Ashley , John and the team of Graystone.

This is a terrible rental company. They never respond to the maintenance requests put in on the website and you have to call multiple times for anything to happen. It took them 2 weeks to come fix our air conditioning after it broke and it was one of the hottest weeks in June. The employees lie to you when they say that maintenance is coming to your house to fix issues that you have already called about. Would never rent from this place again.

We rented from Graystone for 7 years. We have nothing but great things to say about them. They were attentive and willing to help make our apartment a home. John, their maintenance man is THE BEST. Vicki and the entire office staff are helpful and sweet. Graystone clearly takes pride in the appearance of their units and neighborhoods theyre in. I would absolutely recommend renting from them over any other landlords in Eau Claire and Ive dealt with many. If we were ever in a position to be renting again we would definitely go with Graystone without considering any other options and thats saying a lot.

This is the shadiest operation. We just moved out after living in a townhouse for 8 years. This company is not the same since Vicky left. This shady company took all of the security deposit for things that are considered wear and tear, ie paint, carpet. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

I have had a great experience renting from Graystone Management. Vicki has always been supportive and helpful as a landlord. Maintenance is always quick to fix things that go wrong. I would highly recommend renting from this company. Most of their units are very clean and in excellent condition.

Literally the worst rental company in Eau Claire. They ended up taking almost my entire security deposit, even though they needed to renovate the unit long before I started living there. Furthermore Graystone repeatedly ignored my requests to fix the heat in the basement where two of the three bedrooms were.Bottom line do not live in a Graystone property. They are the definition of a slum lord.

Dont count on your security deposit back. Didnt give check-in sheet, and didnt respond/provide one when asked. Gave false impression that everything would be minimal cleaning effort. $411 taken out of $575 after 9 hours of cleaning.I would recommend bringing a high resolution camera to your move-in day. (include timestamp).

Very against Pets. The properties are some of the best Ive seen but by not allowing pets, they are in the bottom for rental companies. Sell some properties to another agency which understands that pets are just as important to some people as children are.

Vicki and John are amazing to work with! I was sad to have to leave after renting with Greystone for 4 years, but we purchased a home of our own for our growing family. Leaving them was bittersweet. While renting, they were very quick when responding to any issue I had (all were minor and normal issues). They always made sure to give us little tokens each year for Christmas, as well as made us feel like we were part of their family. I would be happy to recommend Greystone to anyone of my friends!

We have only been renting with Graystone for a few months and keep calling the same maintenance guy back here for the same issue. 4th time back here and he wants to argue with me. Not professional and obviously cheap because they do not want to fix the issue. See a lot of non security deposit returns reviews and I should have took that as my sign they were cheap. Wouldn’t recommend for my 3 months here.

IS NOT AS PET FRIENDLY AS MOST PET TEACH OUR CHILDREN LOVE ARE SO IMPORTANT TO ALOT OF FAMILIES. DEFIANTLY NOT A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU HAVE A PET IN YOUR LOVING FAMILY

Graystone has a great selection of rentals and the staff was so friendly to work with. I highly recommend them.

Was robbed of our security deposit!! They are WAY too nitpicky!! My roommate and I spent hours cleaning our apartment, and yet we were still charged for things!!! A piece of hair in the bathroom drawer and some crumbs in the kitchen cabinet (that we both cleaned out)...-$35! Not to mention, it is illegal for landlords to charge for carpet cleaning, no matter what the lease says, UNLESS there is unusual damage to the carpet, which there wasnt. And we were charged over $100 for it. Never renting from them again.

Vicki is an absolutely horrible person- sueing us when we paid her months in rent when not even living in the apartment and never got our security deposit back - yet she still claims we owe her money. Charged us for smoking in the apartment ($200) when we complained to her about the people living next to us smoking in their apartment! Unbelievable!

My job requires me to travel throughout the state of Wisconsin for extended periods of time. I have enjoyed living in many different parts of the state as a renter for nearly 16 years. Unfortunately my only bad experience in my many years of renting was with Graystone Management (i.e. Nohre Company).I was very disappointed to receive only $100 of the $750 security deposit back and none of the $250 refundable pet deposit. My cat, Madeline Albright, who has all four of her paws declawed and has never missed the litter box in 11 years was disappointed as well. =( We both have taken great pride in leaving each unit we rent cleaner then what we found it. This is my first time in 16 years of renting that I have not received the security deposit or the pet deposit back in full. Please take this into consideration before you sign with Graystone Management or have any business transactions with Nohre Company.I was also confused by the timing and the amounts of water bills. Very poor record keeping on their part caused inaccuracies with their billing system.

Not pleased•They rob you from your security deposit, no matter how clean you make the apartment•The plows don’t come until after 12pm to plow out your car - so if you have to work sucks for you•Strictly no pets, the apartments aren’t nice enough to care about pets ruining it•over priced for most apartments not having dishwashers, microwave, etc.Will never rent from here again.
