Does not fix anything and when asked Chuck is very rude and they have roaches and will not take care of them

I highly recommend renting from Chuck. Hes honest, straightforward and is willing to work with you. The property is maintained, and repairs are made as needed. We rented from him for 6+ years, and would do so again!!
