Lot of stealing in the complex. No washing machine/dryer or dishwasher. Walls are thin, one can be heard from inside the apartment

Management has always been fun and professional. Maintenance is fast and knowledgeable. The grounds are well kept and the community is nice and quiet.

Lived here for 4.5 years. Cheap rent, responsive maintenance, great staff, convenient location and nice scenery.As for the negatives:1) The laundry room is closed/breaks frequently, at least 1-2 times every year. Youll get an email when its broken/fixed, but youll have to be prepared to go without laundry for 2-6 days.2) Noise. Youll occasionally have noisy neighbors, kids running past your door, people playing music late at night. Its not too bad, but Ive been annoyed with the noise once every 1-2 weeks.3) Package delivery/safety. Packages have to be delivered to your doorstep, which has the risk of theft. Ive had one package stolen while Ive lived here.As someone living alone, living minimalistically, I enjoyed living here, and all the issues were minor to me. I didnt have any major problems like safety issues, infestations or outages for my entire stay here.The only reason I ended up moving was that they didnt have any open 2-bedroom apartments, otherwise I wouldve lived here another year.

Edit: If you are a working couple its hard to live without dishwasher and with common laundry...In common laundry mostly 2 machines are non-functional and they are increasing rates of usage from 1.50$ to 1.75$ for washer per use. But if you have budget restrictions its not a bad place. There are positives as well as mentioned in earlier comment.PROS: 1) Price is decent.2) Well maintained and lot of trees and flowers. Huge outside space. Something or the other is cleaned all the time.3) Indoor swimming pool which is well cleaned.4) Small golf area for practice, volleyball court, badminton court, small gym.5) Management has been helpful so far.6) Management tries their best to give you a pest free home.7) Transit options are awesome! Bus line is right outside the apartment.8) Almost everything is nearby including crossroad mall accessible by walk.CONS: 1) Laundry is shared, Dishwasher is not there(in this unit).2) You have to close your windows almost all the time in the lobby area otherwise people peak in all the time which is hell annoying.Havent lived here for long to find more cons but overall Im very happy!

I’m living here over a 5 months now and still love this place especially I like the management of Shelby since the day I met.I have recommended this place few of my friends., as I liked the management & a beautiful garden quite relaxing environment.! It would be great if rent is little less. Otherwise everything good!!!Thanks Shelby & victor.

They always find a fake way to confiscate the deposit you pay with expenses that are not correct at the end of your lease.

When we joined this apartment 2 years back, our experience was not good initially. But later on when Shelby joined as a leasing manager everything got changed. She conducts lot of activites to gather everyone and encourage everyone to come out of there house by conducting different programs. The greenery in the apartment complex makes us feel to live in nature. Also maintance staff (Victor) are very quick in resolving the issues.

Lived there for 10 month lease. No dishwasher. They will charge you a cleaning fee of $55 (not including carpets ($95) or wall re-paint ($30)) even if they only need to wipe down one window or counter you missed. Make em work for it. Rent increase was 7.6% after 10 months.

I am living here since December I have live in different places around Washington when I started looking for a place to rent. I didnt like thers mangers. but when I walked in here I knew this place was going to be the my forever home the manger here is so awesome she is a really easy person to talk to and she is always keeping us updated on whats going on and she on top of taking of the aptments and us I tell everyone about this place and how great it is here

Stayed in the complex for 2+ years. The mgmt team is always very helpful. Felt disappointed when the hot tub was pulled away without discussion with existing tenants. That is one of the reasons we decided to move in. The corporation needs to invest more on this prime location so the mgmt team can shine higher.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I love this place! Its totally a Zen garden! BUT if you are loud, like to party, or be very social at your home you may want to look elsewhere. This is a very quite zen place...and we all like it that way!!

Apartment size is small ... But I love the garden and amenities

Very friendly staff. If possible, get upper unit. The kids on top floor is annoying.

Small apartments, but worth renting if your kids need some place to run daily without writing about cars on the road

There is not safety at this place. If you are expecting mail or package from someone and you are not at home, you will loose your package. If UPS or Fedex driver leaves your package at the door and you are not at home then forget your package. It is very noisy too. They do not even have air condition in their apartments.
