The new property manager Jacob and maintenance Rod are phenomenal at their job. Great customer service, and they are very nice and very well take care of everything needed, quick responsiveness. More importantly, the property manager understands and always provides great help. A nice place to live with. Thank you!

Leasing manager deserves 5 stars. Hes lovely. The maintenance guy is also lovely and fixes things in apartments promptly.The rest of the building not so great. Unsecure parking garage with bikes stolen frequently, elevator broken for a over a month at a time and frequently throughout my year lease. I was thankful to move out after walking 6 floors up and down everyday.

Haven’t lived here long but I’m impressed that the reviews are actually honest and accurate –Yes, the visitor spots are suspiciously occupied by the same vehicles every day…we did get a notice that there would be a parking audit yesterday, so I have a feeling the towing company is going to get some extra business soon.Yes, the security is…well, not to advertise this so openly, but it’s not there. Jacob, please have Cushman + Wakefield install about 20 more key fobs and gates all over the place once you get the elevator fixed.On that note…yes, we have been putting off a gym membership (because the gym here is pretty bare bones) since the elevator has been out of order for a while now and man are we getting some steps in. The flip side of that? The property management company paid for the first 4 hours of our Eco Movers.And yes, the current property manager is solid, communicative, and changed the battery in my smoke detector himself because I lack 0 domestic skills and the maintenance guy was off that day.If you push the entirely fixable issues aside then, this is 5/5 a hidden gem. The location, the square footage, the price per square footage (especially for the location), the quality of the units, the cleanliness of the building (except for you, neighbor who bought low quality fish and then didn’t walk your trash down to the garbage chute right away!!!) and the pleasantly thick walls make this an amazing place to call home.

The apartments are Good. The only problem is security. My cycle got stolen from the parking 2 level down by someone cut heavy lock. Cameras are there but get no help in getting video or any other evidence. The parking have a free walk in gate and any one can enter in parking from there. Apart these are good quite apartment with nice space. Even 1 bhk have large enough living room space.

I would recommend this place 10/10. I scheduled a self guided tour with Jordan the manager there I was having a bad day a little stressed looking for a place but she was amazing help she was very kind and lit up my day today the apartments itself are beautiful I decided to lease at another place in Redmond because of the specials they have are better for my situation right now but if you are looking for a place with a great team I would go to Park Metro and tour with Jordan! The location is nice right downtown in Bellevue go check it out

I have lived in the Park Metro Apartment for about a year and I had a really great experience from the beginning. The apartment was amazingly clean when I got it. The leasing office uses an easy-to-use website for payments and submitting requests. The leasing manager, Drew Barger, is a helpful and friendly person. He does his best to help the residents. I really enjoyed living there. I have moved out recently and I had an extremely smooth experience for moving out. The leasing manager was always available and answered my emails promptly. The rents are also affordable given its neighborhood. Highly recommend this apartment.

We stopped by one day at the leasing office to ask about apartments and the lady said come back the next day around this time and there will be a unit to show (the cleaners was there that time).We took time off from work and went back the next day and a different lady and the probably maintenance guy were very much surprised we are there. We explained the situation but they didnt seem to care at all. They kept saying there is no available apartment until 3 weeks later, there is nothing to show and what we are saying doesnt make any sense to them. They also refused to call the manager to get clarification. They basically wanted us to go away.Despite all of these, there were 3 available unit online at that point of time. Waste of time and nerve.

Visitor spots are never available for any real guests. They are always occupied by the same vehicles day after day, as if some of the residents arent paying their fees to park in the designated resident parking area. This is really frustrating when any guests come to visit because the same exact vehicles are always occupying the limited number of visitor spots.
