I had the pleasure of living here for almost 2 years, and never had any issues. The management team (Danielle) was responsive, and she quickly answered any of my questions. Mansions at Tregaron is a great value with the attached garages, and I would not hesitate moving back in if I were to live in Nebraska again.

I had the opportunity to live in 2 different units here over the last 20 months. Recently moved out of state or I would still be in the townhouse! The experience was great! Very comfortable neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Danielle and her staff do a fantastic job! I would definitely highly recommend!

I recently moved out after a one-year stay for a construction project in the area. This is the best townhome/apartment I’ve ever lived in. I was fortunate enough to be the first resident in my unit. The one bedroom unit was large, around 900 sq ft and had very nice finishes including custom lighting, countertops and laminate flooring in the kitchen and bath. I absolutely loved the attached garage. Since the garage is adjacent to heated spaces, it was virtually heated and very nice on cold winter mornings. The staff is very courteous, professional and responsive, especially Danielle!

My family and I moved from out of state and picked here to call our home. We have lived here for over a year now and love it. It has been exciting to watch our little community grow as I like to call it. Watching the buildings go up and more people moving in over the past year has been exciting and made our little community feel more and more like home. The office staff is wonderful they have always been very responsive to any questions or needs we have had. The office has also had a few get togethers for the residents so we can meet our neighbors which have been nice and looking forward to more. I want to say thank you to the office staff for continuing to be available and working hard everyday to take proper precautions to help keep our little community as safe and healthy as possible during this crazy time that we are all going through It is truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend living here.

Mansions at Tregaron is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are very quiet and the interiors are well made. We had little to no issues with our appliances and the maintenance staff is quick to rectify any issues. The garages are great and you get your own trash bin to leave out weekly instead of a dumpster. The layout and feel is close to a suburban neighborhood. Danielle is an amazing property manager and she worked with us through a paperwork mixup. She is very understanding and is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend living here if it is within your budget.

I got into one of the first units when it was built. Great space, structure, and modern townhome apartments. Best decision I made! Management and staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. I wouldve stayed here, but got orders to Germany. They made both the leasing and checking out process seamless. If I ever come back to Bellevue, I would definitely move back here! Great area and people. Walking trail around the corner with local access to store and base.

We have been in our unit for a month. Considering there are tenants living in units and ongoing construction on the west side of the complex, the staff is doing a great job of running the office, managing the opening of new buildings and responding to tenants. We are very pleased with the area, our building and unit. The layout is perfect for us. The staff even cooked us breakfast at one of the first community events. We have lived all over the US and the world and we are very happy here.

This is a wonderful place to live! It is new construction, and the units are absolutely beautiful. I especially appreciate the large, attached garage with lots of extra space for storage. My home is bright and sunny, with large windows and an open floor plan, which I love. Residents have access to a variety of community amenities (pool, fitness center, dog park, etc), and everyone I have met here is friendly. While I do hear the occasional sounds of construction (new units are still being built) this has been a quiet, peaceful place overall. A few minor things have popped up from time to time (which is to be expected anywhere you live) and the staff has been extremely responsive and supportive in resolving issues quickly. This is my favorite of all the places I have lived (and there have been many) and I hope to stay here for a long time to come. Im very happy to call this community home!

Absolutely loved living here! We were one of the first tenants to move in - and even with all the construction going on - we thoroughly enjoyed our unit. Open layout, modern, friendly neighbors, and great staff; truly recommend it to anyone wanting to rent here!

This is a great place to live! We have been living here since October of last year. Danielle is an excellent manager. What problems we had (broken window due to the weather) were resolved quickly and painlessly. Its a quiet neighborhood and we feel very safe living here. It doesnt feel like we are 10min from a big city.

My floor dips down, these buildings are going to have structural problems up the a..... you have to listen to loud construction every morning I understand but do i really have to listen to Mexican music blaring at 6 am?
