I have lived here for a year now. Recently moved within the apartment complex from a 1 bedroom unit to 2 bedrooms. The first moving experience was terrible but we didnt learn from that mistake and moved to 2 bedroom. They dont inspect a single thing before handing over the keys to us.Things that were wrong this time:1. House was terribly dirty, no one had cleaned the floors.2. Roof gutter is clogged, rain caused waterfall in front of our door and flooding. When I complained, management said they knew about it, which makes it even worse. They knew but chose not to do anything and handed over the house to us.3. There was even a weird stench in front of the unit when we were moving in.4. Kitchen sink facet had no hot water, bathroom sinks and showers werent working properly.5. Some outlets arent working.6. The thermostat is terrible, we are never able to adjust the temperature, even the management cant change when they try to educate us on how. How are we supposed to spend winters if we cant change the temperature.Overall, for the price they charge, living here is not at all worth it.

The park is a great community to live specially for a family as its very open and spacious which allows kids to play around freely. Its at walkable distance to downtown and has one of the best schools of Washington state nearby. Would really recommend it for a peaceful and convenient living.

Well after the apartment construction destroyed my cameras and musical equipment by flooding my storage with 50 gallons of water. My truck was broken into things stolen. Then my bike was stolen. My roommates bike was stolen. After the 2 insurance claims for my car and bike. The park apartment insists that the construction projects which caused thousands of dollars loss to my belongings is my problem. And that I should claim on my insurance their negligence. My insurance will drop me for a third claim. However, the responsibility is on the park. This is construction negligence. Not environmental accident.

Spacious rooms, lovely trees, helpful staff, prompt maintenance, feels safe. Paths and stairs dark at night (peaceful or hazard?) Pet owners beware: I paid $1200 for carpet replacement (no fleas/urine), first time in 25 years of renting with dogs. Bad advice from manager: dont clean it, we will. My advice: clean it yourself before final inspection and DOCUMENT.

We have enjoyed living at the park in Bellevue. So close to downtown but spacious and pet friendly. Lots of parks nearby. The office staff is always willing to help and friendly as well as the maintenance team. Renewing for our third year!

Park like setting is lovely, and apartments are spacious. But I have an ongoing problem that management is not addressing. Which is frustrating considering the arm and leg Im paying in rent per month ($2345, not including utilities that are usually over $250 per month) for a one bedroom apartment. I complained about noisy living room heaters in December. It is February, my problem has not been addressed.I am sitting now in bed with door to living room closed, still hearing the industrial whirr of the motor-driven heater in the living room, being driven to distraction by the conflicting needs to heat the apartment and the need to have a silent, calm space. Thank God I dontwork from home, they would make it impossible. Have to stumble out of bed in the morning to shut them off as impossible to fall back asleep when they switch on.The living room heaters are two in-wall fan units. They are hidden behind vents, in small alcoves in the wall. I can hear them from the bedroom with the door closed. Managements proposed solution (which btw they have also not executed) is to disable one out of two heaters (the louder one, next to what they say is a hollow wall amplifying the noise) and that spring is coming - well maybe, but Id also like to renew, and what about all the time till spring? This is daily driving me nuts.I do not think disabling half of my living room heating is a good solution. And given the number of premium apartment complexes this management company has under its belt, I do think it can figure out a better solution to this problem, and Im sure they have it solved in other properties! Its even solved in my bedroom which has a radiant unit that does not give me problems.

After much deliberation, I chose to move to Park in Bellevue with my wife and daughter. This has been a good decision so far. The community is nice, clean and green. Lots of interesting foresty pathways connecting the various buildings. The community swimming pool is nice and there are social events now and then. The staff is helpful and friendly. We get a reserved carport for free. I did find someone incorrectly park in my spot, but the apartment staff were prompt to take action and help me out. The maintenance staff has been friendly too, though there is usually a wait of a few days. The Clyde Hill school bus stops right on our door, and we are within minutes of walking distance from the Library. A good decision so far.

This place is great. The community is within walking distance of the mall and a ton of restaurants and shops. The apartments are huge and fairly priced for Bellevue. The staff and maintenance team are on point with quick turn arounds. They also hold community events for the residents.

RENTERS BEWARE OF THE RUDE MANAGEMENTThis was a great place to live up until last few months and then the management changed. The new management is very rude, unprofessional. They do not respond to the service request for weeks and some times do not respond at all. We have lived in this community for past 4 years and the only reason we are looking for new places to live is the new management. If you have spare money that you do not mind being scammed of or you have high tolerance for rude people then you will enjoy your stay.

Park in Bellevue Apartments. I love living here it is close to just about anything you can imagine. I found a great Italian restaurant that is a couple blocks away from the complex called Maggiano’s Little Italy. The staff that manages the complex is amazing. They are very nice, friendly and helpful. When we had a bad weather, system roll in about a month ago and trees fell blocking one of the driveways they were right on it to get it cleared and the driveway reopen. They take pride in managing the property. I love the trees on the property because during the summer it keeps the apartments nice and cool. I love how the staff has events/activities for residents during the holidays. I never thought I would be living in Bellevue, let alone the Eastside but I am loving it.

Ive been living here for over two years. Yes, property is older and needs some improvement, but its up to the owners, and not the management office. I was told that remodeling is coming, so well see.Location is awesome, walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Place is quiet and this is one of main points for me. One assigned parking spot included. Units are larger than your units in new developments. Complex is in park a setting, so at night it feels like you are in Middle Earth and Frodo will be walking down the pathway...Management office is very responsive and I NEVER had any issues with them at all. Maintenance guys are courteous and try to fix issues asap and with the first visit.I had an opportunity to move, but decided to stay - it is the best value for your $$$ in Bellevue. It is quiet and green - you are in downtown but it feels like you live in suburbs.Piece of advice. If you are planning to rent, pay a few dollars more and get 2nd floor - high ceilings which you cant reach with broom. You would feel like you live in a house... :)

So this place is the worst apartment complex that I have every stayed in. When my wife and I went to check this place out, they were super nice and friendly, but I noticed on the walk through that there were a few maintenance issues that they said would be taken care of promptly. We needed a place rather quickly as we had just relocated out to the Seattle area, and it didnt seem too bad.Short version: Dont live here. They dont fix anything, over charge on utilities, are rude, packages get left at your door, including my TV from Amazon, and upon move out, they charge you for EVERYTHING, even if it is in perfect shape. Got a whole $8 back on our nearly $1000 security deposit. Now begins the problems. Upon moving in, the staff became less and less friendly or helpful. Not even a week into living there, the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen, flooding it out pretty bad. Nothing was damaged thanks goodness, but was still not how we wanted to start our time there. Maintenance then came out not once, but 3 separate times claiming it was fixed resulting in the dishwasher leaking all of the floor immediately upon use. I actually had to demand the manager handle this or I would have to escalate it further. They finally replaced with a used dishwasher that never cleaned our dishes right the entire time we were there.Next up was the stove that only 3 burners worked on. After 3 visits, the poor burner still did not work, and finally I went out myself and purchased what I needed to fix it myself with MY OWN MONEY. This horrible maintenance would continue for the entire year I was there.Rent. Well it was really kind of high for the quality, but the location is nice. Utilities are definitely high each month for the common utilities that are divided among all of the building residents. Their automated bill pay failed one month for some reason and I paid it immediately upon noticing it did not come out, which happened to be on the day it would be late, and they charged me a ridiculous late fee for something that was their fault. Finally, when we moved out, we cleaned the apartment from ceiling to floor, cleaned the stove and kitchen, and made sure nothing was broken. A week later, we received our statement of move out showing that we would receive $8 back from our $1000 deposit. They quoted pet damage for carpets, even in rooms that the dog NEVER was allowed in and the door was shut too, along with damages to walls and cabinets in the kitchen that were damaged upon move in. In the move out packet, the papers we signed for move in condition were not the documents that we signed and our initials that should have been on page 1 and were on page 1 were mysteriously missing. DO NOT TRUST THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! You will lose you deposit and live in a horribly maintained place.

Park in Bellevue Apartments. I really like the property. I am not a resident but I do have a friend who is and I visit when I can. I love the trees on the property they provide shade for the buildings. They have a nice small picnic area where residents can BBQ. It would be nice if it could be covered so it could be used in all weather types. I havent had much interaction with the staff of the property but when I walk by and see them we waive at each other and say hi. If I could move I would choose this property as long as they have a bottom floor unit because it is hard for me to go up the stairs because I use a walker and I am semi disabled. I think the one complaint I have is the lighting of the walk ways its hard to see at night with the small lamps but I think that is because of my disability status.

Coming up on a year living here now and its been great! When move in unfortunately we had issues with the washing machine, in just 2 days they replaced the washing machine with a brand new unit and had us up and going again. The maintenance guy is hilarious, always a huge treat to chat with him, especially since any time Ive ever had a issue he was there right away. On the note of staff too I absolutely love Heather, shes been nothing but a huge sweetheart to us, the staff always remembers my name, apartment number and makes fun little small talk when picking up packages and such.Location is fantastic, close to downtown Bellevue I love being able to walk where ever I want to go, even just walking around the apartment area is really nice with all the greenery.Recently theyve introduced a new residential portal and its pretty nifty, I like the fact that you can chat with other residences too, plus all the stuff you expect out of a portal like being able to pay online, notifications when packages arrive and such.Overall great place to live, good prices for the location and heartwarming staff.

After living at the Park in Bellevue for two years, we decided that it wasnt a place where we would want to stay long term. The location is fantastic. Great walking distance to BelleSquare, restaurants, and groceries. Crime was also not an issue. The main issues come with the management company and the overall upkeep of the property. The property was built in the 1980s and outside of the leasing office, it hasnt been updated much since. The walkways are not well lit and cracking. The swimming pool is not cleaned often, and the dog waste bins are regularly overflowing with dog feces. On multiple occasions, management has lost packages that were delivered, and even locking the doors early so they didnt have to take care of residents needs. Most recently, a third lost package in January 2015. If you need something fixed, it will usually take at least two emails (and sometimes, a phone call to the management companys main office) to get service. Prices can vary. For a two bedroom, it can range from 2250/mo to 1750/mo depending on the time of year. It would be worth it if the property was up to standard, however it is far below what surrounds you. Also, in the time that we have lived there, we have seen all but 2 units in our building and the adjacent two other buildings change tenants. It becomes very difficult to get to know your neighbors, if thats your thing. Overall, if you want to live in Bellevue, but dont care about how your place looks, then this is for you. If you take pride in where you live and dont want to be ashamed to have people over, then this probably isnt the best place for you.

Corrupt & shady management practices!!! I lived there for 2 years, and then sued them in court...I won...because they are so shady. And its just not the onsite management this goes all the way up to regional directors.I watched them manipulate a resident who had been there for 30 years. They wanted her out. They didnt like that she stood up for herself when her 1st floor apartment was discovered to be riddled with mold. Mold due to them allowing water to sit for 6 months in a big puddle ditch at the foundation and entrance to her apt. This woman was in her 80s and left because they pushed her out.* Apartments are put together with band aids. Your rent will increase $200 to $300 at renewal. If your lease is up in the fall they will try and give you your renewal notice as close to summer as they can - this is a management trick; with this they can now claim your paying market rates. No you are actually being charged summer rates, even if you renewal notice changes in Sept, Oct, Nov.Renter beware!*Staff: MO - this guy is a complete liar. I caught him red handed in a lie & proved it to management. They did nothing!!! Still kept his job...why because he LIES FOR THE COMPANIES BENEFIT!!!

Its in a great location, and almost everything youd need is within walking distance. The apartment itself is roomy enough and the outside, with all the trees around the community, does make it feel more like a park than a plain old apartment complex. The current staff are great, they remember you and your four-footed friends and care about your general wellbeing (shoutout to Janicia and Heather who are super friendly!). The management also has regular updates and reminders for safety, holiday events, etc, and are always trying to improve systems of delivery (like they have a new notification system when you get mail in their office), which is a very nice update. All in all good place, great service.
