Moved in May 2021.Great experience during our tour and research time, Jennifer was so helpful with all the questions we had.Once we moved in, there were some minor fixes (i.e. stove top burner replacement, faucet replacement for the sink and food disposal in the sink). JD and Ted were both wonderful, on-time, friendly, knowledge and got the repairs done quickly.

Wonderful location. The staff are very supportive and the move out procedure is clear.

I have taken some time after moving in to write this review. Overall, Id say I am very happy I moved here. The location is great, the apartments are spacious, the hallways are clean, the parking spots are wide enough (relatively), and the staff is professional and courteous.Jennifer and Zion were very helpful with the move in process and after. They have always been around for my questions and concerns.Special shoutout to the maintenance team! I have had some maintenance issues that needed immediate attention and Ted has been the most helpful. He is extremely polite, and fixed the issue with great care and urgency within a couple of hours of me reporting it. And JD followed up quite promptly to see if the fix was holding up. One of the best crew I have seen!Everyone here is friendly, prompt, responsive, and polite.I would definitely recommend this place.

I love living here. The staff is amazing, they are so sweet and polite. They get to repairs ASAP and keep the shared areas in very clean but comfortable conditions. I would recommend the Avalon to anyone looking for a place to live.

Cant say enough good things about this please. Leasing office staff is just great. Jennifer makes all the efforts to make this please feel like home. She is just a loving and caring person who would make you feel so great.. Weve been living here since 2016 and have no plans to move out, though we would like a bit bigger place. Any maintenance request gets immediate attention and Misha fixes them with a great care and very fast. Highly recommended !!!!

Overall, I would live here again. I think its priced well, its cleaned, the maintenance crew has always been polite, though I called them 4 times to fix my toilet and they never could do it, so I just let it be. The office staff is nice, but also cant be bothered at times. Super polite before you lease, afterwards, you have to pick your battles to speak to them. You have to catch them at the right moment.They also rent most of their best parking spots to non-tenants, but hey gotta generate revenue. All in all, good price, great location, decent maintenance and office people.

Right opposite to the Library, great floor plans and right on the edge of downtown where everything is in walking distance! This is definitely one of the best places to live in Bellevue. There are extra storage units for just 15$ extra monthly, parking charges are reasonable unlike some other places and the best part is the super friendly staff! Zion and Jeniffer are amazing! And special shout out to Mihkail for responding quickly and for fixing our every service request with a smile. You guys are the best :)

I am a new resident and needed help outside of regular maintenance. Mikhail Kodesh went out of his way to accommodate but executed the job with a smile. Sometimes small things/gestures go a long way. Mikhail is resourceful,helpful and above all understands meaning of customer service.

Our stay at Avalon Bellevue has been great! Jennifer is very helpful, and Misha (maintenance) is quick and responsive. Weve had a few maintenance needs, and each time hes got it fixed within the day! He even helped us with the freight elevator on an off day, at night, while we were getting our things shipped from California finally moved in!

Not worth one star, we contact them for a virtual tour. They scheduled one but when it is the time for the tour they didnt call in. I call back and they told me they couldnt provide virtual tour. Bad Service.

I stayed in Avalon Bellevue for a year. Overall my stay here has been quite pleasant. All the staffs are super helpful. Normally maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours. The entire complex is super clean. The apartment is very close to the bus-stop and Bellevue square mall.Few not so positive points are1. appliances are super old2. rent is high considering the complex is old3. They have only one elevator in the northern side of the building and most of the times during weekends it gets reserved for movers. So you have no option but to use stairs or a different elevator on the southern side.4. My car got dirty multiple times in their parking due leaking pipes.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough about how much she cares about everyone in this building!I’ve lived in Avalon Bellevue since December, 2018. The Maintainence team has helped me VERY LAST minute to get me into my Apartment when I left my keys in another state!I can’t say enough about how much this team CARES about everyone!If you are deciding between a few apartments, definitely go with the ones who CARE!😁😁Thank you for everything you have done for me! Recently, we had a problem with our disposal and the washing machine. We submitted a service request and were amazed when Mkhail showed up within an hour, ready to correct the problem with all the tools and parts needed. Were very happy with our apartment, the amenities but most of all the great Staff that are always very courteous, accommodating and professional. Big thanks to Mikhail, the Facility Manager and Zion in the front office.

We just recently moved in and I just have to say that Mark Corpuz was the absolute best at ensuring a smooth transition from our old apartment to our new home here at Avalon. Everything from A to Z for the move was laid out in an organized, proactive, step by step fashion, he couldnt have made it easier. And we LOVE our new home, it has everything we need...so quiet, cozy and comfortable, just so happy to be here. Kudos to Jennifer also for providing a warm welcome. What a wonderful experience...we highly recommend this community!

Honestly, such nice people all around. Im talking Jennifer, maintenance folks-Laura and Robert, everyone. Super glad I chose Avalon. It was a very smooth move-in process for me :)I also love the Amazon hub thats come up, because initially it was a little inconvenient to get back before the office closed to get our packages. No complaints now!

All the staffs are very helpful. Maintenance response is really quick irrespective of the problem. We recently had a water leakage, but they have changed all the carpets of the apartments and also helped us in all possible way. Overall very satisfied and happy with our apartment.

I would like to say big thanks to our Maintenance Supervisor Mikhail Kodesh for his fast response to my request and for professional completed work. It is always nice to deal with Mikhail because he is very friendly and resposible.

I think what makes this place great is the office people. Especially Jennifer, she is just the BEST and makes you feel a very valued tenant. Overall You will always get 5-star service when something does not work in your apartment and again, people that work in the office are the key to making this place great. Already have been living there for 3 years and have no plans to move.

Everyone has been very helpful. We had to do most of our paperwork via email and was a very smooth process. Mark Corpuz was very helpful in this process. We also had a little interaction with Jennifer as well. And when it came time to move in this was a good experience as well. Showing us where everything was and how to navigate around the property. When moving in we had a couple small issues but were taken care of by Vincent there on site maintenance person. Very nice person and willing to accommodate your needs. Five Star Staff led by Jennifer!! Weve been extremely impressed with the quick response to any problem or issue that we have had. The units are comfortable and well laid out. The location could not be better with easy access to transportation (literally within feet of the building), city life (shopping, restaurants, movies, coffee, comedy clubs, etc etc). we would give this community the very highest of recommendations. You will not be able to beat the total value of this community anywhere in the downtown core.

I like the management and policies from Avalon. Communications are always timely and clear from my leasing office; facilities are kept tidy and clean; the move-in/move-out policies (even the early lease termination) are flexible and courteous. All in all, I think they gave me a 5-star service.

I want to share the nice experience it is to live in the Avalon i enjoyed being here since i arrived its the feeling of home i wanted to feel since i left my country. Janiece and Jennifer have gone the extra mile to make sure my husband and I feel at home in our new city of Bellevue. I want to thank them both and say that the Avalon has a great feeling of comfort and its been an easy transition from my country to my new home here in Bellevue

Weve been living here for four months. The whole team is extremely helpful and willing to help. They treat everyone like families and is always there for questions. Even though the facilities are not brand new, the maintenance team is a huge help. They respond quickly to service requests and always comes with everything needed. Especially Robert, he is very enthusiastic when he works and helped us soo much. Thank you!

So far its been great living at Avalon Bellevue. It is close to freeways which makes my commute really easy. I once had a washer not working and a maintenance guy came within an hour and fixed it quickly. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Wow! I love living here. The office staff is incredible and extremely helpful! The maintenance crew Robert and Misha are on it when anything needs fixing. It feels like a little community. Walls and ceiling are well insulated, we never hear our neighbors and you cant beat the location.

I love living here! Not only is the location fantastic with walkability to all the amenities of downtown Bellevue, but the staff and maintenance people are top notch! Jennifer in the main office has been super helpful in everything. The maintenance men, Robert and Misha are the best Ive had; they are very experienced, quick and professional! Ive lived here for 4 years and still love this place!

Good location and that sums up the positives. The place is old with smelly corridor carpets and smelly trash rooms. The staff is very friendly at the beginning but more and more detached towards the end of your lease. You will be surprised also with unexpected charges after vacating the apartment. The apartments are nothing great with noisy washing machines and dishwashers. Simply too costly for the experience you will have. There are much better and even cheaper options in downtown than Avalon.

This place is very quiet and clean with plenty of parking spaces if you have a car. The location is downtown Bellevue, but just far enough from busy Lincoln Square. Management is very responsive to your needs. It has a beautiful lounge area. Apartments have an in unit washer & dryer and dish washer. What more could you ask for?

Avalon has been more than accommodating. The office staff is extremely friendly and always eager to assist. The location is amazing for both the school district and the ease of public transportation. It seems to be very family oriented and everyone we have met in passing at Avalon has been very pleasant.

The office team is very kind and helpful, and it is pet friendly, so such a good environment for raising dogs. Bellevue library just across the street, transit center nearby, and located in downtown. has its own fitness center that can be used for free, and the parking lot is very spacious with lots of room, so no trouble with parkings. Also, neighborhood is very clean and quiet.

There are plenty of amenities on the property and the units are spacious. The location is amazing, whether you are driving or using public transportation. The staff is very friendly and will do everything to correct a problem in a very timely manner.The garage, on the other hand, smells really bad and I am not sure but it seems like there might be leakage from the pipes in a few of the spots. They have tried to fix this in the past.The gym has tons of equipment, which was a major selling point for me but has ventilation issues, which makes it unusable on hot days.

Ideally located. Just enough amenities. Prompt service. Apartments facing streets are well lit but could be noisey. Secured, gated, covered parking and gated entry. Specially bedrooms could be larger in area.

Pros:Very nice community. Clean, quiet and perfect location. All the staffs are very friendly. Maintenance guys are always eager to help. Gym amenities are in good condition in general.Cons: The only con that I can think of is the in gym area. I am not able to connect to its WiFi most of the time..

The staff is really helpful and accommodating. Having staff available for collecting packages on my behalf while I work made it easy to move internationally and furnish my apartment without worrying that things might go missing.

Ive been living in this community for about 5 months.Pros: the location, its clean, near good restaurants, good access to public transport, staff are kind and caring, maintenance is always on time and now theyve added a full time patrol.Cons: the elevator noise (if you live by one), noise of the gym beneath the building and the loud noise of the stairs if somebody run.

If youre looking for an apartment, look no further! This place is perfect in so many ways! The layouts are spacious and homey, the location is phenomenal, and the people are the best. Here is an example about the people, which is super important to me. There is an exhaust fans that turns on at 8PM to vent the garage and is a tad noisy, which is close to the window and turns on when I got to bed (3:30 wake time). I asked if the timer could get changed to an earlier time so that the noise doesnt keep me up for 30 minutes. And just like that, Robert was down there the next day changing the timer. Robert, youre so awesome!!!

It happened just fxxking right now. My husband just pooled the park outside, and the stuff disappeared in an hour. How about living the first floor? Super unsafe. This society is doomed by the thief and homeless.

Very clean and well-maintained location. The walls are thankfully well-constructed so you dont hear every nearby neighbors sneeze like a lot of places Ive rented in the past. No air conditioning in the units themselves, though the building itself has aircon (but then again, this is Seattle - an apartment with built-in air conditioning really IS a unicorn), so things can get a little warm in the evenings - I recommend investing in fans for those 90 degree days, or a portable AC unit.Staff is VERY friendly and easy to work with and agreeable.

This is the best appartment building ever. The office staff are the best, you will never meet this kind of great people anywhere else.

Ancient elevators takes forever to serve your call. Heaters have old analog thermostat, cant install nest or other smart thermostats.

Have had on going issues with the current maintenance staff. This is not the first instance of a maintenance request being left in an unsafe condition.First, was a leak coming onto my front street entrance and it iced over and I slipped going down it.Second, I recently had my microwave make a loud sparking noise after pushing the start button and I placed a maintenance request for the issue twice the maintenance team came back with a response of seems to be working fine and that they didn’t notice anything and that I quote his words “ I can only speculate what happened”Whirlpool microwaves are registered through theConsumer product safety commission to be aHazard due to Internal arcing during use and it can ignite an internal plastic component of the microwave hood combinations, posing a fire hazard.I expierenced the microwave spark and make a loud noise when I turned it on.I put a service request for it to be looked at and each time they came back saying it seems to be working fine.I’m 25 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t be afraid to use my microwave. Let alone told what I’m requesting to be looked at is speculation.I bought a microwave from Amazon to use separately from the over the stove whirlpool microwave.
