These apartments are very nice and taken care of. The office staff works every day and are always available whenever we have an issue. We havent had any issues so far and have been living here almost 2 years. The pool is our favorite place to be in the summer. Complex is always kept nice and clean by the maintenance.

I just moved into The Vue apartments back in March. I don’t think I could’ve imagined a better place for a first apartment. I did a lot of searching before renting an apartment and The Vue was about the only complex that fit my very specific wants and needs (dish washer, washer/dryer in unit, pet-friendly). I wanted a place in the Papillion, Bellevue, La Vista area at an affordable price (while maintaining acceptable quality) as a young adult and full-time student which is hard to find, but The Vue was an exception!

They respond to every call and if they don’t at the moment, they call back ASAP. Work orders get done incredibly fast as well. So far we have nothing but great things to say about the Vue apartments!

My partner and I signed a 13 month lease with these people and we absolutely cannot wait to move out. I do not know the name of the lady who is up front but she is rude and unpleasant to speak with. The office never answers their phone during business hours. They are money hungry. Once they tried to charge us an extra fee that was about $600+ claiming it was for late payment which was a lie because we always pay our rent on time. I can say so much more, but it’s not worth it. I do not recommend renting here. Truly cannot wait to move out.

Also there is no View whatsoever, parking lot if youre lucky.

I’m still waiting on windows to be replaced that were quoted October 2020 (had back surgery and both are a hazard as I can’t open them).I first moved into my first place here in July 2020 and complained repeatedly of an awful smell in my unit (finally) in October 2020 it was discovered that their was black mold in my laundry room and kitchen. Lovely. Should have moved from the property then but, that’s on me. Do not recommend and as others have stated parking is a nightmare.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Save your time, energy and MONEY! The staff was rude to myself and even to a friend of mine last summer. It took the police to come in the early morning for a bat, yes a BAT in my apartment to get them to fix the door buzzer, as it never worked and I put in multiple work orders that would be opened and closed in the same minute with nothing done. People DONT pick up their dog poop and even with emails, calls to the office and work orders nothing is ever done. Parking is terrible most of the time I was parking in the hospital. Its in your lease you have to move your car after 48 hours there were multiple times cars sat in the same spot for MONTHS. Work Orders didnt work, calls to the office and nothing. I mean the cars had flat tires they sat for so long. I finally contacted the towing company and got a email from the property manager basically yelling at me for contacting them. They did work inside my building and left the mess and Im talking dywall work, painting, and sooo much dust for at least a month. Once again tried contacting them, walked down to the office to discuss with them and it wasnt until I contacted Lund Co directly did I get an email from the property manager saying they would get someone out to clean it. I could go on and on how unprofessional this place is. I was there 2 years, not my first choice due to Covid stuff, and they were on their 3 property manager when I left in April, so that should tell you something! They charge you to move OPPD and MUD back into their name for a cost of almost $50. They are also charging $75 for carpet cleaning when they are putting in LVT flooring. I have rented in the Omaha Metro area since 2013 and I never paid to move back the account into a properties name only to move to my next address. They have lots of fees on their monthly bills in addition to just your rent, almost $100 extra a month.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere!!

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Everyone from the office staff, maintenance and lawn care are all amazingly helpful people. They have a great system where you can access boxes at any time rather than only office hours. The buildings have a code you can personalize to get access. The clubhouse is beautiful and pool area is great. I also have an attached garage so we dont have to be outside at all to get into our cars here in the Nebraska winter mornings. When Ive needed maintenance help theyve fixed in within a day if not same day. Theyre super responsive and helpful. I cant boast enough.

Extremely unprofessional and maintenance is the worst. I have had my A/C out for 5 months. I have put in at least 30 maintenance requests and they come out each time telling me it is fine. The outside unit doesn’t even run. I’ve told them exactly what needs to be done. I’ve asked them to walk through it with me and they refuse. The apartments fall apart faster than the repair man can fix. Everything is made of the cheapest materials, and the front office does not answer their phone. I want to be very clear that this place is overpriced. It is only the fault of the owner and management for being cheap and unavailable.Response to manager: Not only myself, but many members of the community have given management more than ample time to fix these issues. If this was something you really cared about, you would implement changes that prove it. There are many obvious solutions to the issues that we as your renters have been constantly facing.

Very disappointed with management at The Vue. I have told management numerous times that our halls smell like weed 24/7 and my neighbor is constantly smoking weed and it leaches into my apartment, thus I have to explain to my daughter why it smells like weed where we live. Management has not responded to me about what they did or didnt do to take action, and the problem is ongoing even though you have to sign the lease acknowledging that its a drug free place. Also expect very loud music night and day which management would also not do anything about.

They will charge you for any and everything just to squeeze out all the money they can get. They are not afraid to try and evict you over pointless matters. Apartment quality is disgusting. Its a coin flip as to whether your apartment will actually be ready. If you call about any sort of complaint they will entertain the idea until you hang up but no action will be done. Parking lot is always a mess. Parking spaces are barely big enough for motorcycles. Maintenance work is below average. My 2 vehicles now have several door dings for this place because of the parking lot. I would highly recommend taking my money somewhere else instead of dealing with these people.

When we first got the keys to our place I wanted to never move in. The carpet was disgusting and wet. It had a musty smell to it. The cabinets in the kitchen had black cat or dog hair in them. My boyfriend called and got the carpet replace. Which changed my mind. It wasnt that awful. Then the maintenance guy came to look at the siding. Which we didnt have for almost 5 months. We never got a notification to say some one was coming. Working nights and being a female having stranger in your apartment unannounced while sleeping is scary. Now they are doing construction on all the buildings, which is great but again never received a notice when they were working on a specific building they sent an email about the project month before. When working nights it would of been nice to have at least 24 hours to make arrangements. I did not sleep in my own bed for nearly a month. But still paid rent. The parking is terrible. We have one garage for one of our cars. Still have to park by the club house which is not even close to our apartment. The pool is disgusting it seems to be closed a lot. We do love the view from our apartment. And for the most part the office staff has been respectful. But if you do need something Albert is the one who seems to cares.

We signed a 13-month lease and I cannot wait to move out. We had mice within the first 2 months of living here. Their resolution was to put out two sticky traps with a fortune cookie on it. We went out and bought our own traps and caught the mouse. This happened 4 more times. Weve caught 8 mice and received help only when we went to a regional manager. Our fridge door has broke twice, our windows leak air and the office told me I had to go to Menards and get plastic wrap to cover the window myself. The building door doesnt work with our keys and we were told that they would get a door that opens with a code in the next few weeks and 6 months later we still have nothing. The parking here is ridiculous. Let me start by saying I live by the hospital and if Im lucky we get a parking spot by the park. It has gotten to the point where we have to park by the office, this is absurd. Imagine carrying furniture over 100 pounds because theres a fireman and towing service saying if we do that again theyll tow our car. Which was already towed before which was a whopping $460! Today was the final straw, my girlfriend was getting groceries and nowhere to park, not even by the office! Where did she park? By Buckys, the gas station! She walked from Buckys to basically the hospital! This is going to be a long and cold walk for the next ten months! Definitely wont be resigning our lease.

DO NOT RENT HERE!The management was continually rude when requesting simple things. They would get snippy with you when you asked them to do their jobs and “manage” the apartment you are renting. The apartment I was scheduled to move into was not cleaned ahead of time and they expected me to move into a gross apartment. The carpets were so bad when moving in that the carpet cleaner refused to clean them because they were destroyed. They claim to have upgraded models available but only one to two comes available every 2 months. You constantly get conflicting information from management about policies. If you don’t get it in writing it doesn’t matter what anyone said to you, they don’t honor it if you spoke over the phone. We moved out 2 months early and would not let us transfer our utilities back to the complex even though we had turned in our keys. Consistently we would be told by whoever was working at the office that they didn’t have access to our account to know the status of any of your move out process. I have moved 3 times due to being in the military and had apartments at all 3 locations and this is by far the worst one to date.

For an apartment building, it was nice enough. Maintenance is quick to fix problems, the staff is nice, and it feels safe. The pool clientele can get sketchy at times but most of the time, I felt okay letting the kids play there. I dont get the negative reviews and am completely surprised at them. I never had any experiences like that and it almost seems like perhaps these are people who cause problems themselves and then blame it on the leasing office. Oh and Im also active duty and I recommend it to any military who get stationed at Offutt. Dont listen to the other people. I dont know what their issue was. I had zero issues with carpets or mice or the apartment being dirty or them breaking my lease. To the lady whose son is military - if he didnt have orders to move then they arent breaking his lease...ANYWHERE.I lived at the Vue for 3 1/2 years and moved out in October. Overall, I had no big issues in that time. The people in the leasing office did change over a few times but no matter who was in there, any time I went in to pick up mail or ask a question, they were always polite.I will say parking is an issue but Im not sure how that can be fixed. The spots are extremely narrow but maybe that was the only way when the place was built...not sure. It was rather irritating to see people park in spots in front of my building and walk down another building or two to their apartment. Im not sure if assigned spots would fix it. Im sure thats why they have the garage option but I wasnt able to put up the extra money for one.Maintenance response was ok until the last couple months I lived there. It seemed to take forever to get it answered and usually they didnt leave a note on the door that said they had been there so I wouldnt know until I checked my maintenance requests online if they fixed something or not.On move out, I was a bit surprised to get a bill for the drip pans when I replaced all of them the day before I moved. I was told I would get a refund check - I will have to check on that since the address was to a family members I stayed at after I left. I also wonder why they charge a $75 carpet cleaning fee but encourage you to get the carpets shampooed...I feel like if a resident has the carpets cleaned and produces a receipt for it that there shouldnt be that fee. After they used my deposit, I owed a little.Im also military and had zero issues with them on that aspect. The military deposit is $150. When I got my PCS orders I took them in and they drew up what I needed for move out. I really didnt get charged but for the drip pans and whatever utilities I owed on move out.Outside that I enjoyed living at the Vue during the time I did and didnt have issues others have posted.Edit: I just dont think there needs to be a carpet fee if we can produce a receipt for cleaning the carpets - and I never did get refunded for the drip pans I replaced literally the day before I moved out and then was charged for them...

The manager was rude and unprofessional and not at all military friendly. I personally own rental property in 4 different states and I told her that I wouldnt feel ethical to change a tenant who had provided 90 days notice and been such a good tenant. We moved into the Vue apartments temporarily while our house was being built. After this experience, I would never want to go back to apartment life and would not recommend this complex to any of my friends or family. We lived there for 5 months, our air-conditioner was broke the day we moved in, (that day was over 90 degrees!) and could not stay there that weekend because they could not get the part to fix it. The a/c broke two more times after that, the last time was the fastest that they fixed it (within hours). The worst part of this complex is the parking! I could come home at 4pm and there would not be parking anywhere close to our building. When my son would come home at 10pm, he would have to park on the street, not even in the complex. After your long jaunt from the parking lot to both the secured door and your apartment door, good luck getting your key’s to work. We had to have the office make several key’s before we had a set that worked average at best. The secured entry was the deciding factor to go with these apartments over others we looked at, while it was nice to have a locked entry way, the intercom inside our apartment never worked. We could only buzz people in, but had no way of speaking to them. We had to go outside on the deck to see if it was someone we should buzz in. Why have this feature if you are not going to maintain it.The inside of the apartments are in dire need of renovation or even a good cleaning! The carpet had several stains on it when we moved in and appears that it probably was not cleaned prior to our move in date. Our rubber kitchen floor was cracked in multiple places and missing pieces. Be prepared to only have FOUR usable cabinets to work with in the kitchen. The apartment is poorly designed; there is no storage or usable counter space in the kitchen or the bathrooms.Although our experience here was less than delightful, the office staff (Blake was great to work with) was always friendly and tried to help the best they could. If you do live here, you will find it pleasantly quiet for an apartment complex. We rarely saw/heard our neighbors; odd considering no one must ever leave the complex based on the parking issues.

Summit by Broadmoor was way more professional and I ended up signing a lease with them. Dont bother moving here. If you look at the reviews on google these tell the truth a lot more than the other websites that wouldnt even let me post a review. Parking is awful because even the one leasing consultant that was nice to me recommended I get a garage so that I wouldnt have to walk from the hospital with my daughter to park to get into my apartment, and the hospital is a long walk from the apartments. Where to begin? The good:The staff is always friendly and smiling when you have any questions and are quick to respond. Very nice to talk to with any issue and always very polite. Wish the complex was as nice as the people in the office.Dog friendly! Many dog clean up stations around the complex and a park to run around in.Great floor plans!Bathrooms are just fine! You can bring your own washer and dryer! The bad:Make sure you CHECK YOUR PAPER WORK when you first come in. I had to correct them a few times when signing. 1. I had informed them, well in advance, that I would be moving in a day later than I originally thought and they assured me the prorated rent would show that, it didnt. 2. They wanted me to pay the documentation fee...again. after I had already completed that and paid it online.Parking is ABYSMAL! if you happen to come in after 10pm, bring your walking shoes. You will end up walking a fair distance to your door.Snow removal is all but non-existent. Throwing ice melt/salt on top of snow piles does not constitute as snow removal. The apartment is cheaply made and not a ton of quality control. I had to level cabinets and stove. The faucet in the kitchen feels like it could pop off any second. The dish washer doesnt fit perfect like it should for over $760 rent. They are completely unorganized when it comes to getting things done that need to be when you turn in your apartment pre-check.I had to wait to view the apartment because locks needed changed, then they forgot to change locks on the outside storage, so I have more keys than I need to keep track of.The walls are super thin. Use your imagination...It is BRIGHT out side with all the lights. Invest black curtains.Hope you like the sounds of airplanes. because Offutt Air Force Base is closer than you think. The furnace causes about 1-3 levels of volume adjustment when it kicks on.They gym in the office is an absolute JOKE! A broken jump rope, non working bike machine, and zero racks for any lifting worth real gainsHope you dont have a company vehicle, because they WILL make you pay extra to use a garage for your personal car.Overall, not an idiotic place to live, but absolutely not worth what they are charging.I moved from the other side of the state, so I didnt get a chance to tour. Parking is horrible. If you arrive after 6 pm there’s a 99.5% chance you will be walking a mile to your building. They charge you for hidden fees so read your contract with a lawyer because they will charge you thousands in the end.

We currently live here and the new office ppl who took over is unfriendly and do not know whats going on it seems. Every since the new management has taken over we always have issues getting our packages....the stupid blonde headed girl at Christmas try to steal my Victoria secret package that came in and got very unprofessional when I was trying to get my package she had hide...I just went in there today and 3 ppl working not one person ask me what I needed....one was on her cell phone the other 2 was talking to someone but in the past when Jessica and Heather was in the office they was awesome never had an issues and even if they was talking they would at least acknowledge you and tell you they be with you in a min. Even the girl on her cell Im sure could of put it down for a customer. This place is going down here since new management has taken over n its very sad ..

I have had nothing but good experiences with both management and leasing agents. Maybe its because Im friendly and understand that if I walk into a place of employment that there is a chance that I will have to wait until someone could get to me and this has happened at the vue before but Im not on here complaining about it! Most all of these bad reviews are people who are generally rude and like to bend the truth to make a business look bad because they didnt get their way.... Mostly self entitled people that think everyone owes them something and everyone should drop what they are doing in order to please them! Most of these people could probably answer their own questions but are too ignorant to do so! So before you start going on line and slamming a business start looking at yourselves first. Are you the person walking in damanding things 2 minutes till close? Im sure you would love that if you were about to get off work!? Are you the person that doesnt call to set an appointment and just walks in thinking the that these workers are gonna drop their other work just to be at your beckin call? Heck they could have probably been needing to leave to go to a appointment or luch! You know, things people do! Your not the only one that has a life! Its things like that that you people should think of but dont because youre so self indulged!! For example Melissa Cook wrote a review about the workers trying to steal her packages. In specific, referring to one of the workers that I know because I live here as a dumb blonde this is a leasing agent that I know as very nice, personable and that is a really hard worker and not dumb at all but very intelligent and someone would never do anything like that! Shes always willing to help me and always addresses every one of my concerns. Now what gives this lady the right to write nasty things about people when in fact its her whos being the nasty one! Knowing that if she has a problem with not receiving a package that thats on the post office or whatever carrier she went through. Or maybe she couldnt originally see it and had to look again, I know Ive done that at work. Im sure we all have! I can honestly say the girl she is referring to would never steal a package! I think a lot of these people owe these staff an applogy. Just because they didnt get their way they have no right to go on line and bad mouth people. Its like little kids not getting their way and going around the playground bad mouthing the teachers! Come on people, some of this stuff is common sense and remember, your lucky these staff dont treat you the way you treat them because Im sure you would really be writing reviews then! But its okay when you stomp in that office being nasty and rude to these workers and accusing them of things right!? If it were me working Id tell yall to come back when you can act normal and not make up dumb stories like were trying to steal your packages that we have no need for or want! Thats just people nitpicking and thinking the world owes them something, grow up and remember it doesnt hurt to be kind because someday someone might be writing a review about you!

If I could give them zero stars I would, I cant even begin with how many problems weve had in the only 8 weeks weve lived here... its awful! Bugs, wrong floor plan, pricing went up, took dryer full of our clothes and cant be found, new management and employees each week, pest control guy walked in on me naked and then continued to not spray our place 8 weeks past due.. I hate this s*** hole.UPDATE: We got a new manager, Jessica, and she has been amazing in helping us with problems above! I hope she stays in charge while we are here!! Couldnt be happier with her professionalism and problem solving!!

Have lived here 5 years cant wait to leave. Not a fan of Lund. Spoke with several managers at Lund to resolve a problem. No help. Locally this place is expensive and weak at management. If you have a problem with another tenant such as loud music, your on your own. Maintenance fair. good luck.

Terrible customer service!Charge us a $300 miscellaneous fee when moving out and couldn’t explain what it was for. They refused to give us back the unexplained charge. We never were late on our rent or utilities and always payed in full each month and still would not return the $300. It was not a cleaning fee or a return of security deposits which was accounted for in the moving out statement.

Parking is horrible, most of the time you come home and literally every spot is taken; people end up taking the handicap spot with no permit or use the no parking spots, then management or other tenants call the police and you get a ticket. The trash is always everywhere and overflowing. Dog Park was a good idea but residents dont pick up after their pets and management doesnt do anything about it, except put up flyers that end up on the ground; this is also the case, anywhere outside the dog park. Hallways are always dirty and trashed. During the winter, the areas outside the building are always icy, all that management does is put a bucket right next to the entrance.Management is horrible; the office manager is always busy. When you ask to have the manager call you back when they are available, dont expect to have your call or emails returned. Couple girls that work the desk are very polite and try to help out, as do the maintenance guys.I cleaned and steamed the carpet regularly, yet when I moved out they charged me nearly $1000 to replace the carpet; I lost $300 deposit and had to pay over $600 in additional fees.
