I live here about 11 years and i love my apartment. My management office both ladies are great. Work orders are done fast. The property is always nice and clean. Management take really good care of grounds. I recommend to everyone to live here!

Cascadian Apartments is the best complex I have ever lived in! It first time I see very friendly and respectful management Rosa and Christina! I live here already 6 years, and I enjoy living here since I moved in. I love how management always taking care of everything that need to be done! Complex is always clean! If there is any problem in apartment staff comes to fix it right away. I am very glad that 6 years ago, I found Cascadian apartment to move in. 😊

Cascadian Apartments is a very good a place to live. The complex is always clean and groomed well both inside and outside the buildings. The staff is polite and friendly. Maintenance guys perform their job professionally and quickly. Property is equipped with most of the things that residents need such as, good amenities inside the apartment along with an outdoor pool, covered parking, playground, etc. The complex is located in a convenient area-just across the street from Crossroads mall. The whole complex is like a park designed with safe, peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Living here is just enjoy what I have been doing for 7 years. Thanks to the whole team, led by apartment manager Roza Stamati, for creating a great atmosphere in this place, a warm attitude towards residents and taking care of residents’ needs. We are very lucky to leave in this apartments complex, because the complex is run by a very professional management team, both office and maintenance crew. Every time was an issue with our apartment the office manger took care of the problem in timely manner, and the maintenance crew always did a professional job..We want to thank them again for making our life so easy.

I was shopping for apartments in Bellevue area and came across Cascadian Apartments in Crossroads area. Before I stopped by the leasing office, I looked around and was very impressed how clean the buildings and grounds were. This property has multiple children playgrounds and a very decent outdoor pool as well.Right across the street there is a big shopping center: Crossroads Mall. Behind the mall is the really nice park. Bus stop is right at the entrance to the property. Very convenient.At the leading office I was greeted by the friendly leasing agent and her manager. They clearly explained me how the property operates and, unfortunately, I found out that I am over-qualified to be a resident there. Too bad, because I would sign a lease without hesitation. I highly recommend to anyone to check this property out.YP

The best apt I ever lived in Bellevue. Property is amazing. Everything clean, any requests for maintenance work order was done very fast. Amazing staff, housekeeping. They’re working really hard, cleaning sanitizing all day, and they’re sooo warm and genuinely friendly. I love to live in this Cascadian Apartments in Bellevue.

The lady on phone think I was bothering her with a phone call, which I can proof, it was my first time contacting the property when I told her she must be mistaken me with the someone else she try to look up my caller ID. I think her first words should be hello not being rude and arrogant like 😏 she must be hired by relatives not qualified to give better service to the people

The best appartment complex I ever lived. They always try to innovate and get things better; they are not looking for short term profit, instead I feel they going to have this complex for long time. Response from the managment is immediate and handy mans is at my doors whenever I need help. Highly recommended

Cascadian apartment is a lovely place to live!!!! Super service and personnel! A great place to call HOME. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely. Also, I love the convenience of the covered parking space for the cars ....could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping, restaurants parks, and trails. I lived in Cascadian Apartments for five years and been a renter for twenty. I have never experienced a more friendly and respectable management team. The property has always been clean and continuously been upgraded inside and out. The manager was always available to resolve any problems and provide fixes for any problems that came up. It was a wonderful experience living in Cascadian Apartments. I would highly recommend this place to any renter.

This is a well maintained apartment complex with freshly renovated units. The management is friendly and highly professional. If issue arises the management takes care of it right on the spot, and all staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I love my apartment. I live here the second year and enjoy it ever since my first days.Rosa, the manager, and Kristine, the manager assistant are wonderful. They are great at their job and make this apartment complex feel like family. If ever there is a problem, they are taken care of promptly. I dont think that there is anything that Rosa and Kristine cant handle. They are excellent workers and are so pleasant, at the same time.We are so lucky to have Chris, Izet, and Issak as our maintenance man. They can do anything, at least to my knowledge. They always come up with the simplest fix and it stays fixed. They are also very pleasant. Moreover, thanks to Issak our complex is always clean and tidy. Rosa says this place only for russian people other people or nationality needs to wait 5 to 10 years to get 1 or 2 bedroom not sure why it is new rules or just her style to talk to people please pay attention and thank you for reading this review
