My husband and I moved to NE very quickly from the coast and had to choose an apartment sight unseen. When we started to sign our paperwork and it came out we had no idea which unit we had taken, the admin jumped up and immediately took us on a tour. Weve absolutely loved living here from day one and are looking at remaining in the Tregaron properties when we upside next year. Maintenance requests are taking care of promptly and efficiently and the office does a great job of both communicating whats going on with the property as well as responding when you have questions!

Lived here 4 years already and it’s had its ups and downs…apartment upstairs flooded in 2019 while I was gone and they fixed it as best as they could but never came back to repatch the ceiling above the washer and dryer. Any other issues that I have had, they’ve fixed right away which is great! Mostly quiet area, Walmart is within walking distance, secure area except for the main building door that sometimes doesn’t close right but I do enjoy living here!

TERRIBLE apartment, I do not recommend this place too anyone. I chose it because it was affordable online, only too find out the amount of FEES you pay make you’re rent go up $200 more then it says online!! Every time i turn around its another fee, NOT HAPPY WITH IT, there are plenty of other apartments i looked at and are way nicer then this place for the same price I’m paying now. If I could I’d get out of my lease NOW!! As soon as its up I’m leaving and suggesting all friends too stay away from here!

Dont bother renting from this terrible excuse for an apartment. The leasing office made me put down a deposit of $340 (application fee, administrative fee and security deposit) just to submit an application for a lease. I was approved and I signed paperwork to lease an apartment. A week later, management tells me my apartment has been rented out to someone else. I pick another apartment at their request. Five days later, I decide to rent an apartment from a different apartment complex and ask for my security deposit back. They tell me since they held the apartment for me (for 5 days), they wont refund any of my deposit. Be advised this was more than a month before the lease was even scheduled to begin. I will never apply at this terrible complex again. I dont suggest anybody else does either.

Ive lived in many different places in different states. You do get what you pay for. I have not had any issues with this apartment complex. I see a lot of reviews talking about little things that are not that serious. They should move to West Omaha it they want the perfect place to stay. I paid $1200 for a one bedroom plus den and the crime rate was bad. I thought living in that area would be safe, but i was wrong. I havent heard of any crime since living here. The doors are always secured when people arent moving. Everything in the apartment seems to work. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a quiet place and has a great view of the golf course.

Tragaron Oaks are horrible apartments to rent out. I’ve had my apartment keys locked in my garage, i tried calling the emergency hotline (since i was also locked out of my apartment) and the guy was overwhelmingly rude. I was informed that the apartment management does not provide 24hour lockout service. My apartment smelled of dog urine upon moving in and i asked if we could do anything about it, management told us that it was “new carpet”. They didn’t even offer to at least shampoo the carpet. Also my dishwasher and fridge had flooded my apartment more times than i can count. I have to blast my air conditioning in the summer and my master bedroom doesn’t heat up in the winter. Everything about the apartment is out of date. My carpet has no padding underneath and is missing patches of carpet throughout the apartment. I could go on for days describing the horrendous experience I’ve had with this complex, but I’d rather save my time. I wish we could give 0 stars.

The neighbors are very friendly but nothing else is good. When we moved in, the tile in front of our fire place was broken, the plastic “tile” in front of the back door was cracked, the carpet wasn’t attached to the ground fully, there were water stains on the ceiling that we’re only painted over, and many outlet covers were broken and NOTHING was fixed after they told us they would fix it all.Our apartment floods EVERY single time it rains or the snow melts. For this reason, we have to keep anything we care about on one side of the apartment. There seems to be a hole in the corner of our bedroom where cold or hot air, water or bugs come in very easily. We have asked multiple times for this to be fixed but all they did was bring in huge fans to dry it up and make our electricity bill be 3 times more expensive. There is never enough parking, I have to park two buildings down from mine.I’ve noticed people going to the golf course park in our spots often. And of course the office staff is always rude and never willing to help. I miss Gavin.I’m ready to leave this place. This is so upsetting. This place is too overpriced for being such a terrible apartment.

Stopped by today around 4:20pm to inquire about an apartment. Paige was a wealth of information. We only show by appointment. Last appointment is at 4pm daily. You can schedule an appointment, asked what day and time. I explained that scheduling doesnt work for me at this time as I am flying by the seat of my pants. Paige asks for my name, phone, tells me what days she is available, I select Friday. Finally, I get to ask a question.1. Do you have 3 bedroom? NO2. What is the square footage of a 2 bedroom? 9 hundred something. Me, that wont work.If Paige would not have been so demanding for an appointment, I could have been gone in less than a minute. Exceedingly rude way to welcome potential tenants.

My boyfriend currently lives here and has told the office before that the air continuously keeps going out and they told him “it just goes out sometimes” instead of checking and making sure that it doesn’t keep going out. And they also didn’t do a very good inspection before allowing him to move in, as the front of a drawer fell off in the kitchen and the fridge handle was only glued back on instead of a new handle being installed

The maintenance team is better than most other apartment/rental companies, and their online portal is great. However, the maintenance doesnt usually respond to non-emergency issues, unless you bug them. Furthermore, the office staff is literally non-existent half the time, as they NEVER answer their phones, and are rarely in the office. The first years lease is usually fairly cheap, because they wait until you are comfortable, and then JACK the rent up, so that you can barely afford it, once you come upon your second year. Overall, its a good place to live for the first year, if you have a backup plan for moving out before the second year.

I enjoy living here because of many reasons. It is a nice area and close to my job. The rent is affordable. The staff is very nice and professional. Even most of the residents are friendly and respectful. If I ever have problems they are taken care of within 24 hours. Most of the time any issues are resolved the very same day before I get home from work. It is also nice to have a view of a golf course instead of the backside of a building or busy street. It is also beneficial to have a Walmart Neighborhood Market within walking distance. I have lived here for over five years and have greatly enjoyed that time here. Thank you Tregaron Oaks staff!

This place goes down hill year after year. Snow removal is hit and miss. The only apartments with views are on the third floor because the trees are over grown. They havent cleaned the carpets in the hallways in over five years and they are black from the dirt and asphalt outside. The previous ownership cleaned the hallways weekly and washed the carpets twice each year. The rates go up by $20 or more every year and the office staffs answer is that they want a pay raise. The prices listed on the website are over three years old. The equipment in the fitness center has been broken for over four months, still not fixed. There is no cleaner to wipe off the equipment after use. The paper towels in the fitness center are hard, brittle, and dry. They put a recycle bag in their for the waste and it has been overflowing for 3 weeks. The price you pay is not worth the location or the view.

Went to the leasing office at 1 PM. I was a prospective renter. Though it was during the posted office hours, the office appeared to be locked up. I knocked anyway. I heard someone rustling and taking their time to get to the office door. Once opened, the young lady looked very inconvenienced and didnt greet me. I told her that I was hoping to rent in the area and would like to see some of the available apartments. Apparently, I had disturbed her lunch hour and needed to come back later. I decided to read the Google reviews and have since decided that Im definitely NOT terested in a place like this.

Management and office staff keeps changing. The corporation that owns this complex does not keep it up as nice as they should - it has too many properties to manage & it shows by the lack of upkeep in their buildings. Air conditioners and heating units are out dated. Do not move to a top floor - it gets very hot in summer & you have to constantly run your AC at 65-70 degrees. The secure front door has been broken in my building for a month & the entry way ceiling leaked & the debris that fell are still sitting on the floor by the steps. People from outside the complex come in & dump furniture & other trash by the dumpsters & it sits there for several months. Windows dont seal correctly in some rooms & you get a draft in the winter. Screens are not fixed so you cannot open windows on nice days & some dont fit properly as well. If you do move here at least make sure they do a proper cleaning of prior tenants pet hair, especially in the kitchen area such as your oven & in the refridge. It seems the owners cannot keep any employees or maintenance staff for more than 6 months so you have to call, email & go to the office to remind the staff in person before anything gets done. All of the issues I addressed above were notated in writing to the office staff when I first moved in, nothing was done.I had to make do with what I got.I was not allowed to view my unit until the week before I moved in - make sure they show you what you are getting before you sign anything or give them a deposit! The emergency maintenance staff are the only people who will reliably assist you but they are also spread very thin throughout the corporations numerous properties - it may take a few hours for these over-worked men to get to you but, at least they contact you back with a time frame.Beware of renting on the first floor, with the heavy rains this past spring most of the apartments got flooded. You can still see & smell the wet rugs in the ground floor hallways. Will say that it is a safe place to live, there are many nice people here that work at Offutt AFB & are very considerate neighbors.I will miss them when I move out in 2 months but cannot wait unit my lease is up so I can go to live in a better kept-up rental home.

This apartment complex could be the best in the world for all I know, unfortunately, if you cant even have a working website for potential renters, I can only imagine the poor reviews to be accurate. The website is terrible, links do not work, and is basically useless. This is 2017, my 5th graders are more technologically savvy than the person who designed your website.

Im not sure why people have rated this so low. This was the third place that I had lived in in Bellevue since being PCSed here, and it was overall an enjoyable experience. A few things I noticed during my 6 months here were:- The office staff were very helpful- Maintenance was always quick to fix any issues I had- The price more-or-less matches the quality of the apartment you get- The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The complex is also very close to base, the highway, and groceries. Although Tregaron is not perfect, it is one of the better options in the area, especially for anyone that works on base. I would have stayed had I not decided to move to a cheaper place with less amenities.

Worst Apartment I have ever lived in.Maintenance is rude, and they act like its an inconvienence to call the emergency line at night. The Air Conditioner for my two bedroom was outdated, and meant for a one bedroom (as I was told by the Maintenance guy), so it would go out ANY time it got over 91 degrees. They would take DAYS if not WEEKS to either FIX the air conditioner or even provide a portable unit to compensate.Things that were broken when I moved in and reported were never fixed, one of which was a ceiling fan that would have been REALLY nice to have when my apartment was 85 degrees at night.Gavin was great, and one of the other ladies in the front office was VERY pleasant, and would actually try to work with you. The manager was a pretty nasty person and they laughed at me when I said the air conditioner constantly going out was an issue, and I wanted the unit replaced since I had endured no less than three weeks in the summer of 2018 without Air Conditioning, to include a week of record high heat. The labels on the secure door outside were worn off and never replaced. Also the key hole would break once a month it seemed. A friend of mine had his key trapped twice for multiple hours. It took multiple hours to get someone out to fix it, and they would just drench the lock in DW-40 and leave it for another unwitting victim without ever actually replacing the broken lock. The buildings were in poor shape, and smelled horrible. If I didnt have air freshioners no matter how hard and deep I cleaned the apartment, it would smell like rotting citrus. And brown gunk would come out of the vents. Also, it was almost impossible to find people from the office to talk to in person. They were always on lunch it seemed, OR would disappear an hour before their posted closing time. One time I waited around for almost two hours to try and talk with someone when my Air Conditioner was broken again. It was actually almost harder to get a hold of them on the phone, and none of the phone numbers online are the correct number. The rent was pretty high, although not as high as many other local apartments. But it was WAY too high to be treated like an inconvenience, or just poorly in almost all cases. When I am paying rent to live in an apartment, I dont expect to be treated like dirt. I CELEBRATED when I got a house and never had to deal with these people again. If you are going to get an apartment from Elevate do Fontenelle, at least the people were pleasant (when I was there), and the apartments were spacious. If you are getting an apartment in the local area, just dont. As nice as it was being four minutes from work at the base, its just not worth dealing with these people. They know they can get military folks in minutes to replace you as a tenant, and they let YOU know it by how they treat you.DO NOT LIVE HERE! I had a nice 2 bedroom, on the third floor. I highly doubt they have a nicer unit. ITS NOT WORTH IT! I lived here a year, and couldnt wait to get out. I had a friend who also rented here, and even though his air conditioner worked, he ALSO hated it here.If I could give them zero stars I WOULD!

I would put negative stars if I could. The people in the office are hit and miss attitude-wise, sometimes very rude. The apartment itself is nice enough, but will soon need to be updated. They are not quick about maintenance issues, AT ALL. And they have ridiculous rules. One being they make you pay to rent their laundry machines or use a laundromat. Youre not allowed to have your own in your unit. We are leaving here asap, we are sick of dealing with the management and not being taken care of the way we should be considering the fact that we pay them a lot of money every month to take care of us.

I don’t recommend this place. It’s hard to get in touch with the leasing office especially during the weekends, the sign says they’re open on the weekends, but no one is there and it’s always locked with the lights off. Rent goes up ridiculously high every year for the low quality apartments - especially when nothing has changed for us; no pets, no garage/storage, etc. yet i’m paying almost the same amount for someone who has a 2 bedroom + garage + pet fees and mine’s a one bedroom with none of that. I honestly feel like I’m constantly getting jipped every month and every year. The leasing office sends out letters every year when it’s time to renew saying “Renew your lease by August 1st and you’ll save 100$!” That’s a lie. I always renew before the deadline but I’m somehow paying over $100 more AGAIN. I’ve been living here for four years now and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s too expensive for the low quality apartments. Our ceilings are always leaking, we replace washing machines at least twice a year, our kitchen sometimes floods, I’ve also encounters a lot snakes coming into my apartment, the carpets inside the apartments are old, snow plows during the winter really suck, the doors to the apartments are always jammed... There’s too many safety hazards and negatives. I’m definitely not renewing next year.

Checked this place out today, wasnt real impressed. Looks kinda trashy, unkept. Alot of furniture, loose trash around dumpsters. Probably just a reflection of some of the people living there. Buildings themselves looked o.k but the grounds need some work.if i owned the place the dumping of furniture around the dumpsters would stop real quick. Id put up signs saying anyone caught dumping furniture will be fined $100 or face possible eviction.

I would NOT recommend this complex.1. We put a deposit down for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Weeks before moving in, they said it was no longer available. Because my husband is in the military and we only had a few weeks to find a place before he had to report, we obviously said that was fine. They claimed to have reserved a different (but similar) one. It was not, this apartment only had no full bathroom, there was a toilet in one room that connected to the tub and through another door there was another toilet. We also had a fire place in the one that we put a deposit down for but the one we moved into did not.2. Our apartment was NOT cleaned before we moved in. Mom move in day they said it was just cleaned earlier that day. My sons feet turned black from crawling and walking on our carpets. We had to go out and buy a carpet cleaner after 2 weeks of waiting for the carpet people our complex said they were sending over the very next day. Still have not had someone come clean our carpets and its been 4 months.3. Our sinks flooded and we WENT to the clubhouse at 3 o clock. They said they were sending someone over right away. They close at 5:30 and we still had no one come. We called the emergency after hours maintenance number and he said he just received the call at 5:28 and was on his way.4. They have an online payment system, DO NOT USE!!!! Our first months rent took 4 days after paying it. Called our manager and they said it sometimes takes a few days to pull out but they had it on our records and as long as I had the recept they received it. Next month I got the reciept and did not think to worry about it. 8 days later they called us and said we did not pay our rent and were charging us an extra $120. When we confronted them about having the receipt they said that it doesnt matter and if we refuse to pay it they will add that extra $120 on our rent each month and start the eviction process. Needless to say, this place is bullshit(excuse my language) and we are moving out in 2 months, breaking our lease and getting the hell out of here. Thank the lord for new orders!!!

This place is awful. There is no pros to living here. WHAT SO EVER!!! One the maintenance people dont know the difference between a hole bl in the ground and their rear ends. I had to explain how to do a job to them because I wasnt allowed to work it my self. Yeah they might be nice but they are not and should not (if they are) be qualified to work on most of the stuff they work on now. I went 2 weeks with out air conditioning btw which is illegal. I called three times a week for two weeks until they finally came out to tell me that it was broken and they didnt have the part on site and i would have to wait a week. Thats not all. When I moved out I went beyond what I had to do to move out and everything I sparkled I sanded to a nice finish(didnt have to do) and cleaned the carpets(didnt have to do) mopped the floors(didnt have to do) and a few other things. Well I got my deposit subtracted to 169 for so grease in the oven drip pan. Not the stove drip pan but the oven drip pan the ome I cant reach because its inside the oven. Yeah stupid right. Well I still havent gotten that deposit yet. Move out date April 30th current date September 8th I had to call Corp to get my full deposit back because they took past 14 days which in Nebraska thats how long that have to give you your deposit back by but they didnt. Called Corp hot that back about a week ago on the 30th of August and still havent gotten it. Might be the mail taking that long but youd think that someone who is willing to go to court over a deposit would get it back faster than a week. DONT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. ITS AWFUL

PROS: Grounds and units are very nice, kept clean. Neighbors are usually decent but can occasionally get noisy. Decent price for amount of space. Very quiet neighborhood and groceries within walking distance.CONS: Maintenance seems to only be qualified for small tasks and getting anything done beyond that is nearly impossible. ex: I have had a rattling in my ceiling (sounds like loose HVAC ducting) for over a year now, each time maintenance comes out they say there is nothing that they can do, it has gotten to the point where I have contacted regional managers and even the corporate office and even they drop the ball by promising solutions or people to come fix that never show up. The sound had recently gotten so bad that I cant even sleep in my apartment anymore and AFTER having the regional manager not show up on a day that was arranged I am now being told, we will check it out sometime by the end of the week. That is a manager that knows the unit I am in cant be slept in telling me to wait four days just to have somebody come look at it. It was at this point I demanded my lease be terminated right away, so I can only imagine how many hoops will have to be jumped through for that.
