Lived for more than 1 year and everything was very satisfying. Sabrina helped managed our check in & vacation process super smoothly, Mark is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance team are always very responsive.We have to move to Kirkland due to personal reason, and this awesome apartment is one of the main reason we hate leaving Bellevue.

The Ten20 is an amazing building. Even down to their community spaces. The building is always perfectly clean, well kept, and everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! Always first class service here.

The units at 1020 are beautiful. There is some wear and tear that needs to be addressed but it hasnt taken away from my overall happiness. As far as value...that is different from person to person. Yes rent is high but we live in Wa. The entire staff and support team has been wonderful. Mark Steve and Rick are insanely amazing. Friendly and responsive. The leasing office at The Ashton are also incredible. Very professional, quick response times and no matter how busy they are, they make time for the residents. If I have anything bad to say is , the lack of resident responsibility. They leave trash laying around and dont pick up after their pets and dont respect the trash rooms. That has nothing to do with the staff. I love it here and plan on staying as long as I can. Going on my 3rd lease term.

Ive lived at Ten20 for several years now, and I cant imagine living anywhere else in Bellevue. Here are the quick details:- The building is solid concrete. You dont hear your neighbors. You have a level of privacy that is unusual for other buildings in this area.- Its downtown, but extremely quiet. The location the building is in is close enough to everything you want to walk, but also far enough outside of the main areas so that its always quiet and peaceful.- Its secure. Keys required to access any residential levels or garage.- Up to date appliances/style. Very modern, attractive looking apartments and lobby. Floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful flooring. The layout is open and sensible too.- Great tenants. Everyone is quiet, friendly, and keeps to themselves. Havent ever had a problem with anyone else living here.- The location is ideal. If you have dogs or children, you couldnt have a better place. Just out the back door is a huge field perfect for dogs especially. There are also 3-4 other small parks no more than a couple blocks away.- The staff is really nice, responsive, helpful, and unobtrusive. Special shout out to the maintenance crew who always solve any issues I have quickly and effectively, and to Mark Greenblat who - on top of being the nicest and most helpful guy ever - is an absolute hero whenever anything goes wrong. There isnt anything I cant count on Mark for.- Great parking. There is always a spot, and I know my car is secure in the garage.The downside to all of it? Its expensive.I can say that its definitely worth it though.

The concierge was very irresponsible.I booked a room tour at 9 am today and arrived on time. The lady at front desk told us their staff with room keys would not show up before 10 am. The system allowed us to book 9 am while concierge didn’t catch that at all, wasting our time to travel around.

Do you want to live in a building where to receive your packages, youll need to pay management a fee? Ten20 will charge you for package service. (Including a $1 per day charge for each day and each package that is not picked up).Now, this may even be fine, if there was actually a normal alternative to the service,(Aka: just having your packages delivered to the mailroom/your door/the lobby/reception). But - there is none. Management has disabled the standard code for couriers to go to the mailroom, has stated they wont recieve packages for residents, and has removed the area for packages that was previously indoors. Management moved residents package area to the middle of the public parking garage. Not in the secured, resident parking garage. Not inside the building. Not in the mailroom. Not in the previous indoor area.What does this mean for you? If you want packages here, youre going to be hauling them from the public garage (with packages constantly left out in the middle of the garage) all the way up to your apartment, and youre going to pay extra $$ for it.Especially if you decide not to sign up for the,package service, people who dont have it -- their packages are constantly left out in the middle of the busy, public parking garage completely unsecured because couriers dont know what to do, once theyre directed to the garage.Also, every package you receive, you have to haul across the entire public garage, then use your fob to get into the elevator lobby, go up to your floor, and haul your packages the rest of the way. Mind you, this is the package service youre paying for. Its honestly very off-putting that they go out of their way to nickle and dime residents for the simplest things. And, this is really just the tip of the iceberg. This building has tons of problems similar to this. I have never encountered a management that cared less. Ive lived at other apartments in Bellevue, with great management and really enjoyed them. If youre looking for a great building in Bellevue. Look elsewhere.FYI: I rented here with extra confidence based on the great reviews. And, well...

Staff is rude and seem to be difficult on purpose. Its like a really awful HOA situation. I dont recommend.

We love living at Ten20! It’s quiet, the amenities are great (gym, lounge, conference room, outdoor patio/BBQ) and not over used. The concierge is outstanding - especially Geralyn. She always goes above and beyond and puts her own great personal touch on things. She’s really good at getting creative with events too. Everyone in the building loves her!

The sense of community at Ten20 is astounding! My mom, a new resident, invited me to partake in a community gathering put on by Gery. Everyone was so warm & welcoming and the event was lovely for the residents and local businesses alike. Such a great way to bring a group of people together who would have otherwise never met.

Every aspect of this building is top notch- The meeting room/Gym/ lounge area- But most impressive is Gerry- She takes care of you from moving in, to the social gatherings on Friday- Recommends great places to eat and visit-Always has a smile for everyone walking through those doors! She is a great asset to this place!

I love living here. Thick concrete walls mean that you wont hear your neighbors (and they wont hear your dog). Modern, attractive apartments. Dog friendly. Great neighbors. Frequent (awesome) events. Great staff. Reasonable price (for higher-end downtown Bellevue apartments). Great location in walking distance of everything. All around great.

I would have been happy with any old models so long as they worked, but they went above and beyond.There are still some small problems, but no place is perfect. For example, in our specific unit there is no light in the entryway so I cant see anything in the coat closet. There have also been some unexpected charges since we began living here, but they took care of most of those. My only other complaint is that they never have hot chocolate for the machine in the lounge. However, these small issues are more than made up for by the kindness and flexibility of staff. The concierge is always very pleasant and have something nice to say whenever I see them. They really know how to make your day. Wes also went way way above and beyond in helping us get a very large furniture package up to our apartment when ups refused to cooperate. The people here are very nice and make living here wonderful.Lastly some other things I really enjoy about this place are the extremely beautiful view from our apartment, unbeatable location (there is a cute dog park next door and library, what more could anyone want?), large showers and tubs, stainless steel appliances, spacious parking, privacy, and excellent insulation from noise. This is a very peaceful and luxurious apartment complex with kind people. You cant go wrong in choosing this one.

Wanted to give a shout out to the resident service team. Glad to have a friendly face and helpful team. In particular, wanted to thank Geri for the wonderful halloween package that was left at our door. Great surprise for the kid. A little late to send this review, however still grateful.

I lived at Ten20 for about a year and a half before moving to a sister property across the street for a 2-bedroom. Ten20 is beautiful - the finishes are lovely, and the high ceilings make a huge difference in the feel of the apartments. I had floor to ceiling windows and a HUGE walk-in closet. They initially had issues with the front desk staff turnover and quality, but about a year ago invested in some great full time people. Geralyn is my all-time favorite, she is so friendly and helpful that seeing her always brings a smile to my face!

Very nice and modern building. Maintenance and clean are very efficiency, have nice and fun activities almost every other week. The concierge manager Geralyn is so friendly and nice to our family, especially to my kids, made us felt home in very short time.

We lived at Ten20 for three years until this past summer. We loved it. The units are extremely quiet - condo quality, I would say, they have a clean aesthetic, and the appliances (especially the air conditioning) all work really well. There really should be one more elevator, but you can’t fix that so you have leave enough buffer time at busy times of the day. The rest of the time is no problem.The staff is phenomenal especially Geralyn and Krystall are great. There was too much turn around with the concierges, but that seems to be fixed. We had many great experiences at the events and holiday parties. We really felt at home at Ten20 and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ive had some of the best experiences Ive had with staff anywhere here at the Ashton. Recently, Geralyn has just been awesome and gone way above and beyond to help residents have a great experience. Shes been a life saver more than once!

Love that Ten20 & Ashton are always thinking of fun resident activities! Especially loved the pampering tonight with the facials, makeup and hair done at the Nordstrom pop-up event. Thank you @Geralyn for coordinating and putting all the special touches together.

We’ve lived here about a year and it’s been great. Let friendly park next door, fun social events that help people in the building meet each other and a great staff. Gery (Geralyn Haddow) is phenomenal and has introduced us to several other couples in the building that we are now friends with and regularly hang out with. She’s friendly, helpful and genuine and I look forward to chatting with her! Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d recommend this place to my friends and family.

This is the first time I have lived in an apartment in decades. I have lived here almost one year now.At this point in my life it was one of the best decisions I have made. I dont miss home repairs, increasing property tax bills and yard work at all!What I wasnt expecting is the sense of community here. The energy that Geralyn puts into creating thoughtful and diverse events for residents is appreciated and certainly encourages thIs community spirit.The apartment is spacious and well appointed. I have a great view of the sunrise and the park, the neighbors are friendly and it is quiet.I love it here.

We had an apartment tour at 1300, they just keep us waiting until 1320, I lost my patience and asked them again, they told us the stuff was busy helping other people moving, could we wait for couple minutes, Seriously? What’s the point to make a reservation? Very unprofessional, totally waste my time!

Weve had a really good time since we moved in to Ten20. The concierge staff is great, the apartment finish is very nice and the location is hard to beat! Weve been living here for over a year and a half and its been fabulous. The floor-to-ceiling windows, combined with the PNW views, really give this place a lot of light even in cloudy days. The hardwood floors are also really nice and cover the whole living room.We would like to call out the support from Geralyn, whos always ready to help us. Shes always in a bright mood at the front desk and simplifies our life. She greatly facilitates large package delivery, she helps us manage the guest list and, to top it off, she organizes fun resident events like the free skin care consultations.

Lived here for almost a year before moving across the street to another UDR property at the Ashton. At both locations, Geralyn has been a highlight! Always making sure we have everything we need, following up on issues and keeping me up to date.

My husband and I couldnt be happier with the selection of our new home in Bellevue. The apartment is the perfect size with lots of natural light and an excellent view of downtown Seattle and the Olympic mountains. Our apartment is furnished with nice appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood and tiled floors. The high ceilings give us a more spacious feeling. We love that this place is pet friendly and located next to a nice park. From day one Geralyn Haddow has been there to help us in anyway she can. We appreciate how she brings together residents and local businesses in order to cultivate community. We really appreciate everything she does. The whole staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend these quiet luxury apartments.

I do delivery. i was delivery at 1020 108 for space 1108.i need to put in locker I no how and girl with pretty smile kind to show me she give me code and walk with me show me park and better way to entry she take package for no name in locker she gave me borrow doorstoper so i come back easy to her and with package show me up to little store spaces upstairs. She make my job happyand my heart easy. She smile all time and talk with other people about review I review her with beautiful building and beautiful woman she take care of me. Her Gerilyn she good to all people she help me i feel special in this special bulding it is very clean

These are high quality luxury apartments, only one or two other places in Bellevue provide the same level of quality.PROs: size of the apartments, quality of the finishes, the service is fast (I had a small water leak and they fixed it the same day)Cons: the appliances are a bit dated but in working condition (update: I had them upgraded - very happy with the new ones). Using the blinds in the bedroom does not create complete darkness and you can’t retrofit without risking to incur additional charges.

Ugh this is kinda mixed emotions to write. I absolutely adored living here. The place is stunning, the location was amazing, the people at the front desk were the best. Everything about living here went as well as it could. The piece that left a horrible taste in my mouth was an unwarranted $400 charge upon leaving to paint the walls and fix holes that had been approved and called out prior to moving in (two of them, roughly the size of a dime). After about a month of going back and forth with them and looking at the lease, their billing department kept coming back with unimportant, unrelated information to circumvent the difficult discussion, wouldnt call out why I was liable for these costs, and ultimately was unhelpful. Make sure that you get written approval for ANYthing you do in your apartment or you may be nailed with a fairly large bill on the back end, despite paying half your lifes salary to live here (For me, $3300 a month before utilities).
