Desert Title was very helpful! With the changes in Titles in Arizona in the past year and a half, it was nice to go somewhere that could quickly answer all of my questions and help me with everything I needed. I think I was there a total of 20 minutes and they did several transactions for me. I waited under 5 minutes. The person I worked with with quick, thoural, and efficient.

This place was awesome. At the other places they had me jump threw hoops an still wasnt able to help me transfer my title. But here I walked in and about 10mins later I was out the door with tags an title in hand. Recommend going to this place over the DMV or any other title place to be honest if you can. Very friendly staff I definitely will be coming back here in the future. best part is they are open Saturday. These people are awesome. Just make sure you bring all the required paperwork.

This MVD is second to none. Rosie, who was my customer service clerk was extremely helpful and got my paperwork done quickly and without any hassle. I would highly recommend going to this location!

Went to the state MVD and there was so many people looked like a one or two hour wait. Took 5 minutes here and I was down and out the door. Worth it for me to spend the extra $20. And they have a really cool table in the waiting area.

I was very pleased with the service at Desert Title and Tag. I went to a couple places near me which were very unprofessional as well as dirty. I was happy when I finally found Desert Title online (great reviews!) and called them. The guy I spoke to was friendly and informative so I headed right over. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with everything taken care of. I highly recommend them. They have a beautiful office with a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Service was quick. Convenient hours. Being open on Saturday is a Hugh plus for me. Staff is not only very professional they actually take the time too engage in small talk while taking care of whatever transaction is needed.

My roommate needed help with her car registration. I called several places closer to our home, but none of them answered the phone. Desert Title was a little further away, but they answered the phone even though it was 30min before they closed. They answered some of my basic questions and invited us to come in and get the registration renewed. We went in Saturday morning and got everything, including the address change taken care of. We even returned when it came time to pay my registration. The ladies here were very friendly and new their stuff. We were both very happy with the service here.

Had to do our title change over each of our lunch hours. Found Desert Title from Google. Easy access from a main road. Took less than 15 minutes to get everything done! Very helpful man did our transaction smoothly. They thought it might be a month to get our permanent plate due to the metal shortage but we got it in 2 weeks! We will definitely use them again and have already been telling friends about their fast and convenient service!

I went in to register a vehicle. Didn’t have emissions check prior. The clerk went above/beyond, provided a list of nearby locations that handles emissions. Long story short, I was able to successfully register the vehicle that day. Smooth and efficient

First there was No wait! Second I was worried I didnt have what I needed. No worries. She did some typing, asked a few questions and I was holding the paper I needed all in less than 5 minutes. Lastly the price was right. I definitely recommend you use this service.

Hands down the most condescending and frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a 3rd party DMV. The woman who was helping me immediately had attitude when I asked her how her day was. She then scrutinized my notary stamp, got a second opinion, and when that opinion said the stamp was okay, she then went to the back to ask someone ELSE even though we all knew there was nothing wrong with the stamp. She then tried to charge me $53 for an off highway vehicle sticker when I simply wanted to transfer a title. She insisted that I had to purchase it and continuously smiled at me and nodded her head in the most condescending way possible. I’ve transferred titles for dirt bikes dozens of times and this woman was stating something that I’ve never once heard before. Verified online what she was saying IS NOT TRUE. Waste of time. Never coming here again. Do yourself a favor and stay away

Fantastic service! I bought a vehicle private party. We did a title transfer and registered it for a year, it took less than 15 minutes from the time I walked into the building till the time I walked out with my business complete. Might have been closer to 10. Professional, courteous, and competent. There isnt a thing they could have done better.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted,helped immediately and they are very knowledgeable! Went in twice as they sent me off to get my vehicle emissions tested, and both gals that I dealt with were very good at their jobs. Not only that, the office is very well decorated and clean!

Im hoping that my experience was an anomaly but people should be aware regardless. First off, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt many times and had multiple interactions with the staff over a two week period, so it wasnt just a bad day.I called Desert Title to confirm that we had the right paperwork over 15 times, at different times of day during their business hours, over the span of a few weeks with no answer or call back. We finally just went into the building and Cindy was very condescending and rude to both me, my wife and our 3 month old baby. From the first interaction she was hard to work with, and it only got worse. She made snide comments throughout the visit and was awful to work with. We needed more paperwork to finish our business and so decided to leave and come back the next day.The next day we returned and sat to wait for our place in line. Two people who came in after us and had the same type of request were let in front of us. While waiting, Cindy was rude to every person who came to her window and like us the customers were just trying to be nice and conclude their business.Finally we were helped by Stephanie who was very helpful and professional. She completed our business quickly and kept us informed.In conclusion, Cindy is terrible at customer service. If you are unlucky enough to have her call your name, you should just ask to work with someone else. I also dont understand how they never answered the phone and have such good reviews. I hope the owners read this and make some serious corrections, but we will never give this place our business again.

The woman who helped me was so so so knowledgeable and helpful and super nice. I cannot remember her name but I think she has worked there awhile. She was wonderful. I had gone with my brother to this place when he got his title done a few months ago and I remembered to go there this time when I needed title stuff done for three of my cars. I drove all the way to this Chandler/ Mesa location because my brother had such a good experience with this company. I live in central Phoenix, and the place I usually go to was not sure how to do all the services I needed. I am so glad i decided to drive out to desert title. I def recommend this place and I will use this place again in the future. P.S. this place is so clean and nice.

Lisa is terrific! She does mobile home titles and is very efficient! It costs a little more, but so worth the speed and efficiency! I highly recommend her!

This is a much faster alternative to the MVD. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. You pay a small fee for convenience, but seeing how my last visit to the MVD was over an hour, Im happy to pay a little extra.

The place I usually go to was closed so I went here because it was close to my house. The ladies working were all helpful, friendly and courteous. Plus they were very quick. I don’t know how MVD stays in business with places like this around it couldn’t have been a more simple, easy and friendly process to get the title for one car notarized so I could transfer it to my daughter and to have two titles for motorcycles requested. Took less than 10 minutes and you couldn’t beat the price.

I’ve gone to a couple of their offices, one on Guadelupe and Alma School and one in Val Vista and Baseline. Their offices are very professional and they handle the customers with great customer service. They were very knowledgeable about all the services they offer as well. All the employees were very courteous and professional and very respectful to other customers about social distancing and wearing masks. They even wipe down all counters and pens before the next customer is helped. I rated 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. Just make sure you check their working hours for each office before you head over.

This place has been awesome! They dont do driver licenses but they can do all of your title and registration needs. They work with dealers so they are closed 2 days a week to service them. The wait time can vary but the mornings arent so bad. Definitely better than having to wait to get an appointment with the MVD State office. Everyone is kind and efficient, Ill always get my stuff done here!

Came here to get an application to transfer title and have it notarized so I could sell my vehicle. Sat down immediately to do the paperwork and was out the door in 5 minutes. Customer service was great. Only cost $10. I would pay more to avoid the DMV.

Great Service! Soooo much better than the actual MVD in speed, level of service, friendliness, everything! I used them to get a duplicate title and then sold my car so they helped the buyer get the title transferred. They seem to get really busy around 4:30-6pm but still didnt seem like you have to wait more than 5-10 minutes even at their busiest times. They are open till 6 but if you show up after 5:30, its possible they wont have any space available and theyll turn you away. Just FYI.
