Stopped in here to get my trailer hitch added to my Atlas cause they were $700 cheaper than the VW dealer closest to my house. As fortune would have it, Im really glad to have this experience. Bel was great to deal with from the very first call. Both drivers who dropped me off at home and later picked me up were super pleasant to chat with for the 30 minute drive. I think the tech who worked on my Atlas was Bobby. He was around when I arrived to picked up my vehicle and pay. It was nice to chat with him and Bel. Asked them about some other things regarding my Atlas. They happily answers all my minor technical question. Overall fantastic experience. Based on this Im going to switch to this location for all my maintenance too. Give the team here a try if youre not happy with the sad customer service elsewhere.

This was the most awesome experience buying a car (and I have bought many cars). Our salesperson, Jordan Davis, was absolutely outstanding. We were looking for a specific car and we are from Houston, Texas so I was a little nervous about an out-of-state dealership and had lots of extra questions plus I am very demanding (poor guy!). Nice locally owned dealership with some awesome vintage VWs on display. No high pressure sales. Worked with us on price and financing. Friendly staff. In the 3.5hrs we spent there, we observed the culture a little bit and it seemed like the employees enjoyed work.

I have not bought a new car in 18 years and was extremely hesitate to go through the process. My experience was easy with no pressures or hassles. Winifred M., my sales consultant, provide excellent service and did the process didnt take all day to put me on the car I wanted.

Jordan made it easy to buy a brand new car. No questions asked and was all about us. He was casual so it didnt feel like we were pressured and he was funny. The people at Berge were friendly and made you feel included. I was shopping for a month and some other companies and dealers were almost rude and didnt was to help us even though we had set appointments. Nothing really hidden about pricing what we saw is what we got.

Came home after vacation to find my interior roof console had broken and was dangling by the wires. I went to Berge and Bob Herbold took the car in immediately and fixed it in about 20 minutes. I had a real good experience with trading in my Impala for a new Tiguan SEL. The staff was very friendly, not the phony kind of friendly, but the real kind of friendly. No pressure, no hassle, just treated like a long time friend. I really appreciate Rohaine taking his time to go over all of the electronic features that the SEL came with. I really enjoyed working with Rohaine. He was very pleasant and took his time. He even followed up with an email and a phone call a week after my purchase. This is a first for me, I never had a dealership call me asking me if I had any questions or concerns.

Worst experience I’ve ever had - saleswoman seemed perturbed that we had preferences and just didn’t want what she had on-site - questioned all of our preferences like we had 3 heads - did not listen -Gave us our offer only to have her sales manager come out, not to mention the stereo typical douche bag sales manager that’s in the movies, to haggle with us to only turn around and renig on the deal we had in writing - Terrible terrible experience would never ever ever ever go back there. Ended up buying for less at Earnhardt in Mesa Arizona and had the best experience ever

I would never go back nor recommend this place. Upon arrival from Tucson and confirmation of vehicle’s condition, etc… and our trade in agreement I was very disappointed with the outcome. Immediately we noticed the car was damaged on the front hood and needless to say VW was not going to do anything about it. One of their managers commented how he would not give our trade a nickel in front of my daughter and the salesperson lady. It was very unprofessional and rude. We left after driving almost two hours with the deal almost sealed to be spoken to so rudely and unprofessional.A few hours later the salesperson called and apologized.I then called on Monday to speak to the GM or someone of higher nature regarding the unprofessionalism…needless to say it’s 3 days later and yet have heard back from anyone.Very disappointed and will never recommend Berge VW to anyone!!

My car is less than 6 months old- brand new not even a certified used vehicle, and my check engine light came on amd my car shut down in the parking lot and said there was a “start/stop error”. After restarting my car 4 times it finally stayed on long enough to make it home but the check engine light is still on. Called Berge Volkswagen and they informed me they can’t get my car in until August 12th and that they will need my car a minimum of 10 days.. umm what?! No courtesy vehicle, no offer of any other option other than having no vehicle for 10days.. well more like 30 days since I can’t drive it from now until I get to my appt and then the 10 days following they will need to keep it for. Mind you, I have less than 9,000 miles and have never even had a first oil change! This is my first and my last Volkswagen and if car prices weren’t so inflated right now I would take losing out on money just to get away from anything affiliated with Volkswagen. Worst customer service to date of any vehicle I have ever owned.

Great new car buying experience. Purchased a new Jetta through the Costco buying program and Berge VW was able to beat Tucson dealerships by at least $2,000. One salesman from Tucson said, to quote his manager: He has NO idea how [Berge VW] could come up with another $2k off that price, but, obviously, its a better deal for you.Bob, my salesman at Berge VW made the experience VERY easy. He didnt even need to see my trade-in to give me a fair appraisal. He even offered to meet me halfway between Tucson and Phoenix (I declined because I wanted to see all the colors in person and test drive a few).I kept expecting there to be a catch, but it was the easiest and quickest car purchase Ive ever made (I believe I am at over a dozen cars). I was in and out in less than 3 hours! I remember reading somewhere that people normally spend over 12 hours at a dealership when car shopping. A lot of the Tucson dealerships play old-school games, but I didnt see any of those tactics at Berge. The finance representative did not try pushing any extended warranties/service packages/etc and was very pleasant to work with.Bob made sure I was completely satisfied with the experience. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase or have to play the back-and-forth negotiating game.

Horrible customer service. Dont greet you. Treat you like trash. Say theyll do things and dont. Purposely leave your car dirty and sitting in hot sun for you to pick up. Do not take your car here for service or warranty work. No class.

I understand these are unusual times, but lack of clear communication,coupled with the inability to get someone to answer a phone, is an issue for the Service Dept. here. Had to schedule an appt. online. It was scheduled about 8 days out. Upon driving 30 miles to get there for the appt., they said they would look at in about a week. When I pressed why they would take an appt. then not be able to actually work on the car for a week, he said it gets you a place in line. On top of that there werent particularly customer friendly. Basically take it or leave it. We left it, Berges Service dept, not our new VW.

Dont waste your time with this dealership! A few years ago had a run in with the sales manager who was so rude to me after I complained about a car that I had purchased. I should have known better, but was sent an email yesterday inviting me to come and take a look at the new ID.4 EV, so called and made an appointment. Upon arriving I could see another customer just pulling away in the ID.4, so went into the showroom and informed the sales person of my name and that I have an appointment to view the ID.4. I was then told that the service tech was waiting to take the ID.4 home for the night, and had delayed his journey home so that the other customer could test drive the ID.4. The sale guy left me alone while he went back to talk with the tech standing the on the other side of the showroom , who wasnt wearing a mask, and just left me hanging. When after a few minutes I approached them and asked what was happening, I was told that I couldnt look at the ID.4 because it would need to be sanitized before I could get inside! And the tech needs to go home in the ID.4! Wow, so you make an appointment, yet the tech who is taking it home comes first! And why is a tech driving home in a brand new ID.4? Shocking attitude towards a customer who called ahead and made the appointment. They were rude and not interested in helping. You shouldnt waste your time, there are other VW dealers to visit, we have choices. Happy car shopping people.

Bob Weaver is the man. Hes a solid saleman, but an even greater person. Really made me feel important and valid during the entire car buying process, which we all know can be strenuous.

I had a service appointment. Walked In right on time. I was greeted right away then the phone started ringing. The employee pick up the call and hung up. Multiple times. I stood there shocked. Employee proceeded to tell me that if there with a customer in person. They will hang up on incoming calls. I was there for recall service. At the time I made the appointment the employee did advise me that they will need to have me car all day. When speaking to employee in person he advised no you wont get it back to today because they have to order the right airbag for my car. Employee never offered a rental or a loaner car. I left. They called back.to see if I could get a loaner car and was told we only give out loaner car to customers who have engin problems.This particular employee was the manager of the service department. I will never go back.
