A friend told me about this place and wow! I had an oil change and alignment done. I can’t believe how fast it was and everyone here is so nice and very professional! They even gave us a bottle of water! Awesome!

I will never go anywhere else for my oil change. During my daughters 50 minute tutoring session about 2 miles away I was able to put air in my tires and get my oil changed and be back in time. During the short time I was there they offered me a water bottle and were personable. They also gave me reasonable quotes for tires.

Ive been here to have my truck serviced a few times and Ive always left completely satisfied. The service is fast and thorough not to mention the technicians are friendly and very professional. Rest assured you will leave there knowing your vehicle was serviced correctly. I stand by this location and would recommend it to everyone.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. What a joke. This review is about a month overdue, but here it goes. MY HONEST REVIEW: I went in to get an oil change on 5/3/2021 and have everything checked out before going on a road trip. The mechanic told me I would need two tire rods replaced, both front sway bars replaced, and both control arms replaced. I asked the mechanic how my brakes looked (as my brake light was on and thats shown in my receipt) and he told me everything looked fine and nothing needed to be replaced right now. Went ahead and got everything fixed they told me I needed. Two days later my brakes started making a screeching noise but I ignored it as I was about to go on my trip and the mechanic assured me everything was good to go. I start driving to California and my brakes progressively got worse and worse on the ride over and my whole trip. The noise became unbearable. Luckily I got home safely. So being the rational person I am I decided to replace the brake pads. Took the front ones off replaced those and when I moved to the back this is when things got bad. When taking the lugnuts off, NOT ONE BUT THREE were overly tightened and improperly threaded. TWO SNAPPED CLEAN OFF. Never in my entire life have I seen lugnuts so improperly threaded and overtightened to the point of it braking the bolt in half. LOL. Thats only half of the joke of this place. When I took out my rear brake pads I was genuinely furious at what I saw. MY BRAKE PADS WERE 100% WORN DOWN. At this point I could only laugh. I was baffled. Either A: My mechanic was completely incompetent B: He didnt care enough about MY LIFE to check my break pads (an important part of the brake system, I may add 😂) Or C: He saw them and didnt care enough to tell me. So all in all, no I would not recommend this place. Im VERY concerned with the integrity of any of the other repairs theyve done. Especially considering - They cant do simple things like screw on lugnuts properly (a 5 year old girl can do this btw) They dont care about customer safety (either dont care or know how to check brake pads apparently). These skills are basic things people. All in all Im left with -2005.56$ for questionable repairs, two broken studs which are a pain in the @## to replace, and a lesson to never trust these people, and NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Im upset with how they drained my pockets, left me with issues to fix myself, and endangered my life as well as others. At least I can help other people avoid the mistake of giving these people ANY money. I wouldnt even trust an oil change from these people. Final verdict: STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I recently got the oil changed on my Subaru Forester here this past Friday. Although I came here, based on the mostly positive reception this place has gotten on reviews seen here on Google reviews, my perception here is less than positive.Not great. Not terrible.I will start out with the positives. The shop was very clean and well kept up, and the queue to get in was basically non-existent. The staff also seemed friendly and accommodating. Finally, there was zero pressure in any upselling of services I didnt strictly need, so kudos for that. Many other quick lube places Ive been to try to tack on extras just to make a few extra bucks, and that really bugs me if its done for purely no good reason.That said, there is an issue that I need to bring up. There was kind of a lack of ownership taken on a problem found when the mechanic down below tried to remove the oil drain plug. Apparently, a tech at another shop I took my vehicle to over-tightened the oil drain plug nut during the oil change I had a few months prior to this one. That being the problem was fine by me, as I was willing to pay whatever to get it fixed (and a new oil drain plug was indeed installed at my request).However, the mechanic that acted as my liaison during the entire ordeal kinda delivered the news to me in a sort of weird hey, we noticed the drain plug was stripped and this may have caused damage to the threads on the oil pan upon removal. followed by a non-confidence inspiring shoulder shrug from the tech. Of course, there was an implication that I needed to do something, but he didnt exactly offer solid suggestions OR even any reassurance that if something DID go wrong, that they would solve it in a manner where my engine wouldnt blow up due to vampire oil leakage. In short, he wasnt exactly proactive in solving the situation.This here sadly is what made what should have been a routine in and out procedure less than optimal for me. There were no assurances about taking care of anything other than what seemed to me like well you might be screwed but we cant really help you. All he needed to do was to assure the customer that they would ensure that there would be no problems whatsoever if it ever left the shop, and they would take ownership if indeed there was a fault. I never heard any of this, possibly as a means to deflect in case there was a problem.Additionally, one other minor thing I noticed was that the tech did not appear to lubricate the edge of the oil filter with a finger dab of oil. This is a very customary thing to do to help lock in a more affirmative seal when screwed in tightly.Fortunately for me, so far, the new oil drain plug has been holding up, but Im not exactly confident in returning here without having a local dealership with certified Subaru techs check out the oil pan for any possible damage that needs to be fixed.

Service is excellent and fast. You don’t have to get out of your car. I even received a tire estimate in less than a minute. They didn’t pressure me, try to sell me anything and most importantly, didn’t speak to me like I’m an idiot!

This is the only place I trust with my car. Sometimes they cost a little bit more, but they are totally honest, and will straight up tell me if I dont need to fix something with my car. As someone who isnt super knowledgeable about cars, its really helpful to go somewhere that is kind, respectful, and friendly!

What great guys! I was helped by 3 men including the boss man! I needed help with my car key which was on low battery. They were happy to help and not only that they helped me for free! Great service. Didn’t have my particular high performanceoil, but was able to bring my own and they put it in. Very informative of what service I might need for my vehicle performance without pressure and the “sales pitch”. Frank, extremely nice and helpful and did everything possible to ensure my satisfaction. Great job, I will frequent the business and recommend their service.

So my partner and I both took our vehicles in at the same time today and the experience was incredible! The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The convenience of just being able to drive in and get an oil change done in 15 minutes is very nice with our busy schedules. On top of the oil change, they topped off all the fluids and did a lights/safety check all included! I will definitely be returning. :)

1st trip here but the employees were helpful and getting my truck taken care of immediately after they opened. Truly the fastest and most convenient shop I have ever visited, I didnt even have to leave my vehicle.

Great in theory, poorly executed in practice. If we werent in a pandemic, I would have given them 5 stars for sure. That was the easiest, most efficient oil change I have ever had. The staff was friendly and courteous. That being said, only about 2 people were wearing masks in the garage and you are unable to roll your window up while you sit in your car for the oil change. The garage has some cross ventilation but I still felt uneasy the whole time. If you practice safety with this virus, just know this going in. But they are a great business and awesome at what they do otherwise!

Thank you Tire Engineers!!!!! After waiting at Big O for over 2 hours for routine mounting and balancing, we left disappointed. We stopped by Tire Engineers just to see if they had the time. We were welcomed in and 45 minutes later Eric and the Manager had finished all 4 tires. The work was even cheaper than Big O had quoted us!! Its driving great guys!! Thanks a million, well never go anywhere else again!

1st time Ive used this place. I had gone to several other places the same day and there was at least a 2 hour wait. This place is set up for quick oil changes I was done and gone in less the 15 minutes. Of course that came with a steep price. For me it was worth it!

First time, will be back. I had a simple oil change and got to stay in my car. Straight forward and I was out of there in 10 or so minutes. I went during a slow time on a Tuesday at 3 so a busier time can be longer.

This place blew me away. Ive never had such a helpful, knowledgeable, and fast Oil Change like this experience. I left feeling very impressed. The woman in charge was very pleasant and helpful. It was really great. I want my services done here from now on.

Great service overall, but the price is too high. For a 10-minute oil change, there really is no reason to charge nearly $60. Every modern SUV will take 7 quarts; the bait-and-switch pricing to draw you in sets a bad tone and makes me want to change the oil on my cars myself, which Ill do going forward. Another bit of faith lost in modern western industry.

So I went to get an oil change before I drove up to Sedona. I drove all the way up there and the oil light came on I looked under my truck and all the oil was on the ground So I had to pay for another oil change. I see it happened to someone else also thats bad really bad my car could have been really messed up. I dont think Im coming back and I spoke with the manager already he refunded me for the oil change but just seeing that it has happened to someone else I dont trust it.

It was fast cheaper than i thought will go again.

They look so many things over. And, on a VERY busy Saturday, they still took care of me not only quick, but thoroughly.

I came to this place for a coolant flush. Honestly I had no idea what was wrong with my car but I knew it was overheating so when I pulled up Nick helped me out. I was there for about 2 hours but nothing to complain about as he took his time to check out the main problem, he also made sure to flush out my reservoir pretty good before filling it with new coolant as well as he explained everything he was doing to my car to me in detail which I truly appreciate. All I know is Im extremely grateful for this employee because my van is running like a charm now! Amazing work! Ill be a returning customer for sure :)

Now this place is amazing. So old school that it confirms if its not broken dont try and fix it. You roll in you actually hear the ding in the shop letting them know a customer is there. I needed a oil change. They actually stock mobile 1 oil without a insane price . I never got out of the car took but 10 minutes or so. I truly do not have the words for how satisfied I am . Today was my first time coming here for an oil change. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the customer service. You get to sit in your car during the oil change they talk to you and involve you in the decision making. They are honest people. I asked about an air filter and they showed me the new one vs the old one and didn’t try and push me to the new one but I did purchase it. Just all around great customer service. Highly recommend.

These guys completely respect Veterans and offer a military discount. Everyone was very helpful & knowledgeable. They were very accurate and speedy without making you feel like they were rushing you out of there. They didnt try to up-sell me on a single thing. Was hooked up with a bunch of coupons for my next visit, and I definitely look forward to returning here.

The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint is how long I waited. I was there about 35-40 minutes. Told to pull behind middle car which was almost done. After 20 something minute moved behind another car and finally got service. The service itself was fast but the wait time was as long or more than other places so it wasnt really express for me

Its really hard to find a mechanic or service place that doesnt lie to you or give you a printout of junk you dont need. These guys are super honest and priced really well.

Super quick, friendly and professional! They didnt try to upsell on anything I didnt need and they make sure nothing is leaking (like the drain plug) before they have you head out. Defiantly will be back.

This place was amazing! Im not very good with cars, but these guys handled everything, explained anything I didnt understand, and the service was crazy fast! I was highly impressed at how easy, quick, and affordable this place is!

I’d give zero stars if I could!! I took my truck down there to look at my brakes, nothing difficult. They lift my truck up, and then 10 min or so later he comes in with a rotor that had CLEARLY had a huge gouge in the rotor itself. He says that my brake pads had worn through and destroyed the rotors and that he wouldn’t be able to put the pads and rotor back on. He brings in a quote sheet with prices for parts and labor. $400!!! I explain that they need to go back on and I’ll take it home until I’m ready to fix it. I go home, buy the parts myself for $130. I lift my truck and take off the calipers, and inspect my rotors. Where did this huge gouge go? It’s no longer there!! I inspect further and there is hardly ANY grooves at all!! This is one of the most shady things I’ve seen at a professional shop.

Fast, friendly, clean, safe. Minimum upsale but to be expected. Shops always try to get you to do other sevices. I just said no thank you and the servicer was respectful.

Drove out from Tempe to get my car serviced here. It is faster for me to drive out here, get my car serviced and drive home that it would have been to go somewhere local haha. Overall, employees were very helpful/nice and cared for my car as much as I do. I will definitely be coming back. I an beyond impressed.

Eric was the best. He literally saved the day. I went to big o tires got a rotation and was sent on my way without being told I had a hole forming in one tire and my other tire was completely bald. I was on my way to school when my tire became flat and (while on the freeway) and I had to find the closest place possible. Not only did he help with changing both of my tires, he explained everything and was very helpful. Best customer service ive experienced! Thank you ERIC!!!

I came here a few weeks ago based on the positive reviews, I was looking for a quick oil change, with honest mechanics. While I did get a quick oil change, I have come to realize that I did not get honest mechanics. First off, let me start by saying I came here on a Tuesday for the specific reason of saving $5 for “Ladies Tuesday”, which I did not get. I’m assuming this is something you have to ask for (even though there’s a huge sign in their Bay Area). Secondly, the mechanic told me my cabin air filter was fine, even “OK’d” it on my receipt/report. Today, I took it out to replace it and it was actually disgusting. Also, they never checked my cabin filter, don’t know how he “OK” something he never saw, same thing with my wiper blades, I never gave him the ok that they were fine..

They are great! You drive up, stay in your car and are done in 10 minutes. Very honest and friendly.

Apparently the sign No Appointment Needed applies to oil changes only. Went there to get an alignment. They had one vehicle on a rack in the shop and the tire alignment rack was open, not being used, with no signs of being used any time soon, mechanics were standing around. I was turned away stating that an appointment was required for any work besides oil change. So I took my alignment to a competitor down the road and happily gave them my money.

This was the easiest thing I did all day. I was actually dreading going to get an oil change. This place and the customer service was top notch! Ill be back.
