By far the best auto shop in Gilbert if not the whole valley. Had multiple things wrong with my 2005 trailblazer including a little bit of engine trouble. The shop went right to work on my vehicle and was ready to go the very next day. EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY!! After a few days I received a txt from Michael checking up making sure that everything was still good with the vehicle and if I needed anything else. Awesome service, very professional and decent pricing for the work. Im definitely making Gilbert Car Care my go to shop for anything else in the future. Will definitely be back for sure.

Called to have a leaking motor mount replaced and ac checked for leaks. Although we tried the past two summers to find leaks, the owner said he had a new ac guy in the shop and might have some luck, so we went with it. Dropped the car off this past Friday and received an update shortly after stating that all 3 of my motor mounts were under warranty and they were going to replace the since they were bad. Score. AC guy was also able to find that my two valves had leaking gaskets and was able to repair the ac for two $15 gaskets and a quick vacuum/recharge. Score. Had them do a service maintenance for my transmission fluid since they stated it was old and black and I figured since I saved $$$ on the cost of motor mounts, I may as well spend the money getting my fluids taken care of. They always check in to make sure my issues were resolved and give me timely updates through the day on vehicle status.And what is nice is they take several photos of your vehicle to show you how things look and the wear and tear going on so when they make recommendations they have proof and not just trying to convince you other wise.Also, they are next to a Dutch Bros so if your wait isnt long you can grab something to drink and hang out.Been going here for 5 years since moving into the neighborhood. They have serviced my 04 Xterra and 17 Traverse.

I called on Thursday morning right at open to get it in for an oil change. I have to say I feel as though they tried to take advantage of me being a female. they told me I needed a new battery to the tune of $243 ( I declined and took it to get checked elsewhere, my battery is good no need to replace). they told me I needed a cabin and air filter replaced at $43 each. i did this myself and they were both still in good condition no need to replace. they also did not put the closure on my cabin filter just left it on the floor on my passenger side. I asked them to replace the passenger turn signal if under $20. I called and mid check they said it would be over $40. I declined said put back together I will do it. i get home to see the bulb broken and hanging by the wires. To top it off they didnt even clear the oil filter code so I still have the warning showing on my car. All these littles things add up to I will never give them my business again. Beware where you go

The technicians here are really good and well experienced. They have worked on my cars for years. The guy working the counter was a little off, but I know that the men doing the work are a wonderful bunch.

I have been coming here for a few years, and each time the experience gets better (which is hard to do when the expectation was already high).The guys here are up front, honest, and do quality work. They even have a system where they photograph each issue theyve found in your car as proof and send it to you in a comprehensive report. How cool is that? They will even tell you honestly what needs to be worked on now and what can wait. They saved me over $600 on a repair that another shop quoted me on.I know it can be hard to know who to bring your business to, but you wont be disappointed here. Even though we now live 20 miles away, Ilk still take my car here for all its services.

Best experience ever!! When I walked in the gentleman behind the deck Chris signed me in and offered me an uber home for free. One hour later I get full picture inspection of my car, Chris then calls me and goes over the entire inspection, I didnt realize I had an oil leak! Every time I brought my car to this repair shop, (which is quite a few times actually) Mike and his team were very professional. I know nothing about cars, so I have always been a bit reluctant when I had to bring my car to a repair shop, however Mike always took the time to explain everything to me and he never rushed me into doing repairs on my car that was not necessary. This is what I love the most about this shop, their friendliness (you always feel welcomed, as soon as you go through the door) and their professionalism.I would recommend this location to anybody, in fact this is what I have been doing and my friends have always been happy with their services.

So my husband takes our van here for an AC Tune up with a coupon for $19 for this service. He walks out with a $200 bill without even being told about any extra charges. Very dishonest and misleading advertisement. We have been to 3 other places the 10 years living here, including the car shop a mile away from Desert Car Care, and out of all those 3 places the most we have been charged was $80. The only reason we went to Desert Car Care was we wanted to try this new place out. We had a coupon and the reviews seemed great. Ya, worst experience ever. I understand the charge for freeon, I expected it, but we got this extra $95 charge and wasnt even told about it till the bill was ready to be paid. If we had known there was this hidden charge, my husband would have left and gone back to the other auto shop a mile away. He complained to a manager and he wouldnt do anything but give him a coupon for a free oil and wiper change. Well duh, do we really want to come back again!! We live right by you and will tell all our friends and family and neighbors about your dishonesty. Maybe the other locations are better an honest, but not this one.

Came to pick up my car and they charged $40 for the diagnosis which they told me nothing about and I didnt sign anywhere stating that there was such a charge. The first place I tried was Desert Car Care. They inspected it and told me that the item in question did not need to be replaced.
