Had a great experience using Christian Brothers Automotive. I have an older vehicle (18 years) and have to admit I have neglected it except for oil changes. Im always apprehensive when it comes to dealing with mechanics. As soon as I walked in to the office, I was put at ease. The gentleman (believe his name was Tom) at the front desk was very kind and informative. He explained what was going to be done as far as oil change and diagnostic test. He let me know they would email me the results to discuss and approve. I received the diagnostic test results and he kindly explained (in a easier to understand terms) which ones were more severe and which ones to keep an eye on. I agreed to the repairs that were more important. He kept me informed of the progress via text which was so helpful. The shuttle service the offer is great and takes off some of the stress. When repairs were complete the kind gentlemen explained once again what was done and their warranty policy. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced. They treated me very well and I loved the status updates. Found my new go to for all my car rey needs

Let me start by saying… Will is a rockstar and he made my experience that much better! I called last minute because my battery died and he got me in right away. Didn’t make me feel bad for not having an appointment and made sure I was immediately accommodated and even offered me a shuttle ride to work. There was a small miscommunication on when my car would be ready, but Will’s professionalism and friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated.I also love the report they send you! It’s very detailed and breaks it down by order of urgency. They give you the time to work through the costs and not feel pressured to spend your life’s savings to get your car running again. I will be returning to Christian brothers for all my car’s needs and hopefully I get to work with Will again, he gets 5 stars in my book! Oh and they honor our veterans, which is a huge plus.

Took my truck into these guys. They were extremely helpful and they kept me informed on what was wrong and the cost to fix. Tom went above and beyond on helping me with getting parts and getting my car fixed. Vet approved!!!!! My other car has issues and I will be bringing it to them this coming week.

They tried charging me $48 in fees! Finally, after trying to tell me it was for shop rags and disposal fees, the guy took off the charge. Fees are NOT quoted when they give you the price of service! Also felt they wanted to do work that wasnt really needed. Higher priced. Shuttle service is nice. Seems like any other franchise - $$$. Came home and put distilled water in the battery myself. Doubt Ill be back because I feel like they tried ripping me off with that fee. Quality of service, I dont know. Also didnt realize this was a religious business. Weird. Waiting room is very nice and everyone was nice and friendly.

First time here and will definitely be back. Robert was my point of contact with this company and he was extremely polite and forthcoming with information regarding the repairs my vehicle needed. They also have a complimentary shuttle which was amazing. Highly recommend them. Can’t give them enough praise for relieving a headache I had been dealing with for quite some time. They were able to resolve an issue that 4 other mechanics were not able to resolve.

As a 74 yr. old widow I consider Christian Brothers an extraordinary blessing in times like these. Honesty and integrity are obviously their purpose as well as professionalism and genuine kindness. This is my first time at Christian Brothers automotive and it was for an AC fix. Had originally taken my car to another mechanic and the fix was going to be pricey. Wanted to get a second opinion so I brought it in. They walk through exactly what they were going to do to test everything and what it would cost. Probably one of the first times that I felt super confident leaving my car with a mechanic and knowing I wouldnt get any surprises. The problem ended up still being pricey but they were able to help me make it a little bit more manageable. Everyone that works there was super nice and friendly, always offering a water if needed. This was the first time I had used Christian Brothers. I was initially impressed with the clean lobby and friendly staff. I was waited on quickly at dropped and pickup. As soon as I paid my bill, I was escort out to my running vehicle with the AC on, nice touch. My vehicle was repaired correctly and quickly but the most refreshing thing about Christian Brothers is their true dedication to maintain their Christian faith in all aspects of their business. No one enjoys having to take their vehicle in for service but Im happy that I found Christian Brothers and will definitely be returning when I have the need. Thank you for the refreshing experience.

I had my car unexpectedly turn off in middle of the road and the power steering go out, and I panicked, dreading having to find an auto shop where I don’t know if I’m going to be lied to or not (as a female, this has happened before). I googled “female-friendly automotive” and Christian Brothers Auto was the first to pop up. They picked up my car from work for me (no having to take time off work, yay!) and were very communicative the whole time my car was there - the text messages were so convenient and easy to manage while I was at work! They were professional, polite, and respectful from the moment I called to when I came to pick up my car. They explained all the charges clearly and seemed happy to answer my questions. Most importantly, when I walked in to pick up my car, I felt respected just as much as any guy would probably feel. No creepy dudes staring or trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I went in with my youngest son to make sure his first interaction with a garage went well.Tom greeted us with a warm personality and a big smile (this usually makes me leary when they are too nice). My sons A/C was out and just as we were hitting 100+ every day until fall. Tom gave him the initial estimate that was about $120-ish. After he discovered the problem, the estimate went up but he never pressured my son to get the work done. He offered options and not headaches.My son opted for the full repair and it was done in just two work days.When my son checked out, Tom not only thanked him for trusting him but also made sure to remind us that any work they did was good for 36-months (likely longer than the car will last).This was an amazing experience for my son. They tried to screw a senior. They wanted over $600 for my brakes if a car that has only 25,000 Mikes.I had two places that found no problems with my brakes.Please in all conscience dont trust them. Dropped my truck off to find out the many problems it had. Repairs totalling arounf $4500. Found the cost of the parts to purchase brand new totalling $750. I understand a profit has to be made but unsure how it can be that high. Went to pick up my vehicle and the doors were unlocked and window open while sitting in the front parking lot.

Friends, you will not go wrong at Christian Brothers. We are from out of town, visiting for the holidays, when we realized we were overdue for maintenance. I dont trust just any mechanic or shop. Ive worked oil/tires, I know firsthand how things can be skimped on. These guys went above and beyond! I figured it would take most of the day, but they were done before lunch. I was so impressed with the greatest surprise of all, the printout - with photos! - of my vehicle and the different parts to be concerned about.We travel to Phoenix at least yearly, sometimes much more. Well be doing our services here when we come to town.(I left another review but somehow the text didnt show up)

Very up front and honest. The person we worked with was very friendly and clear with what we should expect. They finished the work on our car even faster than their projection. The price was very fair and I completely trust them with any future work we may need with the car!

Despite my phobia and horrible past experiences with mechanic shops, these guys have made it easy to spend money on my vehicles because they are great with the customer, their automation works awesome, effective systems of communication and the staff and owners are committed to great customer relationships.

I have a 1999 Suburban which I have looked after over the years and believe me it has been in some precarious situations along the way. I started going to CB on Higley a couple years ago and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else, they ALWAYS look after it and Tom has been my go to guy to make sure I leave there a happy guy.

We worked directly with Scott and he was very helpful and honest. They also made it very convenient for the customers if they needed to get dropped off or having the car dropped after it is finished. Pictures were send to your portal to what was needed to be fixed.

Called to see about a knock in my engine. I spoke to Robert on the phone. He told me that they would tow my car there and run a engine diagnostics for no charge! His exact words were we will get it here and run the diagnostics for you, and it wont cost you a dime. Awesome! Well next time I talk to Robert they charged me $135 for the free diagnostics, and told me that the cars drive train is covered in an unlimited warranty. While I appreciate the tow, and the fact that they let me know there is a warranty, I felt lied to, and cheated by Robert. Dont tell me its free if youre going to charge me.

The crew is super friendly. The shuttle service is a huge plus for drop off/pick up of vehicle. They do everything they can to work with you and make it a pleasant experience.

Took our Infiniti To Christian Brothers to have it inspected prior to purchase. Randy, Scott and his team were able to identify some issues and then did a great job repairing them. They communicated well and really stand behind their services. They were highly recommended and did not disappoint. Thankyou again for the great service and taking care of us!

Cold started the car in the morning. Had a random misfire. Took it in for diagnostic, they couldnt repeat the misfire. They tried everything they could, including a complimentary overnight compression test to see if coolant was leaking into the cylinder that misfired. They also shared a bulletin notice that stated my computer was defective and should be replaced.

Tom and the rest of the staff did a great job of diagnosing my check engine light problem and then getting it repaired on time and for a great price. Thank you!

I am from Michigan and developed an issue with my brakes. I stopped at the shop to see if they would take a look, fully expecting to be told that they wouldnt have time... To my surprise they got me right in did the repair. Now I am back on the way home.

I recently had my 2017 Chevy Colorado work truck serviced here at Christian Brothers Automotive. I called around town and received 6 different quotes, including theirs. They were over $100 less expensive than the Chevy Dealership, and almost $200 less expensive than Firestone!Now, Jiffy Lube/Pep Boys/etc. we’re cheaper, but the customer service was no where near as good, the parts were inferior, and they were just generally of lower quality. And more than anything, you could just tell that Tom at Christian Brothers genuinely CARED about doing the job correctly and earning my business. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Christian Brothers. I will most certainly continue to take all of my vehicles there for their maintenance needs. I am a little late on writing this review as I wanted to make sure my car didnt have similar recurring issues within a month or 2 of the repair. However, I had taken my car to multiple auto mechanics and NOBODY could figure out what was wrong with my car. I was ready to sell my car at this point but gave Christian Brothers Auto a chance, my last chance. I took the car in and had a similar response... could not pinpoint the issue. It may not have been the first attempt, but they did was no other auto shop was willing to... They KEPT TRYING and did not give up. After a couple of days they successfully fixed the issue and I have not had a problem since. They gave me an extremely reasonable price for the amount of work that went into the parts and labor while also being a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody having automotive issues. They have a customer for life out of me.

Very friendly and professional. Best experience Ive had with an auto repair company. Was provided a detailed inspection with pictures online and a quote that exactly matched the final total. No hard sell for additional services, just recommendations about additional work I should have done in the near future.

I checked around and looked at reviews. These guys are great. Worries gone. They are decent priced, not cheapest. At least you dont get jerked around. Thats what matters. Fast and honest and they try to work with you.

I have to say, I went in expecting to have to tell the staff no or dont touch but I was pleasantly surprised on their work. I will admit to being difficult on their suggestions but I told myself to let them work and see the results. I had to go through emissions with my 1974 dodge dart and usually a shop visit comes with a series of we need to do this even when they dont need to and then I get charged. In this case, the ignition repairs suggested were needed and not only that, my car runs real well too. I am happy! I hope to work with this shop again. Will was the man I made the appointment with and kept in touch with me through the whole process and put up with my difficult attitude. Sorry to him and thank you to him and Jason.

They might be great for working on other items on a car but not the brakes. they wanted 2400.00 to do my front and back brakes, I asked what the just the front would cost and they quoted me 1500.00 I went down the street to Brake Plus and got front and back done for 900.00 Not sure why they were so much higher. Because I was from out of Town not sure but I would always get another quote before having them to any work. They were really nice people though. Just dont know why the big difference.

Main problem was a wheel bearing issue. Which was fixed fast and promptly and i was continuely updated on through out the process car was diagnosed and completed with repair in a 1-2 days time as i checked my car in late at 3pm and it was diagnosed that day and repaired the next. Very excelent service! Cost of repair for general diagnostic, electrical diagnostic, and wheel bearing repair was $677 on my car which is a fair price to me.

This establishment is very kind, and courteous. They are very prompt in their work. While waiting, the waiting room is very comfortable, equivalent to being home. Nice, calming music.I will be using their services in the future, and spread the word!

We had work done at another shop, and the car was running poorly and harshly. After going back to the previous shop and being quoted a high amount for unrelated parts and labor, we took the vehicle to Christian Brothers. They were fair, explained everything, diagnosed the reason while fixing it the same day. I will add that they have a great warranty on all they do. Our car now runs very well, and even after the service was completed, the team gave suggestions to enhance our automotive experience. We will return whenever we have issues with our car.

I needed an oil change and I needed it quick. I was already 600 miles over due and my car was yelling at me to get it done ASAP. I called Christian Brothers Automotive and Bill answered right away, yes a human answered the phone, and I got scheduled in the same day before lunch. Along with fitting in an oil change within my lunch brake, once I arrived I was welcomed with a really nice smelling waiting area that had water and snacks available. I walked in and talked with Scott and informed him that I am here for my appointment, he asked a few more questions and within a minute or two my car was already being moved into a bay to get worked on. The owner Randy (who’s a veteran) went around and asked every customer how their experience was and thanked them for their business.The coolest part of my experience here, was the text message updates and photos I received as my car was being worked on, they sent over what could use some work on right now, what can be done later, and the areas the car was perfect In.It was a great experience all together and I recommend to anyone needing an oil change, alignment, or any automotive services this is the place to go.

I had a really good experience getting my car serviced at Christian Brothers! Work was completed faster than I expected. They are all super nice people and very professional. I totally intend to support a business that has a giving day each year for a worthy cause. My daughter was blessed a few months ago when the Litchfield Christian Brothers supported Autism Awareness. They gave free oil changes to the group. While there, they discovered she needed new brakes. They made an appointment for her the following week and did the work free of charge! I cant tell you how overwhelmed with gratitude she was.

Awesome experience. Had my tire pressure sensor go off on the way to work. Pulled into the nearest auto shop (the closest tire place didnt have time for me) and a gentleman in the business office (in his nice work clothes) personally walked out and got on his hands and knees next to check the pressure and air up the two low tires that had set my sensor off. When I asked what was owed, he didnt charge me a thing. I made it to work on time. Incredible, helpful service. I will be back.

I have been taken advantage of many times being a woman, it seems like they see you coming. Walking in their shop is like walking into someones living room. The little extra details mean a lot too. Had an AC recharged and a day later blowing warm again. Hard to have confidence in a company with something so simple as an AC recharge. Biggest thing that ticks me off just had to pick up my kids without any AC.

Tom and Mike were both very welcoming as this was my first visit to their Christian Brothers Automotive location. They listened intently, and I found them to be very knowledgeable, walking me through the possible causes related to the symptoms displayed by our vehicle. They explained the steps they would need to take to refute or validate the hypothesized cause(s) and then make recommendations based on the results from the diagnostic service. Based on the diagnostic service there were a few other recommended vehicle maintenance services, which I figured were due. Their pricing is fair, and their 3 year-36k mile warranty (whichever works in your favor) is second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy automotive service partner.

I got my oil change as advertised and with a smile (under his mask of course), in a timely manner and completely free as promised. The complimentary inspection was extensive and the estimate for the repairs was outrageous but more than likely within the normal range. Ill definitely be calling them for any work needed on my car.
