I’ve been going to Christian Brothers for a couple years now. They did a lot of maintenance on my truck and have also done a couple oil changes on my car. Each time I bring in my vehicle they are amazing at communicating and getting the job done on time. For example, today, I had an oil change appointment at 2pm. I brought the car in at 12 and asked if they could squeeze it in before my appt. They did and the car was ready by 1:30. I also love that they check the rest of the car and provide pictures of anything that could need fixing. Of course they ask if they can fix it but they are not as pushy as those other places that just want your money.I will continue going to Christian Brothers as they never let me down.

This an amazing company with good ethics. Troy was super helpful with keeping me updated on what was going on with my car. He told me what needed to be fixed and what needed to be watched. He was honest about the repairs that needed to be done and didn’t try and convince me to fix something that was unnecessary at the present time. I’m very happy with Christian Brothers and we are going to take our cars to them from now on.

I appreciated the detailed report along with pictures, and explanation showing what was going on with my vehicle. Additionally, EVERY representative I dealt with was courteous. The customer service was out of this world. The employees were happy which suggested they have a good boss and good working conditions. If the boss is generous and caring towards her employees, imagine how wonderful she is to her customers. I loved the inspection report which fosters transparency. Finally, the work speaks for itself. So far my car runs wonderfully. I finally feel like I got my money’s worth.

My first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive was positive in every way. From the first time I called, to my first visit in, to every interaction on the phone and in person, I felt valued as a customer. I am always concerned about service employees being predatory or talking down to me when I bring my car in for service. That was not my experience at Christian Brothers at all.They helped to explain the work that needed to be done on my car. They took time to answer my questions. They explained the reasons why they were recommending different services and the reason for the prices they quoted. The prices they quoted were very fair, in my opinion. I felt their inspection and quote was more reasonable that what was quoted at the dealership. I trusted their advice and their service. JC was my service advisor on my last visit and he was a consummate professional in every way. He has recruited me and my family as Christian Brothers customers, most definitely. We greatly appreciate the honest, fair service.

I have come to this business for several oil changes. They are always courteous and transparent about their services. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they communicate promptly when your vehicle is finished. I appreciate the report they send to you about your vehicle inspection which includes pictures and descriptions. They also offer a shuttle while your vehicle is in service.

Loved the experience working with the team here! I had brakes that needed to be rechecked from a previous job and not only did they replace them for free, they also upgraded my brakes for the inconvenience. I had a rough experience at a separate Christian Brothers franchise and they were able to ease my mind there and explain what was being done.They provide you with a detailed photo report and it helps a ton with transparency. Would 100% recommend this franchise!

Once again Christian Brothers have completely impressed me! I am headed out of town tomorrow on a road trip and they did an overall inspection and found my belt was about to snap! These people are truly amazing. I am currently going through a situation with my current car that I bought from a dealership. I have made several repairs to this car through Christian brothers and was shown the up most respect. I had a recent repair down and unfortunately the part didnt help with the car because I need a new assembly for the shifter but I was refunded the money because of the situation. I really appreciate these guys and I will always take my cars to them. Very nice and professional people.

Joe took care of us from the moment we walked in the door! He was so incredibly kind! My husbands car was overdue for an oil change and was also making some alarming sounds in the hood. We received a full run down of everything they inspected complete with photos and videos. They completed the repairs in record time, too! Our rearview camera was acting up. Turns out it needed to be replaced. All the employees we worked with were friendly, fast and thorough. Even helped me carry our very large car seats to our other car since they needed to keep my car until the next day. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers!

Poor communication and car sales tactics to get you to get work done on your car. I had an appointment at 1 for an oil change. Was told an hour and a half, okay. Sat and wait for my car to be done. 2:20 Rolls around and then someone from behind the counter lets me know that a bay has not opened up and it will be another 30 minutes. I was not informed that my car was not being worked on, that it would take longer than promised, or even given the option to reschedule. Any communication about timeframe for my service would it be greatly appreciated and let me know I needed to take it at a different time. Instead, I was expected to have nothing else to do other than wait on my car to have an oil change. I then got to watch them use scare tactics to try and get a woman to have a vehicle service done with them rather than going to a competitor.I wasted an hour and twenty minutes and they wanted me to wait more. I took my keys and left.

Troy was was a pleasure to work with. I was specific with what my budget was and he was able to keep me well below what I was expecting to pay. Absolutely zero pressure at all!

After meeting Lisa (owner ) through the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce I had mentioned the need for a fleet account and work done on my personal vehicle she insured me that Christina brothers would take care of us with no worries and YES! she was totally right, I called the shop and Joe answered I told him my issued that I was having with my truck and he said he would fit me in today, not only did he do just that the attention to detail and professionalisa was absolutely amazing. I am extremely happy with the level of care that went into repairing my car. The guys at Christian Brothers Automotive are friendly and they take time to make sure they understand your needs. They did not try to pressure me into making additional repairs and helped me to understand what was going on with the car. So happy we found an honest car care place. Not only did they have spectacular service & friendliness. They saved us $.Took the car in for an inspection & they were amazing. My husband said they saved us a ton.Also, a few months later my battery needed to be replaced & we thought about running up to auto zone & do it ourselves. But chose to call & see how much it would cost if they did it. Not only are we saving $ again 🙌🏼 PTL! We are getting a 5 year warranty on the battery instead of 1 year. 🥰Plus, we don’t have to YouTube how to replace a battery & spend our time trying to figure it out.So much peace of mind knowing you can trust these guys!!!

What in the world!!! This morning I called around to a few places to get quotes on an alignment. I was looking around for the cheapest price. Christian Brothers Automotive was not the cheapest price ($10 more) but I was VERY impressed by their customer service on the phone, so I chose them. My expectations were already pretty high reading reviews and somehow they still exceeded them! I generally work on my own vehicles but the times I do not I will definitely be taking my vehicles here moving forward. Thanks guys!

Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. They informed me exactly what was going on with my car and I could tell they had my best interest in mind. The didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.Besides all of that, their office area was immaculate. Ill get the good out of the way first, the employee I spoke to at the front was very friendly, and none of my frustration is with the staff, they were great. I brought in my knuckle assembly so that they could press out my wheel bearings and install new ones, and I was quoted for over $200! After trying to talk them down, I was able to get to $180, but still that is way too much to do a simple task. I called around and was able to get it done for well under half that price! Im giving three stars because I didnt receive any service there so i can not judge them on that, but I recommend searching for cheaper prices before settling here.

Made an appointment to take my sons vehicle to Christian Bros. They called and got me in earlier than expected. The facility was super clean, the staff was friendly, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They presented all options clearly, provided exact quotes upfront, and kept me updated on part availability throughout the process. They had us up and running in two days, the vehicle work was completed the same day they received the parts. I am grateful that Christian Bros is an honest, knowledgeable shop that treats customers right. They have earned my repeat business.

We brought our car in when the A/C was not working. They recharged our A/C and performed their courtesy inspection (which includes a digital report sent to your device that has photos of tests, tires, etc). They are so thorough and awesome!I have worked with Travis and Adam, both were professional and helpful.

From my first phone call to setup an appointment, I was shocked at how friendly the woman was that answered the phone. I’ve never had anyone that friendly when dealing with other shops. Upon arriving, I was impressed with how clean the lobby was and they helped me almost right away to check me in. Troy discussed what the vehicle issues could be and explained the items they’d look into. Troy explained that it would take most of the day so he would have me brought home by their shuttle. The shuttle driver happened to be the owner of the shop and the same person who took my appointment by phone the previous week. She was extremely friendly and personable. Troy called me once when they diagnosed the issues and explained what they’d be doing and again when my vehicle was repaired. He also told me the shuttle would leave shortly. About 5 minutes later, I received a text with the time the shuttle would arrive at my house. I thought this was a great idea because I didn’t have to guess when she’d show up since they do drop off and pick up other customers. When I arrived, I was able to pay quickly and my vehicle was ready and parked.I heard about CBA through a coworker and didn’t realize they were right up the street from home. Their prices are very reasonable and much less than what I’ve experienced at the dealer. The whole crew there are so friendly and personable which is nothing I’ve ever experienced at the dealer. I was very impressed with the whole experience and will always take my vehicles from now on.

I went to Christian Brothers for the first time this week. The staff was very friendly and gave great insights to what was happening with my car. The issue was one of those dreaded ones that could of been a multitude of things. They not only found the issue but it was one of the less expensive things that could of been wrong. There was no running up the bill trying to find the right fix. Just good communication and great mechanical expertise.

Christian Brothers here on Pecos in Gilbert is nothing short a 5 star experience. Bryan and his team are very thorough and thoughtful on what needed to be addressed on both visits on 2 of our families vehicles. This is the cleanest mechanics shop I ever seen. Don’t think twice about using them for repairs. They even arranged for towing when our fuel pump went out. You can even communicate with text messages like a friend in which this case they now certainly are. Professional, prompt clean and courteous. 5 stars

Ready to give 5 starts after my next service with them.I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff here is extremely hospitable and quick. It took an hour to service my 14 Tacoma. They gave me some recommendations for the next mileage service and sent me on my way. I’ll be coming back!

Bryan patiently explained his diagnosis, and he was honest about the work that needed to be done now and what could wait. He found parts that cost less than the estimate and completed the work very efficiently and thoroughly.

Everyone is polite and they explain everything to you. I feel that as a woman they dont try to take advantage of you and drive your bill up like some places do. They actually take the time to show you what is wrong with your car before getting permission to fix it or not. There is no pressure.

My Wife and I just moved to Arizona and I was looking for a repair facility to do our maintenance for our vehicles. I reached out to several repair facilities and Brian at Christian Brothers was the only one to return my message. Brian and Troy were top notch Brought my vehicle to them needing a repair I was told by a dealer it needed and it turns out the problem was much smaller than I was told. Christian Brothers only repaired what was needed. The bill was hundreds of dollars less than what the dealer quoted me.They shuttled me home and came back to pick me up when the repairs were completed.Very honest guys and facility is brand new and clean. First time in for service a few days ago. I was impressed by how clean everything is first off! Even the service bays were clean! The staff was extremely friendly. The service was explained well, I was shown digital reference to MY car so I understood exactly what was needed. Never had that before! I never felt pressured. I was told by a prior shop that I needed a new serpentine belt and new filters... they checked all and those were in good condition. Saved me a few dollars there! appreciate that kind of service. I am definitely having them take care of my cars from now on.

These guys are amazing! My car’s AC went out and I brought it here (during COVID). They used every precaution, mask, gloves. They even protected my car! Paper floor mats, steering wheel cover and plastic seat cover. And fixed it! Then gave me a bit of a discount, due to me not being able to work during this very stressful time. I just left a Toyota Dealership with news that they solved my overheat problem by replacing my engine fans, but then was told after my diagnosis and repair that my ac compressor was now seized. It worked fine when I dove it in. They wanted to replaced my whole ac system. I got on my knees and asked God to lead me to an honest mechanic. I found Christian Brothers Automotive and there story on line. I took my car to them and gave them the back story, oh BTW, my brand new fans werent working either. To my surprise, CBA diagnosed, and called me to tell me the ac compressor was not seized. The ac system was low on freon, and my year Toyota ac compressor was designed to shut down below a certain freon level. Christian Brothers Automotive evacuated and recharged the system, and check for leaks. Fans and AC now work great. They gave me a ride home, and picked me up from my work after repair was finished. Super friendly staff. I consider this the most honest and honorable experience with a repair faculty I have ever had. They earned my business for life. I will never go to a dealership again.

If youre shopping for automotive maintenance or repair, this should be your first and last call. I called to see if they could fit me in for an oil change. I really needed an appointment soon and I was surprised to hear that they could get me in that day! Even on the phone Rob and Angel were great. They kept me up to the minute on what was happening to my vehicle and gave me suggestions in repairs through text. Also very fair prices.

Wow, easily the best automotive repair experience I have ever had! Rob was my point person and was exceptional. He scouted the entire country for a discontinued part for my SUV and did-it with a smile. I also give Lisa the owner a lot of credit for creating a work environment that promotes a family type atmosphere. What a change of pace from your typical Auto repair shop. Needles to say, I will be a customer for life and recommend them to family and friends!

Christian Brothers Automotive is by far the best shop I have ever used. They are extremely customer service driven and go the extra mile. They have helped me with vehicle recall issues recently that would have cost me a lot of money out of pocket, but instead they did the research and advised me on who to take my vehicle too for recall repairs which ended up costing me nothing. They meet all my needs from repairs to normal maintenance and inspections. They are truly a one stop shop facility for me.

I absolutely love this place!!! Lisa is the owner and she is just wonderful!! Rob helped me with my car and hes so honest!! I wanted to replace my break pads and he told me that I didnt need to replace them until my next service which will be about 10 months from now because I dont drive much! Hes also a BMW master technician! My warranty ran out on my BMW and the dealership wanted to charge me ridiculous prices so Im so thankful I found this shop! I also have a toyota and Rob was very knowledgeable with the Toyota too! I took the time to do some research and their prices were one of the best!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a honest mechanic and great customer service!! Wish I could give them 10 stars!! The employees at Christian Brothers Automotive are great, their knowledge, experience, professionalism, and honesty, are a nice change of pace from many automotive shops I have had to deal with in the past. They have superior customer service, and are more than happy to explain what and why certain repairs are needed to be done right away, and what can wait to be done at a future date. Their prices are also very reasonable. I will not take my car to any other shop except Christian Brothers!

I’m so used to going to get my oil changed and getting overcharged and under serviced. With this place, that was NOT the case. I was greeted pleasantly and given water while I wait. Friendly workers all around and gave me no worries that my car would be taken care of. I Recommend for sure!

We came to the area from New Mexico for medical purposes when our truck started having issues. We got to the garage at 4pm on Friday, we were seen right away and Angel took us to our hotel while they looked for the issue and picked us up when they were finished, Angel even gave us some great restaurant suggestions! You don’t find that kind of compassion very often today!

He even shuttled my son and I to and from a shopping center so we could eat lunch while they did the oil change! I would highly recommend them!

The mechanics prove their knowledge and skills by getting the job done right the first time and I never feel like they are trying to up-sell services and/or repairs.I also very much appreciate the courtesy shuttle to take me home or to work at no charge. Had my vehicles all serviced here in last couple days. Super accommodating with shuttle service and communication was top notch. Rob was quick to explain and let me know when my car would be ready and explain any and all issues after inspections. Definitely recommend this place. Finally a auto center close I can trust!

The services I need were reasonably priced, but my favorite part of the experience is how well up to date they kept me with the texts and reports during the service. I will be back for sure.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the shop is clean. Our ac was broken and they were able to schedule me to come in for a same day diagnosis and repair. I like that they take photos during the process to show you exactly what needs to be fixed on your car. This is an honest company and is now my go to for when we need to get our car serviced.

I took my car in to have an oil change done and to see why my car was driving a little jerky. They shuttled me to work and a few hours later I received a text. Complete with checklist and photos of the services completed to my car. Angel, I appreciated the feedback all in one text! I was even referred to a friendly advisor at my local dealership since I had a recall on my vehicle, hence, jerky drive. The location was clean and cool (Arizona in August) and the staff from the owner to Angel my advisor were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.

Great automotive repair shop. Rob the Manager was awesome to deal with. Service was outstanding and I love the text message updates I received regarding my repair. I would highly recommend them. I will be going to them for all my future car service and repairs.

Mr.Rob and his staff were great from the time they received my car from Carmax.Mr. Rob explained very clearly the process on what the insurance adjuster had to do & what part him & his mechanics had to do. Mr. Rob kept usinformed and let us know when the job was complete & ready for pick up. They also wash the car for us. Mr. Rob thank you very much.

This Christian Brothers is top notch! I called to get an estimate on brakes for my wifes Range Rover because the dealerships price was nothing short of insane. This Christian Brothers basically did it for half the price of what the dealership was trying to charge.They asked me to send them a VIN number in advance so they could make sure they could source the parts, and give a very accurate estimate. In addition, they got me in the next day, gave me a ride home while it was getting repaired and then wrapped up the work at the estimated timeframe.No surprises, no attempts at uncharges, and they are honest! Highly recommend this shop (the one located off Pecos and Val Vista). Brian was the point man on the work order, and I was very impressed.The shop was brand new, spotless and all decorated up for Christmas!

Christian Brothers team is awesome and is so on the mark with customer service; we recently had our tire pressure light come on; the team looked over tires and inflated them to proper pressure, all done without a charge. Christian Brothers has earned our loyalty and business.Ramy and Maria Macias

Had a great experience taking my car to Christian Brothers. Friendly staff, easy to follow estimates (photos included) and great follow up and communication. Pricing was also very competitive. Would recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this shop!
