I was referred for a front in alignment from Discount Tire. I had never been here before. I left so impressed by their honesty and straight forwardness. Tom who checked me in took charge from the start and Jeremy who worked on my car was very knowledgeable, only corrected what needed to be. Since my front wheel did not need any adjustment only my back tires Tom only charged me for that not all 4 wheels like I thought when checking in. This place was quick, reliable and professional. I had my first experience with Network Automotive Services today! I came in for and alignment. They found that I needed new parts that were broken. I appreciated the respect they gave me. So many times in the past, I feel like I get talked down to because I’m a woman. This was not the case today! Chris came in and had me walk out with him so he could show me the problem and simply explained it and showed me the broken piece. They were fair with their price and quickly got working on it. They have our business for ALL future car services!

I have been going to Network Automotive Service Center for over a year. I have found them to be honest and straight forward about their work. What won me over was after replacing all my tires at Discount Tire, it was recommended to me to have my alignment checked. I was referred to Network Automotive. I dropped my car off and upon returning, I was told that my alignment was fine and there was no charge. I was totally impressed! More recently I returned with my Honda Fit to have the oil changed and to have the AC checked. They called about the needed repair and within hours I drove out of the parking lot surprised by the blast of cold air coming out of AC. This was another job well done!

Well I was having problems with my AC so I asked a man in the store and he recommended you. I called and talked Tom who was so nice and helpful. When I went in, Chris was so nice and quickly took care of the AC problem.He explained everything on my receipt .I felt very well about the superior service and friendly atmosphere.plus your restroom was immaculate I will be back.Thank you veriy much.

I am now a customer for life! As a woman senior citizen, with no understanding of auto problems, in the past I have fallen prey to auto mechanics. Those days are now gone. I had a big vibration problem, they scheduled me for 1 PM and they were ready for my car when I arrived. They did a through inspection (free) and found the issue! A bolt was missing/gone from where the ty rod was attached to another part. They showed me a picture and explained the issue. It was a bolt that was missing and quickly repaired it. The good news, they could have charged me a lot more, however, their mechanics have ethics and are professional! It was a very very low price plus they did an alignment. My car no longer vibrates and is safe to drive. If you are looking for a place to trust, this is it!!

I went in for an oil change a couple days ago. I drove my car back home and when I was driving it the next day I turned my ac on and there was a strong smell of oil coming from the air vent. When I got home I checked under the hood and the oil cap was not in its place so a large amount of oil was splashing out all over my engine. I had to try and wipe down my engine to try and minimize the smell. I feel like this was very poorly done

Took the truck in for an alignment, technician took it for a test drive and floored it out if the parking lot, told me a tie rod was bad and a track bar bolt was loose, pulled the tie rod out and it was still good, the bolt was not loose. They lied and were unprofessional.

This was the first time I have used Network Automotive for any vehicle repairs, their online booking of an appointment was easy and they got back to me immediately with an e-mail that they received the booking and another that my appointment was confirmed. When I took my vehicle in they were very friendly in person and had me in and out the door quickly. The scope of the work and what was needed to fix my AC system had changed from the initial assessment, they contacted me immediately to explain what was going on and what was needed for the repair now my AC is back to blowing cold. Great communications between customer and shop, I will be using Network Automotive for any future vehicle repairs.

Been going here for multiple vehicles over the years and have never been disappointed in their services and professionalism. Recently went in for an issue and thought it was an alignment issue, they pointed out what was wrong which could have been catastrophic, a loose nut that was about to fall off a bolt(which they fixed). They pointed out some things for me that were coming up that need to be addressed and I will for sure be going back for those things.

This place is the place to go!!! Took my 2014 RANGE ROVER Full-Size V8 Supercharged to have them to look over my own personal work. I changed out the rear brakes myself. While doing so, I got air in the brake system. Couldn’t get it out my self by bleeding them, and couldn’t figure out what the deal was myself. They found the problem, fixed it and was out in an hour. LAND ROVER would have charged 500 plus todo the same, and it would have been a week at the dealer minimum. The car is still under warranty, but anything that’s not covered will be handled by these guys! Extremely impress! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

They do not use quality products. Cheap oil, cheap filters, cheap parts, ect. Beware of any positive reviews. Another small shop that will lie to you to get your hard earned dollar.

The team down there did first straight job on my Lincoln Town Car and found a problem that could have been a huge issue later down the road. Very fair pricing and quality work.

Obvious changes from customer support based to the new revenue based support . Be cautious and read reviews before using.

I took my car to Network Automotive because I needed to have my radiator replaced, I knew this going into the shop, but still paid the $70 for them to confirm it. Chris was extremely nice and not pushy or anything. Actually, everyone was really nice. He gave me two options for the repairs, which I appreciated. I didn’t end of having them do the work due to the cost of their services compared to another highly rated company down the street, but if they would have matched the other company I went with, I would have for sure had them do the work. I would for sure go back, depending on cost of course, to get work done.

Man, i cant say enough good things about this shop!! And i have worked at many dealers and private shops throughout my career, in fact i own my own auto repair business now. And what it all comes down to is these people at network automotive are GOOD people. And they treat other people such as us customers, like good people, not like cash targets on a customer turkey shoot for dollars. Its that simple folks, i could go on and on and bore you with the details, but one visit there and you will experience what i mean.

This is the 2nd time I have taken my vehicle into Network Automotive. They are always very professional and friendly! I appreciate their honesty most of all! Another shop advised during my oil change that my power steering pump and belt were shot & wanted $1,000 to repair. I took my van over to NASC and they told me that nothing was wrong whatsoever with my power steering and had actually identity the clicking noise I was hearing.

They did a great job diagnosing by problem. The vehicle repairs were preformed the same day at a reasonable price. Will definitely refer my friends and family.

Just had an alignment done on my Jeep and thought they did a good job

Took my Jeep to them to get a quote for fixing my rear windows. They quoted $774.85 to replace the regulator and motors. I called another shop and they quoted $638.66 for the exact same parts and work and they even offered 10% off making it $574.79. This place is overpriced! I would definitely recommend getting quotes from other shops first as I had to pay $200 just for a diagnostic on the windows.

I took my truck in to get an oil change and an alignment, it’s right across the street from my house so it was very convenient. After about an hour and a half I got a call that it was done. They did the oil change but said they couldn’t do the alignment because I needed some work done before they could do it. They presented me with an estimate of over $3000 saying I needed both upper and lower ball joints fixed as well as my struts. I took the truck over to my buddy’s shop for a second opinion and was told my ball joints were just fine but I did have a blown strut. Cost me well under $1000 to fix. I recommend you get a second option if you get a high estimate from this company.

This mechanic shop is the best around! I just had all of the suspension redone on my 91 accord and let me tell you they did a GREAT job! Derrick in the office is very friendly and helpful. Stand up guy. I even tipped the tech who worked on my car $40 because the service was so good. If you need your car worked on take it here! Great group of technicians who will get the job done right the first time.

Doug was our service writer and was absolutely the most caring, honest person I’ve ever worked with while trying to make my family safe in our vehicle. This was my first time going to Network Automotive. I was referred to them by Discount Tire for an alignment. There were other alignment places closer to me so I shopped around and couldnt find anyone who offered the free alignment check without purchasing something. With that being said I scheduled an appointment for the next morning with Network Automotive. A quick check-in, got my car up, inspected my alignment, went over the results with me and then got it quickly in alignment. All at a great price I might add! Went in for alignment, and they actually walked me back to the car, showed me what I needed to repair, and once I returned with the repairs done, I received the alignment I needed. Ive taken two cars here for alignments and their price is fair, they are honest and friendly. When my regular mechanic is too busy Ill definitely come here for other work as well but this is the shop I go to for alignments. Also by the conversation I had on my last visit it sounds like they are open to doing custom suspension work too which is a plus for me. Many shops dont want to touch custom aftermarket suspension work.

Was told by my Lexus dealer my vehicle needed aligning. Didnt feel like it did so took car to Network Automotive for a second opinion. I was provided an easy to understand diagnostic printout that showed no need for an alignment, and for no charge. I was pleasantly suprised and will be back when the time comes that I truly need work done on my vehicle.

Customer service was very good. Unfortunately, the quoted prices for several parts were over 4 times the cost that could be found elsewhere for the exact same oem part. I was shocked! I understand they need to make money on parts as well but I have never seen this much of a markup.I will still return for their great wheel alignments, but that will be it.

Im skeptical when it comes to having my vehicle looked at or worked on, because my brother is a mechanic and hes been the only one i trust. Had appointment for an alignment at 8 am. They were already open early and waiting for their early customers. Took my truck in immediately after my arrival and within 30 minutes had a very thorough diagnosis of what I would need to do a proper alignment. The shop is very clean and organized and I will be returning next week to have them install new shocks and tie rods to do a proper alignment. No pushy sales just gave me a breakdown of pricing what was needed and nothing more. Very friendly and courteous

They have done work on 3 different vehicles over the years issues always corrected never had to take one back this trip 27 year old gmc front end is tight and steady. A C blows cold had too turn it down.
