I have used Roberts services on several occasions over the years and he has always impressed me with his high-quality work and expertise. Ive noticed that he will focus on getting the job done right even if it takes longer than expected, so anyone complaining in the Reviews about his scheduling conflicts needs to realize that sometimes doing a job right takes more time that can be predicted. When he arrives to work on your own car, you can be sure he will get it done right regardless of the time it takes, he wont just quit in the middle of the job to go somewhere else, and I respect that.

No one could answer the phone, no call backs, or text responses either. Nothing wrong with Auto Repair Angel just never heard back from them. I dont recommend waiting for a response since there wont be one. Mobile mechanics always too busy I recommend avoiding hassle and going to an auto repair shop. This is probably a business that was abandoned or perhaps too busy for anyone else who knows.

Robert came out to my place of residence then diagnosed my car problems accurately and quickly. So grateful! I was worried it was going to cost too much etc. His prices are fair and he is very good at what he does. I could not drive my car anywhere and his mobile service was an absolute blessing! I will be using him for other repairs in the future! Thank you!!

Look at most of the reviews on this.. they all say the same thing. Completely unreliable. Will tell you he is coming and then will not actually show up and will not respond or contact you AT ALL to let you know he can’t make it. You are completely stuck waiting for a reply. One of the most unreliable and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Please do not use this mans business.

Robert is amazing and knows what he is doing. I trust him completely with all of my cars. He really goes above and beyond to help you out. He even brought me to Autozone to get parts to fix my car!

He gave me the best service i’ve ever seen or had from a mechanic. He went totally out of his way to help me and stayed up literally all night long to help get me back on the road. It was supposed to be a quick easy fix but ended up being a 7 hour job and he stayed with me until he got me back on the road

Complete scam artist. agreed to change my motor mount for $150 one day the changed 3 and came nexday opened the 3 mounts that he put in and bunch of other stuff to comeback and fix it. then he is asking for more money and will not return. Look at the picture as to how my Van look as of now.I an filing a small court claim to force this guy out of business. He will not give you his business address and will not take anything but CASH .. this should have been a signal but fell for convenience.Please if any one else has such calime please write to me i will include you in my claim. more the merrier I am sure this guy has ripped off more people. please email or respond to this post.. I had a mechanic to come out to my house before contacting the Auto Repair Angel and he recommended that I buy a new engine for my vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion. That’s when I found the Auto Repair Angel online and I’m glad I did! Robert came to my house and repaired my vehicle without the extensive auto cost in which I was initially anticipating. I called the mechanic and setup a appointment to get my brake pads done. I stated I need it done so I can get back to Texas. He confirmed a time and date and he never showed, called and answer my call. That was very unprofessional

Customers just trust me on this. Do not call this guy. He is unreliable and not a professional by any means. Some of the reviews on here are actually made up by him. This guy has a 70% failure rate. It is what it is dont say I didnt warn you. Call someone else that IS a professional.

Robert helped me out of a bind today. My granddaughter was trying to change the brake shoes on her car (gotta give her credit for trying) but one lug nut was stuck and couldnt get it off. Called Robert, he was on another job but when he finished he came right over and explained that she was trying to replace the front brakes but it was the rear ones that were ruined. Sent her off to the store to get the right brakes while he prepped everything. He was quick, efficient, polite, helpful and explained everything we needed to get and what he needed to do. I googled mobile repair last night because I hit a wall with the AC in my Tahoe and found Robert. He told me he could get me in tomorrow Sunday around noon I said lets do it. I explained what I had done and what i was going to do before he got there when he got here he let me help I learned the correct way things are done he let me work with him. Hes very reasonable with his prices and in my opinion too reasonable. I will be adding him to my mechanic list and will be calling him when I come across something I cant do myself. The guy texts me in the morning and says he has other errands to do and would be a little late. Then never contacts me again and doesn’t show up and let me waste a friends whole day waiting on him. Definitely would not waste my time on him again.

Well first of all Auto Repair Angel is a mobile mechanic that comes to you. He is extremely knowledgeable and pricing is more than fair. Oh and ladies that worry about having a stranger coming over to do repairs, need not worry with Robert. He is professional and trust worthy.

If I could give ZERO STARS then I would!When my family & I moved here from Ohio, Robert helped me. I appreciated it! I “thought” I found a new mechanic!Robert can fix GENERAL CAR PROBLEMS (install a starter, replace a radiator, change oil), but when it comes to head gaskets: NO WAY! He is NOT PROFESSIONAL, arrives late and acts like nothing is wrong, and does not return calls or texts PERIOD!If you want to end up PAYING MORE MONEY for his mistakes than call Robert! He should BE HONEST about whether he can fix the problem or not! I’m calling the Better Business Bureau!

I first met Robert in an Auto-Zone Parking lot frustrated with my vehicle about 4 years ago. I had been trouble shooting for weeks and couldnt find the problem. It took him about 10 min to look things over and BAM just like that problem solved. He knows his stuff!! Most recently I needed his help with a blown head gasket. He will go the extra mile to make sure you understand what and how the repairs are. The parts you need and where to buy them to get the best price. He gives you a break down comparison to other local mechanics. He did a fabulous job and my truck runs like a dream. Great service and knows his stuff. He explained what he was doing and showed me the problem. He told me what he would charge and what the parts cost. His prices were almost half what shops charge. (I called around for repair costs afterwards) I would definitely refer him to others and I will use his services again. thank you.

I had worked on a timing problem for a week straight on my 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I had gotten nowhere. Within 1.5 hours Robert and I were able to diagnose 4 separate problems and fix them. This was not easy mind you. The timing was off, the negative terminal on the battery had poor connection, bolts were missing in the water pump cover, the timing belt tensioner was faulty. The amount of skill and expertise demonstrated by Robert surpasses some of my friends that are very good mechanics. He did this all for about half what the dealership charges and in a 1/4 of the time it takes them. He really does this because he likes to help ppl. You should pay him more if you can afford to do so. Not only because of how quick and hard he works, but because you don’t have to pay for a tow, and you won’t deal with taking it back since he does it right the first time. He likes monster energy drinks so have one at the ready when he heads over!

The guy comes on time as promised. 5stars on that.He trouble shoots all the parts but doesn’t find a solution.He ends up wasting more than 3 hours due to his own fault.As promised,I had to pay him 85$ if the job was done.At the end the car did start but some other lights started showing up.The guy demanded more than the promised amount which I gave as he told me will return back the next day and fix the rest.After which he never turned up.Not responding to my txts or calls.Dont fall into wrong hands.PERIOD

If I could leave 0 stars I would. He quoted me $150 to the job 4 motor mounts, and I buy parts, I agreed, he missed first appointment, and didnt talk to me for an entire day. Once he did contact me, I chose to give him benefit of the doubt, and reschedule a time in the evening during the week. on 10/25 (thinking maybe its better than in the morning). He arrived on time, and started working, got most of the job done,I had to go to sports practice and decided to pay him up front,obvious mistake on my part, but he was so close to being done when I left, and I didnt think anything of it. He ran into an issue and let me know hed come back the next day while I was at work and finishing up. (Bit of an inconvenience for me, had to pay to uber to work, things go wrong understandable). Call all day to check in see how things are going, cant get in touch. Get home to him not showing up, and finally get a hold of him and he promised 2 hours he would be over,which would be 8pm, shows up to my place at 11 pm. Then says he needs a different tool, to finish the job (at this point we are talking he is probably 80% done with replacing 4 motor mounts.) Says Ill show up at 6:30am, before I have to work, itll be good. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. have tried all day to call, tried from other phones. STRAIGHT to Voicemail. So my car is sitting, partially apart, with no Mechanic available. The worst part is he is a very nice gentleman, great to talk to. Just very unreliable and disrespects your time. -

Robert is a class A manipulator. After reading these complaints, Ive realized he did to me what he does to everyone. He lies and has no idea what he is doing. He came to fix my timing on Tues night, scheduled me for Thursday 8:30am to finish the job. No call or text until 10am saying he cant make it until 1-2pm. He shows up at 2:30pm. Stays for 2 hours. Cracks a guide for the chain, and now they need replacing. Says he had some personal issues to handle and would be back that night. He did not come back. He did not text or call. Friday I text at 11am. He said he fell asleep night before and wouldnt make it hopefully around 5pm. My engine is half torn apart and he is off doing other jobs and personal stuff while I sit without a car. He said he wont leave until job is done. He left twice without the job being done. So I text him back that Friday and let him know I had plans for the weekend and he was setting me back. He said he quoted me a cheaper price than what he would normally charge and I needed to be patient. Or I could pay the regular price which goes from $350 his quote to $650. Said if I was willing to pay $650 he would be right over to fix it. How does he have time when I have 650 and not have time to come finish what was negotiated? Or what was started and should have been done by Friday. I let him know thats not how business works. You dont renegotiate half way thru the job or after the job. I cant give him $100 for a $400 job once complete, so he can not get halfway through a job and hold my car ransom. I let him know I have been patient when you where scheduled at 8:30 and came by at 2. I was patient when you where suppose to come back Thursday and didnt. I asked how patient do you want me to be? Since then no text or will not pick up calls. Actually he picked up today (Sunday). Then hung up. This guy is something else. I will be joining the lawsuit against him. I have pics, text, and email. He thinks this is cute. He has done this to many. Now he just did it to himself. Congrats Robert! Leaving someone without a car isnt cool. Yet he plays with peoples lives constanly. He does not need to be working on cars. He needs to be working on him. We dont need people like Robert Garcia in our community. He is toxic. He only makes things worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone! Robert Garica was scheduled to complete a diagnostic check and repair my alternator this morning (2/1/2019) at 9am. Robert and I both confirmed the appointment this past Wednesday (1/30/2019) for this morning. I even called autozone ahead of time to confirm the parts and place on hold.Robert never showed up to complete the service he had agreed to. After an hour, I called his contact information twice as well as texted him. Robert never responded! I took time off of work to be available for the appointment! Please if you are reviewing this complaint, my advice is stay away from Robert and his company! Horrible business and customer service!

I was skeptical about using mobile mechanic due to bad experiences in the past but Robert made me a believer. He stood by his word and fixed my problem. Highly recommended.

Scheduled for him to come out and work on my cars AC and he never showed or responded to me. I had rearranged my entire schedule that night to accommodate him. I get a text from him a day or two later apologizing and asking my next availability. I agreed to try again that week and offered to bring my car to a friends home (he had agreed to look at her car as well and scheduled with her) for convenience sake. My friend, her father and I all waited for him for 3 hours. We all called and texted repeatedly with NO response. His voicemail even says he doesnt check his voicemails. All of us had rearranged our days, moved meetings, work etc to get our cars worked on. My friend ended up bringing her car to a shop and I had to reach out to another mechanic to fix my AC. I have never recieved such poor service and I was more then a little upset since my friend had scheduled with him and wasted her day as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY, READ THIS.I absolutely believe he bought 5 star reviews, or just asked his friends.Now, this happened months ago, and it would be a disservice not to leave this review to warn others. This was. The worst service. I have ever had. In my God damn life by far.He was late, which I could care less about, and when he showed up, I explained that my car couldnt reverse due to a transmission issue that abruptly occurred out of nowhere, and I needed a diagnosis to figure out what exactly was needed to repair, very simple.He explained that I probably needed to change my transmission fluid, which sounded completely wrong, but I dont know much about cars. So we go to AutoZone and he picked up a few bottles of transmission fluid, which I paid for, and he used his AutoZone card to get extra points for himself, whatever no big deal.We get back, and let me tell you, for the next few hours he had me stand around to help replace the transmission fluid, and it literally took hours. Day turned to night, and he was finally finished replacing my transmission fluid. But he then told me that we needed to buy one more bottle as there wasnt enough fluid, and I would have to go pick it up another day, and bring it to his house so he could apply it.We got back in my car to see if it would work, and sure enough, it didnt work. So I asked him so whats the problem with the transmission? He had no idea what the hell he was doing, and didnt want to admit it so he talked in circles endlessly for 30 minutes while repeating Im not a transmission guy.He told me to pay him for the work he did and I explained yeah man I understand that you did work, but all I asked for was a diagnosis, and I had to stand around for hours, just for my car to be exactly how it was before, with still no answers, and no diagnosis. And a unfinished transmission fluid change.He explained look this is just one of the steps we are going to take to figure out whats wrong with you car. I will keep working on it and trying to solve the problem by trial and error until it runs.I said so Im going to have to repeatedly hire you over and over again for hours of work until you hopefully figure the problem out, by fixing things that dont need to be fixed until you eventually fix the right thing?I kid you not, we got Into an argument when he claimed that he DID know what was wrong with my car, and he DID do what he was suppose to. And every time I said OKAY so what is wrong with my car then? He would pull out the car manuel and endlessly read through it, mumbling to himself as if hes onto something, then after 10 minutes of rambling he would lift up his finger and go Ah! Okay so you see here? As if he was finally to the point, only to just endlessly read more of the Manuel while explaining absolutely nothing.Im not going to accuse the guy of doing drugs, but he seemed like it. He had skidmarks and cuts all over his head as if he shaved his head while sticking it out a car window driving down the highway, his eyes looked really wide and strange, and he literally wouldnt stop rambling.When I was trying to wrap things up, he said he would absolutely NOT leave my car until I paid him, which I was already planning on paying him anyways.He later texted me, guilt tripping me that he actually gave me a great deal on the transmission fluid change, and showed me how much its actually suppose to cost vs what I paid him. Which I didnt even ask for him to do. I later learned that he ruined my car.I took my car to highland auto and told them I was having a transmissio issue. I didnt even tell them about my experience with auto repair angel out of pure embarrassment. They looked at my car for 30 minutes, and diagnosed exactly what the issue was for FREE. then they said excuse me, you didnt mess with the transmission fluid did you? Whoever did screwed everything up. I had to replace my entire transmission for 2.3k.I let this guy walk all over me, and I regret it.

Very honest, fast and super reasonable. Took him only miniutes to find what 2 orher shops couldnt find. Whish I had called this guy first.

I call this guy to do a diagnostic test. He ended up ripping a spark plug wire because he was using a long noise plier instead of the correct tools. To repair the damage he just used a piece of black tape. This cost ittrap the socket to burn. I been calling him ever since and he said he would come but he never show up, and know he is not answering my calls or txt msg.I would NOT be recommend this guy at all. My car is in worse condition then before.

Came to my house to do the repair, as oil and fluids kept spilling around the driveway I was more an more dubious when he said everything was gonna come out (it didnt) after he left I started cleaning my truck and noticed a safety pin was missing, asked Robert if he could come back and install it. We agreed he was gonna come the day after, he then disappeared forever, never answered my calls, never returned texts or voicemail the following days.Unprofessional.
