There a little bit out grown cause I got them done last week but I really love the service that she does she’s really kind and has a lot of patience since it’s only her working by herself I always go here I brought my sister in with me and she let her free style her nails how ever she wanted and she also LOVED her nails and she said she will never go to another nail place again I also have showed her many difficult nail designs and she gets them exactly like the reference photo I have gone to MANY salons and they usually bad or they rush to do your nails but not this nail place she takes her time and makes sure you leave the shop happy with your nails. (Make sure you make a appointment)

I have been to many Nail Salons and this is one of the few I enjoy going to with my girlfriend.Been here twice now due to moving near federal way. Tried out a couple places and We seem to end up coming here for a few reasons. But I will get straight to the point on my review for this place.1-The employees here are very friendly and kind. I also always just call to see if they are busy but most likely just end up walking in as well.2-Girlfriend gets her nails done, and the guys (yes guys, we usually go in a group of 2-3) to get pedicures and it is great.3-Pedicures feel great we get the (Special) for about $25 and at the end is what I love, the bag with some purple goo. Its warm and makes my feet feel great.4- Great place to stop by since its so close to all the shopping places here. Plus the massage chairs are decent and always feel good. I always end up passing out and waking up alone, but the ladies are kind and never seem to mind me ha!Definitely worth trying!

This is a longggggggg overdue review. Hands down the best nail spa I’ve ever been to. All of the women that work there are sweet and kind and truly make sure you’re satisfied with whatever service you get done. Been going here for more than 5 years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else that will treat me the same as these lovely ladies.

Once you come youll never want anyone else to do your nails😁 Vi is the best.

I came here for the reviews. 1 star for the friendly service BUT the lady that did my pedicure was horrible. She didnt apply paint across the entire nail bed, didnt cut back or push cuticles, and I made the mistake of getting a flower. I think my 3-year-old could have done better.

I called hoping to get an appointment today. I did! First time going and it was wonderful! Christine did an amazing job on my pedicure, manicure and waxing. This will be the shop I go visit from now! Thank you Christine and Love Nails & Spa!

I called spur of the moment minutes before opening hours and was welcomed to enter. I received a spa pedicure with a paraffin wax add on and a shellac manicure. I also requested a simple design on two fingers and two toes. I felt respected and the manicurist Loan took her time. She was personable and thorough. I paid a total of $60 not bad, roughly boils down to less than a dollar an hour. I would go back if in the area. I live in Auburn.

If you want good customer service and don’t want to get ripped off. DO NOT COME HERE. SHADY OWNER. I came in for a pedicure. I got the basic one that was $20.she painted my toe nails and she said I was done. Didn’t let it dry. And I asked her do I get a little massage? She said she don’t speak English. So I asked the owner. Simple question not in a rude way. She raised her voice and said she said that she did give you a massage. Well obviously She didn’t and of course she’s not going to tell the truth. She doesn’t want to get in trouble. I just wanted to know if it came with the pedicure. It’s fine not a big deal I just won’t tip her. The massage is my favorite part and I didn’t get it. the owner was trying to argue . Didn’t tell me to have a nice day. She didn’t greet me either so not surprised. I spent $51 today and usually I bring my girls with me. I will be supporting another business that respects and appreciates their customers.

Visit the salon from out of state and these ladies Hannah and Angie we so down to earth. Felt like I was hanging out with friends I hadnt seen in a while. They were professionals and did an amazing job. I will come back next time Im in town and you should too! 😊

The ladies here are great very attentive and professional. I feel asleep while getting the foot massage so relaxing. I came here on a whim while waiting for an oil change and I will be back

They were friendly and pretty quick but my pedicure was a little lacking. My polish chipped maybe two days later and I had a big blister that they should have done something about but didnt.

Had the best experience with Mandeep. She is so humble perfect work and professionalism on the rooftop. I would definitely recomend. Anyday anytime...Love love love...

I stopped going here after a really bad pink & white nail job FROM THE OWNER!. (Got removed & redone elsewhere 2 days later). That was 5+months ago.Today (5/12) I went back for a pedicure. I should of just stayed away. $35 for a Deluxe pedicure that I never got the parrafin dip. Vivian, nice, but she beat the heck out of my feet. They are really tender.Then I had the cat eye gel polish done. What a RIP OFF! All said & done it was $55! FOR WHAT?! $20 for gel polish, then you put a little heater to make a mark in the polish to make it look like a cat-eye?I will NEVER, EVER return to this salon & will post everywhere. The owner is just ripping off clients. I do not mind paying for a GOOD pedicure, but $20 for gel polish? She is FULL of it.

The service was ok but my nails broke like 3 days after and I’ve always been gentle with my nails. I’m just really disappointed on the outCome and they kept bothering on how long I wanted them. If I’m going to pay to get my nails done how should be about to get them however long I wat them

I brought my daughter here for a fill and to repair 3 broken acrylics. Our usual place (Nail Trix) was too busy that day sadly, so we opted for Lovely Nails as it was near by. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! I prepaid for my daughters fill ($40 total with the $10 tip...for acrylics mind you) and asked how much to have my pink & white gel filled. The lady told me it would be $30 for mine, so not terrible. I had to leave because my little one was sick and had to pick him up from school. I told her I would be back and left. When I got back to pick up my daughter I could tell something was wrong. I asked her why she was so upset. The lady was very aggressive with the broken nails apparently, and really hurt her hands. She just wanted to go home, so I didnt get mine done that day. A few days later, I figured since it was closer I would go for my fill. It was the worst nail job Ive ever had. She literally burned my nail beds with the electric nail file. Ripped off part of my pinky nail, and was very rude. I was expecting something very different. The nails looked like those ones you press on from the dollar store. I was so upset. I was less than pleased to say the least. I went to pay and the lady joked around and said oh my boss said you are tipping me $20, you are so nice! I was very shocked by that and remarked no, definetly not tipping that much Im sorry... but I always tip well and left a $10. So I gave the lady a $20 bill and took out my credit card to cover the rest. I told her to put the remaining cost on it. Mind you they told me it was only $30 for my fill a few days prior. She charged me another $20. So I basically paid $50 bucks for it all. A day later I had to take my daughter to the doctors because her hands were in so much pain. She had some kind of infection in them. We removed the nails, and she got meds for it. A few days later we had to go to urgent care. She was diagnosed with a moderate MRSA infection. Sadly the infection made it to her nose and now we are dealing with that. Now, we cant say with 100% certainty that she got the MRSA infection from here. HOWEVER, we definetly can say she got an infection from the nails. Please dont chance it. This place is probably the worst place Ive ever been. I will never go here again, and I make it a point to tell all my friends to go elsewhere!

Easy to get in, I walk in and was able to get my nails done right away, very nice ladies.

It was my boys 9yr and 11yr old first time getting professional mani and pedicures. They now have new prospective on a great mani and pedi. The lady even gave them instructions on how to care for themselves now understand its not just for girls. And understand the importants of hygiene. Thanks ladies for making it the best experience, all there talking about is how great it was.

These women will take on the worst case of nail neglect ME!! I love their conversation and their work!! And they dont judge!! LOL
