Got a great hair cut for 15 bucks

It was ok, the lady was rough and cut my toe it hurt for three days

Spend your money elsewhere. Not sure how they managed to give me a full set of all different shaped nails. The shellac is uneven. Not good quality at all. 2 young ladies got their eyebrows waxed while I was there and they were upset over the uneven brows. I do not recommend this place!!!

I used to visit this nail shop before covid hit. ive been a customer for 2 years. i went back last week and was not happy. my nail polish was smudging and i spent 2 hours waiting for it to dry. they were hurrying to get customers out of there so more could come in. i believe they had more customers in the shop then what was allowed in this time of Covid.i will go back

Awful, sloppy job. I paid $50 for very uneven acrylics last night. Every nail is a noticeably different length. They look horrible. Nail polish is on my skin on almost every finger. I even pointed out they were different lengths more than once during the manicure. They kept assuring me they weren’t. They didn’t do my cuticles. They didn’t do a hot towel or lotion or anything. I won’t be coming here ever again. I paid $15 more than I usually do at other nail salons for the worst acrylics of my life. I honestly might go to a different salon to get these removed and redone they look so bad. Prices are bad. Customer service is bad. Size and cleanliness of the salon is bad. The actual nails are bad. Learn from my mistake and don’t go here.

First time in here and it was a great experience! The lady who did my nails was quick and did an excellent job. They turned out exactly how I wanted them to be and it was not badly priced. A full set with design cost me $30 bucks and the nails look like it cost at least $60. Thank you for the great experience! I will for sure be back from now on.

I came to get my nails done here and all of my nails were uneven and not filed correctly. Some of my nails don’t cover my whole finger. Save you’re money.

I’m giving two stars because my mom and daughter got their toes done and they turned out good HOWEVER i got my nails done and asked for ombré. The nail tech instructed me to pick out the colors i wanted, started the process, said the matte would blend the colors together and it didn’t and then proceeded to say that i needed the powder for ombré. Well i told her what i wanted and she did something different all together and i said i wasn’t happy. Long story short i went to another salon immediately after leaving this salon to have my nails fixed.

My first time getting my nails done here and I decided to do acrylics. I was told it would cost me $25 and then the lady who was assigned to do my nails told me it cost $30 instead. When she was filing my nails she literally rubbed my skin open on the side. After drying my nails I could literally see the glue all over my fingers. At first I was enjoying my nail because of the color but the more I look at it; it looks crooked and weirdly shaped. It’s only been 10 days and the polish is coming off. Love the color but not the service. I’m not planning to go there ever again after filing my skin open. Zero star rating for me.

Pretty meh experience. Theyll ask you to pay halfway through so they know if they should bother doing a good job.

I had my first manicure and pedicure at this nail salon. They were wonderful. The pedicure was especially a delightful treat with the back massages as well. I highly recommend going here to get manicure and pedicure.

Very very very rude, disrespectful and racist workers. Dont ever go there. On top of that they dont do nails good. I did a French manicure and it was coming off the next day. There are many good places out of the mall. They shouldnt be there. If there was a negative star I would give them. They dont even deserve one star

If I could do negative stars I would. The place was small and very crowded. I was a walk in so expected to wait. I asked for a powder dip manicure and she handed me a tub with the powder jars in them! I must of sat for at least 25 minutes with the foil on my nails waiting and then had 3 different people work on me! The top coat started peeling off before I even got home. Waste of money and time, would never recommend nor will I ever go back!

Most definitely dont get your eyebrows done from this place. The wax may break out your skin. And they do the eyebrows unevenly. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR EYEBROWS!! I promise you, you wont be happy with your results after paying. If i could give no stars, i would.

If I could give them no stars I would. I spent really good money in this place and the service from the employees was rude and very uninviting. Then I was told one price for the nail design I asked for but before I was done told its additional price. The nail job was terrible. I will never go back there. And didnt even get a thank you. Worse nail service EVER!

Came in around 7pm to have new Shellac put on. After going to Peony Nail and Nail Time in West Seattle, the quality of work and level of customer service fell below my expectations. Call me high-maintenance, but I notice smudges and crooked cuticle paint. Also, I feel that if youre a nail tech and you need eye-glasses then wear them while youre doing my nails rather than when inspecting the really obvious good-ups Im pointing out. One good thing about them: they stay open as late as the mall.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. Talks in another language the whole time. Nails are crooked, paint is all over the place, glue is seen underneath,they even got two of my fingers stuck together. When you tell them you want something fixed they messed up they want to argue with you about it and tell you it looks good so they dont have to fix it. I didnt pay money for you to tell me how to do my nails. I paid to have you do mine the way I want it. Will DEFINITELY not be going again! IN MY OPINION EVERYBODY AVOID THIS PLACE.

My first time in this salon and the ladies were nice I came in for a full set 25$ plus a tip. It has only been 12 days since and 3 nails came off! Not just half or chipped nail, the whole nail! When going to another salon I usually het my refills every 3 weeks.

I did not have a good experience here. I picked white and a good sparkle to do. She refused to do the color I wanted. Was really hurting my toe when ivasked here to stop. I would go somewhere else. This is how I would say how my experience was a Painful trip.

The whole time I was at this nail salon these women wear talking in their own language the whole time they did not stop one time to acknowledge us to ask us how our day was but simply just kept talking s*** in their own language and it was the worst experience Ive ever had and then on top of that my friend and I have a crooked nail like its going to the left or to the right and we paid $90.00 our nails are just Crooked all the way around and I would not recommend this place to anybody. Even my daughter stated they were mean. They suck.

Negative stars!!! Called and made appointment for 3 ppl, they asked us to wait 30min. when We got there they said they could not see us bc they gave someone else our spot. Also the person did not have 3 ppl with them. I read the reviews seen they was bad but decided to give them a chance. Like the other lady said in her review they are talking about you!! For your sake DONT COME HERE. Shut this place down someone please!!!!!

When i first came in, the ladies were not inviting and were only talking to each other in their language. I asked if i could get a buff and shine the lady said they dont do it here. I told her ive got it done before at other nail salons. Then she told me she could do it. She charged me $8 when usually its $5 at other salons. She was doing it lazy.

While the service was OK (still a lot of LOUD talking between employees in another language), the product of the service was poor.I went here because my friend said she got her full set done here about a month ago. So we went together and she got a fill while I got a full set. There was hardly any prep work on the nails other than cutting and sanding down. They didnt bother pushing cuticles back so now only 2 days after my nails already need a fill. The tips put on were a bit big and the glue work was sloppy at best, its still sticking and pulling at my skin. Because of a sudden rush, it felt like they started caring less. A lot of people were coming in saying their nails chipped or broke off so they needed repair work.The lady working on me didnt bother asking how I wanted them shaped so after she was done before coloring them she had to reshape them because I wanted round, natural nails. then she didnt bother to clean the unshaven underside of the nails leaving me with a ton of cloth-catching uneven sanded bits under the nails.When painting, there was no base clear coat that Ive seen other salons apply. they just put on the color then a thin sealer and sent me to dry. Theres gaps at the top of my nail between the sealer and the color coat.Best of all my nails and fingers were left hurting for days which hasnt happened and they feel heavy and unnatural. Like theyre ready to pop off on the smallest pressure so Im not surprised others complain their work just breaks off.Will only be returning to have them remove their work at best then going back to another salon for a PROPER full set. Otherwise I wouldnt come back and I would not recommend.

The lady gave me additude telling me Im staying late for you even though the close at 6pm and it was way before that. I ask if she knew how to draw a rose design and said yes I didnt pay 40 f*cken Dollars for some ugly ass rose and some cheap ass nail polish that lifted off 10 minutes after I left.

If i could id leave no stars, Tried to walk in last night for a pedicure for me and my daughter and im assuming the owner, who is doing another customers nails asks to help me i say any time for a pedicure me and my daughter, she says Sorry full for tonight, come back tomorrow i say no thank you no time and walk out, mind you it is still 1.5 hrs to mall closing. As im sitting waiting for my husband to come back another customer walks in and i assumed going to be turned away also, but no as i watch they agree to see her for you guessed it a pedicure! not sure why the turn away but they definately dissappointed my daughter who was just looking fwd to some bonding time, will definately not be wasting my time trying to go here ever again

Great customer service

I went in for a shellac manicure. The woman who helped me didnt seal the polish correctly and my polish bubbled up the next day. The polish ended up lifting at the end of day two and cracked off. I wont be going there again. Terrible lighting to see if colors match. The salon was dirty and messy; clutter all over their desks. Not impressed whatsoever!

Today I visited this nail salon I requested the $50 deluxe mani pedi combo. The service was terrible the quality of work was terrible and I left without the mani.

Horrible. Everything about my pedicure was just terrible. Will never go back.

One of the worker over charge me the first Time she said $42 than $55 for getting my nails done wasn’t doing a great job the nails shape it wasn’t the same length at all how I wanted disappointed .
