They don’t talk to u they take a hour and 45 minutes to do 3 shlack nails and they didn’t even give us shlack but made us pay for shlack when we didn’t get what we wanted. We are never coming back again.

Ann did a great job on my ingrown. Most nail techs are too scared to get the nail because they are so deep but she got it. Immediate relief, it would be nice if they offered beverages and were more talkative but all in all pretty good service.

Theyre usually busy so be sure to make an appointment! Friendly and great prices!

I didnt like the whole experience. I went there because of the years in business and the ratings, but honestly wasnt impressed. My nails looked ok. My daughters nails were terrible.Ill never return. Not worth the time or money.

Edit!Expensive but good serviceI returned a 3rd time. She uses this wooden piece to massage legs/feet. I told her it does nothing for me, yet she continued to use it. I found out they have a rewards program (buy 8 services 9th is free). I asked for a card and asked why I wasnt offered one? One Chick said I could have 3 Stamps but the Chick with the wooden piece gave me one stamp...I had to let her know my displeasure before she would give me a 2nd stamp, saying its for customers..how many times do I need to come before Im considered a customer? Girl bye 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽

Never coming back not even if they paid me. 3 times I have gone and 3 times I have had the worst service ever. The 1 doesn’t listen or care. Ling Lang and Tina did my feet for me. Ling Lang did everything and Tina polish because it was late, that way they could finish. It was my first time there but I really enjoy the experience!! I will go a few more times and if they are still this good they gave just gain a new customer!

I really LOVE this nail salon! I’ve had a hard time finding a good one since moving. And the service has always been good. But it is very FRUSTRATING that on more than one occasion I am early for my “Appointment” time and I am never started on time. What’s the point of an appointment..? I get things happen in a business but it’s happened more than once.Update: 01/19/21“Post” Covid their service has gotten a lot better. Diligent about cleaning never an issue with the services I get. Highly recommend!

I really love this place! After this Covid thing. They proved to follow all CDC guidelines. Also this place is always clean. Staff is always courteous and professional. EXCELLENT JOB!

Very friendly manicurist took their time and seemed diligent... but within a few hours my nails were already a mess! I dont think they gave me enough time for the gel top coat to set. Very disappointed; what a waste of money :(

I have been going to this nail salon since theyve opened. And Im always disappointed when I go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not only do the prices make sense at this establishment but they take their time with pedicures and manicures. On top of that I melt each time I get a massage.

Was told to come back at 2 pm, waited until nearly 2:45. The woman doing my pedicure looked away the entire time, wasnt paying attention to what she was doing. She cut 6 of my nails, I had to even the rest out at home. She barely massaged me to my shin, with a very light touch. Id never recommend anyone waste their 30 dollars on what I experienced. No temperature checks either, ill be calling the health department.

Really enjoy the atmosphere in this nail salon. They offer the clients beverages while being serviced. Its clean and their employees are good.Jennifer always treats me with kindness and my 💅 nails are always done well. Lan gives really nice pedicures! She takes her time and my feet feel soft.

Jenny did my acrylic nails and she did an amazing job. If I go back it’s for that reason. Although I think I overpaid because I paid for mine and my sisters nails and it cost like $110. Although I got acrylic and she got dip it shouldn’t have costed that much!

Kim is fantastic! I came in with a pink and white ombré set that I was very dissatisfied with. The color was uneven and all of my nails were lifting and 2 completely off from only 10 days before. Kim took the time out to insure my nails were exactly what I wanted. She filed the color out to put a more attractive pink in and shaped them to perfection! I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the best I have ever had. I am so picky and I can’t find a nail salon where I live that does anything other than terrible. I live in Spokane and I will be driving back out here to see her!! THANK YOU KIM!! ♥️♥️

My wife has got her nails done twice here. You should book an appointment ahead of time because they typically are busy. Most if not all the workers are vietnamese. The owner a man seems hasty though he is actually very nice. Highly recommend you visit.

Loved my experience here! The staff is so friendly and they really want you to feel comfortable. I was given fruit and water while I waited to see a nail tech. Their color selection is great and the lady who did my fill and color change paid attention to every detail! She even offered stones to add onto nails, they came out so nice! I left with a much better set than I came in with. I will definitely be back!

Great nail salon! Super friendly and attentive service. They fit me in right away, took their time and did a great job.

They made me feel like they really could care less whither I spent almost 100 for what I wanted and like they have a problem with gay pp. Then not even three days later my foil came off my toes and the next day my left nail broke and two days later my right nail broke and the foil came off two right fingers and four fingers on the left. So I call and told them and canceled all my up coming appointments because I work hard for my money and I deserve great service no matter who I am.

Let me start off by saying that this place claims that walk-ins are welcome but my mom and i did not feel welcome at all. We had just came out of a long day of work and wanted to relax and treat ourselves. Coming in wasn’t bad because we were greeted by a man and asked what we wanted.(My experience) We were sat immediately but I was moved shortly after (about 3 times). I even had a lady push me out the way and put me on the other one next to it but it still felt really disrespectful. After a while of waiting, my mom told me she did not want to get her nails done anymore because she was tired of waiting. I waited a little more just to see if I would finally be attended. I waited a total of an hour and a half after. Other people who just came in were getting attended a lot faster than me and it was not okay. The lady next to me had been doing 2 other people’s nails and on the other side was a whole new set of people who haven’t been there for long.(My mom’s experience) She was waiting and they told her to get up and out of the chair so she had to sit back down in the waiting area. Some lady barely came in and she sat down for a few minutes and then got attended while my mom was still waiting. Another lady came in and the guy offered her water and everything and didn’t even bother to acknowledge my mom. She felt very disrespected and as if they had preferences towards their customers, which I would say that is very true. Many were passing her while she stayed in the same spot for a long long time. We will never come back here again. The thing is that we aren’t even picky customers at all. The whole place is just unprofessional, rude, and a very suffocating environment. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

Today was my first time here, and it was great! Mimi did a good job with my dip powder manicure, very fast but detailed.My pedicure was amazing, Jen took her time despite it being busy. I will most definitely be returning. Thanks ladies!

My cousin and I are very picky about where we get our nails done - this place is perfect. Weve been back 3xs and have been 100% satisfied every time. They make you feel welcomed, offer you coffee, water, fruit. They pay attention to detail and dont rush. We live in Auburn/Tacoma and the drive is worth it.

Was ok will give it another try. The issue was i asked for both me and my mother in law yo get pedicure and manicure but the girl that was doing my manicure just painted my nails, im not sure if u understood just color or what but my mother in law did get a full manicure so im not sure where the miscommunication went wrong but willing to try again

My favorite place to go get my nails done, but i set an appointment at 1:30. I got there fifteen minutes before just incase. I walked in and said i had an appointment. There was only 3 workers and only three people getting their nails done. So i waited for about 45 min and still no service, after the fact i told them i had an appointment. I still would go back, but they need to put appointments first.

Great job. Very clean! Prices are fair :). Massages were great. I was not rushed which is a great change from some other places!

Was greeted when I walked in by a very nice man. Told him I had an 11am appnt. He sat me down, said a tech would be right with me. Brought me some tea, said it would be a few more minutes. 20 minutes later I left. I dont mind waiting a few minutes when I have an appointment. But at 20 minutes no one even close to doing my fill. That is poor scheduling. They had my phone number, could have called said they were running late.What really got me was they have a huge sign that says call for appointment. Not a very good first impression.

Best massage I’ve had, and I’m used to overly priced Bellevue locations! Ask for Kim! Definitely my new favorite spot.

Will not go back! One of the ladies threw a fit about her tip. It was an un planned visit and I gave her all the cash my husband had on him to split with her and the other lady. Please not that I NEVER TIP ON MY CARD (i have had problems in the past)She slammed it on the table and started raising her voice and being loud. It was very un professional.

My second experience at Chic Nails wasnt as good as my first. I had Tina this time and she was very rough with chunky nail file and nicked my skin a few times. Wasnt relaxing at all and she seemed to be in a hurry and I was first one there in morning. I was told by friend that everyone is good there and I didnt need to specify. Next time I will ask for MiMi because she is much gentler and nails looked great. I would give Mimi a 5. The first thing I did when I got home was put neo-sporin on all my nails.
