They always do an amazing pedicure. I recently started getting my nails and waxing done there also. I have never left disappointed. Same with my daughter.

They are so so nice there and always take care of me! I had my eyelashes and and acrylic fill, both turned out amazing! I always leave happy! I highly recommend!

I called and asked “is Christine in today?” because I only use this technician. They stayed she was in and I could get a fill at 9:30. I come in and state the technician and time I have an appointment for. They sat me down and a lady who was not Christine started my nail. I stated again, I’m here for a 9:30 with Christine and she nodded and continued. She took an hour and 15 min to refill the nails. No color added yet. At that point I ask AGAIN. “Is Christine not in today?”. The lady said “she is not in today?”. Another one of the technicians overheard and said “she no longer works with us”. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE SOME HONESTY WHEN SOMEONE ASKS FOR A SPECIFIC PERSON. I walked out with shavings all over my hand and the fill was so terrible I ended up going somewhere else to fix their mistakes. First, don’t lie to customers just to keep a clientele. Second, learn how to go a little faster and allow for a more comfortable experience by not pulling hands so close up to light.

This is the worst place to go I used to come here all the time and I live a hour away but the past 2 times I came here I call and make a appointment and when I get all the way out here the lady always says “oh I can’t do your lashes anymore” either they don’t know how to even when I been bringing my own lashes for over a year And I always have the same lady do them or they are just lazy and wanna waste my time. they always wait all the way until i get there to tell me . I will never be going here ever again. Worst service ever !

I came in for a pedicure and asked for my nails to be square shaped multiple times. She ignored me multiple times then told me they were square shaped (which they clearly weren’t) finally I had to ask for a nail file to do it myself. When I informed the manager of this and told him I’ve been coming here for over five years he looked at me and just said okay. I’m pretty sure he speaks English just doesn’t care about their customer service. They have now lost a long time customer and I will take my business else where.

I go in right when they open. I have Vivian do my fill. She is very professional and has a very nice personality! As she is working, I see the salon being thoroughly cleaned. From the floors to the tables, even the chairs are all cleaned and ready for a new day. Always spic and span. That means a lot. Overall it is a great experience and will continue to give them my business. Pedicures are awesome as well. All the employees have smiles on their faces!

Staff at this location are disrespectful workers basically kicked us out because they didn’t want to pay for the damages threatened with police

This is a very nice salon. Clean and cheerful, everyone is attentive and friendly. I highly reccomend a visit here. You won’t want to go anywhere else!

I was passed between 3 different nail techs for a fill and wanted to get one nail on each hand with a tye dye design that they offer and none of the nail techs knew how to do it and it came out terrible . they even argued with my sister about giving her a tye dye design on her nails and ended up not giving her what she asked for. We were there 2 hours for two fills and we were the only ones there. My fill was $38 would definitely not returning whole experience was awful.

Rushed pedicure, had to turn off my massage chair so they could paint my nails and rushed me out the door with wet toes that smudged. Went back the next day to have it fixed and was not treated right still. Do not recommend this place to anyone

The service is great here...the place is clean and quiet. Pedicures are wonderful, my nails look fabu as well as my eyelashes. I would highly recommend this place!

Worse place to go to for nails. They did an extremely sloppy job. I paid 30 dollars for nothing because all they did was remove the horrible acrylics they had done. Wasnt allowed a refund. left crying. dont go here. Trix nails are extremely better

My daughter, who is 16 years old called to ask for a dip manicure at 6pm. I also wanted a wanted a pedicure, but she forgot to schedule it. When we showed up my daughter asked if we could get a pedicure as well. They said they didn’t have time so I figured no big deal. One of the women said something and snickered. I don’t like to assume that people are talking about me just because I don’t understand what they’re saying, but it felt strange this time. I told my daughter to forget it and that we’d get a pedicure somewhere else tomorrow, but we’d get manicures at Lemour.They asked us to sit, and we waited for a few minutes. A woman walked in and asked for a pedicure, and I assumed they’d turn her away since they didn’t have time for a pedicure, but they didn’t. They told her to have a seat and started her pedicure right away. I felt really uncomfortable and embarrassed, because they tended to her right away while we were the ones with an appointment. I said out loud: we’ll just go somewhere else. And the woman in the front said, “Oh” under her breath. I was disappointed in their service. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Tried this salon as I was in town, for a gel manicure. They did a poor job of removing the gels I had (deep blue) and then applied the new colour without attention to the sides of the nail bed. When I got home I took tweezers and cleaned up the sides but it was sloppy enough work that even though it was only $20, I wouldnt return for nail service.But I did attempt to return for waxing, not for myself but for my trans daughter. I called and said who it was for, emphasizing the trans bit to be clear, and made an appointment for a whole body wax. We arrived and the single clerk clearly had no idea and tried to make me an appointment. I explained it wasnt for me but my daughter, standing next to me. She said theyd need 2 people and asked us to wait 5 minutes. We did and another woman came up and asked what we wanted waxed, I repeated the order, she said it would need 2-3 people and we waited some more. Finally the younger woman who spoke better English arrived and came to tell us they dont wax men because it wont work on their hair.Competitive bicyclists, swimmers, gymnasts, all have body waxing. Men routinely have their backs waxed for summer. And indeed, I got a home waxing kit and waxed her chest for her, without reading the instructions properly and with no prior experience, it worked just fine. So how is it that trained and state licensed professionals cant handle waxing male hair in this salon?Simple: They didnt want to. This was a clear case of discrimination.And for my daughter, already self-conscious and vulnerable, it was devastating, humiliating and hurtful.So this salon does sloppy work and discriminates against trans people. Will never return.

Steer clear, I give them a zero. I ordered the top $35 pedicure. I didnt get my toe nails cut down, my cuticles pushed back, nor the foot massage that was supposed to come with it. 3 different girls had to work on my ingrown toe nails. I know its not fun, but I would have tipped well. Well after 3 days, my nail polish was starting to come off, by the entire toe nail. A week later, Im going in for another pedicure as half the polish is completely gone.Nails, even worse experience. I understand I was late for my appointment. But they still had 1.5 hours before close. Should have been plenty of time, 45 minutes for each treatment. I was told no several times about my nails being crooked. I had to take the nail file into my own hands. Then they were too long, even after I said something AND my friend that came with me said something. They dont listen. So my nails were so thick after she shaved it down, because she wasnt listening and just went ahead and put acrylic on too. I dont even have acrylic on spots of my natural nails, and when I said something, I was told that I was too picky and she didnt want to stay late when Im too picky. Part of professional nail service is to get nice and straight nails without chunky or scraggly nails. There are chunks of plastic just clumped by my nail beds, (I have giant hang nails from them rubbing), didnt push down my cuticles first, and when she said that to me, I was just done. I didnt even want clear coat put on after that. $75 for the worst pedicure and full set Ive ever had. $35 pedi and $40 full set. I dont really care about the price even though I know thats on the steep side (I got color acrylic tips on my nails) but the service was just the worst. I would have tipped $20, but every no told to me and every attitude remark given, at $2 a pop, made her tip zero. I feel bad, but thats what a tip is for, a good job. Not only that, my nails HURT so bad for that night and another full day. The following day was just tender places here and there. A week later (I would have gone in earlier but was on vacation, hence getting my nails done in the first place), I just scheduled a fill to fix my nails and another pedicure. After just 1 week!! Like I said, I would have had them fixed while on vacation, but I already felt like I had an acrylic full set ripped off. I was too tender to have anyone touch them.Will never go back and I hope to save another girl the pain and suffering I went through.Kent Nail Design is really busy, but well worth it for their service. Luckily I work over there. I would still drive even if I didnt. Ill make my friend drive to me next time, instead of getting our nails done by home. Nothing good in Federal Way.

I came here twice both time for something different . Each time I came here , it was the same thing. When I wanted mg nails done thry said they were to full , but I only seen 1-2 people inside. Sceond time I came to get my eyelashs done & they said they could do it , because the nail techs where getting there feet done. Yes , I seen it.now I know they work hard doing other people feet. But this is still a business & they should act like it ! If that is the case that is something that should be done , before or after work. Because they are here to serve the people! Unless the done like balck people , than that is a whole other issue its self. But im not going to assume that.

When i first got my nails done for homecoming she messed up my middle finger and it broke the day after i got them on and then i went back to get it fixed and the guy made it shorter than the rest of them and now my nails are messed up for homecoming so i can say without a doubt i will not be going back there
