My favorite salon! I get the best pedicures from Lily, she is friendly and always takes her time and knows what she’s doing! Yen is a great nail artist herself!! She is fast but very thorough! After having them work on my nails for the past few months I’ve never looked elsewhere! Thank you for always accommodating! You guys are the best 😊

TERRIBLE service experience. The older woman did my pedicure and had my toes bleeding! She tried to tell me I had an ingrown hair or nail which wasn’t true. I asked for a discount which I wanted to give them business because no one was in there on a Sunday. But I WILL NOT be going back. They tried to tell me it was going to go under as a “learning experience” && there’s nothing they can do! Then they shouldn’t have had someone who didn’t know what they were doing on my feet without asking me first. My pedicure isn’t even fully finished, some of my toes are not fully painted and my toes are throbbing from cutting too deep and BLEEDING! AND then had the nerve to put alcohol on it afterward. The owner with the short bob, whatever her name is does not know how to accommodate her clients! I am so mad and now I’m going to pay for a new pedicure because this one has my toes jacked up! I still paid a portion because she tried, all I asked for was a discount because I was completely disappointed with the quality. Which I gave her $30! A $8 discount let’s be clear! Honestly, they’re lucky I even paid. My toes still hurt hours later. I could’ve said nothing and walked out but I’m not that person. I respectfully asked.LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE && TEACH YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO DO THE JOB. This was my 1st visit and I am disappointed. I spent over $170 and my hands look bad. These pics are from less than 24 hours later, and 2 nails are CROOKED. My $55 pedicure left my feet still rough. The leg massage was great but she (Lily) spent more time on my legs than my feet. I still need a pedicure.

They always give me a great experience! Especially Ruby and Yen, this is probably the most welcome I’ve ever felt at a nail salon. I leave with baby smooth feet and well pedicured toes everytime! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Personable. They treat everyone with respect and are so attentive and patient with their senior citizen customer. They are always ready for your appointment. I did microblading and lash extensions for the first time with them. The space for the procedure was comfortable and very clean. I was even given a temple massage to relax the muscles in my face, and a prop under my knees so my legs would not become numb since its a 2 1/2 hour procedure. I was given clear care instructions for both procedures. Everyone that works there are great at what they do. My nails are always done exactly as I ask. They know Im particular so they suggest colors and designs they think fit me. The spa and organic pedicures are so relaxing! I fo too often😂

I came here based on reviews & I was not disappointed. At first I was told I had to wait an hour & a half bc I was 10 min late. Then one of the ladies ran out to me & told me to come in & shed do the removal. That impressed me. Then when I got my full set done I showed the very sweet lady a picture of how I wanted my nails & OMG I was not disappointed AT ALL. She was very sweet & took her time. Literally if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you ladies. Ill definitely be back. They also literally do EVERYTHING from waxing to microblading. This is going to be my shop from now on.

Yes they did my pedicure they were all very nice but the woman messed up like how they were cut and after the week the nail polish just started coming off A little bit on the pricey side as well

I am very picky when it comes to paying for a Mani/Pedi. I just had the most AMAZING spa manicure and pedicure massage Ive ever had. They were focused on me and me only while I was sitting in the chair, I love that about a nail spa. It was a great experience and I will be returning.Thank you XO Nail Studio.

Lily and the staff are very friendly, they do beautiful work on your nails and feet. They do offer other beauty needs. Lilly takes very good care of meddy and peddy needs. Thanks XO Nail for your awesome experience.

I have been going here for over 20 years and Kim and Kathy have been doing my nails for as long. I am disappointed in the new ownership in the fact that they kept Kim and Kathy there for a year and now they are no longer there. When I questioned one of the new people, she stated it was because of new ownership that Kim and Kathy are no longer there. I will never go back to this place, because they show no sense of loyalty and didnt have a problem trying to retain Kim and Kathys clientele.

Very good service, the pedicures are amazing! I went with the herbal it was for a great price and very nice massage. My nails look amazing, the nail team is super friendly. 10 out of ten will be returning!!!

They did my nails just as I asked and were accommodating to my requests. However the day I went there were only 3 ladies working so there was a bit of a wait for both of us to get pedicures, ended up waiting 30 mins for the other person to start their pedicure. Nice ladies though! Will go back again.

Very happy and satisfied with the services and the attitude of new owner. I took Yen to do my nails and they were very fency. I really love my nails and so relaxing with the pedicure done by Lily. It seems that the owner very takes care their business and the sastification of customers.

Such great service! Very nice staff! Even with the COVID regulations, my mom and I had a great time getting our nails done. They look great and feel great!

I got a full set here as well as got my eyebrows waxed. The person that did both was Jennifer, she did such a great job. I wanted a full set but I just wanted a tiny bit of length, she made it look so good. My eyebrows were hairy and she waxed and plucked them into shape. Everyone compliments them everywhere I go!

Viviene is like the nicest person you will ever meet. She is so talented! I love going to see her to get my nails done. She has done so many different amazing designs on my nails. The nail salon itself is very well decorated and is very clean and welcoming. I recommend this place for anyone who has a vision for there nails and they want something original or they don’t know what they want because they will help you figure it out or make your vision come true. I overall just love this place and the people there and I think you will too!!!

Awesome experience getting my nails done for the first time here almost one month ago. I got gel french tip, or shellac and it lasted 3 weeks without even chipping! Ive never had nails looks good that long and my toes still look pretty good and its been a month. They give a very relaxing pedicure, they dont skimp on the massage and they are very detail oriented in their art work and make nails look really good. Im excited to go back! 💖Joy

Had a great service here their first day back after the shut down. Kathy did a wonderful job, however they are far lacking in respect to safety precautions. There is no requirement for face masks, people not receiving services are allowed inside and they arent doing a good job of keeping clients 6 feet apart. All of the artists are wearing masks and there is plexiglass between artists and clients, but there is more that needs to b done before I will return.

They are very nice and polite, they explain all the different polish applications and anything else you have questions about. Nails last a long time without breaking.. All around great place!!!!

The nails shop looks clean. Deluxe pedicure is relaxing, they offer me some drinks and my nail tech vivian is very sweet. Overall, everything is good, I will come back and you should try sandy shine powder! Love it!

Vivienne does such a beautiful job on my nails. She is so creative and fast. She free hand designs as well. She is a pleasure to spend time with and makes the experience positive.

Usually love my my pedicure but recently noticed bad pedicure and manicure as they are always rushing, The lady Vivienne go as fast at they can to go to the other customers. They are money hungry and do not treat customers professional. Today I received the worst service as they were removing my full set the girl stuck her took in my skin under my nail, left some acrylic on my nail and just painted over it, even left a trace of top coat layer as you can see in the pictures below!! Would not recommend as you will be in and out with a terrible service!They talk Vietnamese too much and louder. in-front customer .and laughing no respect customer at all.Just remind if you want customer go back need do a good jobs and done before to go to another one .. Thank you
