I have been to this location when Tee was working and she always did fantastic on my nails but she left. I went Friday 9/17/21 for my birthday and they where very pushy with getting the more expensive dip powder, I never do dip I always do acrylic and I declined for dip and the lady kept telling me she was going to do dip and I kept refusing and we went back and forth for a little until I finally agreed to do dip, well my pedicure was great but my nails they just don’t look good at all I like the white part much shorter than what it is and my she kept using g the grinder on my cuticles until my cuticle on my thumb nail started bleeding and I told her it was hurting and pulled my hand away and she just said oh it’s because I had a lot of cuticles and I’m like but that’s hurting. They should listen to there customers and stop being so pushy with the upgrades and if someone does get just the basic accept it and don’t be rude to them. For my hands and feet it came to $130 which i should be very happy for that price so I will not be back.

This salon was very DIRTY!! Uncomfortable!!!Tables, tools, chairs..very dirty not clean!!Hand cream and powders glues mixed got on my hand🤦🏻‍♀️The workers talk a lot..they use no cuticle dissolver. just ripped the skin off with nippers. polish was applied poorly. I can see the nail though spots of the polish, They are was over all a poor experience. definitely not worth the 100$ I wouldnt even want to pay $5 for this. was a waste of time and money!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to the salon, I met up with a friend and we were looking for a salon open on Sunday. The pedicure was great (did a gel polish on my toes) and manicure while sitting in the pedicure chair and they did a dip nail polish. I did not want tips. The reason I mention what I did is because it cost me $115. I saw the pedicure price and chose a $45 one. I understood the manicure was going to be an additional $20. I know that there is a difference between gel polish, dip polish, etc. I did not expect it to be $50 more. I should have asked, so that is my fault. I still tipped on top of that, so the tip was another $15 I was having a nice time with my friend and felt shy to put up a fuss. I did like the service, and they did a great job. My friend paid $85, but no dip nail. Her salon specialist offered her a shoulder rub, which she declined. The lady doing her pedicure did a long foot massage and I believe stone massage- I was not offered any of this, no foot massage, nothing. It still was a nice pedicure. My only other complaint is they seemed to be arguing with each other, and I understand speaking in your native language but it was excessively LOUD and I could not hear my friend sitting right next to me at times. It feels so rude to have loud conversations in a foreign language while performing the manicure/pedicure. It made things awkward.

You HAVEEEEEEE to come here! This place is definitely a hidden gem. We came 30 minutes before they were about to close and they still took us anyway. Honey these ladies doing our pedicures had us laughing and tipsy off of mimosas. Ive also never been complimented so much in a nail shop before. Ive never had this experience. They made me feel beautiful and taken care of. Its definitely one Ill remember. Amazing customer service. And my feet came out so nice. My skin was smoother and moisturized and my feet have been saved! Lol this is definitely now my new place to get them done at. Plus there prices are reasonable. Annie and Jennifer took suchhhhhhhh good care of us...Update: the polish on my partners toes started chipping a few days later and a week later the entire polish came off. And its gel polish.

Andy was great , the ladies arguing the whole time was not pleasant when I go to get my nails done I want a nice quiet atmosphere as Im spending my money partially on getting pampered not to hear people scream at each other other than that their services great and we had a lot of fun doing my nails.

Rude. Went with 2 friends for 1st time. Nail bed trim was 5$ extra. One of us in our group needed extra care with their feet due to advanced diabetes so the staff argued amongst themselves on who was going to do her. The one that lost was visibly upset. Her tone was abrupt and loud. No drink was offered to her. They were also very rough with her manicure to where she finally had to say something.I paid 45$ for manicure dip set that DID NOT includes cuticle care, cleaning or hydration care. no length extension, not even a quick hand massage with some lotion.

Wow! Im so impressed with the staff and services! Plus they give mimosas and wine!

Let me start off with saying I came in on a Saturday with no appointment and they served me right away, which was nice. However, I personally did not have the best experience here. I got a single color gel manicure for $35 plus tip and it was the worst I have ever gotten. I did not want to be that person, but I had to go back in and have them re-do the work. The lady at the desk asked me my concerns and I told her and she had no problem fixing them.... Until I got the lady who actually did my nails. She did not see anything wrong with them and she even brought other people over to validate her. I tired to explain that it looked fine in the store, but when you went out into natural lighting then you could see multiple issues. First, my cutilcles were done poorly, I still had loose skin. Second, the paint was not smooth, they were what I can only describe as wave-like patterns on about 3 nails. Third, I had pore-like holes on 2 separate nails. Forth, one of my nails was not pained all the way to the tip. After trying to explain and show her all my concerns, she still said there was nothing wrong with them. She did fix them. I tried to explain and show my concerns, but having a language barrier between us was hard. She kept telling me she saw nothing wrong, but maybe if the indoor lighting wasnt so poor then the customers can see the work before leaving and seeing the work in natural/ a well lit area. I felt very judged for something I was unhappy with. First and last time here. Note: It has been less than 1 week and my nails are already chipping.

I work long hours and almost forgot about mothers day. Lol. She would of killed my (figuratively speaking). Called Sky Nails and was surprised at the courtesy and care all the people working there performed in their jobs. My fiance is happy I am happy and will be stopping in on a regular because the environment is amazing.Thank you Sky Nails for have Awesome people working for you!

I LOVE coming here!! They are always so nice and accommodating to me and any friends I happen to bring with me ☺️ I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I have yet to have an experience I didn’t love and I’m not waiting for it. Pedicures are top notch and my acrylic designs never looked so GOOD! They’re even nice to families, which I do not have but I love the amount of accommodation to everyone! Very diverse clientele so everyone is clearly welcome here!!

It’s been a week since I got my set and 2 of my nail beds are still healing. The staff was kind but the work was not worth the price. First& last time here.

I got right in an the ladys that I dealt with made sure that I was safe an everything was sanitized because of being immuno compromised. My nail tec is Anna and I had an appointment and when you have an appointment they take there time an dont rush through.💜💜💯💯😇😇

My wife and I went in for pedicures and after sitting there with our feet in the water for 50 minutes and no service we finally got up and left. During this time they sat one lady to get her nails done and two other customers in for pedicures.

They were very nice and I like my nails. But when my daughter used the gift card she was given for christmas they treated her like a criminal. They made a big scene and accused her of buying it herself with counterfeit money. First off Why on earth would would a person committing a crime come in with their mother and their 11yr old niece and stay for two hours getting their nails done? Second why would someone that knowingly committed such a crime come back to use said gift certificate knowingly.We paid for all services in full and we still tipped for the work but we will NEVER return.Before COVID I use to go there quit often. Now I wouldnt even refer them to friends and family.HUGE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART.Discretion would have went a long way. We are not criminals and did not appreciate being treated like such.

My wife wanted to have mani/pedi done with gel polish and she was happy with the service. We came in before 7pm and the lady at the front greeted us and said she can take her. It was a little pricy at $80 but since we were greeted and treated well, it was worth the price. Thank you sky we will be back.

At first I was very hesitant to come here because of their pricing. I am accustom to pay $25 for my shellac manicure & $25 for my pedicure (normal polish) at my usual place in Puyallup, Wa. However, my girlfriend has been going to this place for several years and I’ve alway admired her nails so I decided to check them out. The customer service was impeccable! I was truly impressed, it’s so hard to find good customer service these days and that is something that is very important to me. My French tip shellac manicure was done perfectly, the warm wax on my hands and the arm/shoulder message was very good and much appreciated. Well worth the $40!! I will definitely be returning. I live in Auburn-LakeLand Hills and will not mind traveling the 30mins, that’s how good the customer service was (is).I had Anne for my pedicure service and Hanna for my manicure. They were both very kind, professional, and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I plan on requesting them whenever possible. Highly recommended!

The pedicure went well and I can see why it was priced at $40. I also got a fill and while it was great the pedicure and fill were done at the same time, the fill was poor quality and for some reason they charged me $40 for it. Definitely not worth it! I chose red for my gel color and there is red on my skin...Will not be returning.

The staff is very friendly, lots of colors to choose from as well as designs. They also sale masks Seahawks, UW etc....Stop in and get an amazing mani/pedi you will love it.

Right as you walk in there’s a strong smell of nail polish. Lady’s are nice. There’s a large selection of nail polishes to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Only complaint is that the length of the nails are too short on a few toes.

At first everything seemed nice beautiful decor, once they started my Mani and pedi she approached and said it would be a total of 115!!!! For a one color mani and pedi! I have never paid so much for nails in my life! So over priced! I initially told her I wanted white nails only?? She never let me know she she started adding gray on and asked if i liked it, it wasnt ugly but it wasnt what I asked for so I politely told her I just wanted white and she said she was just trying to make it look better... As I appreciate it, it wasnt what I had asked for. When I was going to pay and as I was getting change to leave even after all the 115 I had paid I was still going to leave tip, but I wasnt going to leave alot more since I never thought I would pay so much, I left 5 dollars and she looked at me and said thats it? A tip shouldnt be asked for! When I said yeah? She scoffed and I could tell she was mad. I been wanting to come here forever but after this experience I will never be coming back!

The owner the this shop was so helpful. She saw me and my daughter. Though closing time was less than hour away. She did amazing job on our full sets!

I’ve been here twice and both times they try and up sell you on services you do not want. They are very dishonest here! I politely said no several times to a mani/pedi... it is way over priced. I only wanted a pedicure and a bikini wax. I was approached again to add a manicure to my pedicure. Once I said no again, I was treated differently. I was not offered a beverage but all the other customers around me were and they left me sitting in the chair and just ignored me. I was told the cost of my bikini wax would be $35 but when I went to pay they tacked on an extra $15 and said they did more then just a bikini clean up. I never asked for that and didn’t feel responsible to pay it. She tried to convince me that she did an extra job for me and would discount it by $5. I did not like the dishonesty of this business and will not return again.

Gave it one star only because I have been going to them for awhile. Will not be going back. They had sent me a text to save $10.00, for my birthday and then would not honor it. They told me it was old. But I clearly just got the text at the beginning of February (which is my birthday month) now today I get another text saying we miss you. Come back and save $5.00. I feel the should of honored the first one know matter what. I showed it to them but they just kept shaking their heads saying it was old. Thats bad business. Like I said I wont be going back and after telling my daughters and friends there not going back either. Sad! 😐

I have been to Sky Nails multiple times now and have always gotten the best service. I really love the mimosas they give you while youre getting your nails done, plus the neck massages they give you while your nails are drying. Aside from their stellar service, they are also very hygienic. Each one of their pedicure stations uses bags, which is the best way to avoid infection and cross contamination. And for you ladies out there who want to find a place to get a Brazilian, by all means, come here. The lady here is so gentle and makes the experience not nearly as bad as it should be.

First visit in quite a while. Bright, very clean, no TV, good music, very friendly staff. I will be back, they did a lovely job.

My toe bled and bled.I was so shocked and upset, that I didnt even know what to say.No apology, no discount - Nothing!I get regular pedicures, so my toes and feet are in good shape.I will not Ever go back!I have gotten tons of pedicures for several years and no one has ever cut me!

Good pricing, nice technicians. Everyone was very positive and its very lavish in there. Check out their giant white fish in their fish tank. Hes huge and cute and very entertaining to watch while you get your service lol

My boyfriend and I have gone to this salon on and off for the last 2 years. I do not feel that I get good service but I keep telling him :Oh Ill give it one more try. Well Im done! They give you something to drink sometimes. I do not feel that they give an adequate foot rub. My pedicure is usually done at the same time as his and hes not getting polish. Recently, I decided to upgrade to the spa pedicure which is more money. She said it would get rid of my callouses. Despite the fact that I use baby foot and really dont have a lot of callous. They water down the salt scrub, so whats the point? I explained to her that I needed a really good foot rub since my feet were throbbing. She rubbed the hot stones over my foot a couple of times and that was it (less than 1min per foot). No foot rub, the stones were scalding and then she burned me with the hot wax. I asked her about the foot rub with lotion and she said; it didnt come with it. They focus on their regular customers walking through the door instead of focusing on my service. She rushed through my service to do the nails of a regular client with no appointment. And they talk way too much and too loud for to be relaxing spa. I will not go there anymore and Im going to insist that he doesnt either. And I dont think that they seem to get that, theyre getting small tips because their service is poor not because Im cheap or cant afford it.

I’ve gone twice now in order to give them the benefit of doubt, different staff member each time. Friendly staff and fast service the issue is in the quality. Especially quality for the high price. Both times my full set was extremely thick, the tips were uneven and the paint was sloppy and chipping the next day. For $50 (no detailing simple gel paint) before tip I expect much better.

Spent 2 and a half hours having my nails done...Nothing fancy but she kept dremelling them over and over and over for no clean reason. They dont know how to properly apply glitter polish, and even though I pointed out how thin it was and how it didnt look at all like what I picked out, she added a little more glitter and said thats okay. But you can still clearly see my nail through it. I could of done a way better job painting them myself, and I wouldnt have gotten polish all over my finger tips like she did.

I was super excited to try this place out after it being recommended to me by a mom friend. But I am slightly disappointed. The inside is great. It’s clean. Seems updated and fairly new. I love they have kids chairs and offer water and mimosas to the adults. Great. BUT I don’t love my nails. I asked for “natural length” “shorter than what most people get because of my kids” and did not get that. Even when I asked for them to be cut shorter. “I will file them down” - is what she told me. She DID file them. But no where near what I asked for. I got my nails done yesterday and they look like I have had them on for a week. They look grown out and like they already need a fill. I did a polish change on my toes and my daughter got her toes painted as well.The paint job on my toes was messy. I had to ask to have them cleaned up after she did her own “clean up”. There was polish in multiple spots on my toes and it just wasn’t cute. I was disappointed that they didn’t do anything to my toes (my old salon would shape them up, etc.) but I understand that not all salons do that when someone is just getting a polish change. My daughters toes are cute. But there’s a large spot in the center of her big toe that has a blank space.The wait time was okay at best. I came in and asked before bringing my family in and she said she had time to do everything “right now”. When we brought everyone in (me, my infant , my toddler , my mother) she sat down my mother and my toddler. Started on my mom. Told me to sit. And then told me she needed a few minutes. No biggie. Had me move chairs and then told me she needed “a few minutes.” Grabbed her phone and went to the back of the salon for maybe 10 minutes before returning. While she was gone we had to ask if they were still going to be doing my toddlers toes. Which is when they asked what she wanted done (we had told them three times by that point ) and then they did them. Then it was finally my turn. At one point she even said my son was fussy because she had us wait so long. She’s not wrong.I guess I had higher hopes after hearing such great reviews from local moms.I definitely don’t feel like my nails were worth the $55.00 we paid for them. I usually pay $30-$35 for better work at my old salon.My mom liked her pedicure. So that’s a plus.

Cindy on the other hand was extremely disrespectful walked in the store and had a mouthful of food. We proceeded to walk in and my friend asked the manager if she could have a discount for an offense prior to us coming in for a second opinion of their service. To our disappointment there was no discount received so there wasn’t much less to say.Second: as I was sitting down and it was approaching the time for me to take my turn the one lady sitting a side of Cindy gun pointed at me and ask if I wanted to get my nails done and when I responded yes she repeated you in such a condescending tone is if I couldn’t possibly be the one to be next. Finally we come to the very last complain I have against this nail salon who accuse my sister and her husband of having fake $100 bills as if they couldn’t afford a $50 tab. If I could I would give them a zero but you guys don’t have that option.

There has been a couple of times when I have had to go back for a repair or a new full set.1) a new nail tech did not listen to what I wanted way too short. They were stubs.... I went back two days later I was asked to come back later in the day which I did and they did a new full set. 2) this time upset me the most.... I had a new full set put on the next day one of my nails broke off. I went back as you all know it takes maybe 5 minutes for them to fix. I walked in they told me I needed to come back later afternoon.... Mind you one walk in as I left... They told that person it would be ten minutes. Hmmmmmm I could have waited ten minutes. We pay good money for this luxury needless to say I will NOT be back.

Very nice but the work is 👎🏼. They messed up my toes and I asked them to fix it, they got mad and attempted to fix it and it still looked messed up. My feet basically came out with different color on them but still feeling and looking the same. What kind of salon let’s a client walks out from getting a pedicure with their feet looking dry? It’s fancy for nothing.

I have been in here a few times before and always enjoyed it, but this time was shuffled through and noticed a lot of uncleanliness. They tried to use the same nail file and nail buffer as the woman previous to me, and didn’t even wipe off the counter from the nail clippings and drill shavings from the woman before me. Were very annoyed when I told them I wanted the same manicure I always get, instead of the manicure they were pushing that was $15 more. They actually stopped half way through taking my nails off (literally 3 already off) to tell me to wait while she started a new lady who had come in after me because she wanted the more expensive manicure. I ended up getting up after they finished taking off my nails and walking out. I will not be coming back.

My daughter and I walked in for pedicures. They seated us right away and then an older lady came over and greeted us. She started working on my daughter. A vey young man came over and started on me. I asked him to cut short and he did not. I had to tell him again. He was very lackadaisical in the scrubbing and sloughing. My daughter was given much better service. I dont think this guy had much experience. My feet were still very rough when I got home and checked. Wont be coming back.

Had been going there for a year. Towards the end she started to get to confortable and insist in me paying only cash . My last time going there she ran three seperate transactions on my card I only had an $18 filling. I demanded her to give me my money back and I as we were arguing she kept telling everyone they were gonna get discounts. Finally returned my money after I said I was gonna report them. A few times before that I would get my toes done , they wouldnt care when I said they were hurting me they would act as they couldnt hear me . Dont get fooled by how clean it is

Was told a regular mani-pedi would be $25 + $20 ($45 total). They charged me $55 which I didnt notice til after I left. I wouldnt have minded the $55 but it was the WORST manicure Ive ever had, and Ive had a lot. The pedi was fine (two different technicians). The salon got very busy just after I walked in and the woman doing my mani was clearly rushed and not paying attention. I am going to have to remove the polish & reapply my own. She also totally ignored my instruction to NOT file my nails and began sawing away at them, filing them square which I then had to fix myself. Stupidly I also left an $8 tip, more for the pedicurist who was thorough and good. I returned to the salon when I realized Id been overcharged and they gave me $10 cash back. Wont be going back. Ever.

Love this place! Spa pedicure gives you hot rocks and parafin wax treatment! Soo relaxing. Nice staff. Massages during pedicure will make you sleepy. Offer free beverage during treatment. Nice decor inside. Very good selection of colrs and services.

Got my nails done here sunday 4/15/18 and by tuesday 4/17/18 the acrylic has started chipping. i have never had acrylic chip so soon after getting my nails done any other place. very disappointed.
