First few visits were fantastic, the last few visits, my nail polish chips about 2 weeks in. Not sure what had changed.

I made an appointment afew days in advance. When I arrived there were 2 employees who were with 2 customers. I waited for 1 of them to finish like 15 mins or so 1 person started my nails I told her how I wanted them to look she said there was an additional cost we agreed and when it came time to paint my nails she left ( completely left the establishment) and the 2nd employee painted my nails and not what I asked for. I paid for services I did not receive ☹ . They look nice but this will be my first and only. I will not return.

Very clean, gentle and well priced

Nail polish bottle wasnt closed all the way and was put on the shelf so when I picked it up it got all over me. They got it off my skin but didnt give me anything else to clean it off my clothes. Didnt reduce the bill at all to compensate. Then they filed my skin off of my finger. On top of all that they had us pay out before before my nails were even finished being worked on. Will NOT be coming back here. Would NOT recommend at all!

When this place was “The Avenue” and it was owned and ran by someone else with different employees, I fell in love. It’s clean and consistent and it seemed like they love what they did. It was perfect! Then after the change, things just went down. The lady who is in charge now is nice and she does a good job but I still haven’t gotten the same service. My nails come out okay. The shape is usually pretty good but my cuticles and my hands are just gross. They leave all the residue on your hands and don’t bother with the clean up of it. One lady made ALL my cuticles bleed on each finger and didn’t even bother to apologize. Then I had a coupon for 5 dollars off. And before she took the 5 dollars off, she raised it 5 dollars. Like I’ve been there before I know that you raised it to 27 just so it would still be 22. It’s AWAYS 22. I’m not a petty person but I do love a good nail set. I’m gonna try here a few more times but if there’s no improvement I gotta go somewhere else.

Very beautiful set up and love the individual nail kits! We wanted to love this place but the pedi fell short. Took 1.5hr for 2 pedis and felt like she rushed, too expensive for what we got.
