Good Service, and attention to detail... Open admist a pandemic however ensuring sanitary environment and temp check at check in is most comforting. Scheduling with ease, Techs really care to do a great job! Crystal Nails and Spa is my local go to. Check it Out!!!

It was an amazing experience. Le did my pedicure and he was amazing, I really recommend this lovely place.

First time I went here I had a great experience. Now Everytime I go they say there are full. 3 times random times during the week. The shop just opened 8 minutes ago accordingly to their window. I hope Im just assuming that they are lying. I guess if I need something dont I have to set an appointment since there arent many people working.

Good quality, good service, great job but 2 hours for just gel nails paint, no manicure is too long... too slow for me...

This nail shop was open today 4/1/20. Its clearly not an essential business and should be closed as per the Governors orders . Moreover, the nature of this trade involves human contact. Just what we need right now! I reported them the State this afternoon.

I have been going here for years! Kim and Lee are Wonderful and have been with us through births, weddings, deaths and everything in between. They are Amazing people that do Amazing nails! Would not go anywhere else which is why I have been a client for at least 12 years and go in monthly to them.

I love Kim and Lee. Lee literally gives the best pedicures in town. Its so thorough and my toenails come out looking amazing. He takes his time and really makes sure they come out looking perfect. Kim does the best acrylic gel fills !!!!!!! Perfect shape and perfect paint job. Shes super kind and sweet and the family business they run is so humble and friendly. Ive been coming here for about 4years now ... always going to be loyal to them

I just had a mani/pedi with Kim. She did an amazing job. I had acrylics put on with gel polish. She really did a great job. The length, shape and gel polish color (that she picked out for me) are exactly what I wanted. The was a trial run for my wedding mani/pedi in two weeks, so I scheduled my next appointment the day before my wedding.Also, due to Covid, they have a lot of safety measures in place. Theyve spent a lot of time and money making it a safe environment. They take social distancing seriously. Another customer let her face mask slide down below her nose. They asked her very kindly to please place it over her nose since it was a requirement.Its a family business, Kims two teenagers were there helping and out, and her partner and sister-in-law work there too. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Kim.

Did my nails so thin and took over 2 hours. my nails were so thin that after 2 days of having them and being very delicate, one broke and you can see how thin it is. I expected so much better. won’t be coming back as i hoped i would...

Just moved to town and have been here a few times. Very please with my nails and I really like the color changing nail polish. Very fun.

Haven’t had acrylics for awhile but I’m heading to a work conference and will be shaking a lot of hands. Called first and made appointment since it’s a beautiful Saturday. The owners gave excellent customer service and I love my acrylics! Very thorough and detailed work. May take longer than most are used to so plan well and don’t go in if you’re in a hurry. 💅🏽 They seemed to had a decent book of appts and walk-in traffic.

I haven’t had my nails done in a very long time, but decided to take my daughters recommendation and try out this place. The time spent and attention to detail on every single nail was amazing. My French manicure turned out exquisitely, I will totally be going back. I walked out holding my nails up in the sun grinning ear to ear.

This is my favorite place!! They really take their time pampering their clients. I had my acrylics done here for my engagement photos. Not to mention, they do the best pedicures. Great prices, fun people, and beautiful work.

I planned to try this place out. I looked at reviews online and it looked promising. The hours online AND on the window state they open at 10:30am on Saturday. I got there at 10:30 and it was closed. The hair place next store said unless I had an appt they wouldnt be there til after 11am and not to bother. So I went across the street to Nice Tips and got one of the best pedis of my life.

Lee does an AMAZING and very thorough job on your feet and Kim is a master on your nails! Together they make a perfect team!

They charged me $5 to take off the gel polish, I peeled half of it off already. I too, have stopped by during business hours and they were closed. The place across the street is better.

I DONT RECOMEND i walked in wanting a simple gel manicure and after 2 day my bails started hurting 3 of my nails have now fallen off DON’T COME HERE.

I always get wonderful service here and my nails come out amazing Everytime. I have tiny nail beds due to biting my nails and they always do a fantastic job!

Terrible service! Came in for relaxing manicure with gel color. After choosing color, bottle was sticky and old. Was told to pick another color, polish was too thin from over use of thinning agent. Third color didnt work either! I was done, asked nail tech to leave clear and be done. Was still charged $25, didnt get what I asked for, manicure sucked! Take my advice and steer clear of this place. Owners do not keep up with products, tecjs cant do their jobs, left worse off than I came in. HORRIBLE!!

Kim is very skillful and artistic. She does amazing work.

They bounced from person to person taking new clients before finishing the first ones. My nails look horrible, it was my mothers day present I finally was able to come use and I could have done a better job.
