Amazing service! Genuine customer care. I am a tuff customer to most salons and they were so kind and took extra care when my nails were sensitive. Jenny was amazing with the dip. They took amazing car of my sister too and she said it’s the best her nails ever have looked. We highly recommend this salon. We didn’t ask for anything extravagant but they really give that genuine care about their customers!Pardon my odd feet... My photos don’t do my nails justice. They look so good in person. I apologize for my horrid photography. But they are so pretty. I wear boots a lot and required to have short nails for work. Their essential essential pedi and mani combo is amazing as well as the products they use. It has improved my skin. They sell the products as well. I use other products however theirs is one of my favorites for every end of the day relax and moisturize my poor feet lol. My nails are simple and nothing too fancy but exactly what I asked for. I have had a difficult time finding a salon that can do a good quality job with dip. They did an amazing job. It feels sturdy, strong smooth, they are beautiful 😍. I highly recommend this salon and recommend you call in advance to make an appointment. They begin to get very busy after lunch time. They were so kind and had to of the gentleman came back to accommodate the heavy customer service for the day before Mother’s Day and worked 2 hours past closing to get our nails and pedis... all done for the big day. They were Amazing!P.S. support your local small businesses and always tip! Take care of your community and it will take care of you!

Made an appointment for two and we were seated right away. I got a pedi and they did a great job and have fantastic prices. Its in a great location right next to Trader Joes. This may become my regular local nail spot.

Lovely customer service. I had Eric do my nails, and he was very nice. He talked to me whole I got my acrylic nails done, most nail technicians dont talk to me, and he was extremely patient when it came to what I wanted with my nails. I was a bit indecisive, but he was very nice and helped me find what I wanted.The only reason that I gave three stars is simply due to quality of the nails themselves. The acrylic flooded my cuticles a little, and wasnt too controlled during the application, so the sides and underneath were uneven. Its nothing that a nail file cant fix, but it something that personally bothers me.

Okay so! I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t know why I haven’t left a review yet honestly. But Hannah is my favorite girl there, she’s always so nice and she makes my eyebrows look really good after! I go twice a month and I always feel welcome. I highly recommend going to her for anything you need :)

This place is amazing, I just had my 2nd appointment with them and they remembered who I was and exactly what I wanted. Asked about my sister (who also goes there) and how things at work had been. They have beyond reasonable pricing and do a better job than the high end salons Ive visited over the years. I would highly recommend going here, you will not be disappointed!

So I normally come here and I see Eric each time he is the head nail tech each time I make an appointment he is always busy he will ask you to show him a picture and you do most of the the time he will tell if he can do it when doing my nails he is so busy answering the phone and greeting customers that he is not paying attention to my nails this day I showed him a picture he did the design awesome but the nails are ugly he made them look like elephant hulfs I asked him to fix them or to please refund my money he told me no he would not fix them nor give me a refund but also told me if I wasnt happy neither was he . Poor service and also pricey dont mind the cost but I mind the service he gave. I dont appreciate the way that he treated me especially when I see him often

I’ll give this place 3-4 stars and an honest review. I got my nails done here today for the first time after looking at some prices in the area. I saw it was $15 for a fill, and because I prefer gel polish, it’s $20. What the sign says.I love my nails and the lady was SUPER quick. They’re shiny, nice and straight, and they were done exceptionally well. I got caught off guard when paying for a simple fill because the lady told me it was $30 bucks at the end. WHAT? I guess without asking me or telling me, she added a top shiny coat without letting me know and honestly I don’t know why I got a ten dollar upcharge? That shouldn’t be 10 dollars extra? And most places would ask you or tell you the price when they decide to do more than you want. Anywho, I tipped according and didn’t argue. That was sneaky and although my nails look great and if you want beautiful nails, they do a good job, I don’t like the lack of communication and extras they add on without letting you know or asking. You’re thinking $15-20 bucks but somehow you’re awkward and obligated to pay more than their pricing.

If based on this visit Id never be back and only given one star. My first two visits were absolutely lovely. My daughter and I always make it known ahead of time that I have sensitive skin. This one she was digging so far down on my big toe it was extremely painful. She continued after I let her know she was hurting me. I had to pull my foot away to get her to stop. It took a couple days for that pain to go away. She brought out hot stones and pressed my feet on them which caused a mild burn. Again, time to heal. The massage was almost nonexistent and the polish a bit sloppy. If we go back Ill make sure its not the same lady. Wish I had gotten her name.

The ladies were nice up until I changed what color I wanted my nails to be (& no she hadnt even started to paint them yet) after that they were extremely rude & unprofessional. I could understand being mad or upset if she had painted my nails already but she hadnt even literally started!

Really friendly , they took their time and checked in a few times to sure I was happy with the shape and comfort etc. the nails are straight and the shape is just what I asked for , no bumps or overly thick nails ! I will definitely be back !!!

They’re just Re-grand opening with new management and re-modeling which is very clean and refreshing. Staffs are awesome, they also use natural products for manicure and pedicure. They do eyelashes as well. Highly recommended!

This place is rude. They over book even when you have an appointment it’s still a long wait time. They rush and mess up and get mad when you ask them to fix it. I spend over $150 every time I come and I still get treated like an unpaying customer. Eric is the worst. Don’t patronize this business. Go elsewhere.

If I could I would give it zero stars. Came here for the first time for manicure and pedicure, but as soon as the service was done I immediately regretted it. The nail polish was so cheap quality that it started peeling be end of day, the nails were done so inaccurate, I asked few times to fix it, but the lady still didn’t do a good job, also didn’t do a good job doing the polish for pedicure, the polish wasn’t applied accurately, and the worst part of the service, they didn’t even dry the nails, but just let me wait so they air dry, I mean seriously what kind of service is that in the 21st century? The worst service at the nail salon I have seen.., I DO NOT recommend!

Used to be a regular customer until the last time that I came in the person that do my nails was very rude and unprofessional. I was not happy with the service nor my nails since they were very bumpy and decided not to come back because it was very upsetting already. This person didn’t take the time like usually did and when I mentioned about feeling and being rushed even though I had made an appointment the answer wasn’t what I expected. They did a great job most of the time, but I prefer not to come back because this person was rude even and unprofessional.

I love the atmosphere and their warm welcoming, their really nice and professional. I love their service and my nails are always on point.

They were very busy but they still took time to make my nails look beautiful. I am very happy with the services I received.

I just got my nails done there, and they were nice and accepted walk-ins. It was my first time getting acrylics ever the lady who did my nails was nice and as trying to be careful not to get my skin, but it did feel rushed and I feel like my nails could have been better. There was some Acrylic dried on some of my skin around my fingers And some of the nail polish didn’t look even. But they’re decent and still pretty.

Amy is my girl, ask for her. They beat you up a bit with the massages, I find it theraputic!

This is my new favorite go to place. We recently moved to Federal Way and were thrilled to find a good nails place. It’s very clean. None of the dust or strong odor you find at some places. They do a great job with pedicure that’s called “Fire Walker” and the dipping powder. Also a huge selection of colors.They’re so friendly!

I have been looking for a perfect nail place. I found it! Been to do many nail shops and nome have compared to the work that was done here. Kelly is amazing!! She knew how to fix my screwed nails from a diff shop. Took her time and did a wonderful job. Every single staff is friendly. Clean and spacious.

I got an Ice Dancer pedicure here. Everything here is very neat, tidy, and hygienic. The staff was friendly and Jenny did a great job on my nails for Halloween. She asked for consent/approval for everything at the appropriate times. She was also very gentle with my sensitive feet. Many pedicure places end up hurting me some way or another but everything was completely painless. The pricing is easily visible on the wall, accurate to what I requested, and they have details of what is available on an easy-to-read menu. It has a comforting and relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciate the effort put into simple & clear communication.

I highly recommend TJ nails if you are looking for a place to get pampered. The staff are all very friendly and engaging and the services they provide are exceptional and reasonably priced. Definitely check it out! You wont be disappointed!

I totally enjoyed my first visit here about 3 weeks ago. My nails still look good but I will need new nail polish since the color grew out.I can not understand the bad reviews. This salon is super clean and their service is great.For $25 you get a Manicure and color and the results are great. I will come back here for sure!!!

My nail tech was amazing and very helpful but there was a young man who was very rude towards my child and I because of the simple fact that he became cranky because I was unable to breast feed and he yelled at a innocent child without consulting me I will he calling management tomorrow about the situation I wouldn’t come back to this establishment because of him but again my nail tech www great and understanding

Do not go to this raggedy ass salon. They do not know how to do nails properly. A simple coffin shape is what I asked for and some nails look oval and some look rectangle. The whole time I was telling her where to file to make it even. Their toilet doesnt work and they dont have hot water to wash your hands after getting your nails done. 1/5

Came in at 5pm.They put in chair and said just 5 minutes to wait.After 40 minutes of waiting they put my hands in bowl of water and said soaking up 5 minutes.After waiting another 15 minutes,I noticed that the ledy who supposed to make me manicure started another person.I just walked away after all this time waiting.The odor in salon was very chemical so,I have got just headaches and frustration.Would not recommend to anyone and would never go back again.

DO NOT GO HERE !!! Came in an hour before then closed and ASKED if they had time for 2 fills. He said no problem so we sat down and waiting about 15 mins before we were put in a chair.. no problem with that. He starts my nails and my friend is waiting.... he waits till he is DONE with my nails to say “I can’t do your friends nails we closed” then tried to charge me $10 extra for “length”. I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS and have never been charged $10 for length .. $5 is fine but my nails are not that long to charge $10 for length. BAD BUSINESS , RUDE ATTITUDES !

Pedicure and dip manicure. Both look great. The man who finished my fingernails was kind, quick, and good. Unfortunately, the woman who started on my hands and was unabashedly rude. She continuously commented on how wet my hands were, which originally was from washing and apparently I didn’t dry them well enough? No big deal; But after a while it was from being way too warm and nervous because of her constant comments causing my hands to be clammy. I explained this to her multiple times and expressed that if she continued to comment on it, it would only likely get worse. She huffed and puffed and complained, told me my hands “weren’t normal.” I’m lucky for my friend being there and us being able to laugh through the whole thing and the ridiculousness of it; however, her commentary truly is not acceptable and needless to say if I do return there, she will not be doing my nails.

I had a wonderful experience the 1st time i went there. But the 2nd time i went, i brought my girlfriend with me & they had these 2 older women do our nails who were obviously still learning & she did a HORRIBLE JOB on my nails. I didnt even let them paint them. And i didnt even want to pay them. My nails looked awful and i had to go somewhere else to have them fixed

Rude owner. He did my my daughters nails and I asked him politely to cut it short. I admitted that it was miscommunication on my daughters part on the length of her nails. He went beserk and started raising his voice to embarrass us. Then cut her nails way too short in retaliation.Very unprofessional and mean.

My wife and her girlfriend went in to get there nails and toes done french tip style with pink backs . The toes were done right but there nails were the worst I have ever seen . And when we tried to tell them what was wrong the nail ladies wanted to argue about itThey didnt even paint the french tips or the pink on there nails and you can see where the nail was added on all fingers . Then a client told us not to talk to the nail ladies like that . At which point I said its not youre one hundred and fifty five dollars spent its mine and I expect what I pay for no more or less. All they did was put the nails on clear coat and that was it . Completely horrible. So I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. You would get more satisfaction out of burning youre money.

I first starting going here with my sister almost a year ago. I was given the price of $5 for the lip wax and $7 for the eyebrow. However going there the last few times I was charged $17 dollars for a lip and eyebrow wax. Im not one to complain...at least not openly; I may be white but I am certainly not rich. I wish this place wouldnt charge me so much. Although at the end of the wax I get this ointment put on my stinging eyebrows and lip, love that. The ladies there dot speak English fluently so communication is a bit tough

I went in and asked for the regular acrylic set, what I got was uneven shape, uneven length, uneven color and nails that look horrendous and had my nail ripped off to where I started bleeding and got charged 45$ for it when I asked for the 25$ set. If I could give zero stars I would because this experience was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

I went in for a manicure yesterday, the lady was pretty nice but when she was cutting my cuticles she cut me really bad. It was bleeding a lot for a good 10min and hurt SO bad. It eventually stopped and she continued doing my nails... which she also did a horrible paint job, there was gel all around the skin... and after all of that she still charged my mom full price and accepted a tip! (My mom did not know what had happened). Im really disappointed, my mom loves this place but its definitely not for me!!!!

Just a horrible nail salon the man who did my feet did a horrible job he missed multiple steps the only thing he did was clipped my nails and majority of the time my feet were in water after he was done all he said was there walks away and I was thinking that’s it . I question why I did not get no slippers after getting them freshly painted I had Warned tennis shoes speeding $35 on my feet just for them to look ugly never ever going there again and I have been a loyal customer getting my toes and nails done there for so long.

This place is clean, friendly and they do a great job at painting, trimming and cleaning your toe nails. They are reasonably priced, at 25$ for a spa pedicure. Ill definitely be back.

I had two people working on me. One doing pedi and one nails. Pedi was the best. Firm hand on message and articulate on pedi. Older lady did fill and didnt get one nail correct. Either not enough filler or to much filler. Filing unevenly and sanded down my cuticles to bleeding. Very rough and messy. Prep was done on nails standing and fill was done sitting down. So theres no excuse. She said she had been doing nails for over twenty years......the wrong way

I just got my nails here and it was horrible,I asked for a design and they dont know how to do it,my nails look so ridiculous and I didnt say anything because they dont understand,I never come back,worse place ever and expensive.

Have been going there for years and years since I was a kid with mom, theyve always done a good job with me.

Worst acrylic nails EVER! In 30 years Ive never experienced such low quality work. Vicky (owner) did a horrible rushed job on my fill. I returned within 4 or 5 days to show her and have her redo them. The left side of many of my nails were paper thin and crumbling. She got an attitude, redid them (charged me) and they were thick like a beauty school drop-out. What a nasty way to treat a customer AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Id have given less than 1 star if given the opportunity.

I came here last Wednesday to do my nails for my quince ....what a waste of money and time me and my best friend came together she paid 25$ for just gel manicure and in 4 days they peeled off and took a lair off her nail and they turned purple a waste of 25$ I got acrlic nails and payed 35$ a week later they came off and also took a lair off my nail they took 2 hours to do them but it was such a waste of time ...I don’t recommend it also the ladies have such a bitchy attitude I don’t appreciate it 🙄 so don’t come here it’s just not worth it
