Always great service. They listen and always do a very good job. I get nails done and wax for my eyes and lips. No complaints. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a really wonderful experience today with Kevin who worked on my nails. I am in the healthcare field giving a lot to others, and rarely do things for myself. Ive been wanting to do my nails for over a year and a half which tells you how much I really needed it! Kevin took the time to listen to what I wanted. I asked for shorter, delicate and natural (almost untouched looking) feminine nails with a sprinkle of glitter. Longer nails would be difficult for the computer Administration part of my job so he helped me get the correct length. Kevin also suggested a flower to go with my light gel manicure which I loved! Each step of the way he stopped to ask me if I liked the look which I appreciated so much! He even stayed later to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction which I am so grateful for. 😇Kevin has a great eye for detail and he nursed me back to health with the beautifully delicate work he did today! Just what the doctor ordered!! I feel refreshed and wonderful.Thank you Kevin!!PS: They look even better than the picture shows here!💖

Have been coming here for a year & they always did great! Until recently. My nails always break. They rush. The work LOOKS good! But the quality isn’t the same. When somethings not to your liking, they have attitudes.They go through nail techs like no other, and always overbook. I was told I was waiting for a Nail fill, but instead the customer changed to a full set. They did not inform me.. cause if that was the case I could’ve/would’ve left & went somewhere else. My appointment was at 4 P.M. and didn’t leave until well after closing. 9 p.m. to be exact. Not professional, and they lost a good customer that pays good money, and tips good.Will never come back again. ☹️

I came in for fill. I needed my nails to be clear. During the process tony missed several steps . He did not use the dehydrater , hardly used any primer. He didnt have me wash my hands after filling and grinding down the new acrylic. This was done on 6/3/21. Also after I left my nails underneath started to bleed. I called and they didnt want to do anything about it.

The tech asked me if I wanted square nails, I answered no. I stated the shape I wanted. I asked if she was going to round my nails out when they looked heavily square and she said yes towards the end of our session, at the end I asked if she was going to round my nails out again because she hadnt done so yet and she said no because it was too late and that I should have said so in the beginning. Nails were cut unevenly and filed improperly. Job was rushed even tho I was the only customer. I went to another salon and asked if they could round my nails and they said it wasnt a problem. Will not be returning. Save your money, there are better places out there.

Skilled nail technicians. Usually very friendly however sometimes they have trouble listening to their clients wishes.

Got a pedicure and full set of nails. I showed a picture of a nude ombre I wanted and he gave me bright pink ontop of that a week later nails were lifting and one came completely off. My nails look unnaturally thick like he used too much product. Total waste of time and money. Will not go backLesson learned

1st time, walk-in visit. Acrylic fill and repair. Based on previous reviews, I requested Jenny or LT (neither were there). I was about to schedule an appointment, but another customer suggested Chi (lady doing her nails). She convinced me so I waited.Chi was very nice. She really paid attention to details and made sure I was happy every step (I am pretty picky...but not in a mean way). I will be a return customer. Thank you.Plus: better prices than my last nail salon and if you check in (for their VIP Club) each time on the tablet by the front counter, you get a % discount on your 6th visit.

Been going to this place since I came to this State years ago. Great people but found LT and other familiar faces gone.Those were awesome nail techs. Was attended to by a disgruntled man today David. Customer service is terrible with him . He complained and complained about my nails because he wanted to leave. Then when I told him I wasn’t happy about his attitude towards my nails he stood up and began yelling at me in front of other customers . Very scary.Was attended to by another nice lady after awhile after he insulted me in front of everyone. He’s awful and a terrible person to have in such a place. The “customer is always right” and this man doesn’t have any inkling of that at all. Spoils the place totally. All the ladies are always gracious and fantastic. Avoid David at all costs because his temper is awful.

My nails didn’t turn out how I wanted them, they were crooked and ones shorter than the rest not to mention my nail tech was in shoulder pain the whole time, so this lead to many pauses in between the the process.

Im in love with this place ! they do amazing work here . theyre sort frienfly and accommodating . and they have a huge selection of colors and designs to choose from . I showed a picture of what I wanted and got it exactly . and I was also told that if anything happens to my nails in the next few days, to come back and they would fix it free of charge. I will definitely be going back when I need a fill and I cant wait !

Great they did an awesome job but I did have to wait an extra 40 minutes even though I had an Appointment and was on time

I liked the end results of my nails. I would’ve given it a 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that they couldn’t do exactly what I was asking for. One of the reasons I chose the place was because of their work they showed on the pictures when you check on their reviews. Also on my nails if you look closely you can tell that the glue wasn’t wiped off so there’s a transparent line across some nails. But overall they worked with what they had in hand.

I absolutely love this nail salon! I wish I found it sooner. My nails always look amazing and I get so many complements. They are busy so make sure if you come here you call in and make an appointment.

This nail salon is hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll go and my nails will be great and other times I’ll go and they’ll be absolutely horrible.

Im so glad I come here. I work hard with my hands and for the life of me wish I caught the young ladys name whom did my nail. I showed her a picture and it turned out better. My nails are the cutest and ready for the fair! Thank you so much..

Good place to get your nails done

I used to think this was a great place to go get my nails done until three times in a row I would make an appointment and they were no show! Now I understand that things happen but the fact that there was no one to fill in and I had to wait for an hour just to be told that I have to come back, makes me feel like well I wont come back at all! just for future reference to anyone thinking they just need to make an appointment, expect to be sitting there for an hour before you find out that your nail tech is not there! if I ever decide to ever go back which I probably wont I will never make an appointment Ill just be a walk in from now on so I understand why Im having to wait

I went to Da-vi Nails with the worst nails Ive ever had from a different salon. They were very welcoming. The acrylic removal wasnt aggressive like my past experiences. I showed L.T. what I wanted and he did the most amazing job on it. He was very detailed and patient. He took his time and didnt rush anything. My nails are perfect. Will definitely be going back.

TERRIBLE experience. The lady I had was rude from the beginning but i thought Id give her a chance, since I heard amazing things. She kept talking to others saying I cant believe she wants regular polish and when I asked her to fix one of the 9 crooked nails she had done, her tone got even ruder and asked, so you want me to file the side more or what? Yes I would actually! If you didnt want to do my nails you should have asked me to wait for the next available nail tech. So dissapointed.

Worst nail place I have ever been to! I made an appointment a week ago for today and I even arrived there 10 minutes early to check in today. I was waiting for over 40 minutes with no help at all!! I had to leave and I didn’t even get to have my nails done because I have things to do and I don’t have time to wait for over an hour when I made an appointment a week in advance! The guy working there just kept saying “Sorry, just wait 10 more minutes.” until I couldn’t wait any longer! Disgraceful service! Never going back again. Do not go here unless you have nothing better to do with your life than wait hours to get your nails done!

I have never ever had my gel polish chip. Only a week out and I already have gel chipping off as well as the acrylic. They look cute but they dont last!

They were very friendly and although they were understaffed they made sure to attend to everyone. My nails came out very great. Jenny used her own creativity when designing my nails. I never get my nails done but I think I might start doing it more often now!

They treat you GREAT... And do an AMAZING job every time... Its not unusual to have to wait cause it gets busy but its more than worth it... I choose this over any other. And they have awesome polish varieties to choose from.

I was told unless I get Gel they could not do designs on my natural nails. I was so hurt because I really like LT and Jennie. I have been going for years and spending my money. I will never go back. It was a sad hurtful day for me. They know I cant use chemicals because of my breast cancer and lymph node removal.

LT and Jenny along with there entire team are by far some of the most amazing nail artists that I have every frequented. They are the only reason I would ever go to wall mart... LOL

Helens service was HORRIBLE. In all of my years og hetting my nails done have I ever had someone to NOT to fix their mistakes. But then the audacity to get rude about not fixing it. I spent over $60 on my nails. This was my 1st visit, I should hsve NEVER left Nails Trix. If you go here AVOID HELEN AT ALL COST. She is owners sister so you will NOT leave satisfied if she messes up.

Ive been here multiple times for eyebrow waxing. Most of the time its a great experience. Twice Ive come and they have said someone would be in shortly so could do it and Ive been left waiting for 30+ minutes with no updates and Ive left. Very frustrating!!

I came for a manicure and pedicure with my business partner and neither of us got good service. I use my hands for work so i like to keep them looking presentable but they used very old clear coat that was lumpy on my nails. So they redid it with the same old bottle of clear twice! There was a lady there getting acrylics when I got there and before i was done she came back because a whole nail came all the way off! They were very slow and understaffed but kept talking walk ins and making people wait 30 to 45 min! Very unprofessional and the place was filthy. I wouldnt recommend this place!

Gonna here a few times for a simple cut and paint. Last time was for a matte. When 6 of the 10 nails didnt get an even coat of matte that tells me they rushed. Its not just once but every time I go here I get a rushed botched paint job.

Best place to get your nails done

Uneven trim on my nails even when I tried to tell her, left cuticles half trimmed and waited a half hour after appointment time. Rushed my pedicure just so the attendant could go in the back to watch her shows and drink her coffee.

Love the place! I havent had a bad manicure from them.

The had a super unpleasant experience. I had my old nail polish run down all over my hand. I can still see my old polish on the sides of my nail.All my nails are shape and different length. One of my nails just broke off hours after getting it done. They offered to redo my nails for free but I actually rather just go somewhere else.

I came one time to get my fill and they did not put the top coat on so everything I touched my nails would get dented and I called about it and they were blaming me and wouldn’t let me come in and have them fix my nails. My nails look so gross now so I am never coming back.

Very bad experience I arrived and they told me that if I wanted to wait, I said yes, because there was only one more person waiting, after 20 minutes one of the women who attends me asked if I had an appointment, I said no, they had not told me that only by appointment they attended, he told me that in any case I had to wait 3 hours, when I told him that they had not told me at the beginning, very rudely he asked me: And you asked how long you had to wait ?. Very bad and rude attitude.
