Thumbs up to Lee and Lynn for servicing me VERY last minute. They are kind friendly and know their customers by name. I did not feel rushed even though I overheard that Lee has not even taken her lunch!!! Manicured Shellac was decent...the manicure was well done... the polish has a few bubbles and needs more attention/time but is wearable under the circumstances. Plus their hospitality makes up for it.Pedicure was well done. Lynn saw some polish on my skin and not only fixed it but added another coat and top coat to fill in some of the color. Overall they provided great service with a decent quality end product, attention to detail with sincere ability to listen to what the customer wants. They have been in business for 17 years and it shows through their exceptional service.

The team here is so sweet and friendly! they always do their best to seat everyone in a timely manner and are so kind!

Horrible she used a knife to mold my nails, they use the same equipment with everyone without cleaning it, HORRIBLE DONT COME HERE

I am very leary to go to new places and from the phone call itself she was very welcoming and very nice and the entire time I was in there struck up conversation did a great job extremely fast. Very accommodating and honest I was very happy!

My Mother frequented Lynn’s Nail Design. When my Mother was in hospice, Lynn, herself came to visit her and offered to give her a pedicure and manicure the next morning to lift her spirits. Lynn came as promised but my Mother had just passed away minutes before. Our family was so moved by Lynn’s kind and generous gesture! That was 4 years ago and I still think about it. Now I frequent Lynn’s and am always a pleased client!

My mother and I have been dropping in for a number of years when we visit my daughter in Auburn. Oh, how we loved double mani/pedis in the wonderful massage chairs! Always reasonably priced, the sweetest ladies you could hope to find and wonderful results. Both thumbs up!

The people were friendly but the pricing was sketchy. The advertised price was $25 for a set. I was waiting for my girlfriend so I went ahead and did it too for fun. I didnt get any polish and we were both charged $30 each by the owner. I recommend confirming the price before getting the service.

First time there and i liked the service..walked in with my 1mo old baby. They were very patient and helpful. They helped me with my baby.

Lynns Nail Design is a friendly place to go for nail care & facial waxing.Its not fancy but it is FRIENDLY and the ladies who work there careabout their customers. The prices are good, and they are busy so occaisionallyI have to come back another time. Ive used this salon for nail care for years.

I have been coming here for 2 years and getting my nails done by Lynn. I adore her! She is sweet and does and amazing job! I would be frazaled if I had to go to anyone else to get my nails done but my personal experience with Lynn is better than pretty nails ❤. She has definetly touched my heart!

Stayed open late for me it was 645pm closes at 7 and told me to come in for a full set... She did it in about 30mins... The fastest ive ever had and she did a really good job. Yes....if youre looking 2inches close there is a few eff ups but for 40$ for full set cat eye at 7pm ILL TAKE IT. Plus she was communicative asked about me and called me by name with almost every question. She made sure I liked the shape and if everything was looking good... Im happy ill DEF BE BACK FOR A PEDI AND A FILL!!!!!

The nail shop in the mall sucks unless youre white then theyre all smiles and hellos when you walk in otherwise they act like youre bothering them.I love Lynns, sometimes shes short staff but I dont mind waiting. My nails always turn out great but if for some reason I need a fix or a touch up, Lynns on it!

I went there on Saturday md my nail polish already came off and is chipping off. It was rushed and the price was ridiculous 30$ for a full nd a cateye.. wow and for it to already chip off not good at all.. either a redund or a free nail day is required here.. smh

Ive been Going to Lynns all the time when i wanted to get my nails or manicure done but each time i go in there i get very Disappointed😒 us laidys mostly go in there with a budget and to spend it on something we are just Not satisfied!!! And they all still have the nerve to ask for a tip each time thats No shame on them first make sure that your customer is happy with what they paid for i really dint like that they speak there language around people that can’t understand what there saing specially when you know there saing stuff about u lynn is to ruff im Not here posting just to talk bad about her but costemers always Love to go where they feel welcomed Not some where u have to go each time where your nail polish pills like 2 days laiter OH AND SHE NEEDS TO STOP PUTTING SO MUCH TINNER ON THE NAIL POLISH THATS ONE OF THE RESONS THAT HAPPENS SORRY LYNN BUT YOU SHURE LOST A CUSTOMER HOPE U CAN SEE YOUR REVIEWS AND CAN FIX THIS CAUSE U WILL CONTINUE TO LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND REMEMBER YOU GET PAID CAUSE IF THEM 💋🤔

I do not appreciate how rude they are!!! I got a full acrylic set, off tops the lady demanded i take a seat fast and started quick she didint even cut my original nails which i wanted her to do, they were long to add acrylics on, it seemed as if she was in a rush when there wasnt any other customers but me and another girl who was already finishing. The nails came out looking good, no complains there THEN she told me my total was $25 straight, i didint leave a tip because of the rush and rudeness, i gave her my card then left, got home and went online to check my card balance they charged me $15 extra dollars!!! I called this nail place and the lady was out right DISRESPECTFUL! I asked how this happened she then continued to say it was my bank that was wrong!! Ive had the same bank for the past 5 years and never have they ever charged me extra or took away money!!! I will NOT be coming back here. RUDE!!!

No me gusto q usaran el mismo equipo de pedicure para el full set y lo usan para otras personas si sterilisation fui ahi hace 8 dias mis una me Las pinto color coral y se tornaron negras y se me atoran en el cabello prefiero q no deverian atorarse porq no es tiempo de hacer um refill pagar mas pero ya no ir ahi y no arresguiar q me de hongo no gracias.I didnt like that they grip the same things for pedicure and others non-sterile the first my nail color is coral and black became seems is enamel clear stood black and just eight days ago, I went to do my nails me stuck in my hair that should not catch because I still dont need a refill would rather go somewhere else even if you pay more, but not to risk to me of a fungus because using the same things for all the people who come someone has they go and seize it and use it in the other person and that was what I didnt like me I think that that is not clean them because they should use things sterilized for each customer who arrives.

Went in, was asked what I needed and was told to sit. Nothing was said about how long the wait would be so I assumed I would be soon. I waited 15 minutes an then they called up some lady and her daughter that walked in after meI walked out!!!!

I love to go here for my nails, they have great prices and my nails stay beautiful for weeks. I get the gel shellac and theyre perfect!

The service was okay but when she was done with the nails she which is the owner had me use a heater fan to dry my nails and it didnt go so well so now all my nice nails are ruined sooooo yea needs little fans instead
