Please listen to the other poor reviews and save yourself the trouble!I don’t know where to start. I only came because I received a gift card. It took 4 people to finish my basic pedicure. I understand that they’re busy, I’m an extremely patient person but I didn’t ask for anything crazy just a pedicure with acrylic on the big toe to mend a crack. It took 2 hours and I ended up leaving with dust covered lumpy nails they only put a top coat on my big toes probably due to miscommunication considering I had half the shop working on my feet. The first girl was very nice just not very experienced. The others were more “experienced” I guess but rushed and were careless and it went downhill from there. I wasn’t even a difficult customer so I can only imagine how someone with more needs is treated. I’m going back to my regular place to get it fixed tomorrow.

Honestly, zero stars is more appropriate. Stopped in with my mom for a fill for her and manicure/pedicure (dip polish on my nails and gel on my toes) for myself. We did not have an appointment and we were seen rather quickly so that was nice. I should mention that more than one other customer complained about having an appointment and having to wait or told to come back later. The entire process was incredibly rushed and definitely not oriented on the service. Solely focused on pushing as many people through as possible and sacrificing the experience for each customer. Initially, we were annoyed by the process but at least the outcome looked decent. However two days later, I had already noticed multiple cracked nails and one that had already lifted completely and my mom already had her acrylics lifting around the edges as well. Attached pictures were taken on day 5 after my manicure /pedicure. The pedicure itself was decent and looks pretty good until you take a closer look as you can see in the photos. Best part was the massage chair if that says anything. The manicure was simply that, quick buff, clean up, and dip polish. I think I got some oil at the end and she spent maybe a total of 20min completing the nails. This absolutely should not happen, especially after paying so much money. I do not know the total cost as my mom paid for it but regarding price, I think it was about the same as other local areas. I understand the pandemic has caused issues for a lot of people but there should still be basic standards that are met. I can handle subpar customer service if the end result is worth it but in this instance, we completely wasted our money and Im going to have my nails done again somewhere else. I rarely take the time to do reviews and I rely heavily when selecting places to try. This place unfortunately, does not match the reviews previously posted.

Right off the bat I knew this place wasnt going to be good. Chick at the counter could hardly look up from her phone when we got there to check in. I had a full set done. It was taking forever but I appreciated the guy not rushing. First off he didnt use the traditipnal powder which I thought was strange but ok, maybe a new process. Well two days later I have a chipped nail and one just popped off while doing the dishes. I basically paid $60 for some kid to glue fake nails on me. I am livid. We leave for Hawaii tomorrow and I dont have time to get my money back or get these redone.

Very clean and a really nice environment. Krystal was awesome! Very professional nail technicians all around. Im pleased with my first-ever pedicure experience and second-ever manicure.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! Made an appointment for 3, when we walked in it was clear they don’t even write it down. We waited for fifteen minutes to get seated with a tech. Wasn’t a huge deal we just started to pick our polishes, when looking we realized they clearly had been thinned out with acetone, not a good sign! Then a walk in came in and was seated before us. We decided to walk out, when we did, the lady chased us out and was so rude! Instead of apologizing for the wait, and having others clearly put in front of us when we had an appointment. There are a million nail salons, don’t go to this one. The look is very deceiving.

First time coming here (or any nails shop)since last spring. It was pretty quiet when I arrived. I was greeted kindly. choose my design and colors. The lady who did my nails was friendly and apologetic I had to wait (which was only 10-15min) I was still,deciding on my style anyways so no biggie. I did a med.length with coffin shape with 3 color (Gel Polish)....it did within 30 min into,my nail set...get a few more customers.. they did have the plastic barrier between myself & the nail tech. they had us seated with a (empty) station between us customers but the last 15 min or so I did have a lady sit directly behind me (which kinda bothered me) but I was almost done so whatever. Will go again

They messed up my nails, and refused to fix them. When I called back to ask for a refund she threatened to block my number. Honestly they don’t value their customers, and act like they are entitled to your money.

I came here yesterday for services with a friend.. after waiting for over an hr, I put on my shoes. Two of my toes were a bit smudged, but I had already left. So I came back today, and waited to have them repainted. Unfortunately for them, I am very fluent in my native language.. and understood the person that fixed my polish. If she doesnt wait til its dry, I am not fixing it for her again.. and witnessed other ladies working there making a few snark comments about customers here and there. Professional service is something you take pride in providing.. and it was NOT professional. I did let them in that I understood everything they said about everyone before I left.

Love them. They always make time for me and have so many awesome techs! They always can do what I ask and stay up to date on the latest trends.

I called last minute, I am a busy mom & actually time for myself. The lady who answered told me to come. I said I was 15 minutes away, gave her my name. (Your page, it shows appointments recommended). When I arrived, I was turned away. I mentioned I just called & was told to come. The employee said, no we take walk-ins first & now were closed. I showed up at 545. Website shows closed at 715. Do better. I will not be returning.

I did a gel pedicure almost a month ago and my toes are still looking good! They took their time and I had a nice let massage. I would go back for sure. I noticed they had wines there too. I wasnt offered any but i didnt ask either. But next time I go, Ill go later in the day and maybe theyll be offering it then.

Came in today with my daughter, made an appointment for a mani/pedi. We arrive on time and were greeted super unprofessional. The owner is so un kind and speaks bad about all customers.They did a super bad job with our pedicures. We refused to complete the pedicures. I paid and left super upset that instead of enjoying some spa nail time. We received bad customer service.Each employee works on 3people at the same time. Most do not speak English, super uncomfortable being there.This place looks really nice but they lack customer service. I would not recommended this place. Not worth what they charge and you get horrible service.

They don’t accept appointments only walk ins went around 5 for a pedicure and they said we full for rest of the day ….. the place was empty like if your not wanting business then don’t bother even opening . Or be honest and say you don’t want to work….

This is my usual place Ive been going since before COVID. They have done such an amazing job on my nails and i really loved going....while I understand places get busy. The last time I came I felt rushed and the nail tech said the owner over books the techs which puts stress on them...i recently tried scheduling an appointment and when I called back to confirm the appointment they said they couldnt find my name or number so I scheduled another appointment. After discussing with my babysitter I called back to see if they had any morning slots the lady quickly rushed me off the phone and said she would call back but never did even after confirming she had my right number. I guess Ill have to find a new place to go 🥴

I made my appointment for 3 pedicures at 6:30 they asked me to come in at 6 so I said ok. I arrived at 5:50 and waited until 7 without my nails done for them to tell me they need to go home they literally soaked my feet for one hour with intentions of doing absolutely nothing. The only thing they could say was sorry like I didn’t just waste one hour sitting there pregnant with my feet hurting and soaked in water waiting for them to do my nails and not only that they rushed my mother in laws feet because they started hers late and had the nerve to charge $45

They charge $$$ but the quality of services beyond poor and staff members are rude. They speak Vietnamese, and speaking rude words to us thinking we didn’t understanding. This is one business you want to avoid.

Hit or miss with this place. Typically I get a good pedicure here but my last two manicures I was not impressed. On the expensive end for nails.

Lucus had a unprofessional attitude was expecting more from him based from his Instagram work. Went inn for a fill and my nail broke 3 days after service kept saying very expensive when asking a question about services every place has a set rate thought that was unnecessary and noticed treated certain clients in a different manner

I’ve been going here since I moved to Federal Way in 2019. They did good work at first but now they’re sloppy, & they always rush. I don’t feel like I get my money’s worth anymore! $100 is a lot of money to spend on gel mani & pedi just to be rushed & then not even do a good job on my nails & feet! I’m not wasting my money here anymore!

First off - I was quite turned off by the lack of sanitation and care during this pandemic and its HILARIOUS they have a health guidelines image posted here and on their website that they are absolutely not following. They began on my nails without requesting that I wash my hands, use hand sanitizer, did not wear gloves themselves, and I watched other customers finish and leave and nothing they touched was cleaned. I was offered a drink, despite that they say masks arent to be removed, and nobody checked my temperature. Their health guidelines dont exist here.I paid $90 for a gel manicure & pedicure, which they did at the same time, and I could have done better on my nails at home. The edges are already lifting and tearing off. The edges of my skin are thin and peeling from whatever he had me soak them in and I didnt have anything on my nails, nor was it like any type of cuticle softener or remover that I have experienced. When he finished I was never told they were done, he never checked them, he never applied cuticle oil or moisturizer, just disappeared. I had to ask my pedicurist if he was done because my nails were still sticky. I am going on 9 months pregnant and working from home so my nails are absolutely in no way getting put through enough to justify this much degradation. I havent had a pedicure in a very long time so I cant attest to the true quality of that experience, but I am satisfied with that part. The lack of cleanliness, communication, and poor manicure, the service I would mainly go here for, make it so that I most definitely wont return here in the future.

Don’t get the “express” manicure. I knew there wouldn’t be any extras on it but not that I’d still need a manicure after my manicure! . This was done 2 days ago. Skin around nails still really rough and dry. Just a bummer cos they’re usually really thorough. The express manicure pedicure is still $40 bucks! So it’s not like I was getting away with a deal. Asked for my favorite tech on the phone when making my appointment. They agreed to a time with her and when I showed up, it was with someone different. Asked and they denied making the appointment. Just probably won’t return.

I went 2 days ago there to do a refill , usually I go to another saloon but since it is far I went to this one in federal way, my nails before the refill had a good nice shape , the lady started refilling it and omggggg!! I cant even describe the shape it is really bad and there was bumps on my nail ! And the filling was terrible it literally ruined my day! I regret going there , not gonna come again,, also it is so expensive !!!

The young lady that worked on my feet dis a terrible job. She often grabbed my toes while twisting them in the wrong direction. She would dig into my nail-bed with sharp tools and twice I had to ask her to stop (to avoid her drawing blood). Clearly she lacks experience and needs further supervision. I almost slipped exiting because the had a water incident from the washing machine that no one seem to know how to absorb up. Will not return

The gentleman that did my nails was amazing! I wish I could have taken a before picture because my nails were a mess from a bad nail salon I was going to before. I asked him for stiletto Beetlejuice nails and he gave me ones better than I ever expected. Great place. Great atmosphere!

I loved their nails they used to be very nice and the shape was good when i went but i went yesterday and i scheduled a a appointment for 2 fills at 5 and when i got there they had so many people and the manager told us to come back in an hour and she kept apologizing but we had an appointment scheduled and she also said she didn’t see our names so we left and came back to the nail salon then when we went inside they took even more people so we waited 30 more minutes and they rushed when doing our nails, they also charged us extra when we used card, she said the price was $85 then asked if we wanted to tip, we said no because we waited an hour and a half and she just stood there then she asked again so we gave her $5 but they ain’t organized at all, wouldn’t recommend

I was told repeatedly I don’t understand what you mean, I then showed a picture on my phone and I was told that I could not have the nail shape that I wanted because how they wanted to do it would look better. Finished product was uneven lengths, different shapes to each other, angled sides instead of square and glue and polish on the backs. Square with rounded corners is not hard!

The only good thing about my experience here was that they had availability as soon as I walked inside. I got a fill with gel & not even 24 hrs later my nails were breaking & chipping. After less than a week, almost every single nail that they touched was either broken or chipped. I’ve never had any problems with gel chipping until I came to this place. I definitely won’t be back.

My wife and I have been customers her for years and have always had great service getting couples mani/pedis. Thats right, I get mani/pedis because Im a real man. I also carry my wifes purse in the mall, so get over it. Nhung, Linh, and Julie have serviced us many times and they have always been courteous, personable and always make sure that we are comfortable and satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Got a full set on Saturday afternoon and they started lifting by Sunday afternoon!!!. The lengths are uneven and the thickness is uneven! Cuticles look terrible.... NOT HAPPY

I visited today for a shellac mani pedi. The pedicure was amazing so I am giving 2 stars, even though I wont go back. My concern started as I was getting the mani with a different artist. The manicurist was not well. She was sniffling constantly but at first was wearing a mask and there was plexiglass between us so although I was a little uncomfortable I stayed. Then toward the end of painting my nails she had to leave for a moment then after returning took her mask off and continued to sniffle. I complained about her not wearing a mask and said she sounded sick, and even though she put the mask back on, I decided to leave early skipping the end of the manicure.

I’ve been here before and it was a nice experience. Went again for a pedi mani and wanted shellac. I asked for them not to make my nails to short and they did. The polish in my nails was before average and the shellac job was meh.

I dont know why people rated bad reviews for this place. Ive been here for years and I got no issues at all. The techs and the receptionist are super friendly. I saw sometimes they were too busy to take walk-ins, so they tried to make appointment in another day. Effective teamwork here and beautiful jobs. I love my nails and they also do good design. Good job guys!

I have been coming here every 2 weeks now for 6+ months now. The service is so incredible. The staff is so friendly. The salon is so clean! I never have to wait very long. Katie and Ryan our my normal go tos but all of the staff is great. The owner is very friendly too! I love this place.

I was just there to get a much needed manicure and pedicure, and I wanted gel this time instead of dio so they told me it would need to be a full set, when I was seated into the pedicure chair everything seemed fine and told them I also wanted the orange pedicure, next thing I know Im getting dip powder and a basic pedicure. When I told the gals they said it was too late. Then I am driving home and realize one nail isnt even shaped and the other has a dent in the polish because it wasnt dry like they told me. $100 later I am not a very happy customer, which is sad because they are normally really really great. I will need to go somewhere else that listens to its customers

This was one of the best spa that I went to for it nails and feet. I love love love the way we was treated has a lil wine and enjoyed the experience.

I got two fingers cut and my fingers hurt! and one of my toes became infected after the pedicure. Also they didnt put enough top coat and my nails were very bumpy. I went home and fixed it with my home kit gel polish. Would not recommend this place.

Gir my lashes done here they started falling off hours later. 2 days passed and one whole eye was gone. Im not new to lashes so I know how to care for them.Thet should not fall off so easily.

The best place Ive ever had my nails done. Julie pampers you and is very skilled and fun. The place is clean and comfortable . Im very picky about how my nails are done, they never make me feel like Im being picky tho. I highly recommend this space. Everyone who has taken care of my daughter and myself are very friendly and welcoming.

My mother and I stopped at this nail salon for pedicures.The customer service was below average. We were not allowed to select the type of pedicure we wanted because “there wasn’t enough time.” The staff stayed we would get the basic pedicure. We were over charged.My mothers polish was not dry but the lady put my moms sandals on. The polish is now wrinkly.The grinder used on her feet cut in between her toes. My heels are just as rough as when I walked in. The massage was more of a light rub.I would not recommend this place.

This place is horrible. None of the staff listened to what I wanted and what I was saying. Every time I told them to do one thing they did the polar opposite. Every time one of the staff would sit down they would do one little thing and walk off for a long period of time. They made me wait for so long and then acted extremely rude when they finally got around to doing my nails. I saw employees not doing anything while I was waiting for someone to do my nails. The other people I was with were completely we’re done getting their full sets by the time they even started on mine. They hurt my nails more than any other nails salon did. They were also way over priced. I would 1000% never recommend this place. And one of the workers messed up my friends nails he got mad her when it was his fault.

Just wanted to say, got my nails done here , not only did the guy seriously complain about the shape I wanted, I wanted a round coffin because I work on a computer and its easier. But when my nail broke and I went in to ask if they can fix it, lady straight up said no we cant fix your nail. Ok. Will definitely not be coming here. Thank you

My beautiful mom and I went to get our pedicures for her birthday. Krystal did an amazing job on me. Took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be back and will drive from Federal Way to come here! Kelly did a great job on my mom too! Me and my moms favorite spot for ten years!

Came here to get my nails fixed after just having them done at the mall. They are super friendly workers and we’re able to laugh with me about the horrible job done else where. They fixed my nails and they look amazing now. Will defiantly be coming back for all future work!!

The last two visits have been down hill for me. Been coming here for about 9 or 10 years. Appointment times dont seem to matter anymore and the quality of the pedicure has gone down. All while prices have jumped tremendously. Ill give them one more shot in hope the service is better. If not, strike three and they are out.

I used to love going here and since they switched owners I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. I’ve made appointments only to sit and wait for 30-60 min before they did my nails. My last experience I called to make sure my daughter and I could come get our nails done. The woman who answered said yes. I asked if we needed to make an appt. she said no just come in. So we drove 25 min and get there for them to tell us they had no one available and asked if we could come back tomorrow. Um yeah no. My time is valuable and limited which is why I called first. This used to be the place to go. Not anymore. I suggest finding a different salon to get your nails done.

Don’t go here. Came in for a fill an hour before closing (through an appt) . Guy who did my nails was CLEARLY in a hurry. Did my nails in under 30 min - charged me $5 extra to change my nail shape ? First time I’ve had that because when getting a fill they need to file them down anyways... but it seemed like more of an inconvenience fee since he was in a hurry because he tried to convince me not to change the shape and said my square shape looked fine (a shape someone did for me last time at the same salon despite me asking for round and showing an example, but didn’t want to give someone a hard time about it) and my round nails will be too sharp? Again this showed he just wanted to be out of there cause he didn’t want to file my nails down at all! When we were done he put on my cuticle oil in the middle of him putting on his jacket to leave. Made me feel like such an inconvenience like as if I’m not here paying money for this service. People come to get nails done to relax and get pampered , but this was definitely not my experience with them and I will not be coming back anymore. Very disappointed with the customer service here.

I’ve gone here a few times, the front receptionist is always extremely rude. I’ve been turned away three times this week for a fill because they’re “to busy” I told her that I was willing to wait all three times but instead she just told me to leave. I definitely will not be coming back here.

I really wanted to like this place but I should have looked them up first. I went in unknowing because they were such a convenient location. It felt really nice when you walked in and they had SO many color options, more choices than I’ve ever had. When I asked how long the wait was they told me 5 mins but it ended up being about 10-15 mins of a wait which I was okay with. My nail artist did not clean off his station and halfway through I realized I had placed my phone on the counter by a clipped nail that was not mine 🤢 I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, we all make mistakes right? I thought my nails were good once he finished. My nails looked great at first glance but once I got to my car I realized I was cut on one of my fingers and that the thickness of my acrylics varies greatly from nail to nail. Some nails even have large acrylic bumps on the underside. It’s now been 5 hours since my manicure and my fingers are literally sore. I will not be going back as much as I wanted to love them.

I have been coming here for 2 years and have always been happy. The new owners completely took this place from okay to holy smokes! They did a complete renovation with the highest end modern touches and now offer wine, beer, etc. The service is top notch and everyone acknowledges you. One thing that bothered me at other salons was the technicians talking to wach other in their native tongue constantly while ignoring you. Here it is all about you and it is fun!!! I am beyond relaxed every time and am happy there is a place my wife and I can come together to enjoy!

If i could rate y’all zero stars i would. you guys bamboozled me. my nails look great, i love the color and they are really cute BUT now my fingers are breaking out from the dip polished you guys used. it hurts my fingers and itches and i am getting hives all of my fingers. i have got dip powder before and it has NEVER done this. AND when i was getting my nails taken off (when i could’ve done it myself instead of professionally so this this WOULDNT happen) the guy ripped have my real nail off and it was gushing out blood. instead of soaking them in acetone, you just ripped them off. i am furious.

I went there with my family to enjoy pedis and to get a new full set. (An apt was made prior) we were separated, which sort of defeated the purpose in the first place, but it was understandable. I was sent to get my nails first, the man who did it was very aggressive and rude. He said three things to me the entire 35-40 mins he did my nails. Which was “what shape?” “ how long?” And “ do you have an issue?” Which was said to me because I was looking at the nails making sure they were even, which they weren’t. They’re all different sizes the shapes are all off and uneven. Some are thicker than the other. One nail was extremely shorter than the others so I told him hoping he would re do it because I’m paying extra to get long nails. I didn’t want them any shorter than they already were. Unfortunately all he did was make my two middle fingers shorter and different than the rest of my nails. I waited and called a manager which I spoke to today and after telling her my situation and also telling her I didn’t have time to fix them today and also it wouldn’t be worth fixing unless I was getting a new set. she asked me to drive from Tacoma to show her which I did, since it was on my way to where I was going. I get there and she basically brushed it off and gave me a little $5 off card. After I spent $52 plus an $8 tip. In my opinion I would NOT recommend this place at all. It seems luxurious the prices are bit higher compared to others, they do give one free complimentary drink, which they don’t tell you or offer to you. But not worth it if your trying to get your nails done.

Best Salon I have been to yet!!! They are friendly, communicative, and offer great nail advise. The complementary beverages and the calm atmosphere really add to the overall experience. I highly recommend giving then a shot!!!

First pedi was professional and excellent in every way. Her name was Ann and she was great. The shop was clean and kept up well. I will be back. Have been back many times and had pedicures with two more different staffers. They were both excellent as well. I still like the place after two years.

Very nice shop. I dont like that I have to rinse my hands in the bathroom, especially when Im told not to use soap. Bathroom is not very clean and a little messy. It also feels like I have seen and been serviced by some of these nail techs. And Im not say Im not saying their race all look alike. I feel like they had another spot in federal way or maybe the techs work for both places. But the techs I asked told me they havent worked anywhere else. I really feel like doing some investigating. Anyway the shop has a friendly feel to it. And none of the techs seem arrogant and rude like alot of places. Other than the bathroom the place seems clean

This Salon is under new management and it’s horrible at there job.. business needs to be checked for safety and in desperate need of professional staff and customer service classes...

This place is professional, clean, relaxing and they really take their time. Their work is meticulous and my french gel nails seriously lasted three weeks! And they didnt even start peeling or catching on my hair! Im never going to another salon...(review by Josh Mayos wife) :)

Amazing place.

Definitely went down hill after new owners took over had an appointment and still had to wait for 30 minutes because they are double booking. Didnt blend the colors on nails well, the new nail techs dont have the experience that they need for doing more than basic nail and manicure.

I have gone twice and both times have been beyond amazing!!!I couldnt be happier and they did such a glorious job!!!I got a single nail painted design and its like I have a tiny oil painting on my nail its that damn pretty!!!!

The guy who sits in the left corner is always the best at my nails. he does the best coffin shape i’ve seen and always does my nails perfectly.

I don’t recommend this place at all. It might look nice but the work done is just as bad a a cheap nail salon. Took my mom for a mani pedi and got a dip manicure for myself on my natural nail. The dip only lasted me 3 days before it started cracking. My long natural nails were ruined because of their terrible job.

Love the staff. Very nice, professional and attentive to their customers. Have had top notch services done from Manicures to Pedicures, from basic leg waxing to a brazillian wax. Above and beyond quality of work. Most definitely recommend them! 👍👌💅👣🙌

My second time having my nails done,and of all the places I had my nails done to this place is Excellent! Wonderful service,worth every penny i got my gel mani and pedi this time and yes i loved it! Got the gel applied neatly by 2 lovely great nail techs! They use sterile equipments and thats my thing.i will definitely be coming back! Keep it up!
