Perhaps the second least favorite pedicure Ive received. First, theres a big yellow banner outside that says the basic pedicure is $15. When you sit down and already have your feet in the water, they say, all the packages are $5 more, we raised the price. Its ok?The woman was rough, didnt do a very good job, and gave a joke of a foot massage. No wonder I was the only one in there.

Great experience! The place was clean and the lady who was doing my feet was very proffesional and gentle, I could barely feel a thing!The seat I was sitting on had a massager which was very relaxing 😌. I ended up with nice and soft looking feet. Definitely coming back.

Wonderful service, excellent communication about what I wanted, took good care in doing very good quality work. Friendly, happy place. Great to spend an hour with lovely people. Covid safe too.

I came in because I had gone to another place that did a horrible job chic nail and spa messed up my nails and didn’t fix but they did here they removed the nails and did an maxing job on my pedi and mani. I don’t know why I even bothered with another location when I knew here they would do an amazing job. I love my nails and toes. I will continue never leaving again.

Lynn is such a lovely person and gives me the best pedicure. She knows how to do my feet especially after my foot surgery. Just love her. Ann does fantastic acrylic nails. I just have to let her know what I want verbally or photos. Their customer service is great.

I have very dry feet and I get callouses that crack and bleed on my heels. I got the #4 spa pedicure. The lady that did it for me was amazing. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. Well worth the price, which is, for what you get, less expensive than other places I have tried lately. My search is over. *This is a late review, as I gave birth 2 days after my visit!*On 2/24/18 I took my daughter & niece here, so they could each get a full set of acrylic nails. The salons cleanliness was questionable, but we were able to overlook that, since we are new to the area and wanted to try a place close to home....they chose nail polish, which appeared old and dry (and later chipped off easily).After application, My daughter asked the lady who did her nails to clean up around her fingers; clearly there’s glue all around her fingers. She told her it was dry skin and to use oil.My biggest gripe is the price. As you can see, a full set price is $25. We were charged $40, because of the length my daughter chose. If the price can differ, it should clearly state it. The sign should read, “Full Set......$25-$??”Also, my daughter’s nails began coming off within 48 hours, which was disappointing to her. Poor workmanship.EDIT: for some reason, My uploaded photos won’t show up. I posted a picture of my daughters nails, along with a picture of their prices.

I was wondering why they did not list a price list I like to know why also the foot bath does not have plastic liners, I don’t think I will go back also on pedicures the calluses on the heel costs Extra $ 7.00 it should be included in a pedicure, if Business is slow this should not be extra, the gals are friendly 🎃🎃

I love coming here. Sometimes they do say it is a 10 minute wait and it ends up being 30 minutes, but I usually try to come when I dont have anywhere to be afterwards so I dont mind waiting (as long as it isnt too long!). They always do a great job. I do think their prices are a little higher than other places, but they do give the best massages and Ive never had any complaints with their work.

I usually get long acrylics with gel but I got long acrylics without gel, it was 45 and took almost three hours when it wasn’t busy. Also my nail polish is so patchy and messy. I wouldn’t recommend, a lot of nickel and diming for poor quality.

Came in on a short notice as a first time client and they helped me right away! They were very nice and the atmosphere was warm and friendly ! The lady who did my nails was very friendly and kept conversation with me! Loved the end result of my pedicure ! Im definitely going back ! 😁

I went in for a pedicure manicure and that nice chair massage to relax after a week of work. And I was very happy with the massage and I was rich so relaxed I didnt realize that the pedicure failed to actually get rid of the painful areas where I needed help on my feet. And the manicure failed to remove the hard skin on my calluses from working so hard Ive tried to call so maybe they could just fix it for me I mean I did pay cash money but maybe I just wont go back.

I came in with nice manicured nails, asking for a thin acyrlic overlay with a gel top coat. Ok u wait... Ok 30 minutes later Im seated only to be rushed, not greeted, then my finish product, nails uneven, and acyrlic bubbles and too thick, even the gel polish had residue in the coat from the powder filings... So I pay and step outside, like OMG what is this, and calmy came back in asking for assistance... I was told to wait... Again just sitting here, service is poor, stations unsanitary and the quailty of work is so poor. I hope they can fix my nails. There ruined... I recommend go elsewhere and spare yourself the upset and let down with expierencing a poor job.

I should have known to leave after she started using a clear liquid to help put on the acrylic powder.There’s actually a few things that made me raise my brows. I’ve been to enough nail salons to know what usually needs to be done. Besides the liquid she used being clear;- she used a fake nail to take off the set I previously had, didn’t soak them like how you’re supposed to when a customer has acrylic nails.- She never filed the fake nail to match my real nail and so the acrylic would stay on longer.- She never told me to wash my hands after filing the acrylic down, she just brushed all the leftovers off- there was acrylic residue on all my fingers from when she was putting acrylic on my nails.- there’s bumps if you look closely at the nails.- I paid for gel, and gel usually lasts a long time. It’s already chipping off.- my nails are already lifting and it’s barely been a week since I got them done. It started to lift on the 5th day I had them.I paid $43 for my nails and gave a $5 tip because I actually liked my set at first.She also kept insisting that my friend and I should get pedicures, but we declined each time.And most of you might be wondering why my friend and I didn’t just go to a different nail salon. Thing is, my friend and I already went to 2 different nail salons and they were both packed and the wait would have been 1-2 hours wait. We had other plans after getting our nails done and I also had work later that evening. It was also raining on and off that day. We drove all the way out here since she (my friend) said this is the usual spot she goes to whenever she wants her nails done. I said I’d give it a try, but I regret it now. They couldn’t even do the nude to white ombré nails that my friend wanted to do, so she had to do a basic color instead. For that place to look THAT nice/boujee looking, I thought they would have certain things such as colored foil for nail decor.

The women that work here are extremely friendly and great at what they do. I also love the fact that they have a menu and are very up front with their pricing.

I was a walk in, and asked for a full set. I requested pink powder only. I was told that she thinks she has it. I also said what shape I wanted, nothing super fancy. Just pointed and she asked how long I wanted them. She cut them and asked if that was ok... I said yes, thank you! I didnt have any clear top coat, nothing... just left with them buffed... which was fine with me. Then I asked how much is a full set? She told me $40.!!! I was shocked! I said really, $40. Why is it $40.?? She said because they are long!! I said really, these are long to you? She said yes, normally I charge $45. So.... I wont be going back for a fill, needless to say... that would probably be $25-$30! Im not cheap, by any means. But I HATE TO BE RIPPED OFF! So not cool... I have integrity, I own a business as well. I would NEVER treat my client that way! The price is the same for everyone! Dont over charge someone because you think they have more money.... I carry a Chanel purse and own a business. Doesnt mean you should over charge me! Okay, rant over... wouldnt advise going here...

The people are nice but the dont follow directions if your very picky with your nails. 💅 Also I paid 25 bucks for a 10 minute pedicure. Spent 80 bucks total and not so happy.

Stopped in Saturday morning without an appointment, they got me and my boyfriend in promptly. We both got a pedicure and foot massage, and holy crap these ladies are wonderful. My feet are happy, his feet are in the best shape Ive ever seen them, and the foot massage is absolutely amazing.

Ill start with yes the staff was very nice! I dont think its very cool that they handed me a paper with the pedicure services with the Prices, then when i chose the one I wanted i was told it was going to cost me $17 more then the listed price. When i asked why inwas told becuase of the polish, even though it included polish as part of the service on the sheet i read from. So my $30 pedicure became a $47 pedicure. I wouldnt have been so upset over that if the lady who did my pedicure spent more than 10 minutes on my feet, there was no base coat used under the polish and the polish on my toes started to chip off the very next day. I even made sure to wear open toe shoes to the salon and the next day. Its been a week since I was there and already to need have my polish redone.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to go in here. They put extra charges on my manicure and pedicure, then they swiped my card twice for 67 dollars still havent gotten it back, and the staff argued with me about it. Kindly beware very bad business practice.,

BUYER BEWARE! They charge you higher prices then they quote you. Came in to get a full set done ($25) as quoted by Lady and stated on sign. When my nails were drying she ran my card for $35. I contested that and she argued with me. Ill be filing a claim with WA State Attorneys General. This is not legitimate business practice. And has happened more than once. I think this place must be investigated. Clearly based off other reviews below-they do the same to other customers.

Ive never had a bad pedicure here, and I really appreciate that theyre never kicked me out while I was letting them dry (read: at a omg I cant stop now place in my book). I also love that as soon I get up, someone is over there cleaning the tub - you *hope* that every salon has stringent health & safety requirements, but its reassuring to see it.I only get vanilla manis/pedis, so I cant speak on the fills etc, but once when I went on vac, I got a shellac and the was quick and friendly. Thumbs up.

Ive been to this salon before many times, even did my nails here for my wedding day ! Thats how much I trusted them well yesterday I was in town and decided to stop by and get my nails done with my sister, we walked in and asked how long is the wait for the 2 of us one of the workers replied and said they can get started on one of us and it would be 10-15 minutes till they got started on my sister( the reason why I asked how long it will be is because i didnt wanna sit at a nail salon for 2 hours I was visiting my sister from out of town and wanted to still make it to the mall. As the worker started on my nails I asked her to make them very narrow she didnt do as I asked so I asked again and made them just a tiny bit more narrow I asked for more narrow ( and told her I dont mind even of its too small for my nail I just like the way narrow nails look on me ) which I always have itDone that way (To me it sounded like she was lazy and didnt wanna take the time of my nails ) she started arguing with me and said your nails will brake if I make them narrow I told her thats okay Ive had them always done narrow and they were perfectly fine! She ignores my request and dos my nails her own way ! I decided to let it go because it just wasnt worth arguing with her then I noticed 30 min has gone by and the other lady who promised to get started on my sister in 10 to 15 minutes started on another persons who came in much later then us ( Im sure its because she saw that we are all ready staying to get them done so she wanted to squeeze as much people in to make more $ I felt so disrespected that she lied to us! their Business is only based on making as much money as they can even if it means being dis honest to their customers :( so finally after all of this she finished our nails and painted them,( she went onto our skin literally me and my sister had nail polish on our skin I thought this was supposed to be a professional nail salon??? when she brought out our receipts my acrylic nails were $30 ( I have been there so many time and always got charged $25 well I decided to let it go until I noticed my sister was being charged $35 for the same exact nails as me I was so shocked ! I asked her how come she is 5 dollars more then me the worker responded because her nails are longer I promise you guys her nails WERE NOT LONGER !!!!! I was so confused and so tired of putting up a fight with the worker like I said their Business is based upon dishonesty they dont care about their customers at all ! I was very very hurt after this experience! I wanted to share my story because I dont want anyone to ever go thought the hell I went though with this diss - honest salon! So please please if you are looking into going to this salon you are better off not dealing with owners who do do not care about the customers requests and needs all they want is money for them selfs I walked in there expecting to pay them and ofCourse always leave a 20% tip to have my nails done the way I like them I mean after all I AM PAYING for their Serveice I didnt come on to get my nails done the way the worker like it but the way I like it. I will be coming back to that salon and personally speaking to all the management. Worst service. Nails are all wrong. I specifically asked questions about colors and designs and was told it would all be possible I still had to pay even though everything about my acrylics were wrong. Dont go here.
