The work done was fantastic. We had a time appointment for three of us. Upon arrival we had to wait well over our appointment time, then they could only take two of us, the third person finally joined us as my feet were almost done. Hour and a half for a pedicure!

Great nail salon in the South Puget Sound area, Ive been coming here since they first opened. Would highly recommend reservations and a day your not too pinched on time since they do accept walk-ins and wait times can vary. The friendliest owners, very clean and sanitized tools/liners are a priority here!

I love this place its right across from where I live and I love how every one is so sweet and they love talking to you. They do amazing jobs. Im a very basic person and I didnt want color so I just did grey because I knew I could add color later lol. If u have a prom coming up or a special event and u wanna look snatched then o suggest this place🤗😘😍

It was nice. my nails were pretty but they had a little space at the bottom in just a day. the lady i had was kinda sloppy and blotchy with my paint. the lady was also rushing alot and hurrying and she made some of my nails crooked. the price was nice. at first the lady tryed to turn me and my friend away because we are young. also my friends nails were pealing off in just 2 days!!! on the other hand they were really nice and the place was really clean, great customer service. but the lady also burned me 3 times and dint say sorry even once. just my opinion tell me yours!!

My favorite place to go for mani/pedicure when I’m in the area! Always super friendly and do a perfect job with the nail shape as I’m very particular. I always get a gel color over my acrylic nails. They last up to three weeks with no chips or peeling! Are also able to do any design that’s trending on Instagram if you want to get fancy. Definitely recommend!

I love getting my nails done here. I go out of my way to visit this salon.They can pull off any designs I give them, theyre kind and they deliver every time.

Got a fill, polish peeled off immediately after leaving, come back to get them repainted which meant grinding them down making them so thin, that 2 days later my nails are all starting to lift which i had to glue down, i asked them to fix them or if i can do a polish change which i would pay for and add a little acrylic around the edges shes says no and accuses me of picking my nails like she does and refusing to basically do anything to them period, which quote is being fair. Never again will i come back.

Ive been here twice before and they did a great job. Today, the owner, Amy burned me with the drill 4x, didnt apologize and started acting put out when I told her that was really not acceptable and she needed to not be so rough. She then sent her son over who was better with the drill, said his mom is often too rough but he was really sloppy with the polish. I got the cat eye design and one nail is super dark and you can barely see the cat eye stripe, my left thumb is darker than the right and the shape is weird. They charge $27 just for a shelac color change because of the cat eye. I wont be coming back.

I love the technic they provide for making your nails look natural. I love if theres an error they do not hesitate to fix it at no charge. I especially love the friendly and warm atmosphere they have. They are a great place to go to anytime to make your nails and feet look great

They charged me $50 for and mani/pedi and their website said $45. The massage for both mani and pedi wasn’t even 30secs, I only got polish on my toenails not my finger nails, my toenails didn’t need to be cut, just filed a little, the razor thing didn’t need to be used and wasn’t used. No extra work was needed or done on my feet or my hands, yet they overcharged me and it was NOT worth the price. I’m used to paying $55-$60 for a mani/pedi at the regular nail salon that I go to so price isn’t a problem, but make the work worth the price. I only came here because I didn’t feel like driving to my regular nail salon, but it was definitely my first and last time visiting Posh!

I would love it more if the stylist I book is actually at the salon to do my nails. Booked my appointment with Michelle so she could do my nails for a very special occasion, which I specified to her directly while booking my appointment. When I get there, she is still on vacation. I live an hour away. I could have gone somewhere closer to home. Very inconsiderate and the lady that did do my nails really wasn’t that good. Never returning. I just hope they get it together.

I went in today, a Tuesday around lunch time with calling in a pedicure 10 minutes prior. I was fit in easily, no waiting. I felt appreciated and not rushed through like any other shop Ive been too. An older lady did my pedicure, she was thorough and did a great paint job. Regular pedicure included soak, clean, scrub, trimmed nails, and cuticle trimming and of course polish. In my company were regular customers and I was able to converse with them. One said she comes often, loves the owner, described the elegant updates and the awesome personalities of some of the employees.Next time I will try the deluxe or herbal pedicure. The massage process was quite lengthy for the customers to my left and thorough. It includes wax and hot rocks.

Second time ive been here! My 1st experience was great. Came a few months later and was trying to get an appointment with Michelle cause I see she’s the bee’s knee’s at nails but she was so booked up, decided to wing it and Kim SLAYED my nails. She was very friendly, took me in within 5 minutes and did a flawless job. I will be back to see Kim for my regular fills!

Weve been going here for a while and things were great until the last few times. We always make an appointment but end up waiting up to a half hour. Not cool when you make an appointment! They do great work though so we will go back!

I called for an appointment at 5:45 on Friday I got there and there were 3 other people with the same appointment time. I wasn’t seen until after 6:20pm and left the shop at 8:30pm with nails that are poorly done, I was rushed towards the end and they were cleaning and trying to close. My nails were not worth what I paid. My nails already look like they need a fill. Sucks because Staff is friendly and I wanted to give this place a shot because of the great reviews I read. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Loved this place! I currently do not live in federal way otherwise I would still be going. This is a very pricey place but nails will be perfect! If something is wrong they will fix it. They are super friendly and always talking!

I just moved to Washington and was nervous about finding a great nail salon that would fit me as I am such a big nail person coming from Las Vegas. I must say Michelle and her salon exceeded my expectations. I loved my nails and the service I received. The wait was well worth it in the end. I will continue to com here from now on. I came here the first time & the services they provided was good so I told them that I would be coming back for future touch ups. This last time I.came back was just 2 days ago & of course they didnt remember me & treated me like they were in a rush! I came for a nice pedicure so I.could relax but that didnt happened because the lady seemed to be ina hurry. And all of a.sudden my toe.feels like I.have cactus or it wasnt smoothed out which is weird because thats why i paid & tipped the lady nearly 40$ dollars!! Very dissapointment wont ever go back!

I can always count on being treated like a guest and not like a customer. Michelle and her family are beautiful people and do a fantastic job! Because they are so great I highly recommend always calling to make an appointment. Its less stressful for you and them.

Up your game ! Credibility zero reliability zero! Michelle you need to improve on your time management theres no way a customer comes there for an appointment and you keep them for a whole two hours before you start them and other customers come in after them and you take them before the one that had an appointment that is just absurd I am never coming back there and furthermore my nails are not even not the shape I wanted and you guys were stopping and talking to each other and laughing what kind of customer service is that...it is not good at all and I will advise my friends not to come over there so many of my friends told me how much disappointed they were I didnt believe them but now I know to advise others not to step your foot in your Posh nails or whatever it is

Michelle and all of her associates are wonderful nail technicians and artists. They do a wonderful job! They are up-to-date on the latest fashions and techniques. I have been going here for about 6 months now and I love it!

My all time favorite salon Ive been lost without them. Im from the northwest, but currently live in Texas its never been the same. I advise anyone local or tourist to come get your spa day on here.

Been going to Posh nails for almost 4 years. It can feel a little chaotic sometimes (in a good way) but they always do a good job.

The first time I got a gel manicure and the shellac cracked overnight. Needless to say it lasted less than a week.The second time I got a dip powder manicure. When the guy told me that the price I was quoted at the time of my appt was wrong, he began to file my nails excessively. It’s only been 3 days since I had my dip powder set done and it’s already peeling. The last time I had it was from a different salon and it lasted three weeks.Additionally, they didn’t sanitize their tools between uses and didn’t wear gloves.

Got my nails done here twice now, liked it alot the first time. Got my nails done today and i cant say the same . The young man who helped me was very kind but did not have knowledge on what designs were i had to show him how to ombre my nails my self, on top of that acrylic powder is all over my nails n i just dont like my results my nail looks tacky cause it wasnt dried right. Young lady walked ov to help me n try to fix it. I am going to come back cause of how nice and quick they are to attend to people, i just feel like if you dont have knowledge on certain things hand it ov to someone who does or be honest i wouldve been perfectly fine with getting no design to accomodate him and my self.

It can be extremely busy at times. The staff is always professional and friendly. I do encourage anyone interested in visiting to schedule an appointment.

They double and triple check to see what you get is what you wanted, which is a plus in my book. Im excited to be going back because Ive been to quite a few nail salons and this one has got to be the most fun and aesthetically pleasing places Ive been to.Love, love, love!

Why is it when you actually make an appt you are never taken on time but if you walk in you are taken almost immediately? Waited 20 min after my scheduled appt and clearly not busy. I could have been told when I called to come at another time. Also massage lasted all of 2 minutes on each leg, no hot stone OR paraffin with basic pedicure. Polish I picked was empty yet on the shelf??? SMH

I WAS ROBBED AT THIS LOCATION!!! I came in for a gel fill and to replace one nail that had broken a SECOND time because they did it too thin the first time. I got a matte gel polish with a couple of gold stripes. I was getting ready to pay and almost fell over when she told me the total was $43 FOR A FILL!!! I asked her why she was charging me for a full set and she said because of the broken nail, gold stripes, and matte finish that it was extra. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Shame on them for that. My friends and I will be going else where.

Loveeee their selection of shellac nudes and colors period. Literally every color! The owner slays at shaping natural and acrylic nails. And they are very thorough at the manicure process. And it only cost $29 for guaranteed good outcome.

Worst gel manicure Ive ever had. He made the gel on my nails so thick that it was this weird square shape on top. It also didnt last even a week and 1/2 before it all just came off. Ive had gel polish on many times, and it always lasted 3-4 weeks unless I peeled it off myself. The lady who did my friends acrylics went as fast as she could, and smudged the polish on her nails and didnt even fix it. We waited over an hour before they even started on us, and then our nails just looked bad. I will never go back. Worst $35 Ive ever spent at a nail salon.

Very clean. But the girl who did my nails, Michelle, was very cool but she was on her phone a lot (Instagram, phone call) while she was doing my nails. I wasnt happy with the outcome of them (also very overpriced for a full set of black matte acrylics.) my nails were thick and placed crookedly. I went home and filed them the right way.

Pretty good job the techs but a little pricey I think

Came here with my two kids, a boy and a girl. I let them know when we came all 3 of us would be getting classic mani-pedis. 10 minutes in, my toes are in a pedi bath, but my two kids are just idling despite open chairs next to me, 20 minutes pass, daughter has her toes in a bath, and my 6 year old son is sitting on a chair, 45 minutes since arriving, they still hasnt turned on his bath, despite the fact I directly asked them to start his soak 5 different times. The lady whos started my cubicles then notices that my son picked out a nail polish color too, and laughs at him. My 6 year old boy, feeling left out, and recognizing how unfair the situation is, starts crying. Thats when we walked out.

Paid $70 for a fill and pedi. My nails are all uneven no polish on them which I always pay for gel. Go back to give them a chance to fix the lady says its my fault I didnt get a mani files the sides where theres no polish and tells me shes done she has clients waiting! I will never go back. Sola nails in Burien its $45 for fill and pedi with gel way quicker and my nails always look great!

My nail salon for over 2 years!!

I had a horrible experience here. I should have known better because I had a bad experience a year ago with the owner putting an automatic tip on the bill for no apparent reason. I came here again thinking it should be okay. The older lady did my nails and made two fingers cuticles bleed bad enough that it didnt stop bleeding for about 5 minutes. Ive never had my cuticles bleed from a manicure before. I had to file down the ends of my nails at home because they were still rough on the ends. She kept having to put her glasses on and off to look at my nails. Im thinking she could not see what she was doing? Im not trying to judge someone on a medical condition but if she cant see, its quite unsafe. Now I have to worry about infection of my nails. It was uncomfortably cold inside and she used cold water to soak my nails. Not very relaxing. I wouldnt recommend this place. Sorry!!

Do not go here!!! I didnt even get to have my nails done today because another customer broke a bottle of nail polish all over my leather purse and shoes!! The owner and I tried to clean it but it was hopeless. The bag is ruined and so are my shoes. The owner herself then did not want to do my nails as she kept saying, oh do you even want to get your nails done now? I told her yes because I drove all the way out here after I set an appointment and everything. She asked me AGAIN if I wanted to stay but this time she sounded condescending and very snotty. So I told her no that I will just leave. She should have SLAYED my nails after I said yes do them the first time. Especially since my belongings were ruined and no one offered to reimburse me or try to sympathetic at all. Very poor management and ownership. Dont waste your time with these people. They are a joke.I have included photos of my damaged property that also includes my leather Coach wallet and my Kate Spade sunglass case.The owner did not do what she should have and neither did the woman who spilled the polish all over my things. There is NOTHING POSH about this salon. Its ghetto and tje owner is a useless stuck up b*tch.Posh owes me for my purse, wallet, shoes and sunglasses.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE! This salon is not a salon!!It is an awful little hole in the wall in the ghetto part of Federal Way, with almost NO PARKING and the inside of the shop is very very small and horribly dirty. Not my ideal salon at all.I called and made an appoinement and when I arrived I STILL HAD TO WAIT for over 30 minutes which IS NOT professional or acceptable. Then the owner kept asking me the same questions about my current nail situation, as if she wasnt listening any of the times I answered her. Yes this is shellac and yes I want shellac again. I mean...what is so hard to understand about that??! Its not rocket science lady - but for the intelligence level of the people working here (not very high) it probably is all they can manage. Sadly I stayed for overpriced shellac and pedicure that was not relaxing, soothing or gentle.ALL the services were rough, quick and poorly executed. I even brought my issues to the woman who owns it and she acted as if she didnt understand english or like she didnt want to be bothered by me wanting some of my nails touched up. If I am paying THESE PRICES, I should be able to leave with exactly what I want. Not mishaped, lumpy, uneven, different length ugly nails like POSH GAVE ME. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
