Tried a few nail salons before I found this one. Love this place. I dont do manicures because of my job so I just stick to the pedicures and waxes. Think Ive only had a time or two when they cut a little too deep on my cuticle cut. The gal that does the waxes is super sweet. Always ask me if Im ok after that initial rip off.

Great experience. First time coming here. They did a wonderful job! I had a mani-pedi and they were awesome with both. They took the amount of time I figured they would. Great foot and hand massages.

First time getting our nails done here and everyone was lovely. Im super happy with my manicure and pedicure. They look great! I was also late and the staff was very accommodating when I called to communicate the tardiness. We will definitely continue coming here for our future mani/pedi services. Thank you!!!

I CAN NOT do justice to the service here! I have been coming here for a year now. Never once have I walked out unhappy, or even slightly dissatisfied. Every person that works here is AMAZING! My nails are beautiful every time. If you want to relax, and come out looking fabulous, come here! I would recommended to call and schedule an appointment ASAp!

I had an 11:30 appr and had to wait for 30 min.They did the job but did not go above and beyond. He knicked my cuticles several times with no apology. The place is clean but I wont be back.

Love precious nails. They do a beautiful job. Friendly, professional and they make sure you are happy with your nails. They dont rush you and its quite relaxing. And the staff is very talented!!

If you are looking for a new nail salon this is it!!After leaving the last nail salon annoyed and half manicured I decided to give this shop a chance to do my full set.LORD!!!! Am I happy I came here! My appt was at 6, a last minute addition, they got me in the chair at 6:30. I told the guy no rush, I see y’all are busy, I can come back tomorrow because I have to leave by 7. He said no no no!This dude had a full set done and gelled in 30mins!!!Yes, I had already had a mani but he pulled it out! They’re a little misshaped but that’s because he was rushing for me. He gave me exactly what I wanted and in half the time and price! I’ll be back!

I have only gone once so far, but my nails look amazing! I had a beautiful French tip pedicure and the most gorgeous dipped nails done. I walked in when they first opened. But i highly recommend making an appointment. I was seen right away because I was the first in there, but it got busy fast!I have never had better looking nails. They are exactly the length I want, the exact shape, and the exact color.

I have been to this salon twice now and for at least $70 a pop for a fill and a simple pedicure, not worth it. My nails are not matching in shape or size and it was over a two hour visit. Even though I made an appointment. They do not change out the grinding tool and they are short staffed. Good luck and finding the locationAll u turns.

I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure for 3 o’clock they didn’t even get to me until 3:29pm which is where the issues started. She then preceded to do a okay job. I say okay because the shape of my nails didn’t match up to each other and it didn’t come out very clean in terms of there was chilac left on my skin. Overall not a great experience and completely over priced at $43 for their basic pedicure. Will not be returning.

Today was the first time Ive been in there. I made an appointment for 3:30 in the afternoon and I showed up at about 3:40. There were only a couple of people there but they sat me down for a pedicure within two to three minutes. I dont know the young girls name but she was very friendly and very gentle with my feet. I have real sensitive feet Im very ticklish and I have ingrown toenails that have grown out too far since my last pedicure. She was really gentle and made sure to gently cut out the ingrown toenails so I would experience the least amount of pain. She took her time and cleaned my nails and did the whole pedicure process like an artist. Every once in awhile she would go back and touch up a little area here and there that she didnt like the looks of. In the end I was finished and putting my shoes on in just about an hour after showing up. The other staff very friendly and helpful . They had music that was a classic Ballroom type very relaxing. They asked me if I wanted something to drink I asked for tea so they gave me a cup of green tea. It was very inviting and I had a wonderful experience! I will definitely go back!

I took my mom here to do a girls night of pedicures. They were wonderful. Polite and attentive and did a great job on both our feet. Definitely going back again! Nice people, a great atmosphere.

I’ve had my nails done here twice and attempted to get them done a third time but ended up walking out as I made an appointment for 5:20 and they had not gotten me by 5:45 which is absolutely ridiculous. The first time my experience was great and I couldn’t wait to come back. The second time the nail technician I had took TWO hours to take the old dip off my nails and put new dip. TWO HOURS. The most it has ever taken before was an hour. I decided to give them another chance and make another appointment and boy do I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with that! They honor appointments the same as walk ins. Terrible customer service.

This salon offers the best customer service! Ive tried other salons and Ive come back here because of the attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff.

Busy, but not overly so, good idea to call ahead. Very nice pedicure, attention to details like rough spots before polish is applied and how ticklish you are seems standard. Really enjoyed this place...Adding- came here a couple of times but due to lack of planning on my part didnt think that with summer beginning I should make an appointment. Went to a different salon a couple of times and while they did an okay job, they dont compare to Precious nails...the atmosphere is so peaceful here and An does a fantastic job.

This is my favorite place. I found it a few years ago. Im reluctant to give five stars because if even more people discover this hidden gem, theyll be crazy busy all the time 😁 Honestly, Christina is the best. The location is clean, they sterilize everything, and they keep up on new and modern product. Another thing that sets this location apart is the atmosphere. Relaxing music, and its generally quiet. Traditionally most nail places have women who ignore you and they speak to each other in their native language. You wont experience that here. Everyone always greets you, remembers your name of youre a regular, they even offer white wine, tea, bottled water or soda.

Great service, I really like how they do my nails every single time! But not enough employees working. Be ready to wait. Not even that.. be ready to get help from 3 different people(not at once). One girl will get you seated and start cleaning or taking old polish off. Then shell go to help another customer. You wail.. Then another girl will pick up from where 1st one left of. Half way through shell leave you to help someone else. You wait again... then 3rd girl will come and finish painting your nails. Idk... to me that not very professional

These ladies are amazing! They always have something knew or love a new challenge. I always recommend them to everyone. I never get the same thing twice! They are so friendly, its super clean, and accommodating (water, wine or soda). If you really want to treat yo self this is the place!

Been coming here for years love it

This is my first time here, but I highly reccomend that you give them a try. I called on a Sunday and they were very busy, but were able to fit me in under 15mins. Prices are comparable with other places in the area. Like other reviewers have said, very calm, relaxing atmosphere; polite, friendly, gentle nail technicians. I am a nurse, and my 12 hour shifts brutalize my feet so pedicures are a staple for me. I will be return again, and can only hope to continue to have such a wonderful experience.

There was no one getting pedicures. They asked us to sit down and wait. Didnt bother to run water and have us soak our feet. A caucasian woman without a prior appointment walks in, they get up immediately, run her water and help her. I asked why did they help her right away, she said so we could sit together. Again. No one was getting pedies. Every seat was open. We turned around and walked out

I loved my nails which was done by the male tech and I got a full set round point with gel without color for 35$. Using boyfriends account for review and got them done a week ago they still look good hopefully they dont fall off quick

Precious Nails is hands down the best nail salon in Federal Way! All the ladies are so good at what they do!

Went in there waited forever...didn’t even let me pick my color out before getting my nails done. All I wanted was a fill and they didn’t even fill all the way down to my cuticle...I asked to keep them the same length and she filed one nail all the way to the numb and thought it was the same length as all the other nails...gave me a attitude when I asked her to fix it. Then she mad me go to another girl to get them painted and she didn’t paint down to my cuticle so basically looks like I just had them painted without a fill and she messed them up 3 times and then made go sit at the drying rack. I didn’t even have a clear coat on when she moved me. She only made me go dry them so she could wax someone which took 30 mins and then puts a clear coat on my messed up nail polish. And give me looks for not leaving a tip...pleaseeeeeeee. Oh and don’t ask for coffin cause they make you nails hella thick and the coffin too skinny.

It speaks volumes when youve gone to a place of business once and then you come back a few months later and the business owners remember you and even greet you by name. I was simply blown away. Christina and Trinh are without a doubt two of the sweetest business owners and probably people Ive ever met. I was blown away by the amenities this place has to offer - aside from the basic TVs and massage chairs... this place gives you a glass of wine to enjoy while you get pampered.If you care to hear about my experience please read my previous review. But the biggest reason for the updated review is the service and the amazing personability of Christina and Trinh.I seriously purpose grow out my nails just so I have a reason to come back. I am never going to this place again. I got my nails done last week and two nails have already broken my natural nail in half. A the younger man did them he rushed through and I was not pleased.

They took over 2 hours to do my nails than charged me $40 for a fill. There was hair under my clear coat, I paid for the gel polish and they used craft paint to do my design even after I asked them not too. It was horrible.
