Orchid Nails is absolutely AMAZING. I did have to wait a bit for my appointment because my appointment got lost, but since I had time to kill I didn’t mind at all. Tee made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a free mimosa or coffee! While I was waiting I looked over all of the designs and I can’t wait to come back to get Halloween nails done. Tee did my nails and I was so impressed by her attention to detail. I prefer the almond shape and she 100% delivered. My acrylics are smooth, thin, and precise. They look so natural. I love that she really listened to what I wanted, but also made some of her own recommendations. Tee made sure I was happy with my nails and regularly checked in with me to ensure I liked them. These are my favorite nails I’ve ever had. I had been a regular at another nearby salon but after having my nails done by Tee she’s got a customer for life.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! MY HOT GIRL T IS so funny and can literally do any design you want! T and Thinh are some cool people who know how to make their clientele feel welcome with their energies, as well as drinks (*wink *wink @ the mimosas). They put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable, so much so that I felt comfortable with the other clients as well. I ended up laughing and having girl talk with all of the people getting their nails did! I did have to wait a little, but it was so worth the wait! T ended up doing an amazing job (see attached) and I am definitely going to come back! Esp since the price was better (with the little designs) compared to a lot of other places Ive been to. Anyways, yall should check them out!

Tee did an absolute beautiful job on my nails 😍 I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she recommended this beautiful style. Service is wonderful here. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. I do recommend to call ahead and make an appointment.

I absolutely love coming here and getting sets from T. She always does an amazing job but she just went above and beyond with this set this time. I’m going to the Caribbean soon and she absolutely killed this set. Couldn’t ask for a better set from a better nail artist.

All the staff were very sweet! It didn’t allow me to put 3.5 but that’s my rating, the coffee offered was also very good! Unfortunately, the design I received was not really what I asked for, the nails on one hand were very crooked, and the whole process felt very rushed for such a high price :/ I was told to come in right away since they had room and I arrived 10 minutes after I called, but I had to wait another 2 hours to get my nails done. They offered a pedicure, so I spent more money then I wanted to spend today. I would like to come back, I just might have to come when it’s less busy so my nails aren’t rushed.

It was my first time ever at Orchid Nails and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Tee, her Husband, and the rest of the team made me feel so comfortable! The complimentary drinks and welcoming atmosphere will definitely bring me back! Also, LOOK HOW CUTE MY NAILS ARE!

I would rate this place 2.5-3 stars. The two individuals working here were very welcoming and nice but the service was not great. I chose this place because my usual place has been remodeling. I scheduled my appointment at 1:30 and we weren’t helped until almost 2:20. I got a pedicure and manicure, my feet have been more dry than I have ever experienced since I came here, definitely not worth $60. My manicure was done poorly and I used a fan to dry my nails which was covered in dirt and dust which left bubbles in almost all my nails which you can see in the photo. Thankfully my 11 yr old I work with was very happy with her nails but I do not think it was worth $125 for the job that was done. The place was not busy at all but i was there for over two hours. I feel bad for betraying my usual nail lady and will not be back here. I was thankful for the complimentary mimosas for the long wait but not worth it.

We booked here for a variety of mani and pedi services for a bridal party of 6. The owners are fabulous! They were very accommodating and made it a very special and memorable experience for my future daughter-in-law and guests. From the wine and mimosas to the friendly banter and beautiful nails, the service was top notch. I highly recommend booking with Orchid! We will definitely go back whenever we are in the area.

$55 for a design my 13 year could do. One hand looks decent and the other looks awfulMy nails are a different length and some shapes are off. No polish clean up around the cuticle area and since its gel, I cannot fix at home. I came in for a fill and will now pay another shop for nail removal to start a fresh set. No apology just pay the bill and go. I would stay away theres no way this shop can actually do any design posted.

I’m not sure what all the other reviews are referring to, but I have came twice and Cindy has been great for my pedicures, she’s very sweet and meticulous. I do come in the evening and I haven’t waited long. The music and ambiance is great. The owners are super nice and acknowledge you and offer drinks. I’ll be back!

This experience was wonderful , all staff was super friendly. My set prior was rushed and had a bad shape , coming here was a nail spa experience worth the price! I highly recommend. If you’re 21+ they offer alcoholic beverages that are complimentary with service. If you’re looking for a quality set come to this nail spa!

Orchid! Where have you been my whole life?! I have been to many nail salons and had many good and not so good experiences. None can compare to Orchid and Tees service! I have finally found my nail lady for life. 🤩

I’m giving 2 stars because the lady doing our pedicures was a total gem of a human. But needless to say, I am really upset about my experience there today.I took my sister and my mom, we made an appointment for 12:30. We get there with only 2 people working so we were patient, laughing with the staff and enjoying just hanging out together. But after 3 hours, you get burnt out ‘waiting’. Especially when only maybe 20 minutes was spent on your nails. One woman did all 3 of our pedicures, the other woman was doing our nails. My sister and I were done but my mom was not. So instead of doing my moms nails so we could be done, she decided to do someone else’s (who had an appointment after us) and then her AUNTS nails. Apparently it was her birthday and also family so she took priority over everyone else waiting there I suppose. I’m sorry but if you’re short staffed, turning paying customers away, making us sit there for 3 hours … don’t you think you shouldn’t be doing your aunts nails?!?!To be charged $300 - yes, $300 for a service like that made me sick. I’ve asked the owner for a partial refund. He’s a really nice guy. If he responds and agrees to that then I’ll remove this review and maybe even go back one day. But right now, I’m just really upset at how awful of an experience that was and the crazy $$$$ they charged.

I have visited twice now - once for mani/pedi and again for just a mani/recolor on dip nails. They do a great job and have lots of options for colors. I’m used to doing my own nails at home so when I go out and pay to get them done I am usually very picky. I have nothing to complain about with the services they give. 5/5 🤩

I have followed Tee for years now, and was really excited to hear about her opening up her own shop! Her shop is clean, fun, and relaxing, and employees are a joy to be around. All around she offers great services for great prices, and you get great quality for it. Its money well spent to spoil yourself!

She treated me like a Princess. My feet (and legs) as well as hands feel so much healthier now with their Rose Gold Deluxe package that includes CBD oil. They also have other packages (with and without CBD). Tee and her husband were also great. They made my son laugh and smile the whole time we were there. My son and I were so comfortable. This place has such amazing service! Customer always comes first. The ladies were very welcoming and hilarious. I will definitely be going back. Just always call before going and try to schedule an appointment especially with Miss T or should I say hot-T lol she does amazing dip nails 💕

On 7/17 around 3:30pm, I called requesting if they had availability for a walk-in. I was told yes and asked to come in at 4pm. I was serviced at 4:30pm. Since this is my first time at this salon, I have a rule of getting a basic manicure as my way of assessing their service (customer service and skill set). A woman who introduced herself as Cindy provided my manicure. She was friendly, did the typical asking of questions that’s not her business, and consistently asked me if I want to upgrade to a gel polish or an acrylic. As a customer I made myself very clear on what I wanted so told her no often. She rushed through my manicure and her quality of work at best was a 4 out of 10. These nail shops are a dime a dozen, so I would not recommend Cindy as your manicurist. If a basic manicure is a challenge, then that’s unfortunate. Quality and good customer service must go together.

Actions speak louder than words, you have to go in and allow them to show you just how great of a nail salon this is. Everyone is so nice, T the owner has been doing nails over 20 years, she understood what I wanted and I walked away very satisfied. I “Unique” have found my new nail salon.

Called ahead for 2 manicures at 1:30. Was told 15 min wait numerous times. Finally sat for service sometime after 2:30. My nails were simple and done fast. My sister was getting a fill and didn’t get what she asked for had to remind the lady at the very end that she wanted flowers. We were told we were getting a discount for the long wait yet wasn’t given any discount charged full price. Only reason I give 2 stars was the free mimosa drink. We will not be returning to this place.

It was mine and my husband’s first time at Orchid Nail Spa and we had a great time! Service was amazing, mimosa’s were delicious! I got the deluxe pedicure and my husband the golden one. We both were able to relax and just a great experience over all, Staff was very nice. We will see you guys again for our next pedicures!🙂

Hello! This was my first time at Orchid Nails and I will definitely be coming back for all my nail appointments. It was so comfortable being there with the kind workers and my new friend Tee did my nails so WONDERFULLY!!!! She made sure all nails were even and clean. I had a great time being able to connect with her over coffee at the same time!

Very nice and personable staff! The ladies offered me and my daughter drinks right away, they were ready for us and took their time to make sure we had a great experience for our first time there! Will be going in the early mornings from now on, so peaceful and not too busy. The nails look great!!! No complaints.

Cindy is the girl to see! She spends time on my heels and cuticles and ingrown nails that NO one else does. I always feel like she puts the extra effort in and always has a smile and happy attitude. Because of her, my feet are happy too!

I have been seeing Tee (the owner) for almost a year now and have no desire to see anyone else, she is amazing ! She has a great, fun, outspoken personality and can do literally any design you want, even with surprise nails she has never disappointed. Her staff is also great, everyone in there is super sweet. Overall a great atmosphere, if you want a pleasurable experience with nails done right go here !

Was visiting family last weekend and happen to come by this nail salon. Thinh and Tee are both so cute and hilarious and made my day! Very professional and love the ambience. I must say they did a superb job on my nails! Recommended this place to my family and will come by again next time I’m in town!

Don’t bother making an appointment, we had one and still had to wait 50 minutes to be served. Save your money & your time. The guy spends his time trying to butter you up to get what they call a “deluxe” pedicure.. “top tier” “5 layer” “most interactive” pedicure… sounds great right? DONT BE FOOLED. For the price of the deluxe it’s not worth it!! They rush and don’t massage your feet long enough to even consider it a “deluxe” & I had to ask multiple times for them to do something bc they were trying to rush through it. You’re better off going elsewhere if you’re looking for a pedicure. If you want to feel like you’re at a car dealership and the salesman is trying to butter you up for you to spend more then come here. But I like my pedicures to relax me not stress me out.

Tee is LOVELY and did such an incredible job on my nails!! Exceeded all expectations!! Her nail art skins are one of a kind. & it was my first time coming to this salon and I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

I had booked an appt for a pedicure. When I got there they up sold a pedicure for 70.00 dollars. The pedicure was to take an hour with a foot massage. The time was 1030 am on a Sunday. They opened the doors at exactly 1030 so the pedicure did not start on time. While I was getting my pedicure a large party arrived and shortly there after the owner.arrived. The staff were talking to each other but not in english. At 1120 my pedicure was over. I didnt say anything at the time and paid. After I left I thought the process through and felt I didnt get what I paid for. I called the owner, she refused to refund any of my money. Her solution was to come back, and next time I would get a nice foot massage. Why would I go back? If I didnt get the service I paid for the first time? I have been a customer at that business for a least 10 years. The spa recentally changed hands. I will not go back.

Never been before. Called ahead to see if they were available right away for a pedicure, manicure, maybe a full set. Was told yes. Arrived and had to wait for the owner to get her nails done first. About 10 mins later I Was told to sit at a pedicure chair and another tech who was doing someone elses pedi leaned over to turn the water on for me. Water was cold. Probably about another 10 minutes I had to wait for her to finish up the owners nails. Apparently customers dont come first at this establishment. Tech finally comes over and before she can greet me the owner is giving me the menu trying to upsell the services. I get it, I worked in customer service many years but how many times do I have to say no before you stop asking?! Tech did a decent job on my pedi. When she was done sat me down for my full set and disappeared. I was waiting awhile before the owner herself came to do my nails. I showed her the color I wanted and immediately said they only had that color in gel. I had declined the upgrade services atleast 3x prior and now shes going at it again. Thats most irritating as if I dont know what I want. Remember I was quoted $40 for my full set now for $10 more i can get gel and shell also cut my cuticles. Ok, fine its a deal. While getting my nails done I cant tell you how many times she had to stop to answer the phone, get up to do others things. Im sitting there listening to her take these reservations on top of one another and they all start arriving. Must of been 4 that walked in back to back. Now shes rushing through my nails because theyre getting busy. She never cut my cuticles, which is why I agreed to the upgrade. My nails are not straight. I told her and she did nothing about it. She blamed her husband for booking those appointments on top of each other. The reason for the sudden rush. By the way, I wonder how dinner came out?! Wednesday was beautiful day 😉 Anyways, Im not one to leave a bad review but I was so bothered by the poor service, I had to share. $100 may not be a lot of money to some but it is to me and I feel like I was overcharged for the type of service I received. I WILL not be returning!

I was part of a very large bridal party getting mani-pedi’s. The owners and the entire staff were so personable and bent over backwards to make sure that we were all comfortable, enjoying our selves and receiving the best spa experience together. We enjoyed our mimosas that the owner made fo us. Everyone on the staff was truly amazing. I would definitely recommend this spa. We had such a good time and very pleased with the actual services as well.

Very unhappy with my experience. I made an appointment online after seeing great reviews. I was contacted by someone from the salon to confirm my appointment time. When I showed up for my appointment I was told to take a seat. I waited half an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I walked out. When I left I told the gentleman checking people in that I waited a half hour and was leaving all he said was Ok. Ill take your name off of the list.

My first time at Orchid; was very happy! Great staff. Tin was a breath of fresh air (seriously...so relatable, friendly, and fun) and his wife, Hotea...fiesty and beautiful! Enjoyed the experience.
