I never recommend this apartments for any family, because, it is not secure, no assign parking; and my car catalytic converter has been sawed off and stolen.No cleaning outside, most of apartment has ant.

The manager is a super sweet human being, definitely deserves a raise. The area is comfy, wonderful, and admirable. The property is well maintained and maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately, all it took was a phone call. My grandma is handicap and loves to come down by the office to get some fresh air. Everythings just awesome, we love it here!

The property and management is excellent! Very professional and responsive. They were very efficient and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed working with Theara, she was the best. Organized, Knowledgeable, and Professional! Would certainly recommend to any who are looking to love their home.

This is been the best apartment that I stayed at. Management is the best and the maintenance man! They always solve issues and is quick to come in and fix anything wrong in your apartment! The management has been especially best during this Covid time! I highly recommend

The people here are very professional at their job especially the maintenance guy Sam, he knows very well about what he is doing like when you tell him about the problem he doesn’t go blank and stand there thinking what it might be but thinks of the solution right away, very professional.

Been living here a little more than a year. I love the design of the apartment, very spacious rooms and bathroom, and nice field view at the window. Window is big and gives a lot of light in the living room.Maintanence service is great. I asked to fix toilet but my closet door was fixed too without me asking. Fast service as well after filling up the request online.A little outdated appliance but it doesnt affect my living. All works great. A lot of cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen with a bar and I can watch TV in the living room while cooking which is great for me.Always there is space to park. Nice and quite neighborhood. Clean outside. Feels like home to live here.

Im a past resident at soundview, and I miss living here. Lived here for over 5 years.Management always friendly, helpful and professional and the maintenance guys are quick and amazing. I had the best neighbors.For me Soundview has been the most Amazing apartments ever.

Great place to live! We have a beautiful view of the Puget Sound from our apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond to any of our needs. Office staff is friendly and willing to help!

Pet friendly apartments with a large grass area to play with our dogs. When you make a maintenance request, Tim is quick and efficient to respond.

I loved the great views, management was very knowledgeable and public transportation is close by.

I enjoy living here because it it fairly peaceful and close to shopping! I also must give a great score for maintenance taking care of things and the yard guys for keeping things trimmed up!!!

I absolutely loved living here, lived out my whole lease in these apartments. The view is amazing and is worth an extra 100 bucks a month. They are a little outdated, but if anything goes wrong they were always quick to fix the problem. Rent is not too high considering the rest of the area, it is competitive if not cheaper. The community is beautiful and quiet. Its very hard to find quiet well kept grounds in Federal Way. Once my fridge went out and they replaced it with a brand new one same day, no questions asked. The manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Im not sure why the other reviewers had such bad experiences, as all of my neighbors were very happy living there. But reading their reviews makes it seem like perhaps it wasnt really a problem with the apartments, maybe the renters were the problem

I lived there for twelve years. I stayed for 12 years because I thought it was a wonderful community. It changed. When I retired and moved out I was charged nearly $1200 to “refurbish “ the apartment to make it rental ready. I lived there for 12 years and absolutely nothing was done to upgrade that apartment. Normal wear and tear should not be charged to me.The complex is old, too old for the wiring to support security cameras. Cars were broken into on a regular basis. Storage rooms were broken into. In the last year my car was broken into 3 times. My storage room was broken into.Last November I fell on the dark sidewalk and broke my nose. A solar operated motion detector light was put up but it only lit the corner of the walk and not the whole walk. Again, old wiring was the issue.

Hookers (like real prostitutes) living and working there. For sure Apt C103 has one goes by the name sidney. She lists on backpage bodyrub section (massage with a cutie). dude came out pissed off because he said she robbed him. She was going off on him while children were near by. DO NOT recommend living here if you have kids!!!!

It was the worst place Ive ever lived, the staff was very racist towards blacks people expect one lady named Heather. but the rest of them very rude lies about things there doing in that office, they never fixed things right.. the tenants where rude neighbors from hell. Id never in my life would tell anyone to move out. there charging way to much for old ugly nothing works units, even section 8 had issues with them.. they lie so much its unbelievable how these people get away. after I moved they tried to slander my name, credit and rights so I couldnt get a new place fit for my needs.. blaming me only because Im black but never had control of the neighborhood, just horrible. Dont rent from here..

Ive lived here for 3 yrs, the first year was great. Friendly & quiet neighbors, with plenty of parking. When I first moved in, the complex was mostly older people, it was quiet with very few kids or dogs. Theres hardly ever ANY parking in front of my bldg, I have to park on the street (my licence plates were stolen last summer). Over the years Ive learned this complex is training complex for the leasing mngrs, so every 6 months or so theres a new person in the office. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of in a timely manner. The free tanning bed is literally the very first model ever made. The complex has tons of kids now, the pool is hard to use now because its always full of children. The garbage is out of control, they really need more than one dumpster, its constantly overflowing and disgusting. I get ants every year when it gets warm. The windows are single pain and let it a lot of air. The stackable W/D are probably the first models ever made and take forever to dry your clothes. The cost to live here is astronomical now and absolutely not worth it. This is the 4th time Ive extended my lease. No way will I pay more $$ its already too much.---------------------[From 3 yrs ago]Great apts...amenities are a lil out dated. But, everything works. Its a pretty quiet community. However, there are some other communities that seem to be busier and a lil more ghetto. But, I dont notice it to much.Love my view, love the bay window and the whole Apt is very open and airy.
