I honestly am counting down the days until my lease is up. I hate to say that. The apartment itself is fine! The leasing office is also fine-certainly some minor inconveniences but that’s always to be expected so I hate to give a bad review for something they only have minor control over but the main issues is just the community. So many people who don’t have any respect for their neighbors. There’s supposedly 24 hour courtesy hours and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am but there is just 0 courtesy here. I get that it’s an apartment complex and people make noise but neighbors playing music so loud my walls shake while trying to work from home or blasting music out of their cars as they drive by (or worse, park and wait for people) at 1am. The worst honestly is the cars in the parking lot with people music blaring at all hours of the night. I read reviews beforehand and ignored them thinking, it can’t be that bad. But it is. If you have young kids, I cannot imagine getting them to sleep here. Just 0 respect from too many residents unfortunately. & complaints to the office seem to go without any effect (again, only so much they can do. Can’t control people)

Staff is friendly. Grounds are well-kept. And the location is perfect.

They posted an apartment listing by accident, but only told us that after we sent $650 for the deposit. It took 3 months to get the $500 back after they informed us of the mistake. However, they sent the check to the entirely wrong side of the country. Everything about this experience has been excruciating.

I like to take time , and humbly Thank Sheena very much for taking time out of her Job to help me . I am very appreciative, and very grateful for Sheena to go above and beyond for myself, and all other Tenants that Reside also at Greystone Meadows. Sheena Thank you Again . Nice place to live

Anyone looking for a quiet, tranquil place to call home should definitely give this place a look. From the moment I walked in the leasing Manager Hsia Costello was amazing. She showed me the 2bed 1bath and she made it seem like clock word. She followed through with me throughout the whole process and has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks Hsia for everything you have done and being such a great asset to this complex!

Just moved here and I can see how great and helpful the office staffs are. They are very friendly and kind, and flexible in their service. So thank you greystone meadow.

Moved in about 3 weeks now and I am loving it 😁. After filling out so many applications from different apartments. Greystone Meadows was the only place that made me feel welcome when I walked in to their office. Thank you very much Hsia Costello 😍 You went above and beyond with making sure my family and myself are taken care of. You are now my go to person whenever I need anything. Maintenance turn around time are quick and done on the same day for me. Common grounds are kept clean always. Seriously 👍 no issues or concerns on this side but excitement and enjoying our new home. Thank you again Hsia, I dont care what anybody says You are the best. I would recommend this place any day, any time to anyone who is looking for a place.

Im impressed with the reviews as I have not seen many reviews of many properties with ratings this high but the reviews truly speaks volume as well as truth. Of all the apartments I ever lived in these were the only ones whos staff was empathetic and went above and beyond for me. Im so grateful because I was a single parent. The managers, Lisa and Cheryl are long gone but I want to acknowledge them. I lived in Greystone Meadows for a total of 9 years and three different units. I had lived there for three years before I moved into a house but moved back after my one year lease was up. When my daughter moved out on her own I downgraded from a three bedroom to a two bedroom. I moved out three years ago to live near my daughter.

I have been a resident here at Greystone since October 2014, and my experiences with the office and support staff have been amazing! They are quick to respond to all calls and any requests for service, and I always feel as though Im a top priority for them! The grounds and common areas are always clean and well kept, the parking is plentiful and neighbors respectful. I am more than happy with the quality of living and the pricing of the apartments, and plan to stay for quite some time!

I used to live in Greystone Meadows and my experience was wonderful. I now reside in Arizona and I am moving back to Washington. My first choice of apartments is definitely Greystone Meadows again. Great staff when I lived there and many ammenities at a great price. I gave it 5 stars and I am picky to say the least especially of my living space. Hope to see you all again at Greystone in a few months. Loved living there...

I have lived at Greystone for 5 years and love it . Grounds are kept up maintenance is on top of any issues I have. The ladies in the office always address me and my father by name. I would definitely refer my friends here . They have an awesome gym too 👍

I have lived here for over and year and while they are good things about the property(management, quick response to maintenance request) I would say it is not a quiet place to be,they are always people outside making noise and even with reports there has been no action made,kids are always running around the parking lot making noise and had to park into places and there is very limited parking!!!! ----------if you are looking for a place to go and relax after work this is not it if you are looking for place for family maybe....

Don’t bother going to this appointments if you’re from ethnic group. They’re racist and I am not saying that lightly but because I’ve been calling and going there for a month and half looking for bottom floor and they told me that it was not available but then today I spoke with someone that I haven’t spoken to before and she said that they do have it and even double checked it and that I can move in within this month which strange giving that I was there two days ago and it was not available. She asked me if I had a fill with them then she found it and gave me an instruction on how to apply and made an appointment to see her today and I should call her if I have any questions. After I finished talking to her and I am trying to apply online, I got a phone call saying sorry someone got the apartment!!! I asked when how? And she said something about the company renting it. I asked when did the appointment came available anyway and she didn’t answer it. I figured after she spoke with whom ever I was working with, they decided to change their story.

Very good location to live at! Staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move

Professional staff and lovely apartments love these guys. I have never had an issue with parking. Never had an issue with noise either the sound insulation on the windows is superb. I have rented apartments for many years and I could not be happier with my setup here.

I have to say I really love how attentive Sandreya is to our needs as tenants. She is amazing as well as the maintenance team!! Sandreya will go above and beyond in her job. She has the best attitude and love watching her succeed further in her position.

I’ve lived here for fours now and I have to say the staff is AWESOME. I’ve spoke to Sandreya several time and she’s always polite and very helpful with what ever I need.

All they care about is money. I accidentally pay my rent online twice. I didnt notice it, untill my account was overdrawn. I called the leasing office from 9am till 2:37pm before I can have anyone to talked to. I was so frustrated as I have other payments hitting my account. I end up calling the bank to cancel one the payments. The only solution the bank had was to cancel both payments for me to resubmite. Greystone charge me $40 for each cancellation. Which I think is ridiculous. I can understand being charge for canceling the actual payment, but being charge for canceling the overpayment is crazy.

The office staff and maintenance have been so accommodating and nice to me and my family. Lisa, Sandreya, Sheena, Hsia, Lance, Andrey, Juan and Michael are awesome 🙂

Always taking the time to thoroughly help me with packages and receipts for rent.: )The grounds🌼🌲 are ALWAYS well kept, garbage is picked up. Grounds are landscaped on a continual basis. The cabana is clean with a modern touch. The actual apartments are spacious, and laid out well.Maintenance is SUPER🌻 friendly and always going that extra mile. Not only to be quik when matienance issues arise , but friendly 🌷and considerate.⚘The apartments even host family BBQs, and special little events to get their community together throughout the year :)🍎🍉🍔🍖I recommend these apartments for both single 🙎‍♂️individuals and families.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👩‍👦

My name is Ernest Duncan I have lived at greystone meadows for seven years and i am very happy with the services here. We have the best managers who show no favoritism and is willing and able to help each and every client that lives at greystone meadows. We also have one of the best maintenance crews and whenever there is an issue they always come with a smile on their face. Therefore I would invite anyone who needs a place to live to come to greystone meadows.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I like that they are rapid with responding to maintenence issues but not so much the quality of the work. I have never had any problems with my neighborParking is always available, maybe not close to my apartment and with me having problems walking there isnt enough handicap parking near my building which I think there should be more of, but it is a decent place to live.I find it sad that only if you have positive feedback you get thanked, the owner should understand that my post was so they can better the community and their residents.Update12/4/2017I still live here but maintenance has gone down.They dont respond with the quickness they did before. Girls in the office have no compassion and they seem to not care. Things are changing but for the worse, too many people with too many pets, outside of my door mountains of dog poop. Very loud and destructive neighbors.

Ive lived here for several years now. I have to say Sandreya is always friendly and tries to help however she can. The one girl who works at greystone left before and is back working again isnt very friendly. She plays favorites. Usually parties all night. The other new girls are friendly but not as good as Sandreya. She deserves more $$$$$

The place is infested with ants, pest control is useless against the infestation. Also the doors aren’t built properly so cold air literally just entered my place all the time. My electricity bill was through the roof because of that. Mold wasn’t a very big problem as long as you open your windows constantly. And the apartment has a old moldy odor that you can’t get rid of no matter what you try to do.

Felt very welcome at the office. Clean, well-maintained apartment and quiet community.

The maintenance dont really come fast enough and they half ass their work been living here since i was 3 with my mom. When it snows bad they dont sand or salt the sidewalks 4 the cribled residents and they dont pay attention to who isnt supposed 2 park in handicap spots there should be more
