I love this place. And I regret to leave the community. Although there were some issues during the management change recently, the team dedicated their valuable time and I would like to say their support was awesome. Nice management and Nice place!

I would give 10 stars if possible! My husband and I just moved from NY to WA so needless to say it’s been a process. Argyle Apartments is the 1st (and only) place we loved while viewing online and I was so excited when I received a call from Rebecca to let me know that a unit became available for us. A huge thank you to Daniel, Karla and Rebecca for making this part of the moving process so easy and always being quick to follow up. As for the apartment complex, our unit is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier! The location is extremely convenient yet still feels private and quiet. Between the customer service you’ll receive and the quality of the units, Argyle Apartments is a great place to call home!

I didn’t end up moving forward with my application because the move-in date was too early for me but I really wanted to leave a review for Daniel, the Assistant Manager.He is incredibly professional and friendly. I’ve applied to a few different apartments in the area and he is by far the most helpful, easy to deal with, hardworking leasing agent I’ve worked with. From the first time he reached out after we requested more information, to the application process, to the screening process, to our application being approved, Daniel has been extremely prompt and we were able to get everything done in a matter of days.I’ve read a lot of horror stories with dealing with leasing staffs at different apartments around the area so if you want to avoid that hot mess, I highly recommend reaching out to Daniel at Argyle!

One of the best apartment I have lived at so far in federal way. Besides the parking is a hassle Since your only allowed one parking spot it’s a hassle for guest or even when you have two cars, but what place isn’t. Karla, Daniel and the rest of the crew are so professional! The employees always handle the property with care. You’ll always see the maintenances crews in the morning cleaning up the property who always greet you. If you have anything that’s wrong with your place, maintenance is on top of it. They will always fix it in a timely manner. Love this place.

Do you guys see these window glasses on the parking spaces in a row? It happens like a monthly event. It is second time to my husband’s car!He didn’t put anything worth in his car but they still do that to cars in this apartment.The apartment just blames on us and says to not put something important in your car. No improvement at all.

Location is great. Close to everything. Amia the apartment manager was so helpful in finding the right apartment for me. She is very helpful and responds quickly. She was very helpful in resolving issues in a timely manner. One of the best apartment managers Ive had.

Moved into a Remodeled Unit and had problems from day 1. Most of the issues were minor fixes that the maintenance team came and able to fix within a week. I had to wait over a week to get a washing machine that worked and the only reason it was resolved was me constantly going to the office and complaining. I have been in the unit over a month now and still do not have cabinet or drawer faces. The only compensation that has been offered was a $50 Visa gift card from the cabinet company. This is a terrible way to run a business and I would not recommend renting from this company.

Ive only been here a month. Everything is fine as of right now. Very quiet place even when the children are out playing.Amia is a very nice asst manager. She does her work very well. My daughters and I are happy we are here. Very close to everything.

My first impression was good and the location is convenient. Ive lived here awhile now and Ive noticed issues with the community and management. Ive been woken up by cars blasting music past midnight on multiple occasions. Its summer and the pools open but good luck using it. Management doesnt unlock it at posted times; open hours seems to be at the whim the manager. Service here needs a major improvement. I wont be renewing my lease for sure.

The apartments are very nice and comfortable, and the place is very clean, the manager and all the workers are very kind, Im very happy living in this place.

Great place to live. Maintenance is always quick to respond, my garbage disposal broke, I called them went out to the store, when I came back it was fixed!The garbage pick up service is super convenient, specially when you have 2 kids. Its next to the transit center which is a huge plus!.Would totally recommend it.

Just moved in but already loving the new place! Great location with easy to access freeway, mall, restaurants, shopping plazas. Also its tucked away off any main streets so it feels secluded and peaceful.

The Argyle is a quiet and clean apartment complex. Any time I had a maintenance issue the staff were quick to respond. The Argyle provides quick access to the I-5 and not too far from Dash Point. The convenience to shopping was also a plus

So far my husband and I have had a great moving in experience moving in. Assistant manager Amia has been such a great help and checking in if everything is going great for us. We are really enjoying living here and the apartment is nicely updated. We look forward to our stay here.

I recently moved into this apartment and I absolutely love it.The greatest advantage of this apartment is probably location.Accessibility of I-5 is awesome and everything is nearby the apartment including target, Costco, movie theater and etc. Manager Amia helped me for smooth transition and good experience so far!!

My husband and I have lived here for about 3 weeks now and so far we love it! There could stand to be more parking but it’s a small complex, so it’s ok. Our third floor apartment is nice and spacious and we have no complaints with our neighbors. The location is nice too! Right off the highway. My husband and I can jump on HOV to 5 in like a minute. It’s great! Amia was really helpful in getting us our apartment :)

Amia made the entire process of moving in simple and easy. Entire staff is friendly and always helpful. My neighbors are friendly and are not disrespectful.

Current resident wanting to break my lease ASAP.New management has made this experience the worst. When I moved in I was helped by a lovely lady named Amia. She was amazing, super helpful and kind. After she left, It has been a total nightmare. New management has made new rules and doesn’t care about the well being of tenants, has made rules on parking and wanting to raise rents and has made it extremely inconvenient to get anything fixed in your apartment. She has made it very clear that she is only here to make the landlord money. She is rude, inconsiderate, very unpleasant, and unprofessional and never has solutions to any concerns I may bring up to her. When Amia was here, she would go above and beyond to help and even text me with updates. The new manager is so hard to get ahold of and when you do, you just receive huge attitude and entitlement.I highly recommend you choose another place to live since these apartment are overpriced, and the lack of support you will need as a tenant will not be there. There are many other apartments in the area, with comparable prices, and accessibility to the city that you can choose from.Stay away if you want a quite place to live, support when you need it, and availability for your guests when you do have get togethers. Beware because these apartments WILL tow your guests cars when they do not have them registered ( new rule by new management).

I have lived at the Argyle apts since 2017 and I recently moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Amia P. made my transition very easy and smooth shes been great from day 1 shes always willing to help in any way. Thanks Amia for all your help. Up until recently I thought she was the manager. I dont think she gets the credit she deserves.

Management are liars. The worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. Their trash and water fees are billed separately. There was one person living in the unit, I paid the same amount as people who had a family size of five for water. It is not billed by the city but by them. My water bill was $100 a month. This place was a rip off and charged bogus fees, monthly. The tenant who rented my apartment after I Left, experience the same thing. She was told that the apartment had been upgraded and they charged her the upgraded fee. Within a month she actually saw what the upgraded apartment looked like and when she confronted the office about it, they didnt want to return her monies and did everything to prevent her to move. She (The Tenant) was livid! Cars were stolen from there all of the time. Drug deals by the trash bins in the back was sold nightly. Break - ins was constant. I got the assistance from Washington State Comissioners office, I gave them proof of everything including illegal charges, and every bogus lie that they told me, and I was able to move without any penalties. But I stopped management from contacting me by telephone. They could only contact me via email. That allowed me to prove all of the lies and bogus activities that they were doing. They didnt want me to sue them in civil court so they agree to allow me to move. Do not move here. When you do, you become trapped by their bogus illegal rules. Living here was worse than living in the movie, The women of Brewsters place! You will be more than sorry! P.S. They dont give you back your deposit. You will have to take them to court for it. When it was time for them to give me back my deposit, they sent a letter stating that it was used for their administration fees. They unknowingly helped me out. I moved outta State when they told me about my deposit. Because they kept my $580.00 deposit, I received a check for $4,000.00 from another agency to assist me with my moving expense. I know they will be throwing up when they read this! There negative turned into a positive for me. That was not their intentions. DO NOT MOVE HERE.. You will regret it!

The assistant manager Amia is the most helpful in the office, always on point and always has a smile on her face.

I have been here a little over a month now and my experience has been wonderful so far. I looked for the apartment while living out of state and so all the paperwork were done through phone and email. Amia was wonderful in making this transition a pleasant one for me. My move-in date was a Sunday and she met me to ensure that I had my place just as she had promised. I havent had anything that could be considered negative about this complex. I love it here, so far.Also, the place is a prime area. You could live here and not drive if you do not want to because the transit center (bus station) is about 3 mins walk away. The area is also close to everything. I mean EVERYTHING. Shops, grocery shops, hotels, restaurants, schools, movie theaters..just name it. Everything is a walking distance. There is also a Police Station just around the corner.Based on my personal experiences so far, I will highly recommend this Complex to anyone who is looking for a new place to live. Give Amia a call and she will make sure your transition is effortless.

Welp.. This place is awful... Even worse after it changed ownership. People yelling and screaming in every direction. Ive watched T.Vs get thrown out of windows from bad tenants. Cops called due to domestic violence. And the worst parking situation ever! And dont get me started on the whole garbage pick up situation. The second you step outside your front door, its awful smells. Everywhere....

Amia is an excellent receptionist. She is transparent and makes sure to realize problems as soon as she can . Couldnt ask for better management . This place needs her !

If i could rate negative star i would but let me just say yes apartment was spacious clean and lots of kids for your child/ren to play with but after hours OMG such pain :( too much drama and mail boxes get break into. When my family first moved in Janelle was super welcoming and always helpful. On our moving day which was end of Sept 2016 we were told that we could still be in the apartment cleaning but must be out before Oct 4th/2016 because after 3rd of every month you get late fee which in our case was we must hand the key before the 4th of Oct which we did on the 3rd of Oct BTW. Few months after our moved we were told we had 300+ for blind and etc so we went back to Argyle and paid it all off. 2018 while we were checking our credit score online we notice that we have $2,220+ in debt from Argyle when ask what it was for? well they said we stayed but didnt pay Sept & Oct 2016 and Im like and still is thinking and saying WHAT A COMPLETE BULLSKITTLES Im not going to pay for something that Ive paid off. None of yall said nothing about CLEANING CREW if Id known i wouldnt have to clean the apartment since i was going to get charge for extra $100-$200 for it 😒 my lord yall are crooks & thieves. If your a family who happened to be on tight budget stay clear from this place or just safe your receipt cause you will NEED IT after moving out!!!

THE Argyle is a great place, quiet Woodside area,, the upgrades installed inside the Apartments are well worth the $, the area is well maintained, maintenance is doing a great job as well as office staff THANKS ARGYLE

It is the big community so not so quiet at night as I wanted.

UNSAFETY PLACE.....!!!This place do not have good security....Everytime a car is stolen uncludes my uncle, my father car and my car.I think the large amount of money that everyone pays here could put better securityyyyyyyy..........And also managment to rude.!!So If I had the option of not giving any stars I would do it.

When i lived there it was to small not enough parking had rats in my apartment coming from a hole and they wouldnt fix it just put caulking to fill it and rats ate through that and said only way to truely fix it was to re do the counters and they didnt want to. At the time the manager would always harasse me when i had company come over always give me walk through when nobody else had receive one. Tried to complain about peiplw parkimg in my spoy and all they said se will talk to them or give them a slip on there car to tow it or move. Pricing was ridiculous for how out dated the apartments are.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The parking sucks! There are two many apartments to accommodate all the cars. People park in unassigned covered spots and are being towed daily because there are not alot of visitor parking. Constant noise all night long from cars bumping music to tenants fighting in the parking lot. The employees in the office loose checks, keys and any other important items tgey receive. I moved out in Jan 2016 because I could not bare to sign another lease with this complex. I cleaned the hell out of the apartment and of course they had to send me a letter saying I owe them $10.22 for apartment cleaning. REALLY! I went back to the office to give them this $10.22 the guy working to a copy of the check and I thought...thank GOD I am out of here...low and behold a month later I get a PSE energy bill for this apartment saying I still reside there... I called PSE and told them I moved out and they said they would call the apartment to see when I returned the keys. A week later I received another PSE bill with a higher balance oweing. I called PSE and asked them what was going on?...they said they were still waiting for Argyle to contact them...if they were waiting on them they would be waiting for hell to freeze over. So, I provided PSE all my documents of when I moved out. And finally it was resolved or so I thought... I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe the $10.22. The same $10.22 I wrote a check for and gave it to the employee, two days after I moved out of this dump. Now I have to resolve this...once this is done I hope nothing else pops up from this unprofessional, shady apartments. If I worked for corporate of this apartment complex, I would walk in to the office and say...In the famous words of Donald Trump YOUR FIRED

So far at Woodside weve enjoyed very good customer service from the manager, Tammy and D. Otherwise, the office managers seem to be rude. There are loud, noisy children all day, and in the summer since its light out they are super loud after I ask them to stop screaming at 9 pm. The walls are super thin, this place was built twenty years ago and needs to be renovated, badly. Im tired of hearing my neighbors do everything including each other at 11 pm to 6 am. There are birds that live in our dryer vents that we dont use and sound like rats in the walls, making clicking sounds and chipmunk sounds too. When the garbage trucks pick up the trash I hear them as if Im standing right next to the truck, and this happens about twice a day, seriously. The apartment doesnt assign you a parking spot without a $30/mo fee, they leave you to fend for yourself with the uncovered = free policy, and the parking is taken up by 7:30-8 pm daily, even sooner on the weekends. Theres this guy who likes to park a trailer in the free spots and park his truck somewhere else, wasting a spot for those who get off work at 6 pm and have no parking. I am overall happy with the layout of the apartment itself, its open and roomy for a one bedroom and is cheap-priced since we bought it on a special. The kitchen and bathroom floors are vinyl but look like wood, there are hookups for washer and dryer, and everything works like it should, but unfortunately I had to clean out the bathroom sink and I found black mold and stuff that looked like a layer of mushroomy-substance lining the pipes. Sometimes I wonder what else hasnt been cleaned in years...You cant replace any appliances, which could be a downside if you have a nice oven or fridge you want to use, but the ones here work sufficiently. The utility billing cycle is two months late and so when you leave they take out the excess billing out of your security deposit, a practice I dont like but hey, it can be good and bad. I would suggest when you look at the apartment, ask that everyone be quiet and listen to see if you can hear the words of the people living around you, if so and you stay home all day with no kids then you could go crazy listening to That 70s Show theme songs all day and people screwing each other all night. Also, when they have you check out all the stuff when you sign the lease, make sure to check EVERYTHING, as I noticed some things later that I didnt before. Some people said that the management was rude and even mentioned an asian lady, but there is no asian lady that was a year ago. This is June 2012 that I write this, so if its been a few years, do your own investigating and dont jump to conclusions, they could change some things between now and then. Good luck!

Since Olympic property has taken over this complex it has gone to trash. There is no parking and no security. When toilets break they tell you that’s not an emergency and it can be up to two weeks before they will send someone out
