I’ve lived at Evergreen for about a month and so far my husband, my daughter and I LOVE it here! Daniel was HUGE help and offered great support. Every time I had a question he was quick to answer. When he was unavailable, someone from his team always was. I had minor issues at move-in but Daniel and Brian took care of it right away! We also appreciate how quiet, peaceful and well kept this neighborhood is.

I’ve lived at Evergreen Apartments for almost nine years and am only moving because I can no longer handle the stairs. The landscaping is beautiful and unique with a walking path among the trees. The townhouse is a generous size with a good layout. There’s a back patio, long garage and big walk-in closets. Plus a wood stove. What issues I’ve had have been quickly addressed by management and maintenance staff. The community is quiet and residents tend to stay for many years. Access to highways and shopping is great.

I have only been here a couple months but I am looking forward to all of the seasons in this lovely community. My move-in was a little rough but now that I am in and have started working with Amanda everything has been very smooth. She is super responsive and helpful and any issues I have had were quickly addressed by her and (maintenance) Brian. The units are a good size, the garages are a nice addition and the grounds are perfect for me and my pup. It really is as close to a house-feeling as I have seen in an apartment complex.

This place is awesome. Lived here about 2 months and everything Ive needed has been taken care of promptly and thoroughly, including needing to move in earlier than my move in date. The ground are kept clean and weve had no issues with our neighbors or the management. Big thanks to Amanda and the rest of the team here for making it a good place to be.

I will like to give a SHOUT OUT to Amanda, You were a blessing to my Family and I. To help up get the process done in a timely manner online could be a bit stressful for me . But you made it easy, Thank you so much .You provide Exceptional customer service everything was an A+ with us. It was a easy move for us. Most Importantly she was available to answer my questions .

Clean, communicative, informative, and detailed. Even with CoVID, they followed all guidelines for social distancing and sanitizing which is appreciated. The management and staff were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and confident about choosing my next potential home.

Amanda is amazing to work with AND the community is great! Quiet safe and friendly with an absolutely gorgeous and serene landscape. We love being back here!

I have lived here for 3 days now and have had a few minor maintenance requests. They were all answered and fixed within hours of placing the request. The staff is amazing and helpful as well. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. They even have lawn maintenance come at decent hours. Last was around 12 pm. As an evening worker that is a MAJOR plus!

Edit review, the issue has been resolved.We enjoy the floor plan and fairly enough the privacy. It is a nice community.The reason why were giving a 2 star review is because our safety is not a priority. We have addressed this issue several times and we were neglected every time. There are lots of rotten apples on the stairs and on our front porch, falling from neighbors tree. One of my family members was about to fall. It is attracting a lot of bugs and different animals at night. We can not use the stairs anymore!The second thing is that maintenance could take up to a month. We requested a change in the washing machine nob and the curtain and no one helped out!

Wonderful floorplans and great for the price. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful and so friendly! Obviously it is still shared living, but its great not having to worry about people living above you, and the attached garage is definitely a plus.

Toured the community with Amanda (she was amazing) . On our way to see the unit I saw Brian cleaning up the property and making it look crisp and clean.Had they had availability for my desired move in date, I would’ve rented.I highly recommend this property.

I talked to the leasing office they said I meet income requirements to proceed to the application I submitted the application 3 hours ago already received a email saying I was not approved the first reason was income.....so why did I send in my income to the leasing office and they said yes it meets requirements so basically I am saying they out right took my money how can you gather all that information in 3 hours I am not pleased I will be calling the office at opening tomorrow for answers do not trust what they tell you over the phone I feel scammed

We love living at evergreen apartment homes! The office and maintenance staff are so friendly, and when maintenance showed up he made sure that everything was taken care of to our liking. The community is quiet and secluded, a perfect little getaway feeling from the hustle and bustle. We love the dog park and walking trails, and the location is so convenient-close to everything we need like shopping, freeway access, etc!

I went to look at a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath an the leasing agent Railene was so awesome she was super friendly and answered all my question the apartment was over my budget by 43$ so we were not able to apply but as soon as something opens up closer to our buyer we definitely will be applying

Do not live in this place the landlords will raise the price up if you have a broken sink or bathroom they wont even fix it all they want is the money
