Office associates are the best ! Always helpful, especially maintenance employee Dj is knowledgeable and helpful.

They act like they don’t when to help you, when you have questions that you trying to ask them. There was one incident where a parent was trying to ask a lease paper from but one of the employees, was not helpful enough towards the resident, and I can feel the frustration on the residents face because they were not giving good customer service. They don’t have a good since of humor. They are not positive when they speak to others ( Residence). I know this because I see with my own to eyes when I go to the office to do something. They need to know how to best service they people at Kitts Corner. Also you should have employee’s the can support a variety of backgrounds when it came to dealing with residence residence . Also they it’s crazy incidents that happened here as well . Not cool look for the apartment. It would be great think, if the people who work at the office just know how to deal with Their resident. Residences are number one priority and you should not make them feel not welcome when they come to ask for help.. ???

Large units but cant tour before you apply and give them a holding fee which you cant get back once theyve done the paperwork and you cant see the unit until right before you sign the lease after theyve done all the paperwork??THATS SUSPICIOUS, THATS WEIIRDD!What are you hiding??? Kitts corner is a great place to raise kids and I always get a quick and helpful response from our maintenance crew! The staff is nice and easy to work with.I’ve lived here for over 2 years now and never had any problems.

These pictures of the garbage area summarize my stay here.This place is horrific, dirty, disgusting, and staff are rude. The office staff need to retrained on customer service badly.When you sign a contract with them, its almost like signing your life away. They will gouge you for every cent you have when you move out even if you turn in the place perfectly.The apartments look decently nice but are made in this way that feels cheap. The doors inside actually feel like they are made of cardboard. The rugs had nails in them that never went away even after I called maintenance for them. I had to tape around the doorknobs because the screws kept slicing through my fingers when I opened the door.They have a dog run area for dogs to release their bowels and it is littered in poop. They never change the mulch inside. It was so disgusting my DOG started to refuse to go in!As many other reviews have said, dont move here.I would rate the place a negative five stars if I could.Also, dont listen to Yasmin, that younger, pale woman in the front office. She has no idea what shes talking about and will say something that screws you over. She is really really bad at her job. Ask someone else to assist you.

This place is a joke. They expect all your personal information before they can tell you if they have a place dor rent or not. And good luck getting them on the phone

We have been living here for two years and this is the best apartment that I have seen when I was looking for, excellent service and friendly neighbors.

This company has an odd visitation rules that visitors are only allowed to visit 5 times a month or your car is towed. I didn’t live here but had a friend live hear and it was ridiculous. I get that there’s only a few spots but seriously what if you want the same visitor more than 5 times?!? Other than that she liked it. It was spacious and had nice parks for kids.

Nice place. Excellent apartments. Only thing is there are too many people wondering about at night going through wooded areas. Dont know what they are doing but its not a good look.

I love it here at KITTS CORNER! MY MANAGERS are great! They really do a great job with keeping the place clean.. I have the nicest maintenance men and the apartments are so beautiful! Very kid friendly lots of parks trails basketball court indoor pool all year round etc ... I enjoy living here and so do my kids! Lots of friendly neighbors! ...

I was visiting a friend and found a parking space close to their unit about 7pm, it was not reserved parking nor was it a handicap parking spot( Plenty of open spaces). I came out around 9:15 the next morning and my car was gone! Security towed my car! I got my car back after paying $300! This place is a joke. Kids from the ages 1 to young adults run around all day and night with no parents. They play baseball in the middle of the street hitting cars. Then as cars are trying to go by they wont move. This place would be nice if it didnt have so many disrespectful people living there. Property Management needs to step up and inforce their own rules!Its like a loud zoo.

The apartments are large and beautiful with all the newest amenities but the staff is what makes living here impossible if you are a person of color and on any housing! The staff avoids having to deal with any issues you bring to them about why for some can brake rules and others cant! so choose wisely

WARNING!!!! Be AWARE!!They just added to the LEASE, to a 12 month lease that they can change the rent whenever they want. when we first moved in we were worried about rent skyrocketing each year, they told us it wont go up more then $30. signing our 12 month lease we get a letter saying they are going up ANOTHER $200!!! they added to the lease agreement that they will change the rent when they feel fit and next year its automatically month-month, meaning it can go up $500 one month.this is affordable housing? they only want section 8 people because on the lease it says they get benefits for it, some type of tax write off, so they are trying to push people out who dont have section 8. the reason we sign a lease is to protect us from rate increases, but if they can up it anytime they want, whats the point of a lease? we have no protection whatsoever. THIS IS A WARNING TO ANY OTHER STRUGGLING FAMILIES, YOU MAY END UP HOMELESS IF YOU MOVE IN HERE.

Walls are super paper thin. And they will make you have bad credit for no reason if you try to move out.This place only looks nice thats it. Also neighbors are really loude most of the time and the office wont do anything about it.

I loved it when I first moved there but then it went to hell. Wendy the lady in the office feels she is so much better than anyone of color. She belittles people and talk stuip to them. Then when you ask for the head number she tells you to google it. NEVER AGAIN PLUS I HAD TO GET A LAWYER

I cant believe this guys, the African American women that works in the office is rude disrespectful, she saw me get out of my car twice watching me from the window didnt tell me nothing about the parking rules, then calls the towing company on me, plus lies and said that she didnt call the towing they come by every once in while, I get to the place to get my car not only did it cost me 400 dollars to get my car back, but she also gave my coworker 10 day eviction notice and she just move in not even a week has passed these apts are really evil. God dont like ugly

The absolutely worst apartment complex to live in.Very low quality material was used to build this place so I can hear my downstairs neighbor snore and my upstairs neighbor fart. Its absolutely disturbing.The staff in the front office are VERY aggressive. They are not friendly and they issue 10 day eviction notices as a routine so they have the right by law to evict you whenever they want. They increase Brent substantially.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE MISERABLE.

I love this place for so many reasons. I have lived here for about 10 months now and it is just... Absolutely incredible. The office people are super friendly! The entire complex is very kid friendly and I have made a lot of friends here. There is many speed bumps which means they care for the children. They dont mind people going in the office to hang out as long as you sign in. They have a tv which is HUGE. They have a pretty small computer lab but thats ok. They have a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Their basket ball court is great. The work out room could maybe use a little work. But this place is so absolutely gorgeous. The scenery is just something that takes your breath away. We are basically surrounded in forestry. They have beautiful trails and I love this place. In the spring time, you get to hear frogs at night which helps me sleep very well. The frogs are peaceful. The homes are soooo amazing. They are just beautiful inside and out. THANK YOU KITTS CORNER

This place is awful, not only are there kids running around & screaming none stop all day and night long, they also run on top of cars and are always hitting cars with the balls they play with. The kids are always in the middle of the road and never move. Any type of parking has to be reserved on their app which only allows guests to reserve 5 times out of a 30 day period... after that it doesn’t work & yes your car will 100% be towed even tho you’re parked in guest parking spots. It takes months to have anything fixed in your apartment which by the way is cheaply made. The apartments look nice on the outside but in the units they are the cheapest of the cheap appliances, that broke the first day here. The carpets are like office floor carpets. They also have routine fire alarm checks that go off for long periods of time. Plus the people who do the landscaping are out there extremely early in the morning being loud waking me up every time. Since being here the kids have tried to start fights over my friend not wanting her car hit repeatedly with their basketball, also there was a drive by shooting right out front of my window where police had to come and close it all off with crime scene tape so they can pick up the bullet casings... You can’t just swim in the pool you have to sign in & they do it by times so after like an hour it 2 they make you get out & come back inside to sign in again but if it’s alresdy full you have to get out cuz it’s first come first serve which is dumb. The office people are super rude. The garbage area which there is only ONE for the WHOLE complex is disgusting and is always over flowing, it’s not just a dumster it’s a huge trash compactor but still the garbage is just on the ground in front of it going all the way to the road. Super ghetto, people so I understand why they live like that, it makes sense it looks this trashy in this place. For the longest time the had homeless people living in the woods behind the apartments, they would come to the apartments looking for thrown away furniture & anything they could take, which they did. Because they built themselves a whole place to live back in there with tents and stuff. They finally after months & months of complaining & the homeless people setting stuff on fire back there where the fire department sat for hours putting it out finally got rid of all of them. But cars are always parked on the road that leads through it to get to the main road. I’m sure it’s druggies or drug deals happening. The only thing nice about this place is the maintenance guys. All I have to say is that this is indeed a section 8 complex & truly shows it if you drive through here during the after school hours. So if you don’t mind all that then come move in.

RENT INCREASES whenever they want. Dont believe you are getting a deal when you move in, even if you sign a 12 month lease, its not a lock in rate, your lease says they will increase the rent whenever they want, people who moved in here in February, got a letter 2 months later saying their rents going up another $200.Im disgusted by the HNN association for even allowing someone as unprofessional as chaunte to work in their office, she is hateful and vengeful. She picks and chooses who she wants to attack personally, if a group of people are all doing the same thing, she`ll only go after the person she dislikes. The manager Wendy does not even investigate anything, she just allows chaunte to write up anyone of her choosing, making up false accusations, some type of disciplinary action needs to be taken against chaunte.Im assuming that mainly section 8 live here, how can anyone afford this amount in rent out of pocket? All these refugee and immigrant families are making us legal tax payers rent Skyrocket. If someone gets section 8 for a $1800 home, they are bascially paying what an aveerage rent should be, about $700. Most are Muslim women whos husbands send money from another country, dont pay no taxes, claim to be single mothers with 5+ kids, gets $1500 in food stamps, handed working cars, free housing, dont even have to work, while the rest of us tax payers have 2 jobs and both parents work full time/overtime 7 days a week, just so our kids have food and a roof over their head and a bed to sleep in. STOP MAKING my rent go up!!!

Lived here just over 1 year. Very spacious with new appliances and storage space. 3 parks on the facility and lots of speed bumps so pretty kid friendly. A pool and hot tub that are well maintained. A workout room that is open 24/7 (you are provided a key). Fairly quiet area with no other residential areas close by. MSC (Multi Service Center) is right across the street. They provide help with rent and utilities, as well as a food/clothing/toy bank in the back. Also nearby is a deli, a game/comic book store, a very good Filipino restaurant, and right up the street on Pacific Highway is an auto parts store, Gravity Coffee, a couple car dealerships, a bank, and a gas station. Not far from The Commons (the mall) and lots of restaurants and fast food, Trader Joes, Safeway, Home Goods, and lots of other stuff.2 car limit per household and you have to have a parking sticker or they will tow your car.Like most apartments they start raising your rent after your initial lease. They also added water/sewer charges.There is 1 trash compactor and 4 recycling bins way in the back so you have to drive your garbage there, unless you feel like walking. Many times they are all full and there are trash bags stacked up all over the ground.No bbqs at your residence. There are 2 or 3 designated bbq areas with a grill but unless you live right by them its an inconvenience to haul everything over there.Not a bad place, but Im happy we found something better. Good option though if availability is limited elsewhere.

ALTHOUGH MOST OF THE TIME THERES LIKE 3-4 STAFF IN THE OFFICE, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! They have a waiting list to get into the apartments, so I dont understand how theyre so busy all the time? Beats me! My main concern is with the office staff The Leasing Agent (Shauntae) has a very poor attitude, but Im sure that stems off the lack of leadership from her BOSS who trained her to treat people as if theyre less than thou or for the lack of disciplinary actions that take place from the lack of Customer Service. Like, you chose your career, why be so negative, and unapproachable all the time? The Maintenance team is cool for the most part, however, I placed a work order 6 days ago and havent yet heard anything regarding when my issues or when they would be addressed. For someone who replaces my own light bulbs, changes my own smoke detector batteries, and do my best not to sweat the service team over things that I can do myself because,of my consideration for their time! I wouldnt think it would to take so long to be addressed without communication and/or updates at least! The communication definitely can use some work! Overall the apartment itself is nice because its brand new and Im the first person to live in my unit, but that is also the ONLY thing that is keeping me there for as long as Ive been here; along with the fact that my son love his school. That doesnt change the fact that the office staff can use some improvements on their Customer Service skills. Wendy (The Property MGR) has definitely downgraded her staff in terms of Customer Service. The last Assistant Manager (Andrea)and the one after, along with previous leasing agents were very friendly, approachable, addressed residents by their names, and had very positive attitudes as if theyre there to help us, theyre truly missed. Its sad when you avoid using amenities and going to community events because of the lack of passion that you feel from the office staff. Upper management should definitely look closer into their staff with perhaps some secrets shopper, surveys, suggestions from current residents to confirm the poor treatment. I speak to a lot of my neighbors and a lot of them can relate to the poor treatment. It all starts with management which can be categorized by managers VS. leaders. They lack the leadership aspect of what this field claims to be dedicated to. I wouldnt mind seeing a new office team aside from the maintenance who is usually pretty nice! This isnt personal, its just my truth!

Some of the staff here really needs Education for managing things. Many times frustrated by what theyve made mistakes. Hard to get any responses. Hard to reach them by phone even during work time.

Went to look at the place and the lady there was very unprofessional and was hitting on my husband in front of me and our child talking about her personal life how she was single and stuff she likes to do really . We diffently will not be renting from there

Its great that this is a new development, but their polices are overboard. The way they dont take any actions twd the ppl trashing the area, but will twd those that are upstanding. Its as though they are making an effort to drive off the good and wrangle up the ones on state aid to keep them over a barrel and turn this into a ghetto...Police come here often. They have security cams monitoring outside activities, kids running out in front of cars. Giant speed bumps that wreak havoc on vehicles. Many tenants seem to have no respect for others or their property.Many tenants seem to be in need of parenting courses. leaving their children to run amuck. I have witnessed younger children mistreating each other with no parent to reproach them after brawls popping right in front of drivers.The office manager has the attitude of a hard broiled cop that seems to look the other way and not give a rip. This is the most poorly operated housing Ive ever witnessed, directly or indirectly(at least on the cust. Svc & general well fare).

HORRIBLE PLACE, do not live here! Property says no smoking, but people always smoking cigarettes and marijuana and landlords dont do anything about it. Kids run around everywhere and parents dont look after them, people have no respect and will yell and swear at their kids so loud. People always trashing the parking lots.

Kids are going crazy after school and at night with minimal or no supervision.Security guys respond promptly.

I love this place for so many reasons

2 nature trails, 3 playgrounds, a pool with spa and a small workout room. It does take a long time to get approved for move in but the place is only a few years old. Close to the bus stop, the mall and grocery stores.
