I list everything in a divorce some years ago. It forced me in to an instant financial struggle. I had two kids that I would be responsible for putting through school. So I went back to school and became an RN. I have since been making more but most of it had continually gone to the support of college and raising my two. My credit score has been super low ever since as I have simply not been able to consistently work on my own finances.When I finally needed an apartment, I found out about this business through an online search. That is how Amanda came in to my life. This was all new to me. Amanda took every neurotic phone call, (and there were many), explained every step In detail, sometimes having to repeat herself, and did it with warmth, compassion. Knowledge, and professionalism.Stepping into an apartment again was an amazing feeling. Amanda was absolutely central to that becoming a reality. I can’t thank her enough. I drove to Federal Way just to find out that their address was fraudulent. It was a packaging place. This is disappointing when you really trying to get help

My only complaint is that I really had to dig a little to find this company after I already lost $495 with another company PRETENDING to be like this one. They said most of their business is word of mouth and referrals. I believe it. They don’t charge an application fee for themselves to see if they can help. That’s 100 percent true like the website says. And it goes just like they told me. I pay them for the approval and pay the property for all my fees like rent, and the application fee and the deposit. So I paid them to get started. Signed a contract that I get it back if anything goes south. They told me to pay the property to process the application they sent to them and in 3 days got my full approval from the apartment. I called to make sure they knew who I was and they sure did!!! I was like holy cow this IS for real. Sorry guys after losing $$$ with another company I was on guard. But it did make me feel better they only take credit cards and no weird payments like cash or money gram.

Everyone has been kind and respectful. Thank you guys for all your help and I will continue to refer others to this lifesaving program. No one ever made me feel like a loser or a second class citizen during the application time to when I moved in to when I picked up the keys. For Rent No Credit was always discreet and the property never treated me any different than any other resident moving in. As a matter of fact, this has been the best I have been treated in a very long time.

Its so hard to believe people these days when they say they are going to do something and actually do it. Im not just talking about companies online but stuff you buy at the store too. So, when I went in head first and decided to give this a shot I was secretly freaking out. 2 days guaranteed for approval, and my hand was shaking paying the property my application fees of $75. I thought I was going to lose my money. I called Lindsey 5 times no, maybe more after leaving my application fee at the property. She was just calm and kept saying don’t worry. Your money is safe. We wouldn’t do that to you. Maybe she is just a calm person so I went on and slept. Got a call the next morning from the manager they were processing the application and they will let the corporate company know soon as its done. Next freaking out at lunch. So, I pick up the phone and call this poor woman again. Lindsey says she on the phone and will call me back. Ok, I say to myself so this is it. Ive been scammed. No, I got a call few minutes later. Its Lindsey. She didn’t hide and dodge my calls after all!!! Next, she said we should have a decision by end of today. Ok, so I busy myself with work and try to think of something else. 4 pm is here. Im watching the clock…. Then SUPRPRISE I get an email from the processing company and IM APPROVED. I run to the bathroom and cry. Next is history… I get my electric turned on, get my renters insurance and send it all to processing. I follow the steps on the ‘welcome letter’ from the property to a ‘T’. I don’t want to screw up anything here…. Friday, my move in date, im in. I am actually in. I still have to write this a few times to believe it still.Thank GOD for you people that care!

Id just like to thank David and Jennifer and Lindsey for helping throughout the entire experience. Thanks for putting up with my million questions. Wish I would have never been so rough on you guys and just trusted the process.
