Vehicle stolen, other broken into, and maintenance not interested in actually fixing anything. They found issues during their pre-move in inspection and had maintenance out multiple times. They basically confirm things are broken, decide its unimportant, put into their computer that its fixed and email you. The front door is broken for example and they decide its not broken enough and arent interested in replacing it. But they put into the computer that its fixed. Called the leasing office about that and nothing. Fine, I think everyone is used to places not being interested in fixing things properly(or even at all) but between that the crime and the noisy neighbors Id recommend you try somewhere else if you can.

I was told over and over how I was getting the updated unit...nothing in that apartment was updated. The stove was not assembled prior to me moving in, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous tenant moved out which meant I had extra cleaning to do before getting settled. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were hosting WWE matches from about 7am to 4am (every night I would be woken to the what sounded like SWAT bursting through the door but it was the people above me running through the halls and jumping off furniture...at 2am!). The neighbors smoke would constantly come into my apartment, even with all the windows and doors shut. You dont have the option to pass on the trash valet, but they would frequently skip my apartment and my trash would get left for a week at a time (if Im forced to pay for the service, I shouldnt have to take my own trash to the compactor). Tenants and landscapers were constantly walking by my windows and looking into my apartment. The shower water was grey and muddy looking, even after maintenance had come out several times. You definitely do not get your moneys worth. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I Loved everything about glen park. Loved the community, Loved the environment, People are friendly and kind and especially our maintenance and office. They are always there when something happened and they are always have mask on when they are entering people home. Safety is number one here in glen park.

Weve only lived here for two months, so I can only give my initial impressions from our experience so far.From the get-go office staff was super responsive, informative, and went out of their way to make sure our transition into Glen Park was seamless.The area is amazing! Lots of greenery, beautiful neighborhoods near by, and so many places to walk. Not to mention, you dont have to drive too far to get to a store or a shopping area. The area is also super quiet even for being near a busy road, which is so nice.Theres plenty of parking, so even if you dont have your own carport its so easy to find a spot close to your own complex. And the parcel lockers are amazing!! Its been such a godsend to know some of my packages are being held safely.All the amenities have been closed due to the current pandemic, so Ill review those once things start opening back up.My roommates and I moved from an apartment complex much more expensive than here, that was also a very unpleasant place to live. Obviously Glen Park isnt perfect, but the imperfections are superficial. This complex (so far) makes me excited to come home every night!

I am a new tenant at Glen Park. My move-in experience went well! I had Fale as my leasing consultant and she was very professional, polite, and answered any questions I had. I love the apartment and think its a great size for the price. Parking is better than other apartment complexes Ive seen tho I know some people are still unhappy about it. I have always found a place to park somewhere within the complex which I think is ideal. When I had questions, the management team answered quickly. They were polite and helpful. Especially during this time of the pandemic when things are a bit wacky. I love that theres an online website to access rent, maintenance, and see updates from management and people who live in this community. Its extremely useful. I thought the valet trash would be annoying since its a mandatory charge on the monthly rent, but I have not had an issue with them. Theyve taken my trash and recycle every time Ive put it out (so long as you follow the rules around trash and recycle! But they give you a pamphlet explaining what they want). It is worrisome that there are incidents of break-ins for cars, but as other apartment complexes go, it comes with the territory, and is not exclusive to this complex. All in all, I love it! At the end of my lease, Ill put an updated review but for now, I am really happy with this place.

6 cars were broken into last weekend and we posted about it on the community wall to warn others only to find out the management took it down twice. How is is a community wall when management takes down posts to aware others about their safety? Shouldnt made one in the first place if they wanna gate keep it.

I called this apartment complex today to ask to do a tour. They told me I’d have to get a $200 and $50 money order upfront but if I didn’t get the apartment, I’d get the $200 money order back and they would keep the $50. What a scam!!!

This apartment complex has a great amount of green space to utilize for my kids. I think whats important here is to have realistic expectations. This is a large complex during a pandemic, they cant tend to everything at the moment. Ive had a great experience with the front office. Elena is the best! She has helped me for the past 2 years of living here and is fantastic! Great location to everything.

Takes months to fix any maintenance issues. Has a huge issue with pest/ insects. When you put in a maintenance request, and call the office, they always say they are going to call you back and never once have. Called the office management and put in maintenance request about roaches coming through the outlets that connected to the neighbors wall.

Avoid at all cost if you want to save money and your immune and nerves systems get something a little more expensive but newer and trust me there are better apartments than this.- Refundable depositNot refundable, they will take it anyways and trust me they will find a way to not give it to you.- MaintenanceTakes months to repair if you don’t keep bugging them.- Office staffUnreasonable. Rude. Non reliable. Will not help you in any way.Week before moving out I got flooded. They’ve installed fans to dry the carpet. My bill for 7 days was same as the bill for previous month. They said that it’s my responsibility because they used my electricity as a maintenance of the apartment. It was a major leak and I couldn’t live in the apartment for 5 days they’ve told my insurance that it was a minor leak and apartment is livable. When I asked manager “Did you hear the noise coming from the fans and how can I sleep in this noise” the answer was “I had same fans installed I was okay with that noise”.If you are looking for apartments there are better than this one.

HORRIBLE MANAGMENT.Our dishwasher has been broken for 3+ months now. They have sent handy man couple of times and he said that it is super old and no way to fix it. Management is not doing a thing about it for three month. Not answering phones nor emails about this issues.

Ive lived here for 2 years now and I absolutely love it here. The office ladies are great and very helpful. I dont place many service orders, but when I do, maintenance is helpful and friendly. Were on a bus line and close to everything I need and the gym and package locker room is open 24/7 which I love because I order a lot of Amazon!

If I could give zero stars I wouldve. The WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. They charge you crazy money for very old apartments inside and out and extremely poor management. Everything here is breaking down and no one bothers to come and fix it. Weve literally waited for months until we got our light fixed.THE ONLY LIGHT IN THE KITCHEN. Dont ever bother to even fill out a maintain request cuz no-one will come anyway. WONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. Management is rude, unprofessional and would never cooperate with you.

I have lived at glen park for just under 1 year now. I love the community, my neighbors and the very inviting staff. They are always prompt with maintenance needs & or any other need or concern you have. The staff in the office is always very professional, smiling and welcoming. I have had many personal interactions with the ladies in the office and maintenance & every time I leave happy with my problems solved. The property manager is the sweetest and all it takes is a conversation and she understands & works with you. I would HIGHLY recommend living here to anyone :)

I lived here for the better part of 4 years, the place is located very well for a quick trip to the airport if you are someone that travels a lot. If you take advantage of the valet trash service its very handy for someone that doesnt have a lot of time in the day. I had an amazing experience departing from Glen Park. I kept the office staff informed of my financial situation and they really worked with me. The staff gave me the information I needed to get things rolling in a positive direction and I just kept them informed. Honestly, if you are having difficulty talking to people is the best solution. The lady responsible for keeping me informed did just that and respected my privacy and I made sure I kept her informed as well. Dont move out angry, just move out and treat others as professionally and responsibly as you would like to be treated. From the maintenance crew to the front office staff they really helped me out every time I asked. I even stayed here after I had a water main break in my first floor apartment. They worked with me and let me move to another apartment on the second floor so I wouldnt have to worry about that type of thing again. Truly they work hard here on every level. True professionals!

I would not even give 1 Star to this Facility. Had a worst experience. The office took $250.00 application fee without showing the unit despite asking number of time. Signed lease and ready to move in. Surprised to find the unit not ready. Carbon Monoxide not working, Outlet Plate missing, nobs for washer missing, leaking shower head, crack window,dirty carpet and spider webs all over the place. More pic to show that. Despite asking the office if the apartment was cleaned and ready to move in, they confirmed it was sanitized. Spoke to the manager Negative answer. Blame Covid 19 and still take money. Send the pic and the Formal written Letter to the office and Corporate still no responds. On top of this the office girl signed the Money Order I bought from Fred Mayer, instead of me signing this. Shame on the facility and the Resident Manager.

Worst place I have ever lived. The dog park never had a door, the indoor pool was always freezing and the hot tub never worked. My roof fell in and they said “Call your renter’s insurance this happens all the time it’s an old building.” Luckily my small dog wasn’t there when it did. My window got shattered and it was the same thing “O.... it was probably the landscaper, they will fix it in a few days”. Terrible place with no desire to help anyone.

Ive have been at Glen Park for a couple of years now, and I am happy with the upgrades that the new management is putting in. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but it is much better than it was. I have never had an issue with them taking care of me. I think it is important to remember that there are a lot more residents than staff and it can be hectic, so I am polite to them, and they are polite right back. Other than that, I love my apartment.

I recently moved into Glen Park and my experience throughout this process has been great. Kaeli is the leasing office has been very friendly, informative, supportive and caring. My apartment was definitely move-in ready on my move-in date, which doesnt always happen. My move-in was smooth, easy and stress free. So far, im very pleased.

The worst apartments I have ever lived in it takes over 2 months to fix any maintenance issues at all wether it’s your sink, dishwasher, or washer or dryer if you can live without these and pay over 1500 for a small apartment here you go. They’re are no rules on music at the pool but yet management (Jessica dale) has threatened me every time and written down my apartment number even though there’s no rules on music playing at the pool and threaten me I would no longer be here if I kept up my attitude she says (Jessica dale) but yet lives in the building next to me and it 1am and her apartment alone has a party going blaring music but yet I’ll be evicted for playing music at the pool. By the way it is illegal to not respond or fix any maintenance issues with in 10 days but yet have to have a attorney call them every time I need something fixed to get anything fixed. The worst apartments I have ever lived in!!

I currently live in this apartment complex and I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can escape for several reasons:1. You are forced to pay for a valet trash service that is extremely unreliable. I cannot even count how many times my trash has not been picked up and my downstairs neighbors was.2. There is inadequate lighting around several carports. In fact, my car was vandalized on Christmas Eve.3. I once had a homeless man camping out the top of the stairs directly outside my door. After calling apartment security, they asked him to leave and as soon as security was gone, the guy came right back.4. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks even when marked as Urgent.5. If you send a complaint to Management via email, they will either blatantly ignore it or reply back implying that its your fault. If you call, theyll just give you the runaround and tell you that they care and are doing their best, yet nothing happens.6. Ive received a notice accusing me of committing a trash violation. This notice was complete with pictures of trash in front of a unit that isnt even the one I live in. When I informed management, they gave an insincere apology and essentially blamed the valet trash service for making a mistake instead of taking ownership for wrongfully accusing one of their residents.7. Pavement and sidewalks throughout the complex are extremely warped and cracked. It makes it a severe tripping hazard and not ADA accessible.8. Construction overall is sloppy and things fall apart constantly.9. There is a pest control fee added to the monthly rent. Yet I still get bugs in my apartment and have seen rats running around outside. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my two years here and I am literally counting down the days until the end of my lease.

I have lived at Glen park for over two years and just moved... to a different unit in the same complex! My boyfriend and I outgrew our old apartment and looked around the area for a new place to move to but could not find anywhere with comparable rates, accessibility, or amenities that we found here. We decided to stay and upgrade to a two bedroom town-home and could not be happier! The transfer was very smooth, just like the original move in, and the management was so helpful and friendly the entire time. I feel like every year I live here Glen Park just gets better!

What a difference good management makes to a previous terrible complex. Ever since new ownership and management arrived here things are getting fixed and the neighborhood feels cleaner and safer. I actually renewed for another year and am happy to not have to leave this central location.I wouldnt have allowed my friends or family to live here, now I would highly recommend even my grandmother to live here. It probably depends where in this complex you live and who your neighbors are but Ive been in the back right for two years now and I just love how quiet it is back here. I havent encountered anything too unusual considering its an apartment complex however I must say, I love this neighborhood and how well maintenance cares for the grounds. The apartments are expensive but its a different kind of layout that you usually see and slightly better quality of carpet and appliances. The office staff has always been amazing. Its easy to talk to them and they do really well at accommodating your needs. They do have strict rules that cant be altered but I guess this is better than no rules. Overall I enjoy living here and will be for a few more years at least.

Liars and thieves, basically. During the time we lived here, we had massive plumbing problems. When we moved in, dryer destroyed clothes from day one - they didnt care. Upstairs toilet was leaking from well before we moved in and eventually they had to rip a hole in the living room ceiling, rip out the floor in the bathroom, redo everything, and it took over a month. We didnt even get a discount on our rent despite the fact that we were made to live in a disgusting, unhealthy construction zone. Then, the hot water heater leaked out all over the downstairs and nothing was properly cleaned up and there was definitely a mold problem from then on. Again, no compensation. Most of the electrical outlets are lose and a fire hazard. They dont care. Their maintenance guy *broke* our dishwasher and despite the fact that we attempted to have them fix it several times over the course of a month after hed broken it while trying to fix after wed been asking for it to be fixed numerous times, they charged us for a whole new dishwasher after they refused to let us renew our lease with no explanation despite the fact that we had always paid our rent on time and had no complaints against us at all. My kids are still traumatized about being made to move over two years later. Same people are still working here, I found out, as I recently warned a girlfriend against moving here. Dishonest, shady, people who regularly violate the law. Charged us over $2000 on move out for the dishwasher they broke, some paint, and cleaning that didnt need to be done. Wed had the apartment professionally cleaned upon move out and were still charged a ridiculous sum of money, mostly because they dont maintain their apartments properly at all and use cheap materials. They cant even bother to maintain the property and trash regularly piled up. Scam artists and grifters. Stay away.

I dont normally write reviews, but the management here has been an absolute pleasure to work with and so refreshing. You can tell they really care about their residents and the property; from the ground up there isnt anyone just going through the motions. They are friendly, professional and accommodating and I am going to go out of my way to spread the word. I have lived at and seen many apartment communities that are in disarray with no sense of community and the management here stands apart.

Had several minor problems with glen park, however on 11/ 08/18 I called to let them know that one of my bathroom is locked and I am unable to access it, the first CC rep was very friendly and said she wound put in a work order but couldn’t give an exact time, but they will get to me as soon as they can. I called back the following day to follow up to see how soon they can get someone out to open the door, as I store stuff in the bathroom that I need. The first thing the CC rep that I spoke with ask is if I have other bathroom in a very rude tone? I told her that’s not the point I have Stuff i need in that bathroom, she proceed to say it’s not an emergency and when I told her it was medication she said I did not say that before. And she continue to be very rude over phone. I went to the office directly and she still not give me a time when my door will be open, And even said I should break down the door. I pay over 1800 per month for rent and I work long hours I do not see why I have to be begging for my bathroom to open to get what I need. One thing for sure I will not be renewing my lease with them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! One bad apple spoil the whole lot.....Update to my post after confronting the representative at the office about her rude, unprofessional behavior over the phone 11/9/18 on Friday 11/10/18 I tried using my keyfab to get into the gym and realize it wasn’t working ( keyfab is used to access the gym and parcel locker after hours), I knew that same rep has blocked my access, however today 11/14/18 I went to office to find out what was wrong with my key and the lady at the front went and spoke with the rude rep you states my access was revoked because I violated leasing agreement by hearing my grouches to the rude staff, and stated I cannot speak to people like that. I went back to house to find a letter from the the same rep who highlighted her version of the encounter with 10 days probation. My issue is that she is one who started this whole problem and she is one addressing it and replying to reviews. Why hasn’t someone called me in to deal with the matter professionally rather than having this lady who clearly don’t have any people approach handle a problem by herself that she is a root cause of. I attach a copy of the letter she even stated that the police had to be involve which is not the case, even though I which it was. So if she lie about something that serious as saying that she had to call the police to calm me down only God knows what else she will lie about, I was shouting at her because she was rude to me over the phone and would not listen to me but that doesn’t give her any right to block my access to the facilities that I am paying for. Further more the lease as stated when we moved in that there was gym when there was , pool hours was not the in keeping with leasing agreement until lie a month ago. This apartment is on the edge of been sued by someone pretty soon and that someone might just be me, since I can afford to. All because of that one person who thinks she have all the power to do and say what she want

Since I have moved in I have constantly been having problems and management staff sucks plumbing issues with my house flooded out it took them days for someone to come and clean the carpet after I had reported that the carpets smells and needed to be clean then a few day after The power went out maintenance came partially fix the problem and then out of electricity for days again, refrigerated supply going bad I have no warm water , no way of cooking my meals went to the office all the can say is that they are following protocol and I should wait until Wednesday November 14th to get the problem fix after been out since November 11th. I am paying rent monthly and I cannot be short so why am I not been given what I paying for they care less of my problem and more of them getting paid. If you want to live in comfort I would not recommend any one to live here.

Ive lived here for about 2 months. Elena is very helpful but Veronica needs a little help in Customer Service. Ive had multiple things wrong with my apartment before moving in that wasnt fixed prior to me moving in. I looked past it because it wasnt that big of an issue. But I expected to be done asap. Ex. There was a window screen missing from my window prior to moving in on May 3rd. They submitted a work order for it on May 5th. It almost took them a month to be replaced. They always throw the Washington State law in your face about it being 15 business days before they will take the initiative to do something if it isnt major.I get it theres more residents then personnel but we are talking about a window screen. They are open 7 days a week including maintenance 7 days a week. Do their maintenance personnel work on the weekends if they do I dont think they do work orders. Heres some advice. Prioritize your work orders. Minimum, medium and major. Why not knock out all you can do for things youre not waiting for parts for? They go by first come first serve which is silly in some cases. Say Im the #6 on the waiting list for a window screen and the other 5 orders are waiting for parts, why not do mine first? What they will say is, it hasnt been 15 days. Which is a joke in itself. I would love to sit down and hear how you run your facility.By the way. You pay 30 dollars for garbage valet and then another 10.00 for part of the water, garbage and sewer fee. Never have I ever paid 40.00 for garbage alone. Thats robbery in itself.If you dont have any maintenance issues, nor do you have to engage with Veronica then this is a nice place to stay. Depending on who your neighbors are or what floor you live on.

And hope they dont get FLOODED like we did(with them obviously knowing about it) they did not show they cared at all about Black MOLD. Ive been living at this place for 2+ years and pretty much everything that this place offers is either not working or we cant use.The hot tub and pools are rarely open, we cant rent the clubhouse because apparently someone broke the stove top about 2 years ago and now NO ONE gets to use it. I even offered to rent it with a damage deposit for my daughters birthday (which was marketed as an amenity when I chose to rent the apartment) and they still said no. The tennis courts doors are welded shut, so it is just for looks, you cant actually use it. The one good thing I have to say is when you submit a maintenance request online, they respond in a timely manner, but the quality of the repairs are very poor (they do the cheapest possible fix). Its also frustrating to pay a monthly fee for a carport, which was initially included in the cost of rent. Its a pretty quiet neighborhood, my apartment has only been broken into once. In the winter, we have to hang blankets on our windows because it is so drafty - in some places you can see gaps between the window panes. So, definitely not energy efficient. Cost of rent has steadily increased but the quality of the property just appears to be diminishing. The staff, however, are very pleasant.

I have lived in glen park for 2 years, during that 2 years I had horrible service from the maintenance technicians, would never show up when requested the staff were nice up until that pen met paper. amenities HA what a joke that gym is disgusting! The new gym has like 4 machines in here! What a joke. The pool was always gross half the summer shut down cause the pumps were broken. The hottub was cold as ice. Absolutely horrible. Lets move on to the robberies and break-ins. I had my truck broken into once my Roomie twice.When it came time to move out I DEMANDED a tech do a walk through to see how good I took care of the unit, and I took immaculate care of the unit! The tech was OFCOURSE unavailable. So I did a walk through with the most clueless front desk lady that assured me that I would not have any charges over my deposit. Well guess what one week later I received a bill for 450 dollars! I am now in a legal battle with them and vowed to share my experience! I hope my voice is heard! Will advise further findings!

Ive had relatives living here and while the prices were high it was very poorly managed. Pool was cold and showers only had warm water running for the first 30 seconds. Saunas werent even working. Gym was a joke. Id never recommend this place to anyone

These apartments are kept up beautifully and the staff is really nice. They are very pricey (I pay 1400 for a two bedroom) but it is on probably one of the best sides of federal way. My only problem is that most of my neighbors engage in excessive use of marijuana. My children and I are inhaling it on a daily/nightly basis. My daughter and I get headaches from the smell, and although I pay 1400 for rent, I feel I am not on the nicest side of the apartments. Beautiful apartments, and great staff, I just wish I got more for 1400 a month. I would give 5 stars except for the marijuana situation.

The worst management even, they will take all ur deposit regardless you cleaned the house perfectly, money hungry ppl. The valet garbage is a joke, I had to take my garbage almost regularly, I notified management regularly and they don’t even care. Better stay away from glen park.

Don’t move here unless you want to live next to a landfill. This is disgusting. I have posted photos of the overflowing garbage bins that the apartment people want to do nothing about. The trash has attracted vermin of all kinds. Raccoons, possums, rats. It is unsafe. I’m glad a moved out when I did.

Im moving out as soon as I can find another place. The final straw, after two and a half years of parking in the same spot, they towed my car, stating the spot was not assigned to me and no one knew whos car was. Really, after two and a half years, not to mention they Gabe my licence on file.

Do not move into this dump. My car has been broken into several times. Towed once by the management, no warning. The gym is only open when the office is, the old gym and pool were shut down because of vandalism. This place is deplorable, dirty and severely over priced.RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSEActually I know for a fact that the old gym was shut down due to vandalism, the weights were constantly getting stolen, the old lap pool was constantly closed due to the water being contaminated, sauna in the mens room was permanently locked because you guys couldnt keep the kids out of there without adult super vision. They would sit in the basket ball court and smoke weed. Come on Glen Park, atleast be honest on here.Smh.Lets talk about the garbage situation every week. The garbage service does not pick up garbage 7 days a week so it piles up by the dumpsters, thats what you get to see when you pull in from 10th avenue. Trash. How bout the maintenance. Toilet needs repair, 3 days to make it out, because its not priority . Of course not, because your crew is too busy out picking up garbage. Much of apartments dont have a back porch or balcony, its a sunroom.Management is rude, incompetent and not here to address your needs. As stated previously my car has been broken into several times, stolen once. They used to have on site security but that has been long since cut out. Trust me, steer clear of this abortion. Check out Arcadia or down closer to North Tacoma where Im at now. I pay less here and this place is fantastic.

Almost five months into this lease and could not be more eager to leave. Live with upstairs neighbors who must have be heavy set and sport insomnia for they never sleep and only ever stomp: I can only sleep with a loud noise machine on. First three months we had no functioning dryer - it would only tumble and emit zilch heat to dry clothes yet they had sent in all their maintenance guys, each of whom gave differing answers as to why the dryer wasnt working (lack of heating element, lack of heating plate) and replaced the heating element three times before we finally got a new dryer but that was three months into the lease and many dollars spent at laundromat down the road, despite paying for in unit appliances. Then theres the lighting issue. There is already zero light provided for the car ports and the parking area, as well as no lighting in the courtyard between buildings.. And then this week - our front door light that allows us to see through the peep hole, and see in general went out. Two requests later and a whole week of living in the dark and nothing has been done; there is a maintenance guy who lives right upstairs, can he not come home with an extra bulb and fix it?! The office cares not, because their buildings are lit and their safety is not in question. Honestly about to see what the local PD thinks about safety protocol on this matter. Would not recommend this place.

The office people are always freaking garbage. I put a work order in FOUR months ago. Ive politely asked two more times and have STILL havent come for anything.Also this may not necessarily the offices fault, but when your mail is signed by the office, there is never a note left that your order is ready to be picked up so you need to just guess and go.UPDATE: Delay on work orders remain the same. We called for our dryer to be fixed a number of times FOR TWO WEEKS because they kept telling us they would come tomorrow, tomorrow. Or latest, the day after. When FINALLY the maintenance guy came, he asked Are you sure you werent just putting too much in the dryer so it wont dry? Of course we tried everything before we called the office to fix it. Then he proceeded to have the dryer run with a few pieces of clothing and he said to call if it still wasnt working then LEFT. THEN WE HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. We had to hang dry all of our clothes all around the house for close to 3 weeks.I understand that this is a apartment complex and that they are tending to other orders as well. I also give them the benefit of the doubt that they are not lying about being able to get it done sooner than they really can. Its probably just that it just so happens that there are more urgent orders that need to be tended to BUT the probably is that THEY DONT EVER WRITE IT DOWN EVER. Every time that I went in person to ask for the SAME work order, they said, Oh, well write that down and never actually remembered that we asked weeks ago. Its just frustrating when they give you this date and you wait and wait, then you find out they never even wrote down our work order.Also the office times are SOO misleading. Ive gone to the office 30 minutes before close to pick up a package and they were already done for the day. I called 30 minutes before close for a quick question and it said that they were already out of the office. Either stay for the whole duration of the time you CLAIM that you are open or just say that you close earlier.Another thing to note is that regardless of how angry and annoyed this review sounds, I remain polite to the workers STILL. There was actually also this one time I had to called the office for the third time about the same work order. My dad asked me to call them because he got busy at work in the middle of the conversation and the lady who picked up was BEYOND RUDE. I wish I could record myself talking the way she did to me and post it here so you guys could hear. I was genuinely asking a question about how to make a new online log in account (the new management basically deemed the old accounts useless without letting us know so our auto payment didnt go through and we had to pay a late fee) and she said to me so condescendingly, Exxxccuseee me? And I continued to ask politely that I had trouble doing it before so if she could help me and she said to be rudely once again, Arent you the lady who JUST called? I said no and then she started to soften up a little bit and said Oh Im sorry I thought you were a different woman. Her apology definitely wasnt genuine in where she was sorry that she talked to me that way, but she just said it to say it. It was so degrading and that also just shows how the office workers talk to other residents.Not all the office workers are bad of course. So far I have only met ONE sweet worker. I think shes one of the youngest ones there and she has blonde hair. I ended up having to go into the office for the log in information and she walked me through it. But her kindness sadly does not make up for the other terrible workers.

Glen Park at West Campus is one of the largest rental properties in the city of Federal Way. I feel the apartment managers and maintenance do well for such a large complex. Typical examples are (1) obtaining a trash compactor, (2) trash valet service, (3) resident welcoming committee (a very nice touch), acceptance and storage of postal, FedEx, UPS packages for residents, (4) cookies for anyone visiting the office, friendly staff (they always wave when out and about, greet you with a smile when visiting the office), (5) a piano, (6) pool and recreation area, (7) a pet area for pet owners and the list goes on.However, residents have voiced concern with conflicting policies and the application of them. One if the valet waste container. Residents are told to place take the (green) containers back inside by 9 a.m. the morning after. Most abide by this; some dont and residents wonder why the do nots are allowed to do their own thing. The valet waste fee is $25 monthly (not bad) but the service is only for Sunday - Thursday, excluding holidays. Residents have complained about the allocation of parking spaces; that is, why they cannot have the space in front of their apartment, about nuisance auto alarms and barking dogs. Lastly, there is the issue of trash building up at the compactor. Most of the above, in my observation, is caused or contributed to by residents not putting their trash in the compactor or allowing their children (whore too small to reach the compactor door) to take their trash to the compactor. Add in the three entrances into the complex and non-residents drive through and drop off their trash, furniture and electronics. With the amount of trash left, after the valet crew and maintenance have cleaned up, it attracts birds and rodents. Of note, the rents increase yearly but residents suggest they dont see much return (from the increases). Of note, one residents sink disposal unit was worked on six times (it kept jamming) before it was replaced (with a new part). The parent company, Fairfield Properties, could and should consider gates for the Glen Parks side entrances to minimize the non-resident drive-through traffic and depositing of their trash, but, at no additional cost to present residents.

I enjoy living here for the most part, however, its disappointing that almost all of the amenities that sold us on this neighborhood arent ever open. (other than the pool by the office, which closes when I get home)Weve had a lot of trouble trying to put in requests, such as maintenance requests or renting garage space, because nobody has updated us regarding availability on either.

This place sucks. when you put in a work order it takes forever for the matinence to come fix things. and they are supposed to come within 72 hours but come the next week. And also the office staff are very rude to children. Wont even let them come in the office without some one over the age of 18. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

It has been just a nightmare. We have lived here only since end of August. Things that were promised at move in to be replaced or fixed in our until has yet to be fixed now that its October. Our place has flooded from the back sliding glass door. Drenching all the way across the living room and dining room. We called maintance he showed up at 1am with hands in pockets and said he couldnt help and just left. Cant use storage door doesnt close and will flood. We have mold upstairs. Management has known about the flooding issue for a month nothing was done to prevent it again. Last night it flooded again ruining my new furniture. I have 2 small children we couldnt even get help again. The maintenance this time said this was his last week he said he was sorry we had to live here he never would (and doesnt) this is the second employee of glen park that said they were glad they dont live here. The maintenance supervisor was called by employees for over a half hour to come help address the flood. He never could be reached. This seems to be the way things are run around here. I was excited in the beginning to move here. I convinced my fiance it seem like such a great place. That is only there main office area. The rest is garbage. Their spa is not something you can take advantage of using like their site advertises. (Its boarded up and apparently has been since April. The pool is ice cold. Neighbors leave garbage on sidewalks and have caused rodent problems. And youd be lucky to get a half apology from anyone in the office. Our little family is hoping we dont have to live here much longer. Such a mistake and not worth $1400!
