NASTY case of bug infestation! The bed bugs have bed bugs/ fleas. I moved into an apartment that had an infestation issue not knowing. I caught covid then realized i had inflamed bites all over my body. After being stuck in the apartment unable to leave for 2 weeks i realized there are fleas everywhere. They came from the people who lived here before me who the apartment confirmed had pets. The complex refuses to treat it until i test negative for covid...my doctor said it could take 3 months but i am no longer contagious. The fleas are now in all my furniture and clothes. I am severely allergic to bug bites and have to go to the hospital to have them treated. Its ghetto here

I am leaving 1 star because I called to get more info on a 1bed 1bath apartment and the guy on the phone was really rude. Couldnt even tell me what the inside looked like and said I had to put in an application without even offering to view a unit or give more info on it - after he said he can guarantee the apartment would be gone by Monday. Horrible customer service. I dont tend to review places but the experience on this was that bad I had to let you all know.

The apartments have a very good location. Nearby are I5, 18, 99, and Pacific Hwy.The management is great and communicates fast and efficient. All apartments are serviced and renovated on time.Schools, especially elementary school leave a lot to be desired.Occasionally, incidents happen in the parking lot, it is better not to leave anything of value in the car. It would be nice to put cameras or barriers at all 3 entrances to the apartment.

Current management and maintenance are great! They take their time to make sure the units are clean and ready upon move in and then do a great job taking care of issues that arise during occupancy. The current management team is definitely approachable and friendly; they make a real effort to know their residents. The only negatives are a small kitchen and parking. The space available for them to have spots is limited. There is also no guest parking, which can occasionally make things inconvenient.

I find it hilarious that automatic response that occurs when you give a bad review. Majority of the 5 star reviews on here are definitely from the staff themselves. I do not believe for one second anyone of those five star reviews are from anyone of the renters here.I moved in September 1, and I cannot wait until my lease is up In August. I’ve only lived here for three months and Already it is a nightmare. When you move in the apartment complex they lie and say there is covered, reserved parking, and plenty of guests parking. That is a complete lie. They save the reserve spots for who they want to give them to, and lie to you about the availability of a reserve spot. While they indicate in their amenities that there is plenty of free parking and guest parking that is also a lie. Most of the free parking is taken up by broke down vehicles that tenants have nowhere to store so they take up free parking with their broken down vehicle, while renting a reserved spot for their daily working vehicle.Management does not enforce the parking rules until there is litigation involved. As I have only been here for three months, I’m already taking them to court for in pounding my car twice in one week. Before they impounded my car, there were several cars I would say about 20 that took up free parking stalls. After they realized I am definitely taking legal action for not providing adequate parking in the first place. All the sudden they’ve issued a ton of warning stickers everywhere.Let’s not even talk about the whole side street parked full of broke down cars that they are responsible for. They are not consistent, clear or concise when it comes to implementing their parking rules and regulations. They have preferred residence that they allowed to have several cars in here running or not. If you are not one of the preferred residence, you are subject to tow. This is definitely a very shady part of town. Every other week there is someone who has been shot or killed within 5 miles of this place.I would definitely think twice before moving in here. This was definitely one of the worst life decisions I have made. Hopefully I can get out of the lease somehow. If not I will be stuck here until August 1

Unsafe place to live, and hostile management. Poor construction and maintenance makes this a terrible place to live. Due to their defective plumbing, our apartment flooded with a massive amount of water coming through the ceiling, through light fixtures, everywhere. We had standing water several inches deep throughout the apartment, the bed, clothing, and furniture were damaged, etc. This caused extensive damage to our property and we had to move out for a while. They refused to offer to pay for the damages, and when we filed a claim with our insurance, management argued with our insurance company to talk them out of accepting our claim, because management told the insurance that they would repair it, but this did not cover our damages or the cost of vacating the unit while it was uninhabitable.Additionally, management did not repair the damage properly so that moisture still remained in the drywall, which causes toxic mold, and makes it unsafe to live. So we were forced to move out, at our expense. Im sure that management wont tell the new tenant what happened, so they will not be aware of the toxic mold growing in the walls and ceiling. Ironic that they have a toxic mold prevention clause in their lease, but apparently they do not hold themselves to the same standard. The maintenance guy said that this flooding was not an isolated incident, and that the flooding has happened in many apartments due to the defective plumbing. This is not a stable or safe environment to live in. Dishonest management, just looks to rip you off, and they wont stand behind you when there is a problem. Dont live here unless you dont care if your stuff is destroyed, and you are left holding the bag.

Yes, their dishonesty is blatant. Everything you are told is a lie. For example, they routinely send out email notifications at 7:30 at night that basically say, Good morning Crosspointe! The office will be closing early today at noon, so if you need anything, please let us know prior to then. What a joke, What is the point of sending out a notice at night that the office is closing earlier that day? Everything is like this. You send a maintenance request, and you hear nothing. Nothing gets fixed, but they still want you rent!!!!!! Basically a scam operation from top to bottom.

You sent a notice on Friday that the Pool will be open this weekend!! YAH! So we told our kid that we could hang out at the pool for Memorial Day. It was a beautiful sunny day, and our kid was very excited. So disappointing that the pool was closed today for the holiday, and our child was very upset. Why send a notice getting the kids excited, when the pool is closed? Typical for this place. Makes no sense. If its closed, just say so.

Other than that we’re really satisfied on our experience here specially since Marco started to work here I think he is the best manager we ever had the other ones had a really bad attitude, planning to move out soon & definitely would recommend this place to anyone, oh & the fact that the freeway is nearby helps alot lol 🙏🏽

Overpriced & trashy, located in a sketchy area, run by people who clearly dont care.they havent done the maintenance they promised theyd do on my apartment, & refuse to fix a simple & obvious issue with my lease.the main office is only ever open when most people are at work, so getting in to talk to them is overly difficult without taking a day off. they close after around 5 or 6, & dont open at all on weekends.go with the place across the street, 16th ave apartments. theyre the same price, but bigger, prettier, friendlier, & open on saturdays.

Worst Apartments I have ever lived in continuously unmaintained only working on beautification projects on the outside. will tow your car anytime during the day and abuse their power. Both of the people in the office were extremely rude to me they dont work with you on anything and they hike their prices up for shity units that normally will cost about $900. My suggestion STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I DONT EVEN LIVE HERE ANYMORE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Randi is the weakest apartment manager Ive encountered. CrossPoint is filled with drug addicts thanks to her. Tons of litter in the parking lot as well as the stairwells. Shes too afraid to do her job as an apartment manager and as a result of her incompetents, we have to live in fear of retaliation. The D is the hot spot. Always loitering in the stairwell and on the catwalk. Way too much foot and vehicle traffic all hours of the day AND night with absolutely no regards to anyone who lives here. Randi must go and take her drug addict friends with her.
