If you are between BB Row and 1400 Chestnut, choose here. Better everything. And worth paying extra, trust me. I’ve lived in both. BB Row is one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived, 1400 is hands down my least favorite. This is out of living in 8 apartment complexes, and several homes. I move a lot. :)Plus, the gym is amazing.

Been here 6 months to the day and absolutely love this place. The amenities are great and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I stopped Nate and Amy in the hall to notify them about my expired refrigerator filter. Within minutes, they had it changed. If living situations remain, I plan to live here for a while!

Bluebird was an amazing place to live in 2019 until covid and new management take over. Parking is a huge issue in bluebird. There is no guest parking unless you request a guest parking pass in advance during business hours. Parking is a nightmare past 9 pm. There are not enough spots. The package room is a mess. I’ve had several packages go missing. I miss the old bluebird where there were resident events and the amenities were actually open.If you do not pick up your dogs poop all the way, (diarrhea is hard to pick up) you are charged 250 dollars per piece.Overall I miss the old manger and staff, they were helpful and kind.If you plan on having guest over after business, hours I do not recommend living here. Last night I needed an urgent parking pass for my dog sitter and I did not get a response until 9 am. The manager had the audacity to ask me: “so you have a guest staying here in your absence?”

Just came on here to say that any negative comments towards the staff here should be taken with a grain of salt. I recently moved into Bluebird Row and everyone has been more than helpful, respectful, and polite. We’re so happy that we chose this complex and everyone here has made us feel right at home.

I found Bluebird online, did a quick FaceTime tour and signed a lease. I was very nervous that it wouldn’t end up like the pictures or described on websites, but it ended up being perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. The location and amenities are wonderful.

This is a nice place 2 live but how thet handle business is really suspicious because i have never been late on my rent but every month my rent seems 2 go up for no reason when the water bill and sewer billl is about the same every month.... the management doesnt give me a clear answer they always beat aroundbthe bush.... so whn my lease is up i will be moving because they are not giving me a clear explanation on any of my rental fees

Love living at Blue Bird Row! The location and amenities are great! The management team has also been so helpful and we look forward to the community events they plan for residents! Cant say enough positive things about this apartment complex and the community they have created.

Bluebird Row is, hands down, one of the best places I’ve ever lived! The staff is extremely accommodating and the community is full of some incredible people. I love it here. The space is absolutely beautiful and honestly I feel so so pampered every single day to live in such an aesthetically pleasing community that not only leaves a lasting impression, but also offers first class service around the clock!

Cannot say enough about this community! The best management I’ve ever experienced. They actually care about the tenants and are actively part of making sure everyone is happy and has a great experience! They are on top of everything! Any time we’ve had any need for maintenance, they are quickly on it, which is not a norm when renting. We hope to be here a long time!!

Amenities are unmatched. The prices reflect that. The package room is a joke and is a fraction of the size it needs to be. Also, all of the packages are grouped together in one area. That means that youll spend 10 minutes looking for which package is yours.What started as a great place turned out to be the typical build and flip. Things have been rocky since the new property management company took over. Given the price, theres other places that are more competitive.

The staff is super helpful, its located within walking distance of everything in the up-and-coming downtown area and the TVA headquarters, they offer so many amenities, and I love the community atmosphere. Their St. Patricks Day baked potato bar is second to none! I will definitely have Bluebird Row on my list if I have to return to Chattanooga one day.

This community began as a nice place to live and still could be, however, it has quickly become less than desirable. While the staff are still pleasant, they do not respond to any emails and do not address resident concerns. The are more concerned with giving someone a Yeti cooler to sign a lease, so they can vacate 6 months later when they can no longer afford the apartment. Great gym, great location, but I’m sure you can find something comparable. If you have children and are looking to use the “family-friendly” pool, stay away! Nothing family about it, but extremely friendly!

We love living at Bluebird Row! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, and we enjoy the neighborhood. How great to be able to walk to so many great restaurants and shops!

Wow! We scheduled a construction tour about two weeks ago and leased our apartment on the same day. It was a wonderful experience getting to see our NEW home in the works, and seeing how passionate the owners are, in wanting to bring something AMAZING to Chattanooga. Tracy and Kristen are absolute jewels and can’t wait to visit them in the leasing office! We know our dogs are going to be super excited about their memberships to play, wash, pint and we can’t wait to use all of the amenities! We truly cannot contain our excitement about moving in to our new apartment in November and would DEFINITELY recommend getting your butt to Bluebird Row and leasing an apartment before they’re all gone!!!!

Edit: I lowered my initial 5-star review to 4 stars due to the poorly managed mail & package delivery system the apartment uses. The mailboxes for the entire complex are grouped into a tight area with mailbox numbers that bear no relationship to apartment or building numbers. Unfortunately we have had multiple online delivery packages placed in the wrong mailbox and ultimately lost. It is a common occurrence among residents and very frustrating. Packages not delivered by USPS stacked on the floor in a locker room (only a few are secured in the lockers) and you must search through them all to find your delivery. Improvement in the mail and package delivery process would benefit the entire complex.Original review: The floor plans at Bluebird Row are inventive and very well designed, creating extremely comfortable living spaces. The amenities are best of class. Not only was the gym extremely well stocked with state of the art equipment, I was surprised to see it had a perpetual rock climbing wall and Peloton bikes. And the social calendar includes a chocolate buffet, waffle breakfast and cooking classes. Looking forward to summer and seeing how their new Zen Garden turns out!

When my wife and I moved into Bluebird Row, we were pretty satisfied with the apartment. Aside from some initial issues with the apartment, we had a good experience. However, BBR changed management companies in the last couple months, and our experience declined rapidly.1) Communication: We closed on a home 75 days before our lease ended. I attempted to contact management to see if we could pay a slightly reduced rent, and they could list the apartment early. Its literally vacant. I received a generic response, and the email addresses are blocked every time I try to reply. I attempted to call and explain this issue, to no avail. I cannot even contact them now because my email address is blocked2) Amenities: We pay a premium at BBR for a number of things, amenities being one of them. There is a $95 community fee, which includes upkeep and use of the amenities. However, there was no budging on getting our community fee refunded when the amenities are off limits. Not only that, but the gate to keep our parking lot safe has been broken for 3+ months... so anyone can get in. Id be curious to hear what our money is going to currently3) PlayWashPint: If you have a pet at BBR, you have the *option* of paying pet rent. This gets you access to the dog washing station, and a membership at PlayWashPint. We called our friends at PWP as they are soon reopening and made sure we were all good when we return. They advised us that BBR has not been paying them the last 3 months, so all memberships have been cancelled. Of course, we have been paying our pet rent (even though PWP wasnt open), but BBR seems to have pocketed the money, rather than paying their community partner.Long story short: If you asked me 10 months ago, I would have recommended this community. In the last 2-3 months? Not a chance.

The best and nicest staff! Great amenities, and the best location in town. You can walk to all of the restaurants and bars. Come check them out!

Fire Trap! Reasons: 1) Inadequate room for firetrucks to access premises or maneuver especially during rush hour and evenings on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 2) Inadequate building identity markers and duplicate apartment numbers inside each building. Suggest adding letters. Eg. Building A Apt 201. 3) Parking lots too congested. 4) Inadequate number of fire extinguishers. 5) Poor security: cameras needed at major entry points. What if competitor torches it? Cameras really help as deterant and as documentation for insurance and prosecution.

Chattanooga is undeserving of such an awesome community! Amazing staff and incredible amenities. I’m so lucky to live here and be walking distance to anything and everything in the Southside District. HIGHLY recommend!!

I am really happy with my apartment and all the amenities in Bluebird, this is the type of experience we were looking for when we first decided to move in Downtown Chattanooga.

Location is amazing as I love being in the heart of everything Chattanooga has to offer downtown! My apartment here reminds me of when I lived in N.Y.C., which is why I chose BBR. The team in the office is very helpful and knows the area very well, & the amenities are TOP NOTCH!!

Great place to live, but its not finished yet. they arent great at fixing things quick, but it could be worse.

Current resident and we love it! Close enough to walk to everything food, music, weekend festivals! Plus you can catch a Chatty Wagon if walkings not your thing!💙

Shout out to Tracy for her upbeat personality, enthusiasm and patience! She was available (by phone, email, or in person during office hours) and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. After doing some extensive apartment hunting this complex seems to have it all, great amenities, pet friendly, incredible location, gated parking, co working spaces available for rent, and friendly staff. Due to its amazing location its important to know parking is based on amount of bedrooms. One bedroom equals one parking, two bed-room equals two parking spaces etc. This isnt your typical cookie cutter apartment complex. My favorite feature is the partnership with the community, stores, and various restaurants. Bluebird Row goes above and beyond to make the space feel specific to Chattanooga. Theres even a trolly car by the pool outside!
