The office people constantly lie about everythingPromised a washer and dryer here we are 5 month living there nothing. You call and ask oh they are only doing the non lived in units first. Ok guys but i live here and i pay rent on time every month. This place is garbage if you want a good place to live its not here.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I must warn everyone before choosing this place. I lived here for 10 months and it was probably the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The management is absolutely awful! The buildings are infested with bugs. If you ever have an issue, DO NOT DEPEND ON THE OFFICE TO HANDLE IT. I had to call, text, and email the office for almost a month to get in contact with anyone (the office is closed due to COVID-19). The only good thing I can honestly say about this place is the emergency maintenance man is amazing! Super sweet guy and he usually comes within the hour! However, in comparison to everything else this complex is doing, that’s just not enough. Move here at your own risk and read the reviews because they are VERY ACCURATE!

Worst management ever, they do not let their tenants know about any changes that are being made. Multiple issues with the actual apartment itself and when informed to the management to come see if they could fix the problem, they do not care. Would not recommend at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Since this complex was bought out a little over year ago, there has been z marked decline in the quality of services. Especially after they closed the office for covid. They have returned none of my calls or messages I have sent them. Plan on leaving asap.

This place is absolutely horrible at the beginning they seem so nice in caring once you move in they are ghost my apartment wasn’t as ready as they said I have bugs that they supposed to came to spray but they lied in never came out rent is to high here for it to look like this don’t believe the hype don’t move here

I liked living here due to the fact that it was close to everything like my college, work and etc . However in my building there was always of marijuana, even while I was asleep I could smell it . I don’t care what people do unless it affects me. And the smell would ruin my sleep . Upstairs I could always hear kids stomping and running. There are issues with ants and cockroaches !!! Other than that it was an ok place to live.

I loved living at evergreen. I had to move due to job relocation. I think living in the south there’s bugs, as long as you keep your own home clean you should not have an issue. I had to call and talk with the new crew and they seem amazing! Very bubbly, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue.

They wouldnt let me have my German shepherd dog but yet again they have a couple of Huskies there and alot of pit bulls there. But I cant take my 7 year old German shepherd that old and harmless but yet again a hole bunch of dogs thats on the breed restrictions are there and then they wanna comment on this and say sorry talk to the Community Director. Screw them my friend lives there and thats how I know about the pits and Huskies Im over there a lot and I see a bunch

The apartments arent huge, but are a good fit for young people looking to get going. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and work orders are usually handled the same day if not within an hour of the report (within reasonable hours of work of course). The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The property is equip with a saltwater pool, a dog run, and playground. As well as a small workout center, and laundry building. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Just moved into here with my Girlfriend its our first Apartment together and they put on a master class how to handle everything. We had to move apartments because of a situation beyond our control. Well Heidi went to bat for us to get our biggest pain point solved. The apartments are quiet, the people are nice this is a great place to live.

Just moved here a month ago. Very spacious apartments and the location is GREAT. Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away. The office staff is just great. The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Refused to admit that the building has been infested with roaches. Cant get out fast enough. On the other hand staff is very friendly and location is good

There have been some management problems. Its been a bit difficult to get them to respond to maintenance requests. I have to call back to see if they will send someone 36-48 hours after I make a maintenance request. Its still a good place to live. Good neighbors, grounds free of trash, well maintained grounds. Pet friendly.

My roommates and I have been living here for approximately a month, and have yet to see all of the issues resolved that we turned in on day one. The office staff are friendly, apologetic, and tactful, but that doesnt resolve our issues any faster. Also when they speak to you they have a superiority complex in their body language and tone. They also will tell you one thing, turn around, and what they told you is completely different from what they are doing. Dont fall for the Newly Renovated sign either, if this apartment had been properly renovated this post wouldnt be in existence. Putting in new appliances, and a fresh coat of paint is not renovation. The apartments are spacious but lack storage space. The maintenance men are very slow to fix issues that arise, and seem a bit incompetent at their job. I WOULD NOT REFER A FRIEND, OR FAMILY MEMBER, TO RESIDE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. On a scale of one to ten, one being the worst customer service Ive had and 10 being the best. I give them a 3.

There are significant pros and cons to this apartment complex. The apartment is spacious and, aside from a little bit of a layout challenge with the kitchen, its well designed. The complex is relatively quiet, there have never been any safety issues, and its in a convenient location.It seems, however, that they go through employees faster than the nearby McDonalds. Ive yet to see more than three months go by without a new manager and half of them dont seem fully prepared to do the job. Some of them are very friendly and they mean well, but things dont always get done in a timely fashion.

I have lived at Evergreen for over 2 years. I have enjoyed the 2 bedroom/2 Bath apartment. When we first moved in we had a lot of issues but they were upgrading and remodeling things so I knew they would get those things resolved. Office staff has had turnover but, now they finally have a great office staff and maintenance team! The girls in the office are always so nice! You can tell this place is starting to turn into a little community! Thanks!

As a transplant, the move into my 2bed/2bath was a breeze. Located right off the Interstate and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Wasnt allowed to view the apartment before move in to inspect for damage until move in day , the ceiling was falling in the 2nd bedroom, was not fixed until a week later. They have improved on timely maintenance issues. Crime decreased under the new management. This place has a few pros and cons, but the overall community is worth the stay.

I love living at Evergreen! The staff are always polite. I love the wood floor throughout the apartment and the salt water pool. There are constanly people grooming the landscape and improving the complex.

Poor place to live , the office staff is friendly and apologetic... but that does not get my hot water fixed (out for 10 days even though it is on the emergency list ) and 35 days on an email complaint before I finally went and asked about it and still no info in 35 days except that she had forwarded it to the regional office . Amy (that is not how she spells it) is the one who failed to get one thing done in 35 days office. I have also had other tenants complain about her not ever getting back to them . The cherry no response from the regional office the incompetence runs from bottom to top with this company .... DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

I have lived at Evergreen for about 8 months now. We love it here! The staff are always friendly and willing to help, the proporty is always being updated, and we have beautiful view of the woods out our window. You wont be sorry you chose to live here.

THEY TAKE OFF MONTHLY RENT TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW! it seems good at first and then a month in you realize the place is practically falling apart. Roaches everywhere, dirty carpets they refuse to replace. Flea bites shortly after moving in, old manager told us it was from the previous tenants but the area manager told us it must be our friends bringing them in and would not continue paying for the treatment. Lot of drug dealers in the complex and a lot of domestic violence. Jennifer in the front office is very friendly and nice! however, the area supervisor, Stephanie, is unprofessional. They make business decisions to save money not to provide for the residents. Dont get stuck in a year lease here.

RUN FAR AND RUN FAST! Its my only advice of you are thinking of renting here. We lived here a year and had no major issues, but right after we signed a lease for our 2nd year things changed drastically. We got new neighbors upstairs that we proved were thugs.. We spent many nights in a row with absolutely no sleep and calling after hours security and the police. Management finally offered to let us move to another apartment. After much hesitation we felt we had no other choice. (The thugs were evicted a week after we moved. ) So we moved into another unit which we were promised would be perfectly prepared for us. What a joke! This unit is disgusting! The ceiling is warped and falling down from water damage. The master bath has water damage and mold growing in the drywall. The doors were falling off the hinges. Seems that maintenence thinks a coat of crappy paint fixes everything. The management is horrible, the turnover is like a fast good joint and none of them ever respond to your issues including Jenn,the property manager and Stephanie the COO of Evergreen Realty!They prove that here also by only responding to the positive reviews. This property is rundown, dilapidated and bug ingested! To their credit, their top priority this month has been putting pretty frames on our bathroom mirrors! (Enter sarcasm here)

This apartment is in a great location and the staff is friendly HOWEVER, I am very disappointed living here. I’ve lived here a year and my main kitchen light had only worked for the first 3 days after moving in. The problem with the light is that there is a short in it. I called several times and even spoke with maintenance men several times, but it still has yet to be fixed. I stopped in the office and let them know that the laminate is peeling up in my hallway. That still hasn’t even fixed either. I just feel like this is ridiculous. I mean you up the prices on the rent because someone didn’t do their job in making sure everyone had renters insurance and got screwed when a building caught fire. Which was probably caused by the faulty plug ins they have. I will definitely be glad to leave this place.

It is roach infested. Thugs messing with your cars. Management changes every few months. I was shown a nice apartment but got a turd instead. Avoid this place if you are smart.

Terrible experience since weve moved here. This ranges from incompetent staff to poor planning. Cockroaches everywhere!! and any other bug you can imagine. They even tried to offer an incentive on discounted rent to get a good review. Dont move here! Youll thank me later,Ive done my good deed for the day!

So ive been here for a few months now and i love it. I did have some issues at first but they got taken care of as soon as possible and theyve been doing a lot of updates with the grounds. my daughter loves the little play area by the dog park and i love all of my nieghbors. Only downside really is sometimes i have to park a little away from my specific appartment building. But this place is great so 😜

I have only lived in this apartment for 3 weeks when I decided to find another place to stay. There were a lot of bed bugs. When I moved in, we brought in new furniture and mattress. Then bedbugs appeared out of no where. When we contacted management, they were ridiculous enough and told me that WE brought in the bedbugs even though the mattress was brand new from the store. In the end they kicked us out of the apartment and we had to throw away all of the furniture and mattress. Complete lost of money. Over $2000!!!!!!!! Even after we moved out, they sent bug exterminators to the apartment and charged us. They did not even notify me about the charge and the bill was over $600! Ridiculous! This place has a lot of bugs and pest and the management is terrible. If you have an issue it seems like their solution is to just kick you out. I would NEVER recommend this apartment. If I could rate this no stars I would.

This place is terrible the overall apartment is nice but it little things in the apartment that make you want to move out and the number one thing is ROACHES!!!!!!!!!! they are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They are in very room and when you tell them you have roaches they pretend like its no big deal and they come spray but that only makes matters worse. The other problem is that if something is broke they dont fix it they paint over it. When you move in be ready to do some deep cleaning because they are very dirty they do just enough to make you sign the papers. But if you like roaches and like things half fix this is the place to call HOME!!!!!!!!!!!

Renters Beware! I have lived in these apartments for a year now and I have hated living here since day one. There is a lot of crime that happens in this apartment complex, for instance, my roommate had his motorcycle stolen and my neighbor had her window busted out along with a few others in the complex. This complex has been under three different managers since I have lived here. They do not try to help you out or work with you in any way. When I put in for a work order, I would have to wait 2 weeks for someone to even show up and when someone finally did show up they wouldn’t fix the problem. These apartments are old, stuff keeps breaking all the time, A/c unit barely works, we have had electrical problems since day 1. It’s not worth it to move here. If I can save someone the trouble before they move in I feel like my deed is done.

Me and my husband hate this place!!!! The staff never answers or replys back to our messages! Weve only lived here 11 months and are leaving ASAP!!!! Our first week we had major leakage in our bedroom which went from dripping to literally pouring and thats happened twice! Other problems include almost every electrical appliance, plumbing, down to full out infestation! We went from no bugs in 10 months then someone new moved in and were literally surrounded in roaches weve called multiple times but apparently theyre to poor to pay the bug guy anymore its ridiculous and disgusting!! Do not move here youll hate every single day! Good bye evergreen I hope you get closed down permanently.
