The apartment amenities are worth the cost. Good walking distance from campus. However, Lexi Steed, who leased me my unit made my roommates and I’s experience incredibly terrible. Lack of professionalism to say the least. Never answered messages from any of us or our parents, attempted to say that my roommates had switched rooms (which is impossible because you receive a bag with your keys with your name on it and your room number. It is all documented). Disrespectful during most if not all conversations. I will not live here ever again. I will not be recommending this complex to anyone. The necessary actions in order to address this situation with her superiors will be taken.

I have been living at Vine for 7 months now, and I have to say I love it! You are offered so much for the price. I am definitely happy to have found Vine. From the apartment itself, the location, and my amazing roommate, which Vine introduced us from the survey they had us do I can honestly say its the best place I have ever lived.

Simple furnished apartment. All bills included in rent which makes it easy to make a budget. Hardwood floors throughout and biweekly restroom cleaning service included in rent. Pet friendly and quiet for the most part.

Management has been great! Anytime I had a problem, maintenance took care of it right away! Its only about a ten minute walk to campus, and I paid a one time fee for a parking pass for the Unum lot across the building for only $40 (a lot cheaper than campus parking). Utilities, cable, internet are included, and my unit came with a TV in the living room. The unit is fully furnished and really spacious!

Im a college student and just signed my second lease here. Its such a great location! Right in the middle of UTC, downtown and Northshore.One flat rate payment a month is a huge plus. Also everyone is on their own lease so if your roommates were to move out you wouldnt have to rush to find someone to fill their rooms like other apartment complexes.

All utilities included (electric, cable, internet etc). Close to UTC campus. Managemt company responds quickly to issues. Highly recommend.
