Great apartment in a safe complex with lots of amenities. My apartment was decorated and stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. I really appreciated my coffee and creamer to use on the first night before I could make a grocery trip. Highly recommend this company.

AHI Chattanooga/Cleveland Tennessee has an incredible team and top notch service. I highly recommend them! I used them on two occasions. Once for a temporary stay of a few months in Cleveland and a second time for 7 months while my family and I waited on our new home to be built. The apartment furnishings were more than adequate and all of our needs were met. The very few times we had an issue (e.g. light replacement or other maintenance), AHI responded to the request immediately and had a maintenance person over within a day. Im thankful for their service and, in particular, that of Holly, shes wonderful.

Ive recently found out that I have to move to CHAT temporarily for work, and was very stressed out about finding an apartment with everything I needed. She has provided me with exceptional customer service, including timely responses, providing me with various options, and is always cheerful and kind. It is not uncommon for my employer to have its associates move locations to Chattanooga, and I will certainly recommend they contact Elisabeth at AHI if theyre interested in renting a beautiful apartment.
