Overall great service! Great on-site management and maintenance. Location is superb especially if you are affiliated with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. If you want a quite in town apartment in an old historical, well kept building, you might consider looking at 600 Georgia Avenue. Laundry, trash, and recycling disposal are all in the basement. Some special features are hardwood floors with high ceilings. Parking is available nearby. Most of the residents are pleasant and friendly. I would move back here if I moved back to Chattanooga.

I lived in these apartment for just over two years. I loved it for a while. The location was great, the maintenance on the property was prompt, and the laundry area was convenient and well kept. This being said, Im glad we moved out when we did. In the last year l lived there, off-campus student apartment options started popping up around UTC. An apartment behind ours was renovated and a old building was torn down and rebuilt into new student apartments. Because these apartments are not supervised by the University, you get a lot of college students acting stupid. At least once a week I was woken up in the middle of the night by fireworks (yep, fireworks), car alarms, drunk drivers squealing out their cars, loud music, or people screaming at each other out the windows. Even my noise maker couldnt cover this up! And before you say Im just some old person who like my peace and quite (which I still do), I was actually an college student myself who just graduated. I wanted to live downtown cause I loved it so much! Between the stupid students living near by and U-joint not cleaning up after their customers who walk out of their restaurant with glass bottles littering the parking lot, it quickly became a place I was glad to move away from! I also heard from a old friend still living there, the apartments are under new management who are going to start allowing those student to live there too. Its really disappointing to see how far these apartments fell.

Great location, great neighbors, great managemnt. Parking is an issue as well as landury. Price goes up each year, but management works with you. Three starts because of Parking and Landury. Other then that great place.
